Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sealed cap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is known a sealed cap having a so-called virgin seal function that is attached to the mouth and neck of a container and easily known to be unopened before the contents of the container are used (for example, Patent Document 1 or Patent Reference 2).
[0003]
In the former, a band part is extended to the lower end of a cap main body having a top-bottomed cylindrical shape through a fractured part at the lower end opening. The provided engaging ridge is mounted on the lower surface of the locking ridge provided on the outer periphery of the container neck. Since the cap body cannot be screwed off unless the break part is broken due to the presence of the band part etc., it can be seen at a glance that it is unused, and it works effectively in preventing mischief and ensuring product reliability. In use, if the cap is unscrewed, the broken portion can be broken and opened.
[0004]
In the latter case, a peripheral rib inclined obliquely downward is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the band part in the former case, and a plurality of ratchets each having a guide piece protruding from the peripheral rib are provided in the circumferential direction. Yes. And when the ratchet is screwed to a container having a locking ridge around the mouth / neck, the cap body moves over the locking ridge and abuts and locks to its lower surface. It is configured so that it cannot be unscrewed.
[0005]
In addition, waste separation processing has been promoted for the purpose of effective use of waste, and it is desired to separate and discard glass or the like forming a container and a cap made of synthetic resin. In the case of the former, no consideration is given to answer such a request, but in the latter case, slits and grooves are formed in the band part so that the band part can be broken, and the band part is separated from the container after use. It is configured as possible.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Each of the above caps can be easily attached to the container, and if it is illegally opened, fraudulent acts are confirmed from the appearance, so that the quality assurance of the contents of the container is ensured. Although obtained, as described above, the former is not considered in the separation process, and is generally performed while the band part is attached to the container neck at the time of disposal.
[0008]
In the latter case, the band portion is configured to be ruptured, but the band portion is torn by a finger, for example, and may be difficult to tear due to errors such as the depth of the groove. It is also inconvenient for humans to handle when tearing.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and can provide a virgin seal function like a conventional product, can be easily attached to a container, and can be easily separated from the container after use. This is a proposal.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the sealing cap according to the first aspect of the present invention hangs the retaining cylinder 3 from the lower end surface of the cap main body 2 via a connecting means that can be broken, and caps the mouth and neck portion 5 of the container 4. A sealing cap formed so that the retaining cylinder 3 can be engaged with the mouth-and-neck portion 5 through engagement means when the main body is screwed, and the engagement means is formed on the outer periphery of the mouth-and-neck portion 5 A plurality of engaging protrusions 13 projecting from the inner surface of the retaining cylinder 3 through the thin wall portion 12 over the annular protrusions 10 in an upward bent state, and the front ends of the engaging protrusions 13 are annular. The engaging means is engaged with the lower surface portion of the protrusion 10, and each of the engaging protrusions 13 has a protrusion width that can be reversed downward below the annular protrusion 10. It was configured as a sealed cap.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sealed cap that is provided with a ratchet mechanism that engages in the screwing rotation direction and disengages in the screwing rotation direction between the cap body 2 and the retaining cylinder 3. The sealed cap according to claim 1 is constructed.
[0012]
Further, the sealing type cap of the invention according to claim 3 is configured such that each of the engaging protrusions 13 is configured to be able to engage with an engaging recess 14 formed in a tip portion thereof at a lower end corner portion a of the annular protrusion 10. The sealed cap according to claim 1.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
As shown in the drawings, the sealed cap 1 of the present invention is integrally formed of a synthetic resin, and includes a cap body 2 and a retaining cylinder 3.
[0015]
The cap body 2 has a top-bottomed cylindrical shape that is configured to be screwed to the outer periphery of the mouth neck portion 5 of the container 4 to be mounted. As a specific example, the cap body 2 is threaded on the inner peripheral surface as shown in the drawing. A top wall 8 is extended from the upper end of the peripheral wall 7 provided with a circle 9. Further, the lower end portion of the peripheral wall 7 is widened outwardly, and an annular hanging portion 7a is suspended downward from the outer lower surface thereof. Further, the container 4 has a thread 9 around the outer periphery of the mouth neck 5 and an annular protrusion 10 projecting around a predetermined position below the thread 9. The annular protrusion 10 is formed so as to have a larger protrusion width than the thread 9, and is configured such that an engaging protrusion, which will be described later, can be pressed and overcome in an upward bent state.
[0016]
The retaining cylinder 3 is integrally suspended from the lower end surface of the cap body 2 via a breakable connecting means. When the cap body is screwed to the mouth / neck part 5, the retaining means A is engaged with the mouth / neck part 5. It is comprised so that engagement is possible. The retaining cylinder 3 is suspended so that its inner peripheral surface is located at a predetermined position outward from the inner peripheral surface of the cap main body peripheral wall 7. In other words, the inner diameter of the engagement protrusion, which will be described later, can easily pass through the threaded portion 9 at the top of the mouth-neck portion and can be overcome by being in pressure contact with the annular protrusion 10 in the upwardly bent state.
[0017]
As the connecting means, various forms can be adopted as long as the connecting means can be broken with the retaining cylinder 3 engaged and fixed to the mouth-and-neck portion 5 when the cap body 2 is screwed off after the mounting. In the illustrated example, a narrow space is formed between the lower end surface of the hanging part 7a of the peripheral wall 7 of the cap body and the upper end surface of the retaining cylinder 3, and the inner surfaces of the hanging part 7a and the retaining cylinder 3 are connected to each other. A plurality of connecting pieces 11 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction.
[0018]
The engaging means A includes a plurality of engaging protrusions 13 protruding in the circumferential direction from the inner surface of the retaining cylinder 3 via the thin wall portion 12 over the annular protruding portion 10 in an upward bent state. By engaging the tip end portion of the projecting piece 13 with the lower surface portion of the annular projecting portion 10, the attached retaining cylinder 3 is prevented from coming out upward. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, each engaging protrusion 13 can be integrally formed in a state of being horizontally projected inward, and is bent upward from the thin portion 12 when mounted on the container 4. Become.
[0019]
The engagement state between the tip of each engagement protrusion 13 and the bottom surface of the annular protrusion 10 can adopt various forms as long as it can prevent the retaining cylinder 3 from being pulled out upward. A lateral groove-like engaging recess 14 that is recessed at the tip of each engaging protrusion 13 is engaged with the lower end corner portion a of the annular protrusion 10. Alternatively, although not shown, a downward stepped portion that opens outward and downward may be formed on the lower surface portion of the annular protrusion 10, and the tip end of each engagement protrusion 13 may be engaged with the step. good.
[0020]
In the present invention, each engagement protrusion 13 has a protrusion width that can be inverted downward below the annular protrusion 10. That is, when the retaining cylinder 3 is detached after being mounted, when the lower end of the annular protrusion 10 is lowered and then raised again, each engaging protrusion 13 is pushed by the lower surface of the annular protrusion 10 and rotated downward. Set the protruding width to a length that can afford to move. Specifically, for example, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, when the engagement protrusion 13 is in a horizontal state, the tip thereof is long enough to have a gap with the outer surface of the mouth-neck portion, or substantially the same length. Raised.
[0021]
Furthermore, a ratchet mechanism that engages in the screwing rotation direction and disengages in the screwing rotation direction is provided between the cap body 2 and the retaining cylinder 3. In the illustrated example, an inverted trapezoidal protrusion 15 is vertically provided on the lower surface of the cap body 2 so that the end surface in the screwing rotation direction forms a vertical surface and the side end surface in the screwing rotation direction forms an inclined surface. A recess 16 having a similar shape is provided at a position corresponding to the top surface of the retaining cylinder 3, and the protrusion 15 is fitted into the recess 16. Therefore, when the cap body 2 is screwed to the mouth-and-neck portion 5, the vertical surface of the protrusion 15 and the vertical surface of the recess engage to rotate the retaining cylinder 3 in the screwing rotation direction. The connecting means is configured to prevent undesired breakage.
[0022]
The case where the sealing cap 1 configured as described above is used will be described. First, the mouth and neck portion 5 of the container 4 is inserted through the lower end opening, and the cap body 2 is screwed to the mouth and neck portion 5. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the engaging protrusion 13 of the retaining cylinder 3 passes in a state of facing inward at the time of molding. Next, when the screw is further lowered, each engagement protrusion 13 gets over the annular protrusion 10 and engages the engagement recess 14 with the lower corner portion a to complete the screwing. At the time of this overcoming, each engaging protrusion 13 gets over in a state where it is bent upward from the thin portion 12 by the annular protrusion 10 in a substantially vertical shape. In this state, the cap body 2 cannot be unscrewed unless it is transported, stored, displayed, etc., and the breakable connecting means is broken. In addition, when screwing, the connecting means that can be broken by the action of the ratchet mechanism can be screwed without applying a load.
[0023]
When opening for using the contents, the cap body 2 may be simply rotated in the screwing direction. By doing so, the retaining cylinder 3 is prevented from further rising by the engagement protrusions 13. On the other hand, since only the cap body 2 is screwed up, each connecting piece 11 is broken to open the upper end of the mouth and neck portion 5. Further, when the contents are used up and discarded as a whole, as shown in FIG. 6, if the retaining cylinder 3 is moved downward after moving to the lower end of the annular protrusion 10, each engaging protrusion 13 is The bottom of the annular protrusion 10 is turned downward to easily pass through the annular protrusion 10 and is easily removed by pulling the retaining cylinder 3 upward as it is. Of course, the retaining cylinder 3 can be removed and discarded immediately after opening.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the sealed cap of the present invention has the above-described configuration, it can be easily attached to the container and can be easily detached from the container after opening. It can be easily removed without the need for tearing. In addition, since synthetic resin can be integrally molded, there are advantages such as easy manufacture. Naturally, it also has the characteristics of conventional products, such as confirming fraudulent behavior from the appearance.
[0025]
In addition, the sealed cap according to the second aspect of the present invention has an advantage that it can be reliably attached without damaging the connecting means that can be broken when screwed into the container.
[0026]
Further, the sealing type cap of the invention of claim 3 can be easily engaged with the lower end corner portion of each engagement protrusion piece immediately after getting over the annular protrusion in the upward bent state. Even if the piece is formed relatively short, it can be surely prevented from coming out.
