Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a closure cap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A sealable cap having a so-called virgin seal function, which is attached to the mouth and neck of a container so that it is easy to determine that the contents of the container have not been opened before use, is known (for example, Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 1). Reference 2).
[0003]
In the former, a band portion is extended through a break portion at the lower end of a cap body having a top cylindrical shape with a lower end opening, and when the cap body is screwed to a container mouth and neck portion, it protrudes around the inner periphery of the band portion. The engaging ridge provided is mounted so as to ride over and engage the lower surface of the locking ridge provided on the outer periphery of the neck of the container. Since the cap body cannot be unscrewed unless the break part is broken due to the presence of the above-mentioned band part, it can be seen at a glance that it is not used, and it effectively works to prevent mischief, ensure product reliability, etc. In use, when the cap is unscrewed, the breakable portion breaks and can be opened.
[0004]
Also, the latter is provided with a peripheral rib obliquely provided downward on the inner peripheral surface of the band portion in the former case, and a plurality of ratchets in which a guide piece is protruded from the peripheral rib to a tip at a tip in a circumferential direction. I have. Then, at the time of screwing, each ratchet rides over the locking ridge and abuts and locks on the lower surface of the container having the locking ridge provided around the outer periphery of the mouth and neck portion. It is configured so that it cannot be unscrewed.
[0005]
Separation of waste is promoted for the purpose of effective use of waste and the like, and it is desired that glass or the like forming a container and a cap made of a synthetic resin be separated and disposed. In the former case, no consideration has been given to responding to such a demand, but in the latter case, a slit and a groove are formed in the band portion so that the band portion can be broken, and the band portion is separated from the container after use. It is configured to be possible.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Each of the above caps can be easily attached to the container, and if opened improperly, illegal acts are confirmed from the appearance, so that the quality assurance of the contents of the container is ensured. Although it can be obtained, as described above, the former does not take into account the sorting process, and is generally performed with the band attached to the neck of the container at the time of disposal.
[0008]
Further, in the latter case, although the band is configured to be ruptured, the band part is torn by a finger, for example, and it may be difficult to tear due to an error such as a depth of a groove. It is inconvenient for people to handle when tearing.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and has a virgin seal function like a conventional product, can be easily attached to a container, and is extremely easy to separate from a container after use. It is proposed.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the sealing cap according to the first aspect of the present invention suspends the stopper tube 3 from the lower end surface of the cap body 2 via a breakable connecting means, and caps the mouth and neck 5 of the container 4. A sealing cap formed so that the stopper tube 3 can be engaged with the mouth and neck portion 5 via an engagement means when the main body is screwed, wherein the engagement means is formed on the outer periphery of the mouth and neck portion 5. A plurality of engaging projections 13 circumferentially protruding from the inner surface of the retaining cylinder 3 through the thin portion 12 in the circumferential direction through the formed annular projection 10 in an upwardly bent state. It is an engagement means engaged with the lower surface of the projection 10, wherein each of the engagement projections 13 has a projection width that can be inverted downward below the annular projection 10. As a sealing cap.
[0011]
Further, the sealable cap according to the second aspect of the present invention is provided with a ratchet mechanism that is engaged between the cap body 2 and the stopper cylinder 3 in the screwing rotation direction and not engaged in the screw removal rotation direction. The sealing cap according to claim 1 is constituted.
[0012]
The sealing cap according to the third aspect of the present invention is configured such that each of the engaging projections 13 is capable of engaging with the lower end corner a of the annular projection 10 with the engagement concave section 14 recessed at the distal end. The cap is configured as a sealable cap according to claim 1.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
As shown in the drawings, the sealable cap 1 of the present invention is integrally formed of a synthetic resin, and includes a cap body 2 and a stopper tube 3.
[0015]
The cap main body 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a bottom opening with a lower end opening that is configured to be screwed onto the outer periphery of the mouth and neck portion 5 of the container 4 to be mounted. As a specific example, as shown in the illustrated example, a screw is formed on the inner peripheral surface. The top wall 8 extends from the upper end of the peripheral wall 7 around which the peripheral wall 9 is provided. In addition, the lower end of the peripheral wall 7 is thickened outwardly, and an annular hanging portion 7a is provided below the outer lower surface. Further, the container 4 has a thread 9 provided around the outer periphery of the mouth and neck portion 5, and an annular protrusion 10 is provided at a predetermined position below the screw 9. The annular protruding portion 10 is formed so as to have a larger protruding width than the screw thread 9, and is configured such that an engagement protruding piece described later can press over the upper bent state so as to be able to get over.
[0016]
The retaining tube 3 is integrally hung from the lower end surface of the cap body 2 via a breakable connecting means. When the cap body is screwed to the mouth / neck portion 5, the engaging means A is engaged with the mouth / neck portion 5. It is configured to be engageable via The retaining cylinder 3 is hung such that its inner peripheral surface is located at a predetermined position outside the inner peripheral surface of the cap main body peripheral wall 7. That is, the inner diameter is such that an engagement projection, which will be described later, can easily pass through the thread 9 at the upper part of the mouth and neck, and can overcome the annular projection 10 by pressing against the annular projection 10 in the upwardly bent state as described above.
[0017]
As the connection means, various forms can be adopted as long as the connection state can be broken between the cap body 2 and the retaining cylinder 3 engaged and fixed to the mouth and neck part 5 when the cap body 2 is unscrewed after the mounting. In the illustrated example, a small space is provided between the lower end surface of the hanging portion 7a of the cap body peripheral wall 7 and the upper end surface of the retaining cylinder 3, and a thin rod shape connecting the inner surfaces of the hanging portion 7a and the retaining tube 3 to each other. And a plurality of connecting pieces 11 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction.
[0018]
The engagement means A is configured such that a plurality of engagement protrusions 13 projecting in the circumferential direction from the inner surface of the retaining tube 3 via the thin portion 12 over the annular protrusion 10 in an upwardly bent state, and The tip of the projection 13 is engaged with the lower surface of the annular projection 10 to prevent the attached retaining cylinder 3 from slipping upward. As shown in FIG. 2, for example, each of the engagement projections 13 can be integrally formed in a state in which each engagement projection 13 projects horizontally inward, and can be bent upward from the thin portion 12 at the time of attachment to the container 4. Become.
[0019]
The engagement state between the distal end portion of each engagement protrusion 13 and the lower surface portion of the annular protrusion 10 can be of various forms as long as it can prevent the retaining tube 3 from slipping upward. A lateral groove-shaped engaging concave portion 14 formed at the tip of each engaging protrusion 13 is engaged with the lower corner portion a of the annular protrusion 10. Alternatively, although not shown, a downwardly-facing step which is open outward and downward is formed on the lower surface of the annular projection 10, and the distal end of each engaging projection 13 is engaged with the step. good.
[0020]
In the present invention, each of the engaging projections 13 has a protruding width that can be turned downward below the annular projection 10. In other words, when the stopper tube 3 is detached after being mounted, when the stopper is once lowered below the annular protrusion 10 and then raised again, the engaging protrusions 13 are pushed by the lower surface of the annular protrusion 10 and turned downward. Set the protrusion width to a length that can be moved. Specifically, for example, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, when the engaging projection 13 is in a horizontal state, its tip has a length such that a gap is formed with the outer surface of the mouth and neck portion, or a length substantially the same. Can be raised.
[0021]
Further, a ratchet mechanism is provided between the cap body 2 and the retaining cylinder 3 so as to be engaged in the screwing rotation direction and not engaged in the screwing rotation direction. In the illustrated example, an inverted trapezoidal projection 15 is vertically provided on the lower surface of the cap body 2 so that the end face in the screwing and turning direction forms a vertical surface, and the side end face in the screwing and turning direction forms an inclined surface. A recess 16 having a similar shape is provided at a position corresponding to the upper surface of the retaining cylinder 3, and the projection 15 is fitted into the recess 16. Therefore, when the cap body 2 is screwed onto the mouth-neck portion 5, the vertical surface of the projection 15 and the vertical surface of the concave portion engage to rotate the retaining cylinder 3 in the screwing rotation direction. , So that undesired breakage of the connecting means is prevented.
[0022]
The case where the sealable cap 1 configured as described above is used will be described. First, the mouth and neck 5 of the container 4 is inserted through the lower end opening, and the cap body 2 is screwed to the mouth and neck 5. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the engaging projection 13 of the retaining tube 3 passes in a state facing inward during molding. Next, when the screw is further lowered by screwing, each of the engaging projections 13 rides over the annular projection 10 and engages the engagement recess 14 with the lower end corner a, thereby completing the screwing. At the time of the overriding, each of the engaging projections 13 rides over in a state of being bent substantially vertically upward from the thin portion 12 by the annular projection 10. In this state, the cap body 2 cannot be unscrewed unless the rupturable connecting means is broken, and the cap body 2 can be recognized at first glance as unused unless the connecting means that can be broken is broken. At the time of screwing, the connecting means that can be broken by the action of the ratchet mechanism can be screwed without applying a load.
[0023]
When opening the contents for use, it is sufficient to simply rotate the cap body 2 in the unscrewing direction. By doing so, the retaining cylinder 3 is prevented from further ascending by the respective engaging projections 13. On the other hand, since only the cap body 2 is screwed up, each connecting piece 11 is broken and the upper end of the mouth-neck portion 5 is opened. When the entire contents are used and the whole is discarded, as shown in FIG. The lower surface of the annular protrusion 10 reverses downward and easily passes through the portion of the annular protrusion 10, and is easily removed by pulling the retaining cylinder 3 upward as it is. It is naturally possible to remove and discard the stopper tube 3 immediately after opening.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the sealable cap of the present invention can be easily attached to the container and easily removed from the container after opening by adopting the above-described configuration. It can be easily removed without the need for tearing. In addition, since synthetic resin can be integrally molded, there are advantages such as easy production. Naturally, it also has the features of the conventional product, such as the fact that fraud is confirmed from the appearance.
[0025]
Further, the sealing cap according to the second aspect of the present invention has an advantage that it can be securely attached without damaging the connecting means that can be broken when screwed into the container.
[0026]
Further, the sealing cap according to the third aspect of the present invention can easily engage the lower end corner immediately after the engaging projections cross the annular projection in the upwardly bent state. Even if the piece is formed relatively short, it is possible to reliably prevent the piece from coming off.
