本発明は、かばん、特に、収納物を収納した状態で保管したり、持ち運んだり、搬送したりするに当たって内部に収納した収納物を振動や衝撃から保護することができるかばんに関するものである。

従来から搬送中の振動や衝撃から内部に収納した収納物を保護するようにしたかばんAとして、図15に示すように底体20と蓋体21とを開閉自在に連結し、底体20の内部の底部に緩衝材層22を内装し、蓋体21内にエアーバック23を内装し、緩衝材層22の上に収納物Bを載せ、蓋体21を閉じた状態で外部からエアーバック23にエアーを注入し、図15(b)に示すように緩衝材層22と膨らんだエアーバック23とで内部に収納した収納物Bを挟むことで収納物Bを振動や衝撃から保護するようにしたものが知られている(例えば実開平5−34921号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記特許文献1に示される従来例は、エアーバック23にエアーを注入するためのエアーポンプが必要でコストが高くなるばかりでなく、また、収納物Bを収納する毎にエアーバック23にエアーを注入する作業が必要であり、収納物Bの収納作業がきわめて面倒で煩雑な作業になるという問題がある。

しかも、蓋体21を閉じた状態でエアーバック23にエアーを注入するので、収納物Bがエアーバック23により正規の位置に正常な状態で確実に保持されている状態となっているか否かが確認ができないという問題がある。

しかも、上記特許文献1に示される従来例にあっては、底体20、蓋体21にそれぞれ緩衝材層22、エアーバック23を内装固定してあって取り外すことができず、このため緩衝材層22やエアーバック23を必要としないで通常のかばんとして使用しようとしても緩衝材層22やエアーバック23が邪魔になって通常のかばんとして使用ができず、かばんとしての利用範囲が制約されてしまうという問題がある。

また、上記特許文献2に示される従来例は、製造箇所から使用又は販売箇所に電子機器を移送するために使用する梱包材であり、これは単なる梱包材でしかなくてかばんとしては使用できないものである。しかも、この特許文献2に示される従来例にあっては、組み立て前の扁平状となった梱包箱体内に付属品収納箱を収納し、その上に伸縮性のフィルムを張った2個の枠体を対向させ、対向する枠体のフィルム間に電子機器を収納し、側壁を起立させて前後、左右の側壁を連結し、次に中蓋を載せて中蓋を梱包箱体に係止するのであるが、この中蓋を被せて係止する際、上の枠体がフィルム間に収納された電子機器の厚みにより上に押し上げられていてこれにより中蓋が不安定な姿勢で浮いているため、中蓋全体をバランス良く押し下げて上の枠体の下面全面を下の枠体の上面全面に当接した状態で中蓋を梱包箱体に係止しなければ係止がうまくできないものであり、上に不安定な姿勢で浮いている中蓋全体をバランス良く押し下げながら中蓋を梱包箱体に係止する作業が難しいという問題がある。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、簡単な構成で内部に収納した収納物を振動や衝撃から保護でき、しかも、シート状物を張設した一対の枠体のシート状物間に収納物を挟んで保持する作業が簡単にできるとともに収納物がシート状物により正しく保持されるかどうかを確認しながらシート状物による保持作業ができ、また、かばん本体内に収納した状態で外部から内部の収納状態の確認及び何を収納しているかが確認でき、更に、内ケースを取り外すことでシート状物を必要としない普通のかばんとして利用することができ、また、製造、販売に当たって、かばんの中に商品を収納してシート状物により保護した状態で出荷、販売することで、流通段階においては梱包容器として使用し、顧客が商品を買った後は該商品を入れるかばんとして使用することができるといった多様な使用形態が可能となるかばんを提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係るかばんは、内ケース1と、内ケース1を出し入れ自在に収納するための内ケース収納部2を有するかばん本体3とよりなり、一対の枠体4をヒンジ部5により開閉自在に連結すると共に一対の枠体4の対向面又は一対の枠体4の幅方向の略中間部分に伸縮性を有するシート状物6を張設して内ケース1を構成し、かばん本体3に内ケース1を閉じた状態で内ケース1を内ケース収納部2に出し入れするための出し入れ口7を設け、出し入れ口7に開閉自在な蓋9を設けて成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、ヒンジ部5を中心にして一対の枠体4を回動することで内ケース1を開き、この状態で一対の枠体4に張設した伸縮性を有するシート状物6間に収納物Bを入れ、この状態で一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体4を合わせることで、一対の枠体4に張設したシート状物6により収納物Bを簡単な操作で挟持できると共に、同時に一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体4を合わせた際におけるシート状物6による収納物Bの保持具合を確認できるものである。このようにして内ケース1を閉じて収納物Bを確実に保持した状態で、かばん本体3の出し入れ口7から内ケース1を内ケース収納部2に収納することで、パソコンのような電子機器や瓶類のような割れ物等の振動や衝撃により故障や破損しやすい収納物Bを保管したり、持ち運んだり、搬送したりするに当たって振動や衝撃から保護することができるものであり、しかも、両シート状物6間に収納物Bを収納して挟持するので、収納物Bの形状が異なるものであっても収納物Bの形状に合わせて伸縮性を有するシート状物6が変形して確実に両シート状物6により収納物Bを収納できるものである。また、内ケース1を取り外して内ケース収納部2に他の収納物Bを収納することで、かばん本体3を普通のかばんと同様に使用することが可能となるものである。

また、内ケース1のかばん本体3の出し入れ口7への差し込み方向が一対の矩形をした枠体4の閉じた状態における合わせ面と平行で且つ矩形をした枠体4のいずれかの辺と平行な方向となり、かばん本体3に設けた出し入れ口7の巾及び内ケース収納部2の巾が一対の枠体4を閉じた状態における内ケース1の巾とほぼ同じであることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体4を合わせて収納物Bを一対のシート状物6により挟持した状態で、一対の枠体4を閉じた状態を何らかの閉状態保持手段8で保持することなく、そのまま出し入れ口7からかばん本体3の内ケース収納部2に入れるような場合であっても、かばん本体3により一対の枠体4がヒンジ部5を中心に回動しないように閉じた状態のまま保持できるものであり、収納物Bの収納作業が容易に行えるものであり、また、閉状態保持手段8により閉状態を保持した場合であっても、仮に閉状態保持手段8による保持が緩んでも、かばん本体3により収納物Bを挟持したままの状態で一対の枠体4がヒンジ部5を中心に回動しないように閉じた状態のまま保持できるものである。

また、閉じた状態の一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌するためのはめ込み部材8dにより閉状態保持手段8を構成し、はめ込み部材8dに小物を収納自在とする小物収納部8eを付設することが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、一対の枠体4を閉じた状態を保持するための閉状態保持手段8に付設した小物収納部8eに小物B’を収納することができる。これにより、例えば、一対の枠体4を合わせてパソコンを一対のシート状物6により挟持した状態で閉状態保持手段8を構成するはめ込み部材8dを閉じた状態の一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側の端部に被嵌して一対の枠体4が開かないようにすると共にはめ込み部材8dに付設した小物収納部8eにパソコン関連のマウスなどの小物B’を収納して、パソコンだけでなくマウスうあコードなどの小物B’を一括して収納するといったような収納形態が採用できるものである。

また、シート状物6が透明又は半透明で、一対の枠体4を閉じた状態で内ケース1をかばん本体3の内ケース収納部2に収納した状態で少なくともシート状物6の一部が見えるようにかばん本体3の少なくとも一部が透明又は半透明であることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、内ケース1に収納物Bをシート状物6で挟んで支持し更にこれをかばん本体3に収納して2重に保持するようにしたものでありながら、内ケース1に挟持して収納した収納物Bをかばん本体3の外から目視により確認でき、かばん本体3内に収納して移動する際に収納物Bの確認ができて、入れ忘れを無くすことができ、また、収納物Bが見えることによりファッション性も優れたかばんとなり、更に、収納物Bを挟持して保持した内ケース1をかばん本体3に入れたままの状態で展示することもでき、かばんを展示ケースとして利用できるものである。

以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

本発明のかばんAは内ケース1と、内ケース1を出し入れ自在に収納するための内ケース収納部2を有するかばん本体3とで構成してある。

内ケース1は伸縮性を有するシート状物6を調整した矩形状の一対の枠体4をヒンジ部5により開閉自在に連結することで構成してある。矩形状の枠体4は合成樹脂製、アルミニウムのような金属製、紙製等であって、変形しにくい堅牢なものである。例えば、枠体4を構成する枠材4aとしては図8(a)、(b)に示すような樹脂管、金属管、紙管等の管材よりなるもの、図8(c)に示すような樹脂材、厚紙等の平板を折り曲げて組み立てるもの、あるいは図8(d)のように断面コ字状をしたもの、あるいは図8(e)、(f)のように枠材4aを厚み方向に分割枠材4a1、4a2に2分割した分割タイプのもの等がある。

一対の矩形状をした枠体4の一辺同士を連結するヒンジ部5としては、枠体4やシート状物6とは別体の金属あるいは合成樹脂製のもので、この別体のヒンジ部5を図4のように一対の枠体4に固着したもの、あるいは、図5のように一対の枠体4を薄肉部5aを介して合成樹脂により一体に形成し、両枠体4を一体に連続する合成樹脂製の薄肉部5aが両枠体4を回動自在とするヒンジ部5を構成したもの、あるいは、両枠体4は別体であるが、両枠体4に張設するシート状物6が一枚ものであって、図6のように両側をそれぞれ一対の枠体4に張設したシート状物6の中間部分(両枠体4間の部分)を両枠体4を回動自在に連結するためのヒンジ部5としたもの等がある。

一対の枠体4はヒンジ部5を中心にして回動することで開いたり、閉じたりすることができるが、一対の枠体4をヒンジ部5を中心にして閉じた状態でこの閉じ状態を保持するための閉状態保持手段8が設けてある。閉状態保持手段8としては、図12(a)に示すように一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5により連結した方と反対側の端部の対向面に磁石やマジックテープ(R)のような止着具8aを設けたり、あるいは図12(b)に示すように一対の枠体4を閉じた状態でヒンジ部5と反対側の両枠体4の端部にわたって被嵌する別体の非変形性のコ字状をした開き止め具8bを設けたり、あるいは、図12(c)に示すように凹凸嵌合により着脱自在に接合する凹凸嵌合接合具8cを設けたり、あるいは、図13、図14に示すような閉じた状態の一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌するためのはめ込み部材8d等を採用することができる。

ここで、閉じた状態の一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌するためのはめ込み部材8dで閉状態保持手段8を構成する場合、図13、図14に示すようにはめ込み部材8dに小物を収納自在とする小物収納部8eを付設するのが好ましい。すなわち、はめ込み部材8dは断面H字状をしており、片面側に閉じた状態の一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌するはめ込み凹部8fを形成し、他の片面側にはめ込み凹部8fの開口方向と反対方向に開口する小物収納部8eとなる凹みを形成したものである。そして、はめ込み部材8dのはめ込み凹部8fを閉じた状態の一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側の端部に着脱自在に被嵌して一対の枠体4の閉状態を保持し、また、小物収納部8eに小物B’を収納するようになっている。したがって、例えば、一対の枠体4を合わせて収納物Bとしてのパソコンを一対のシート状物6により挟持した状態で閉状態保持手段8を構成するはめ込み部材8dを閉じた状態の一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側の端部に被嵌して一対の枠体4が開かないようにすると共にはめ込み部材8dに付設した小物収納部8eにパソコン関連のマウスやコードなどの小物B’を収納して、パソコン、マウスなどの小物B’を一括して収納するといったような収納形態が採用できるものである。

すなわち、ヒンジ部5を中心にして一対の枠体4を回動することで内ケース1を開き、この状態で一対の枠体4に張設した伸縮性を有するシート状物6間に収納物B(パソコン、あるいはマウス、アダプタ等のパソコン関連部品のような電子機器、瓶のような割れ物等)を入れて図7(a)のようにし、この状態で一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側の端部に図7(b)の矢印ロで示すような押圧力を加えて一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側の端部を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体4を合わせて、閉状態保持手段8により一対の枠体4の閉状態を保持する。この場合、一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と連結した方と反対側の端部を近づけるように操作するのみで収納物Bをシート状物6間に位置させた状態で開いている一対の枠体4同士を簡単に合わせることができるものであり、これにより、収納物Bをシート状物6間に位置させた状態で従来のように浮き上がっている枠体4全体をバランス良く押さえる作業を行いながら一対の枠体4同士を合わせるという作業をする必要がなくて、簡単な操作で一対のシート状物6により収納物Bを挟持できるものであり、しかも、このように一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側を近づけるように回動して挟持作業を行っている際に同時に一対の枠体4を合わせた際におけるシート状物6による収納物Bの保持具合を確認でき、保持位置が片寄っていたり、あるいは複数の収納物Aを保持する場合に複数の収納物A同士が接していたりする場合には、これを発見して直ぐに挟持のやり直しを行うことができるものである。

このようにして内ケース1を閉じて収納物Bを確実に保持した状態で、かばん本体3の出し入れ口7から内ケース1を内ケース収納部2に収納して出し入れ口7を蓋9により閉じて図2、図3、あるいは図14(b)のようにし、把手10を持ってかばんAとして持ち運ぶものである。内ケース1にシート状物6による挟持により保持された収納物Bは上記のようにかばん本体3に収納されることで、二重に保持されることになり、かばん本体3にパソコンのような電子機器や瓶等の収納物Aを入れた状態で保管したり、持ち運ぶことができるものである。ここで、上記のように内ケース1の一対の枠体4に張設した伸縮性を有するシート状物6に収納物Aを挟持して収納し、更に、この内ケース1をかばん本体3内に収納しているので、パソコンのような電子機器や瓶類のような割れ物等のように振動や衝撃により故障や破損しやすい収納物Bを保管したり、持ち運んだり、搬送したりするに当たって振動や衝撃から確実に保護することができるものであり、しかも、両シート状物6間に収納物Bを収納して挟持するので、収納物Bの形状が異なるものであっても収納物Bの形状に合わせて伸縮性を有するシート状物6が変形して確実に両シート状物6により収納物Bを挟持できるものである。

また、製造、販売に当たって、本発明の内ケース1に商品(つまり収納物B)を収納して両シート3により挟持して保護して更に内ケース1をかばん本体3に入れて収納した状態で出荷、販売することで、流通段階においては本発明のかばんAを梱包容器として使用し、顧客が商品を買った後は該商品(つまり収納物B)を入れるかばんAとしてそのまま使用することができるものである。このように、本発明のかばんAを流通段階における商品を梱包する梱包容器として利用する場合には、商品の購入者は梱包容器をそのままかばんAとして使用でき、流通段階で従来のように商品を梱包するための段ボールや発泡スチロール等の梱包材を必要とせず、これらの段ボールや発泡スチロールを使用しないことで、ごみの発生を防ぎ、省資源化が図れるものである。

ところで、既にのべたように、内ケース1のかばん本体3の出し入れ口7への差し込み方向が一対の矩形をした枠体4の閉じた状態における合わせ面と平行で且つ矩形をした枠体4のいずれかの辺と平行な方向とし、また、かばん本体3に設けた出し入れ口7の巾及び内ケース収納部2の巾Mが一対の枠体4を閉じた状態における内ケース1の巾Nとほぼ同じにしてあると、一対の枠体4のヒンジ部5と反対側を近づけるように回動して一対の枠体4を合わせて収納物Bを一対のシート状物6により挟持した状態で、一対の枠体4を閉じた状態を何らかの閉状態保持手段8で保持することなく、そのままヒンジ部5を挿入方向の先に位置させて出し入れ口7からかばん本体3の内ケース収納部2に入れることで、かばん本体3により一対の枠体4の閉じ状態を維持して内ケース1により収納物Bを挟持したままの状態で一対の枠体4をかばん本体3の内ケース収納部2内に入れることができ、この結果、ヒンジ部5を中心に回動しないように閉じた状態のままかばん本体3内に内ケース1を入れて保持できるものであり、このようにすると、閉状態保持手段8による閉状態保持作業をする必要がなくて、収納物Bの収納作業が容易に行えるものである。また、閉状態保持手段8により閉状態を保持した場合であっても、仮に閉状態保持手段8による保持が緩んでも、かばん本体3により収納物Bを挟持したままの状態で一対の枠体4がヒンジ部5を中心に回動しないように閉じた状態のまま保持できるものである。
