Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention provides a connector for continuously supplying a rootstock seedling and a scion seedling to separate gripping devices, and holding and fixing a joint between the rootstock seedling and the scion seedling. The present invention relates to a fitting suitable for a device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The inventors have been making grafted seedlings for many years, but most of them have been by hand.
However, as a result of research on the production of seedlings by grafting in recent years, it has become possible to produce seedlings by machines instead of manually.
As an example thereof, one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-107125 is known. However, in the present invention, seedlings for grafting cannot be continuously supplied. The seedlings such as those disclosed in JP-A-3-61429 and JP-A-2-190118 can supply the seedlings continuously, but since the cutting is provided at the tip of the revolving arm for cutting the seedlings, the cutting is performed. However, there was a problem with the cut surface, and the use of a spring pin in the shape of a washing pin as a fixing means caused various inconveniences, and was not satisfactory.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The production of grafts by hand requires many skilled workers, but in recent years it has become difficult to secure human resources, and labor costs have risen and workers have become aging.
Therefore, the present inventor provided a plurality of gripping devices on a pair of rotating tables provided on a gantry, continuously supplied seedlings and spikelets to the gripping devices, and cut the seedlings and spikelets. It is an object of the present invention to provide a coupler capable of reliably joining a joint of a grafted tree.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Two turntables for rootstock and spikes facing each other at an appropriate interval are provided so as to rotate in synchronization on the same mount, and four seedling holding devices are provided on each of the two turntables. Provided, grasp the seedlings supplied at the first station as a gripping part, move to the second station as a cutting part, cut a predetermined position of the seedlings with a cutting device, the third station as a joint part Then, the cut rootstock is joined to the cut scion, and the joint of both seedlings is joined by a joining device using a specific joining tool, and moved to the fourth station of the scion turntable. The seedlings can be automatically connected by a grafting device configured to discharge the joined seedlings.
[0005]
[Action]
On one of the rootstock turntables side, supply rootstock seedlings at the first station, hold and fix one leaf and stem of the seedlings by the gripping device, then move to the second station, The true leaves and growing portions of the seedlings are cut and removed by a cutting device provided on the outside of the table in opposition to the seedling holding device, and the seedlings are moved to a third station, which is a joint.
On the other hand, in the scion table synchronized with this, the scion seedlings are supplied at the first station, and both leaves and two stems of the seedling are gripped and fixed by the gripping device, and then the second station To cut the middle of the two stalks where the seedlings are gripped by the cutting device provided opposite to the seedling gripping device on the outside of the table, and move to the third station, which is the junction, After joining together with the joining surface of the rootstock to be joined, the joining portion is fitted and held by a joining tool, and then moved to the fourth station to discharge the joined grafted seedling onto a belt conveyor.
[0005]

A rootstock table (2) is provided with rootstock gripping devices 201 at equal intervals at four locations in the circumferential direction. The scion table (3) opposite thereto is also provided with scion grasping devices 301 at equal intervals at four locations in the circumferential direction, and the stock table (2) is rotated clockwise to move the seedlings. A first station that is a supply and gripping part of the seedling, a second station that is a cutting part of the seedling, a third station that is a joining part of the seedling, and a fourth station that is a resting part, and a scion table facing this (3) is a first station which is a feeding and gripping portion of the seedlings, a second station which is a cutting portion of the seedlings, a third station which is a joining portion of the seedlings, and a third station which is a discharging portion of the joined seedlings. Configure four stations It is.
[0022]
Next, a description will be given of a coupling tool and a mode of supplying the coupling tool to the joint, which is a feature of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 21 and FIG. 22, the coupler is composed of a combination of small rectangular male and female small pieces 10 and 11 made of a somewhat flexible material such as plastics.
The male mold 10 has four protrusions 101 formed near the four inner corners of a substantially rectangular piece, a groove 103 for holding a seedling at the center in the short side direction, and a plurality of protrusions formed on the inner peripheral surface of the groove. A ridge 102 is formed, and on the outer surface, a ridge 102 is formed at one corner of the short side, and a pair of concave holes 105 are provided near the center inside of both short sides.
The female mold 11 has a through hole 111 that fits into the male protrusion 101 near the inner four corners of the substantially rectangular small piece, and has a male groove 103 corresponding to the male groove 103 at the center in the short side direction. A groove 113 is provided, a plurality of ridges 114 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the groove, and a ridge 112 is formed on one corner surface on the short side on the outer surface.
With the above configuration, the seedling holding grooves 103 and 113 can reliably position the seedling at the holding position without damaging the stem. Furthermore, when the joint portion of the grafted seedling is sandwiched by such a coupling tool, a plurality of ridges formed on the inner peripheral surface of the groove are caught on the stem surface of the seedling, and the joining rate is high without falling off. .
In addition, by forming the ridges 102 and 112 on the outer surface at one corner surface on the short side, it is easy to determine the supply direction such as the front and back of the small piece, front and rear, right and left when automatically supplying the joint to the joining position. Since they can be supplied, they can be supplied in the correct direction and can be securely connected.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, if the grafting device of the present invention is used, the rootstock seedling and the spikelet seedling can be cut by a simple operation and joined and fixed by using a fastener, so that labor saving is possible and anyone can easily graft. Can produce a name.
