【0001】
この第1プロバイダ21はメールサーバとしてSMTP(シンプル・メール・トランスファ・プロトコル)サーバ22及びPOP3(ポスト・オフィス・プロトコル:バージョン3)サーバ23を備えている。
【0020】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, for example, when the electrical insulation is reduced in a power distribution control panel or the like and a leakage occurs, the event data is transmitted as e-mail to a receiving device of a facility manager at a remote location on the Internet to perform remote monitoring. The present invention relates to a remote monitoring communication system for performing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, various control components such as a fuse breaker are accommodated in a power distribution control panel that supplies power to a production machine in a factory. In some cases, for example, the insulation is reduced inside the power distribution control panel, causing a leakage or a power failure. Various events such as the above-described electric leakage in the power distribution control panel are conventionally detected using a power distribution panel monitoring device. This event data is transmitted as e-mail from the switchboard monitoring device to the personal computer of the master station, and transmitted from this personal computer to the mobile phone or the management terminal owned by the facility manager via the Internet communication network. In some cases, the electronic mail is transmitted from the switchboard monitoring device to the management terminal of the facility manager via a dedicated line. When the facility manager receives the e-mail of the monitoring event via the mobile phone, the facility manager moves to the site to deal with the event that has occurred and recovers from the abnormality.
[0003]
In the above-described conventional remote monitoring communication system, if a transmitted state occurs in which the transmitted event data is not received by the mobile phone due to the congestion of the Internet communication network, or if the event data is lost for some reason in the distribution process, There is a problem that transmission and reception of event data is not performed properly.
[0004]
When monitoring items are important or urgent, it is necessary to avoid omission of event data. Therefore, it is desirable to report the e-mail many times as "repeated mail". In this case, it is not necessary to report the “repeat mail” scheduled after confirming the electronic mail, and the communication usage fee is charged. Therefore, it is desired to stop the report of the “repeat mail”.
[0005]
Conventionally, in order to realize this request, as a device for transmitting a request (repeated mail stop, etc.) from the facility manager who received the notification to the facility monitoring device, a provider of the connection destination of the facility monitoring device via the Internet has been used. Send the "request mail" of "stop repeated mail" to the mail server.
[0006]
To issue a "request mail" of the "repeated mail stop" to the facility monitoring device by operating the mobile phone by the facility manager, a command code string previously determined in the "request mail" is a number, a letter, or a combination thereof. And sends it to the mail address of the mail server of the connection destination provider on the equipment monitoring device side. On the other hand, the equipment monitoring apparatus obtains a "request mail" from the equipment manager from the mail server of the connection destination provider, and stores this information in the memory. Then, a predetermined command code string is extracted based on the content, and it is determined whether or not the commands match, and if they match, the corresponding processing for the “request mail”, that is, “repeated mail stop” is performed. Perform processing.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described remote monitoring communication system, the facility manager needs to input a predetermined command code string without fail to create a “request email” when creating the “request email”. To be troublesome. In addition, it is necessary that the facility manager memorize the command code string or always carry a memo or the like recording the code string.
[0008]
In a communication system using the POP3 server, mail cannot be partially acquired. For this reason, in order for the facility monitoring apparatus to accept the command code string, since the request is input in a part of the content of the “request mail”, the entire “request mail” stored in the memory of the mail server is It is necessary to obtain the mail via the Internet communication network, and a communication usage fee for obtaining the entire mail is charged. If an enormous amount of “request mail” is erroneously delivered, a useless communication fee will be charged.
[0009]
Further, when determining whether the content of the acquired "request mail" is a request command, the facility monitoring device requires a circuit having a memory for temporarily storing the content of the acquired "request mail". Further, a process of extracting a command code string from the mail content stored in the memory and determining whether or not the command code string is a correct code string is required. Therefore, when developing a facility monitoring device, not only a large-capacity memory is required, but also an increase in cost due to an increase in the amount of software development becomes a problem.
[0010]
The above problem also occurs in a remote monitoring communication system that collects and distributes weather data or environmental pollution data other than the equipment monitoring device, for example.
[0011]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the conventional technology, can easily deliver a reply mail for a request to stop repetitive mail, reduces the content of the body of the reply mail, and reduces the communication fee of the reply mail. Remote monitoring communication that eliminates the need to provide a memory area for storing reply mail in the event data collection device, and reduces the cost by discriminating command code strings and reducing the amount of development of processing software. It is to provide a system.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to
[0013]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect, the presence / absence of the reply mail by the event data transmitting apparatus is determined when the event data transmitting device is connected to the provider to transmit the event data in which the notification event has occurred by e-mail. The gist of the present invention is that the mail server has a function of deleting all e-mails received by the mail server before that.
[0014]
(Action)
According to the first aspect of the present invention, even if an interruption state in which the receiving apparatus is not received due to the congestion of the Internet communication network occurs, or the electronic mail of the event data is lost for some reason, the "repeated mail" Is transmitted, the event data can be reliably delivered to the event data receiving device.
[0015]
Also, it checks only the presence or absence of "reply mail" stored in the mail server of the connection destination provider of the event data transmission device, and if "reply mail" exists, deletes it without acquiring "reply mail". Then, the transmission of the “repeated mail” scheduled thereafter is stopped. For this reason, the administrator having the event data receiving device does not need to input the command code string corresponding to the stop request when creating the "reply mail", and can easily and quickly make the stop request for the "repeat mail". Can be. In addition, the data amount of the body of the "reply mail" can be reduced, and as described above, the acquisition of the "reply mail" is unnecessary, so that the communication fee can be reduced. Further, the memory capacity of the event data transmitting device can be reduced, and the amount of software development such as a command code string confirmation process can be suppressed to reduce costs.

In step S1, standard time reading setting is performed. This reading setting is performed by calling the standard time of the time synchronization server on the Internet by the standard time setting unit 47 of the
[0052]
In the next step S2, it is determined whether or not there is an input of an event such as an abnormal signal of any one of the first to eighth channels.
If YES is determined in step S2, it is determined in step S3 whether the "detection delay time" has elapsed. If “YES” is determined in the step S3, “occurrence mail” is transmitted in a step S4.
[0053]
After step S4, it is determined in step S5 whether or not repetitive transmission has been performed. In the case of YES, in step S6, it is determined whether or not "repeated notification interval T2" has elapsed. In the case of YES, in step S7. An “occurrence repetition email” is sent. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S2. If it is determined as NO in step S3, the process proceeds to step S5.
[0054]
If NO is determined in steps S5 and S6, the process proceeds to step S2.
If the determination in step S2 is NO, it is determined in step S8 whether the "return delay time" has elapsed. If “YES” is determined in the step S8, a “restoration mail” is transmitted in a step S9. After step S9, in step S10, the presence or absence of repetitive transmission is determined. In the case of YES, in step S11, it is determined whether or not the "repetition notification interval T2" has elapsed. In the case of YES, in step S12. "Recovery repetition mail" is sent. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S2. If it is determined as NO in step S3, the process proceeds to step S10. If NO is determined in steps S10 and S11, the process proceeds to step S2.
[0055]
Next, based on the flowchart shown in FIG. 1, a description will be given of a stop processing operation of the “occurred repeated mail” performed between the event
[0056]
In step S1 of FIG. 1, the event
[0057]
Next, in step S5, stop processing of the "occurred repeated mail" and the "recovery repeated mail" is performed. Further, it is determined in step S6 whether or not there are various types of e-mails to be transmitted. If YES, a mail notification process is performed in step S7, and the process returns to step S1. The determination in step S6 is based on the fact that the "occurred repeated mail" and the "recovered repeated mail" have been deleted by the stop processing of the "occurred repeated mail" and "recovery repeated mail" in step S5. This is because it is necessary to confirm the presence or absence of "sent mail" other than "mail" and "recovery repeated mail". If NO in step S3, that is, if it is determined that there is no "reply mail", the process proceeds to the mail notification process in step S7. If NO is determined in the step S6, the process returns to the step S1.
[0058]
Here, based on FIG. 17, a description will be given below of a timing and an effective range for checking whether or not “reply mail” is present in the
[0059]
The confirmation of the presence or absence of the "reply mail" is based on the event of reporting the e-mail, that is, "occurred mail", "occurred repeated mail", "recovery mail" or "recovery repeated mail". Performed only when connected to the
[0060]
Next, the effective range of the stop request for “occurred repeated mail” will be described with reference to FIG.
If a "reply mail" or an "erroneously sent mail" that is erroneously delivered is received in the section H1 before the first report of the "occurred mail", the deletion timing of the "reply mail" and the like is set to the first time. Is the transmission point P1 of the “occurred mail”. In this case, "occurrence mail", "occurrence repetition mail" and "recovery mail" are notified at transmission points P1 to P5.
[0061]
The function of once clearing all the mails in the
[0062]
If a "reply mail" is received in the section H2 between the transmission point P1 of the "occurrence mail" and the transmission point P2 of the first "occurrence repetition mail", the deletion timing of the "reply mail" is the first time. This is the transmission time point P2 of the “occurrence repeated mail”. In this case, the fourth occurrence repetition mail (P4) is not notified from the first occurrence repetition mail (P2). However, the notification of the “restoration mail” (P5) is performed.
[0063]
Also, when a "reply mail" is received in a section H3 between the transmission time P2 of the first "occurrence repeated mail" and the transmission time P3 of the second "occurrence repeated mail", the "reply mail" The deletion timing is the transmission time point P3 of the second “occurring repeated mail”. In this case, the second "occurrence repeated mail" (P3) and the fourth "occurrence repeated mail" (P4) are not notified. However, the notification of the “restoration mail” (P5) is performed.
[0064]
In the case of the section H3 in which the first “occurrence repeated mail” is reported and the second “occurrence repeated mail” has not been reported, the deletion timing of the “reply mail” is the second “occurrence repeated mail”. This is the transmission point P3 of the “repeat mail”. In this case, the second to fourth notification of the "occurring repetition mail" is not performed, and the notification of the abnormal "recovery mail" is performed.
[0065]
Hereinafter, similarly, the (x) -th “occurred repetition mail” (transmission time P (x + 1)) is reported, and a section H (x + 2) between the subsequent “occurrence repeated mail” transmission time P (x + 2) and In the case where the "reply mail" is received in ()), the delete timing of the "reply mail" is the transmission point P (x + 2) of the (x + 1) -th "occurrence repeated mail". After that, only the "recovery mail" is reported. In addition, since the sum of the “occurred mail” and “occurred repeated mail” is n times, when the “reply mail” is received after the last (n−1) th “occurred repeated mail” is reported. In this case, the deletion timing of the “reply mail” is the transmission point P5 of the “recovery mail”.
[0066]
In addition, when the “repeat mail” is not set to be repeatedly transmitted a plurality of times, the “reply mail” is deleted at the transmission point P5 of the “restoration mail”.
Next, the effective range of the stop request of “recovery repetition mail” will be described with reference to FIG.
[0067]
If the “reply mail” is received between the transmission time point P5 of the “recovery mail” and the transmission time point P6 of the first “recovery repetition mail”, the deletion timing of the “reply mail” is changed to the first “reply mail”. This is the transmission point P6 of the “restoration repetition mail”. In this case, the third "recovery repetition mail" (P7) is not notified from the first "recovery repetition mail" (P6).
[0068]
If a "reply mail" is received between the transmission time P6 of the first "occurrence repeated mail" and the transmission time P7 of the second "occurrence repeated mail", the "reply mail" is deleted. The timing is the transmission time point P7 of the second occurrence mail.
[0069]
Accordingly, the (x) -th “restoration repetition mail” {(transmission time P (x + 5)} is notified, and the “reply mail” is transmitted between the transmission time P (x + 6) of the subsequent “recovery repetition mail”. When the reply mail is received, the deletion timing of the “reply mail” is the transmission point P (x + 6) of the (x + 1) -th “restoration repetition mail”.
[0070]
In addition, when the total of the “recovery mail” and the “recovery repetition mail” is n times, when the “reply mail” is received after the last (n−1) th “recovery mail” is reported. Means that the "reply mail" is deleted at the transmission point P1 of the new "occurred mail".
[0071]
In addition, when the setting is not made to repeatedly send the “restoration repetition mail” a plurality of times, the deletion timing of the “reply mail” is the transmission point P1 of the new “occurrence mail”.
[0072]
This confirmation of the presence or absence of "reply mail" and the request to stop "occurrence repeated mail" and "recovery repeated mail" are made only by stopping "occurrence repeated mail" and "recovery repeated mail". This is valid only for a request to stop the "occurrence repeated mail" and "recovery repeated mail" for an event for which "mail" and "recovery repeated mail" have been reported.
[0073]
According to the remote monitoring communication system of the above embodiment, the following features can be obtained.

(8) In the above-described embodiment, the report frequency
[0081]
(9) In the above-described embodiment, the confirmation of the presence or absence of the "reply mail" is performed at the time of connection to the provider for transmitting various e-mails. It is possible to reduce the amount of communication used as compared with a communication method for confirming the presence or absence of (receiving) mail. Also, even if it is not necessary to check the presence or absence of a reply (received mail) every fixed period, at the time of transmission of the first "occurred mail" of the generated event data, the "reply (received) mail" (Receive) Mail "is all cleared. For this reason, when the "reply mail" for stopping the "repeated mail" and the "erroneously sent mail" received erroneously exist in the mail server, the event data collection device and the event data transmission device perform the "erroneous mail transmission". The "mail" is no longer recognized as the "reply mail", and the second "occurrence repeated mail" can be reliably transmitted.
