Abstract

本発明は、自動車の三角窓(クオータウインド)におけるガラスシール、保持に用いるドアクオータシールのような三角形枠状シール材の包装装置に関する。

国際特許分類を調査分野として、先行技術文献情報の調査を実施したが、該当する文献を見出すことができなかった。本発明が、極めて特殊な分野の技術であることがその理由と思われる。
そこで、本発明者等は、先行技術文献に代えて、従来の技術を図面を用いて説明する。

図6は、自動車100の外観を示す側面図である。
自動車100の後部ドア101には、面積の大きい矩形の前部窓102と、面積がこれよりも小さく、側面視が直角三角形状の三角窓(ドアクオータウインド)103とを備える形式がある。
ところで、三角窓103のガラス104を、ドアの三角形の窓開口部105に、三角形枠状シール材(ドアクオータシール)1を介在させてガラス104を該開口部105に保持、シールしている。

これらの図7〜図9によりシール材1を説明する。
シール材11は全体としてゴムで形成されており、外形は略直角三角形状である。シール材11は、直線状の縦杆部12、直線状の横杆部13及び縦杆部12、横杆部13の上端部及び後端部間を繋ぐ弧状の斜杆部14からなり、これらは一体に形成されて三角形枠状体からなるシール材を構成する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
以上の従来の三角形枠状シール材を梱包箱内で該シール材の一部が接触するように積み重ねて収納、包装する方式では、積み重ねたシール材に上から順次加重した荷重が作用し、シール材を傷めること、シール材表面が接触し、また擦れたりし、外観の艶が無くなり、外観性が低下する。
特にシール材は、自動車の窓の外観の一部を構成する外観製品であることから、シール材はクオータウインドガラスの周囲を囲むようにドア外面に露出し、クオータウインドの外観性が低下し、商品性を損ねる。
また、最下位のシール材は段ボール紙製の梱包箱106の底に接触することで、傷ついたり、艶が無くなったりし、輸送においてシール材は相互に擦れたり、段ボール紙との間で擦れたりし、傷付きや艶の消失に伴う外観性の低下は一層大きくなる。

本発明は、以上の課題を解決すべくなされたもので、その目的とする処は、三角形枠状シール材を複数個を包装した際、シール材相互間の擦れや傷付きの発生を可及的に防止し、外観性良好な状態で包装することができ、車両に装着した状態で美麗な状態を維持し、外観性を良好に維持することができ、また、梱包状態で輸送した場合においても、シール材の擦れや傷付きを可及的に防止することができる三角形枠状シール材の包装装置を提供する。
また本発明の目的とする処は、構造が簡単で、組み立て、シール材の包装作業が簡単、容易である三角形枠状シール材の包装装置を提供し、更に本発明は、合成樹脂を用いることなく、全てを段ボール紙のみで構成することができ、使用後の後処理が環境に優しく、使用後の再使用、再生上も有利であり、環境上においても好ましい三角形枠状シール材の包装装置をも提供する。

上記目的を達成するために請求項1は、三角形枠状のシール材の包装において、断面が逆三角形筒状であって、三角形枠状シール材の内法寸法よりも十分に小さい断面の段ボール紙製の梁部材と、該梁部材を梱包箱内に収容し、該梁部材を該梱包箱内においてその前後を支持する段ボール紙製の支持板とからなり、前記梁部材に、三角形枠状シール材の平坦部を該梁部材の平坦部に平行させ、頂部を下向きにして該梁部材の長さ方向に複数並列させて嵌合保持するようしたことを特徴とする。

本発明の実施の形態を添付図に基づいて以下に説明する。なお、図面は符号の向きに見るものとする。
図1は、本発明に係る包装装置の構成要素を示す分解斜視図である。
1は包装箱で、立方箱状体であり、開放部の4辺に折り畳み自在に蓋体を構成する4枚のリッド1a…が一体に設けられ、段ボール紙製である。
2は起立保持板で、矩形板状をなし、横方向の寸法は梱包箱1の左右方向の内法寸法と略一致し、横方向の左右両端部に近い部分には上向きに開放した細幅の切れ目2a,2aが切り欠かれており、該起立保持板2は段ボール紙製である。

これにより、梁部材の外面に表面が比較的粗面である段ボール紙が裸で露出することを防止し、三角形枠状シール部材11の内側面に擦り傷等の発生を防止する。

梱包箱1の内側壁面1bに支持板3の当て片3bの端縁部3dが当接し、支持片3の前後が規制されていることが理解できる。また、梁部材5は逆三角形の状態で支持板3のV形支承部4に係合、支持されており、シール材11は図7に示した窓への取付状態を正常とした場合、下を上とし逆向き状態で、横杆部13の内側(取付状態におけるガラスを嵌合、保持する側)が下向きとなって梁部材5の平坦な保持面3上に載っていることが理解できる。
梁部材5の断面は、シール材11の内径部よりも十分に小さいことが理解できる。

支持板3,3(組立体3A)で梱包箱1内の左右方向に架設、支持された梁部材5には、図の左右方向(長さ方向)に複数個のシール材11…が、枠内の三角形の空間を通して嵌合、保持されていることが理解できる。
そして、図4と併せて図5においても理解し得るように、梁部材5の表面には前記した通り合成樹脂フィルム6が被されている。従って、合成樹脂フィルム6がシール材11の内径部と接触していることとなり、シール材11…と梁部材5との摩擦が極めて少なく、段ボール紙によるゴム製シール材11…の内径部の擦れ傷等の発生や、擦れによる艶の低下による外観性の低下は防止できる。
ところで、シール材11…は、梱包箱1内において、輸送等の揺れでシール材相互が接触する虞があるが、従来と異なり、上下に重ね合わせて相互の荷重が作用するような包装とは異なるので、シール材11…相互を傷つけたり、艶を減少させたり、艶を失わせるような擦れは少ない。

以上、実施の形態を説明したが、支持板間で支持される梁部材は1本でも良く、また3本、或いはそれ以上でも良いことは勿論である。
また実施の形態では、シール材をドアクオータシールとしたが、シール材はこれに限られず、外形が三角形枠状のシール材で、外観性を重要視するシール材であれば用いることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記構成により次の効果を発揮する。
