Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a stored object stored in an inside from vibration and an impact by a simple constitution, and simply perform work clamping and retaining the stored object between a pair of frame-body sheet matters formed by stretching the sheet matters on frame bodies while recognizing whether the stored object is rightly retained by the sheet matters. <P>SOLUTION: This bag comprises an inner case 1 and a bag body 3 having an inner case storage part 2 for storing the inner case 1 in such a manner as being freely taken in/out. The inner case 1 openably/closably connects the pair of frame bodies 4 by a hinge part 5 and the sheet material 6 having elasticity are stretched on the opposite faces of the pair of frame bodies 4 or in an approximately intermediate part in the width direction of the pair of frame bodies 4. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、かばん、特に、収納物を収納した状態で保管したり、持ち運んだり、搬送したりするに当たって内部に収納した収納物を振動や衝撃から保護することができるかばんに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から搬送中の振動や衝撃から内部に収納した収納物を保護するようにしたかばんＡとして、図１５に示すように底体２０と蓋体２１とを開閉自在に連結し、底体２０の内部の底部に緩衝材層２２を内装し、蓋体２１内にエアーバック２３を内装し、緩衝材層２２の上に収納物Ｂを載せ、蓋体２１を閉じた状態で外部からエアーバック２３にエアーを注入し、図１５（ｂ）に示すように緩衝材層２２と膨らんだエアーバック２３とで内部に収納した収納物Ｂを挟むことで収納物Ｂを振動や衝撃から保護するようにしたものが知られている（例えば実開平５−３４９２１号公報参照）。

また、製造場所から使用又は販売箇所に電子機器を移送するための梱包材として、組み立て前の扁平状となった梱包箱体内に付属品収納箱を収納し、その上に伸縮性のフィルムを張った２個の枠体を対向させ、対向する枠体のフィルム間に電子機器を収納し、側壁を起立させて前後、左右の側壁を連結し、次に中蓋を載せて中蓋を梱包箱体に係止し、その後に外蓋を被せて外蓋を係止するようにして梱包体を形成するものが知られている。（例えば特開２００１−２９４２７２号公報参照）

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記特許文献１に示される従来例は、エアーバック２３にエアーを注入するためのエアーポンプが必要でコストが高くなるばかりでなく、また、収納物Ｂを収納する毎にエアーバック２３にエアーを注入する作業が必要であり、収納物Ｂの収納作業がきわめて面倒で煩雑な作業になるという問題がある。

しかも、蓋体２１を閉じた状態でエアーバック２３にエアーを注入するので、収納物Ｂがエアーバック２３により正規の位置に正常な状態で確実に保持されている状態となっているか否かが確認ができないという問題がある。

しかも、上記特許文献１に示される従来例にあっては、底体２０、蓋体２１にそれぞれ緩衝材層２２、エアーバック２３を内装固定してあって取り外すことができず、このため緩衝材層２２やエアーバック２３を必要としないで通常のかばんとして使用しようとしても緩衝材層２２やエアーバック２３が邪魔になって通常のかばんとして使用ができず、かばんとしての利用範囲が制約されてしまうという問題がある。

また、上記特許文献２に示される従来例は、製造箇所から使用又は販売箇所に電子機器を移送するために使用する梱包材であり、これは単なる梱包材でしかなくてかばんとしては使用できないものである。しかも、この特許文献２に示される従来例にあっては、組み立て前の扁平状となった梱包箱体内に付属品収納箱を収納し、その上に伸縮性のフィルムを張った２個の枠体を対向させ、対向する枠体のフィルム間に電子機器を収納し、側壁を起立させて前後、左右の側壁を連結し、次に中蓋を載せて中蓋を梱包箱体に係止するのであるが、この中蓋を被せて係止する際、上の枠体がフィルム間に収納された電子機器の厚みにより上に押し上げられていてこれにより中蓋が不安定な姿勢で浮いているため、中蓋全体をバランス良く押し下げて上の枠体の下面全面を下の枠体の上面全面に当接した状態で中蓋を梱包箱体に係止しなければ係止がうまくできないものであり、上に不安定な姿勢で浮いている中蓋全体をバランス良く押し下げながら中蓋を梱包箱体に係止する作業が難しいという問題がある。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、簡単な構成で内部に収納した収納物を振動や衝撃から保護でき、しかも、シート状物を張設した一対の枠体のシート状物間に収納物を挟んで保持する作業が簡単にできるとともに収納物がシート状物により正しく保持されるかどうかを確認しながらシート状物による保持作業ができ、また、かばん本体内に収納した状態で外部から内部の収納状態の確認及び何を収納しているかが確認でき、更に、内ケースを取り外すことでシート状物を必要としない普通のかばんとして利用することができ、また、製造、販売に当たって、かばんの中に商品を収納してシート状物により保護した状態で出荷、販売することで、流通段階においては梱包容器として使用し、顧客が商品を買った後は該商品を入れるかばんとして使用することができるといった多様な使用形態が可能となるかばんを提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係るかばんは、内ケース１と、内ケース１を出し入れ自在に収納するための内ケース収納部２を有するかばん本体３とよりなり、一対の枠体４をヒンジ部５により開閉自在に連結すると共に一対の枠体４の対向面又は一対の枠体４の幅方向の略中間部分に伸縮性を有するシート状物６を張設して内ケース１を構成し、かばん本体３に内ケース１を閉じた状態で内ケース１を内ケース収納部２に出し入れするための出し入れ口７を設け、出し入れ口７に開閉自在な蓋９を設けて成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、ヒンジ部５を中心にして一対の枠体４を回動することで内ケース１を開き、この状態で一対の枠体４に張設した伸縮性を有するシート状物６間に収納物Ｂを入れ、この状態で一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体４を合わせることで、一対の枠体４に張設したシート状物６により収納物Ｂを簡単な操作で挟持できると共に、同時に一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体４を合わせた際におけるシート状物６による収納物Ｂの保持具合を確認できるものである。このようにして内ケース１を閉じて収納物Ｂを確実に保持した状態で、かばん本体３の出し入れ口７から内ケース１を内ケース収納部２に収納することで、パソコンのような電子機器や瓶類のような割れ物等の振動や衝撃により故障や破損しやすい収納物Ｂを保管したり、持ち運んだり、搬送したりするに当たって振動や衝撃から保護することができるものであり、しかも、両シート状物６間に収納物Ｂを収納して挟持するので、収納物Ｂの形状が異なるものであっても収納物Ｂの形状に合わせて伸縮性を有するシート状物６が変形して確実に両シート状物６により収納物Ｂを収納できるものである。また、内ケース１を取り外して内ケース収納部２に他の収納物Ｂを収納することで、かばん本体３を普通のかばんと同様に使用することが可能となるものである。

また、内ケース１のかばん本体３の出し入れ口７への差し込み方向が一対の矩形をした枠体４の閉じた状態における合わせ面と平行で且つ矩形をした枠体４のいずれかの辺と平行な方向となり、かばん本体３に設けた出し入れ口７の巾及び内ケース収納部２の巾が一対の枠体４を閉じた状態における内ケース１の巾とほぼ同じであることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体４を合わせて収納物Ｂを一対のシート状物６により挟持した状態で、一対の枠体４を閉じた状態を何らかの閉状態保持手段８で保持することなく、そのまま出し入れ口７からかばん本体３の内ケース収納部２に入れるような場合であっても、かばん本体３により一対の枠体４がヒンジ部５を中心に回動しないように閉じた状態のまま保持できるものであり、収納物Ｂの収納作業が容易に行えるものであり、また、閉状態保持手段８により閉状態を保持した場合であっても、仮に閉状態保持手段８による保持が緩んでも、かばん本体３により収納物Ｂを挟持したままの状態で一対の枠体４がヒンジ部５を中心に回動しないように閉じた状態のまま保持できるものである。

また、一対の枠体４を閉じた状態で一対の枠体１が閉じた状態を保持するための閉状態保持手段８を設けることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体４を合わせて収納物Ｂを一対のシート状物６により挟持した状態で閉状態保持手段８により閉状態を保持して内ケース１の取り扱いができるものであり、内ケース１に収納物Ｂを収納した状態における内ケース１の取り扱いが容易に行えるものである。

また、閉じた状態の一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌するためのはめ込み部材８ｄにより閉状態保持手段８を構成し、はめ込み部材８ｄに小物を収納自在とする小物収納部８ｅを付設することが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、一対の枠体４を閉じた状態を保持するための閉状態保持手段８に付設した小物収納部８ｅに小物Ｂ’を収納することができる。これにより、例えば、一対の枠体４を合わせてパソコンを一対のシート状物６により挟持した状態で閉状態保持手段８を構成するはめ込み部材８ｄを閉じた状態の一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側の端部に被嵌して一対の枠体４が開かないようにすると共にはめ込み部材８ｄに付設した小物収納部８ｅにパソコン関連のマウスなどの小物Ｂ’を収納して、パソコンだけでなくマウスうあコードなどの小物Ｂ’を一括して収納するといったような収納形態が採用できるものである。

また、シート状物６が透明又は半透明で、一対の枠体４を閉じた状態で内ケース１をかばん本体３の内ケース収納部２に収納した状態で少なくともシート状物６の一部が見えるようにかばん本体３の少なくとも一部が透明又は半透明であることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、内ケース１に収納物Ｂをシート状物６で挟んで支持し更にこれをかばん本体３に収納して２重に保持するようにしたものでありながら、内ケース１に挟持して収納した収納物Ｂをかばん本体３の外から目視により確認でき、かばん本体３内に収納して移動する際に収納物Ｂの確認ができて、入れ忘れを無くすことができ、また、収納物Ｂが見えることによりファッション性も優れたかばんとなり、更に、収納物Ｂを挟持して保持した内ケース１をかばん本体３に入れたままの状態で展示することもでき、かばんを展示ケースとして利用できるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

本発明のかばんＡは内ケース１と、内ケース１を出し入れ自在に収納するための内ケース収納部２を有するかばん本体３とで構成してある。

内ケース１は伸縮性を有するシート状物６を調整した矩形状の一対の枠体４をヒンジ部５により開閉自在に連結することで構成してある。矩形状の枠体４は合成樹脂製、アルミニウムのような金属製、紙製等であって、変形しにくい堅牢なものである。例えば、枠体４を構成する枠材４ａとしては図８（ａ）、（ｂ）に示すような樹脂管、金属管、紙管等の管材よりなるもの、図８（ｃ）に示すような樹脂材、厚紙等の平板を折り曲げて組み立てるもの、あるいは図８（ｄ）のように断面コ字状をしたもの、あるいは図８（ｅ）、（ｆ）のように枠材４ａを厚み方向に分割枠材４ａ１、４ａ２に２分割した分割タイプのもの等がある。

枠体４に張設する伸縮性のあるシート状物６としては、伸縮性のある合成樹脂シート、あるいはゴムシート、あるいは、伸縮性のある糸で形成した布シート、あるいは伸縮性のあるネット等が採用できる。これらの伸縮性のあるシート状物６は透明または半透明のものであることが好ましい。

一対の枠体４にそれぞれシート状物６を張設するに当たり、伸縮製のあるシート状物６は一対の枠体４の対向面又は一対の枠体４の幅方向の略中間部分に張設されるものである。ここで、図８（ｅ）（ｆ）のように枠体４を枠組みするための枠材４ａとして厚み方向に２分割した分割枠材４ａ１、４ａ２を用いる場合、分割枠材４ａ１、４ａ２間にシート状物６の端部を挟持した状態で分割枠材４ａ１、４ａ２を合わせて固着することでシート状物６を枠体４の幅方向の略中間部分に張設させることができるものである。

一対の矩形状をした枠体４の一辺同士を連結するヒンジ部５としては、枠体４やシート状物６とは別体の金属あるいは合成樹脂製のもので、この別体のヒンジ部５を図４のように一対の枠体４に固着したもの、あるいは、図５のように一対の枠体４を薄肉部５ａを介して合成樹脂により一体に形成し、両枠体４を一体に連続する合成樹脂製の薄肉部５ａが両枠体４を回動自在とするヒンジ部５を構成したもの、あるいは、両枠体４は別体であるが、両枠体４に張設するシート状物６が一枚ものであって、図６のように両側をそれぞれ一対の枠体４に張設したシート状物６の中間部分（両枠体４間の部分）を両枠体４を回動自在に連結するためのヒンジ部５としたもの等がある。

一対の枠体４はヒンジ部５を中心にして回動することで開いたり、閉じたりすることができるが、一対の枠体４をヒンジ部５を中心にして閉じた状態でこの閉じ状態を保持するための閉状態保持手段８が設けてある。閉状態保持手段８としては、図１２（ａ）に示すように一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５により連結した方と反対側の端部の対向面に磁石やマジックテープ（Ｒ）のような止着具８ａを設けたり、あるいは図１２（ｂ）に示すように一対の枠体４を閉じた状態でヒンジ部５と反対側の両枠体４の端部にわたって被嵌する別体の非変形性のコ字状をした開き止め具８ｂを設けたり、あるいは、図１２（ｃ）に示すように凹凸嵌合により着脱自在に接合する凹凸嵌合接合具８ｃを設けたり、あるいは、図１３、図１４に示すような閉じた状態の一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌するためのはめ込み部材８ｄ等を採用することができる。

ここで、閉じた状態の一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌するためのはめ込み部材８ｄで閉状態保持手段８を構成する場合、図１３、図１４に示すようにはめ込み部材８ｄに小物を収納自在とする小物収納部８ｅを付設するのが好ましい。すなわち、はめ込み部材８ｄは断面Ｈ字状をしており、片面側に閉じた状態の一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌するはめ込み凹部８ｆを形成し、他の片面側にはめ込み凹部８ｆの開口方向と反対方向に開口する小物収納部８ｅとなる凹みを形成したものである。そして、はめ込み部材８ｄのはめ込み凹部８ｆを閉じた状態の一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌して一対の枠体４の閉状態を保持し、また、小物収納部８ｅに小物Ｂ’を収納するようになっている。したがって、例えば、一対の枠体４を合わせて収納物Ｂとしてのパソコンを一対のシート状物６により挟持した状態で閉状態保持手段８を構成するはめ込み部材８ｄを閉じた状態の一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側の端部に被嵌して一対の枠体４が開かないようにすると共にはめ込み部材８ｄに付設した小物収納部８ｅにパソコン関連のマウスやコードなどの小物Ｂ’を収納して、パソコン、マウスなどの小物Ｂ’を一括して収納するといったような収納形態が採用できるものである。

かばん本体３はハードな箱状のもの（ハードタイプ）、あるいは柔軟な箱状のもの（ソフトタイプ）のいずれであってもよいが、かばんとして使用するために持ち歩きを便利するするために把手１０を設けてある。

かばん本体３には内ケース１を閉じた状態で収納するための内ケース収納部２を設けてあり、更に、この内ケース収納部２に内ケース１を出し入れするための出し入れ口７を設けてあり、出し入れ口７には開閉自在な蓋９を設けてある。

このかばん本体３は合成樹脂により形成してあり、展開状態が図９（ｂ）、図１０（ｂ）、図１１（ｂ）のような合成樹脂の板状物１５を図９（ａ）、図１０（ａ）、図１１（ａ）のように箱状に組み立てて隣接する各片同士を接着剤等により固着して構成することができる。かばん本体３は全部又は一部が透明又は半透明で内ケース収納部２内が外部から視認できるようになっている。

内ケース１のかばん本体３の出し入れ口７への差し込み方向（図１、図１３における矢印イ方向）は一対の矩形をした枠体４の閉じた状態における合わせ面と平行で且つ矩形をした枠体４のいずれかの辺と平行な方向となっており、また、かばん本体３に設けた出し入れ口７の巾及び内ケース収納部２の巾Ｍが一対の枠体４を閉じた状態における内ケース１の巾Ｎとほぼ同じとなっている。

上記のような内ケース１とかばん本体３とからなるかばんＡは以下のようにして使用するものである。

すなわち、ヒンジ部５を中心にして一対の枠体４を回動することで内ケース１を開き、この状態で一対の枠体４に張設した伸縮性を有するシート状物６間に収納物Ｂ（パソコン、あるいはマウス、アダプタ等のパソコン関連部品のような電子機器、瓶のような割れ物等）を入れて図７（ａ）のようにし、この状態で一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側の端部に図７（ｂ）の矢印ロで示すような押圧力を加えて一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側の端部を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体４を合わせて、閉状態保持手段８により一対の枠体４の閉状態を保持する。この場合、一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と連結した方と反対側の端部を近づけるように操作するのみで収納物Ｂをシート状物６間に位置させた状態で開いている一対の枠体４同士を簡単に合わせることができるものであり、これにより、収納物Ｂをシート状物６間に位置させた状態で従来のように浮き上がっている枠体４全体をバランス良く押さえる作業を行いながら一対の枠体４同士を合わせるという作業をする必要がなくて、簡単な操作で一対のシート状物６により収納物Ｂを挟持できるものであり、しかも、このように一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側を近づけるように回動して挟持作業を行っている際に同時に一対の枠体４を合わせた際におけるシート状物６による収納物Ｂの保持具合を確認でき、保持位置が片寄っていたり、あるいは複数の収納物Ａを保持する場合に複数の収納物Ａ同士が接していたりする場合には、これを発見して直ぐに挟持のやり直しを行うことができるものである。

なお、閉状態保持手段８に小物収納部８ｅを付設したものにおいては閉状態保持手段８で一対の枠体４の閉状態を保持すると共に図１４（ａ）のように小物収納部８ｅに小物Ｂ’を収納する。

このようにして内ケース１を閉じて収納物Ｂを確実に保持した状態で、かばん本体３の出し入れ口７から内ケース１を内ケース収納部２に収納して出し入れ口７を蓋９により閉じて図２、図３、あるいは図１４（ｂ）のようにし、把手１０を持ってかばんＡとして持ち運ぶものである。内ケース１にシート状物６による挟持により保持された収納物Ｂは上記のようにかばん本体３に収納されることで、二重に保持されることになり、かばん本体３にパソコンのような電子機器や瓶等の収納物Ａを入れた状態で保管したり、持ち運ぶことができるものである。ここで、上記のように内ケース１の一対の枠体４に張設した伸縮性を有するシート状物６に収納物Ａを挟持して収納し、更に、この内ケース１をかばん本体３内に収納しているので、パソコンのような電子機器や瓶類のような割れ物等のように振動や衝撃により故障や破損しやすい収納物Ｂを保管したり、持ち運んだり、搬送したりするに当たって振動や衝撃から確実に保護することができるものであり、しかも、両シート状物６間に収納物Ｂを収納して挟持するので、収納物Ｂの形状が異なるものであっても収納物Ｂの形状に合わせて伸縮性を有するシート状物６が変形して確実に両シート状物６により収納物Ｂを挟持できるものである。

また、本発明のかばんＡにおいては、内ケース１を取り外すと、かばん本体３を通常のかばんとしてそのまま使用することが可能となるものである。

また、製造、販売に当たって、本発明の内ケース１に商品（つまり収納物Ｂ）を収納して両シート３により挟持して保護して更に内ケース１をかばん本体３に入れて収納した状態で出荷、販売することで、流通段階においては本発明のかばんＡを梱包容器として使用し、顧客が商品を買った後は該商品（つまり収納物Ｂ）を入れるかばんＡとしてそのまま使用することができるものである。このように、本発明のかばんＡを流通段階における商品を梱包する梱包容器として利用する場合には、商品の購入者は梱包容器をそのままかばんＡとして使用でき、流通段階で従来のように商品を梱包するための段ボールや発泡スチロール等の梱包材を必要とせず、これらの段ボールや発泡スチロールを使用しないことで、ごみの発生を防ぎ、省資源化が図れるものである。

ところで、既にのべたように、内ケース１のかばん本体３の出し入れ口７への差し込み方向が一対の矩形をした枠体４の閉じた状態における合わせ面と平行で且つ矩形をした枠体４のいずれかの辺と平行な方向とし、また、かばん本体３に設けた出し入れ口７の巾及び内ケース収納部２の巾Ｍが一対の枠体４を閉じた状態における内ケース１の巾Ｎとほぼ同じにしてあると、一対の枠体４のヒンジ部５と反対側を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体４を合わせて収納物Ｂを一対のシート状物６により挟持した状態で、一対の枠体４を閉じた状態を何らかの閉状態保持手段８で保持することなく、そのままヒンジ部５を挿入方向の先に位置させて出し入れ口７からかばん本体３の内ケース収納部２に入れることで、かばん本体３により一対の枠体４の閉じ状態を維持して内ケース１により収納物Ｂを挟持したままの状態で一対の枠体４をかばん本体３の内ケース収納部２内に入れることができ、この結果、ヒンジ部５を中心に回動しないように閉じた状態のままかばん本体３内に内ケース１を入れて保持できるものであり、このようにすると、閉状態保持手段８による閉状態保持作業をする必要がなくて、収納物Ｂの収納作業が容易に行えるものである。また、閉状態保持手段８により閉状態を保持した場合であっても、仮に閉状態保持手段８による保持が緩んでも、かばん本体３により収納物Ｂを挟持したままの状態で一対の枠体４がヒンジ部５を中心に回動しないように閉じた状態のまま保持できるものである。
