Description

【0001】

[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-336455 (FIGS. 2 to 4)
[0004]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the handrail 70 has a pair of pillars 72 whose lower ends are inserted and vertically installed in receiving brackets 69 fixed near the four corners of the work floor 62, and horizontally between the upper ends of the pillars 72. It is composed of a handrail bar 74 to be fixed and a reinforcing bar 73 fixed to the middle of the pair of columns 72.
As shown in FIG. 9, between the two handrail bars 74, 74 of the pair of handrails 70, a pair of opening stoppers 76 are arranged at positions near each short side of the work floor 62. The opening stopper 76 is configured to prevent the pair of handrails 70 from being separated from each other and to open outward, so that the pivoting support 78 and the tip of the plate-shaped body 77 rotatably supported by the handrail bar 74 of one of the handrails 70. And a hook 79 which is hung from the handrail and is engaged with the handrail bar 74 of the other handrail 70.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the opening stopper 76 used for the work table 60 prevents the above-mentioned opening and also serves as an auxiliary handrail for a worker riding on the work floor 62 to prevent the pair of handrails 70 from falling near both ends thereof. May also work.
However, the opening stopper 76 requires a pair of handrails 70 along the long side of the work floor 62, and the left and right that one of the handrails 70 is the center of rotation and the hook 79 is locked to the other handrail 70. It is asymmetric and lacks versatility, and tends to become unstable when the handrail 70 is removed from the worktable 60 and stored, and it is difficult to add the handrail 70 to the existing worktable 60 later. There was a defect.
The present invention solves the above-described problems in the prior art, and is easily attached to a handrail standing only on one long side of a worker's top plate, and both short sides of the top plate. To provide a foldable workbench including a main handrail and an auxiliary handrail in consideration of worker's safety, such as being able to be stably stored by being compactly housed, and an auxiliary handrail used for the same. Make it an issue.
[0006]
Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is based on the idea that an auxiliary handrail that cantileverly rotates and has left and right mounting portions formed symmetrically is attached to a main handrail standing upright along the long side of the top plate. It was made.
That is, the folding work table of the present invention (Claim 1) comprises a top plate having a rectangular shape in a plan view, a pair of legs foldably attached to short sides on both sides of the top plate, A main handrail erected along at least one long side, and an auxiliary handrail near one of the short sides of the top plate and one end of which is rotatably supported by the main handrail, the auxiliary handrail is An upper crosspiece, a lower crosspiece, and a vertical crosspiece connecting the upper and lower crosspieces, wherein the upper crosspiece has a U-shaped cross section and a pair of upper and lower flanges that laterally surround the handrail crosspiece of the main handrail from inside. The upper and lower flanges having both ends where the web between them has been cut off, and through holes for a rotating bolt or a pin penetrating with the handrail bar of the main handrail are drilled in the upper and lower flanges. I do.
[0007]
According to this, even if the main handrail is erected along any long side of the top plate, the auxiliary handrail can be easily rotatably supported at one end or both ends of the main handrail in a cantilever state, and at the time of work The auxiliary handrail is horizontally extended from the main handrail to ensure the safety of the worker, and the auxiliary handrail can be stored in a compact and stable state with the auxiliary handrail overlapped with the main handrail during storage. Therefore, it becomes a foldable work bench excellent in safety and workability.
Aluminum alloy is mainly used for the material of the top plate, legs, main handrail, and auxiliary handrail in order to keep the required weight and lightweight, but the material is not limited to this. In addition, the vertical rail of the auxiliary handrail may be one or two or more, and in the case of one, it becomes a substantially E-shaped form connecting near the center of the upper and lower rails, and in the case of two, the upper and lower It is a substantially rectangular shape that connects the positions near both ends of the bar in parallel. Still further, the rotation bolt is screw-coupled to the nut at the male screw portion at the tip, but the shaft between the bolt head and the male screw portion functions as a pin. Further, the main handrail and the auxiliary handrail may be unit-type handrails that can be integrally attached to and detached from the top plate.
[0008]
Further, according to the present invention, the end faces of the web located at both ends of the upper rail of the auxiliary handrail contact the side surfaces of the main rail handrail bar when the auxiliary handrail is rotated approximately 90 degrees from the main rail. A foldable workbench (claim 2) that contacts and restricts the rotation of the auxiliary handrail is also included.
According to this, when the worker riding on the top plate pulls out the auxiliary handrail from the main handrail toward the near side and rotates horizontally by approximately 90 degrees, the end which is the center of rotation of both ends of the upper rail of the auxiliary handrail The end face of the web of the portion comes into contact with the side surface of the handrail bar of the main handrail, and its rotation is stopped. Alternatively, even when the rotation of the auxiliary handrail is initially smaller than 90 degrees, the end face of the web comes into contact with the side surface of the handrail bar of the main handrail and stops when, for example, the body or arm of the worker hits. Therefore, it is possible to further ensure safety at a position near the short side of the top plate. The lower rail of the auxiliary handrail may have the same U-shaped cross-section as the upper rail, and may have both ends where the web between the upper and lower flanges is cut off.
[0009]
Furthermore, in the present invention, the main handrail includes a pair of pillars that are erected from at least near both ends of a long side of the top plate, the handrail barb that connects upper ends of the pair of pillars, and the pair of pillars. A horizontal bar connecting between the middle portions of the columns or between the lower portions, and at least one end of the lower rail of the auxiliary handrail penetrates with a metal fitting fixed to a side surface of the column of the main handrail. The present invention also includes a foldable workbench (Claim 3) in which through holes are formed.
According to this, the lower rail of the auxiliary handrail passes through a horizontal piece of a metal fitting such as an L-shape fixed to the side surface of the support of the main handrail in one of the through holes provided at both ends thereof, and a rotating bolt or pin passes therethrough. And rotatably supported. Therefore, since the auxiliary handrail is supported at both ends of the upper and lower rails so as to be horizontally rotatable, a stable operation can be performed. The pins and the like may pass through the horizontal rail of the main handrail.
[0010]
Further, in the present invention, the main handrail is erected symmetrically along both long sides of the top plate, and at least one of the pair of main handrails is closer to the short side of the top plate. In the position (1), a folding workbench (claim 4) in which one end of the auxiliary handrail is rotatably supported.
According to this, a pair of main handrails and auxiliary handrails near either one of them, or a pair of main handrails and a pair of auxiliary handrails near both ends thereof, are required while giving a sense of security to the worker on the top plate. It is easy to safely perform the above operation.
[0011]
Further, according to the present invention, the plurality of folding worktables are arranged so that the long sides of the top plate are opposed to each other, and a gap formed between the top plates has the same size as that of the top plate. A pair of the main handrails are symmetrically erected along the outer long side of the top plate of the foldable work table while being closed by the plate, and at least one of the pair of main handrails includes the top handrail. A folding workbench (claim 5), wherein one end of the auxiliary handrail is rotatably supported at a position near the short side of the plate (claim 5).
According to this, when constructing or inspecting the vicinity of the ceiling in a large room in a building, a plurality of top plates and an auxiliary top plate are provided in parallel so that the long sides are adjacent to each other, and A pair of main handrails can be erected along the outer long side, and the auxiliary handrails can be rotated near both ends of the pair of main handrails to stop at about 90 degrees in a cantilevered state. Therefore, the safety on the long side and the short side of the plurality of top plates can be secured while securing a large work area.
[0012]
On the other hand, the auxiliary handrail used in the folding work table of the present invention (claim 6) is a top plate having a rectangular shape in a plan view, a pair of legs foldably attached to short sides on both sides of the top plate, and A main handrail erected along at least one long side of the top plate is used for a foldable work table, and one end of the top plate is rotatable near at least one short side and the main handrail. The supported auxiliary handrail includes an upper rail, a lower rail, and a vertical rail connecting the upper and lower rails, and the upper rail has a U-shaped cross section surrounding the handrail rail of the main railing from the inside in a lateral direction. The upper and lower flanges have both ends obtained by cutting the web between the upper and lower flanges, and the upper and lower flanges of the both ends are provided with through holes for rotating bolts or pins penetrating with the handrail bar of the main handrail. With the end faces of the web located at both ends of the upper rail of the auxiliary handrail , The auxiliary handrail for restricting the rotation of the contact with the auxiliary handrail to the side surface of the handrail bars of the main handrail upon horizontal rotation about 90 degrees from the main handrail, characterized in that.
[0013]
According to this, in addition to the effects of the first and second aspects described above, the auxiliary handrail can be easily attached to the existing folding workbench later, and safety can be improved.
According to the present invention, the main handrail includes a pair of pillars standing upright at least from both ends of a long side of the top plate, the handrail bar connecting between upper ends of the pair of pillars, and the pair of pillars. A horizontal bar connecting the middle and lower portions of the main handrail, and at least one end of the lower rail of the auxiliary handrail is provided with a through hole for a lower rotation bolt or pin that passes through a bracket fixed to a side surface of a column of the main handrail. It is also possible to include an auxiliary handrail used for a folding workbench, which is perforated.
[0014]
Further, in the present invention, the main handrail is symmetrically provided along both long sides of the top plate, and the short side of the top plate in at least one of the pair of main handrails. It is also possible to include an auxiliary handrail used for a folding workbench, in which the one end of the auxiliary handrail is rotatably supported at a position closer to the auxiliary handrail.
Still further, in the present invention, the plurality of foldable worktables are disposed so that long sides of the top plate are opposed to each other, and a gap formed between the top plates has an auxiliary size equal to that of the top plate. While being closed by the top plate, a pair of the main handrails are symmetrically erected along an outer long side of the top plate of the folding work table, and at least one of the pair of main handrails is It is also possible to include an auxiliary handrail used for a folding workbench, in which one end of the auxiliary handrail is rotatably supported at a position near the short side of the top plate.
[0015]

As shown in FIGS. 4 (B) and 4 (C), the upper and lower symmetric auxiliary handrails 30 are arranged such that the groove 35 of the upper rail 31 surrounds the handrail bar 26 of the main handrail 20 as shown in FIGS. 31 and the handrail bar 26 are arranged in parallel, and the lower bar 41 is brought close to and parallel to the horizontal bar 27 of the main handrail 20.
In this state, the rotation bolt 44 is passed through the through holes 38 at the right end 39 of the upper rail 31 and the through hole 26a of the handrail bar 26 communicating therewith in FIG. 4B from above. Next, as shown in FIG. 4C, the male screw portion 45 of the bolt 44 penetrating the upper and lower flanges 32 and 34 of the right end (one end) 39 of the upper rail 31 and the handrail bar 26 of the main handrail 20 is formed. The cap nut 46 is screwed.
[0021]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4B, a pair of through holes 27a opened in the horizontal rail 27 of the main handrail 20, the spacer S, the through hole 42 of the lower rail 41 of the auxiliary handrail 30, and the right end of the main handrail 20 in advance. The rotating bolts 47 are sequentially penetrated from below into the through holes 52 formed in the horizontal pieces 51 of the L-shaped bracket 50 fixed to the side column 21. The metal fitting 50 has its vertical piece 53 fixed to the support 21 in advance by bolts 54 and nuts 55.
Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (C), the horizontal bar 27 of the main handrail 20, the spacer S, the right end 43 of the lower rail 41 of the auxiliary handrail 30, and the male of the bolt 47 penetrating the horizontal piece 51 of the metal fitting 50. A nut 49 is screwed to the screw portion 48.
[0022]
As a result, as shown in FIG. 3A, the auxiliary handrail 30 can be integrated as a part of the main handrail 20 to form the handrail unit TU. Note that the auxiliary handrail 30 may be rotatably supported at the opposite end of the main handrail 20.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4D, the bolt 49 for rotation may be passed through the lower rail 41 of the auxiliary handrail 30 and the through hole 52 of the horizontal piece 51 of the fitting 50 and fastened to the nut 49. Such a form is particularly effective when the auxiliary handrail 30 is additionally provided to the existing main handrail 20. On the other hand, the embodiment shown in FIG. 4C is particularly effective when the main handrail 20 and the auxiliary handrail 30 are newly manufactured.
[0023]
Then, by performing the attaching operation of the handrail unit TU along the long side of the top plate 2 supported by the pair of legs 10 illustrated in FIG. B) and the folding work table 1 shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B can be formed.
As shown in FIGS. 4C and 4D, the lower rail 41 of the auxiliary handrail 30 is formed as a square pipe and supported by the support 21 of the main handrail 20 via the metal fitting 50 after the main handrail 20 is assembled. This is because the position of the through hole 27a provided in the horizontal bar 27 is limited near the support 21 by the drill itself. Further, the through-holes 26 a and 27 a of the handrail bar 26 and the horizontal bar 27 may be formed in advance at the opposite end of the main handrail 20 symmetrically.
[0024]
Next, a method of using the folding work table 1 will be described.
The top plate 2 in which the pair of legs 10 are folded in advance and the handrail unit TU in which the auxiliary handrail 30 is integrated as a part of the main handrail 20 are carried to the work site.
First, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 2B, a pair of legs 10 is symmetrically extended from the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2. Such an extended state is fixed by a known lock mechanism.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, a handrail unit TU is erected along one long side of the top plate 2 using a pair of brackets 22, a metal fitting 28, and a pin P. Note that the long side of the top plate 2 on which the handrail unit TU is erected is erected on the side where there is a risk of falling at the site, that is, on the side of the space that is not the target of work.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 4B, 4C, and 4D, the auxiliary handrail 30 and the main handrail 20 are rotated around the rotation bolts 44 and 47 with respect to the main handrail 20 in the handrail unit TU. Is rotated horizontally by about 90 toward the long side of the top plate 2 where there is no such as. Specifically, an operator riding on the top board 2 performs a rotation operation in the horizontal direction while grasping the upper rail 31 or the vertical rail 40 of the auxiliary handrail 30 and pulling out in the above direction.
[0025]
As a result, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the auxiliary handrail 30 has its upper ends 31 and lower ends 41 through which the ends (one ends) 39 and 43 of the rotation bolts 44 and 47 penetrate. Ends (other ends) 39 and 43 located on the side of the main handrail 20 and on the opposite side are in a posture along the short side direction of the top plate 2. That is, the auxiliary handrail 30 is located on the right end side of the main handrail 20 erected along the long side on the front side of the top plate 2 as shown in FIG. The handrail 20 rotates horizontally until the opening angle θ between the handrail 20 and the handrail bar 26 becomes substantially 90 degrees in plan view. When the opening angle θ reaches approximately 90 degrees, as shown in FIG. 5B, the end face 37 of the web 33 located on the end 39 side of the upper rail 31 of the auxiliary handrail 30 is moved to the main handrail 20. It comes into contact with the side surface of the handrail bar 26. As a result, the auxiliary handrail 30 is prevented from rotating and is in a cantilevered state with the posture.
[0026]
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, according to the folding work table 1 of the present invention, the main handrail 20 is erected along the long side of the top plate 2 on the near side. The auxiliary handrail 30 whose position is regulated at approximately 90 degrees (substantially at right angles) can be disposed on the right end side of the main handrail 20 by a simple operation of an operator riding on the top plate 2 in a cantilever manner. That is, in FIG. 5A, even if the worker gets on the top board 2 from either of the left and right legs 10, the worker pulls out the auxiliary handrail 30 while rotating horizontally, so that the auxiliary handrail 30 is extended to the long side on the depth side of the top board 2. Necessary construction, repair, or inspection work can be performed on the located wall. In addition, even when the user moves on the top plate 2 while working, the auxiliary handrails 30 can prevent the top plate 2 from going too far to the short side, thereby improving work safety. In addition, the auxiliary handrail 30 makes it easier to prevent a person other than the person concerned from coming up from the leg 10 to the top 2.
The supporting position of the auxiliary handrail 30 on the main handrail 20 may be on the left end side in FIGS. 1A and 5A. At this time, the bolts 44 and the like are inserted into the through holes 38 and 42 at the ends 39 and 43 of the auxiliary handrail 30 opposite to the upper and lower rails 31 and 41.
[0027]
FIG. 6A shows an auxiliary handrail 30a which is a modification of the auxiliary handrail 30.
That is, as shown in FIG. 6 (A), the auxiliary handrail 30a has the same upper beam 31 and lower beam 41 as described above, and the space between both ends 39, 39, 43, and 43 is similar to the above. Are connected by welding or the like. By providing the auxiliary handrail 30a having such a substantially square frame (b-shape) shape, the overall strength can be increased and the handling of the operator can be facilitated.
[0028]
FIG. 6B shows the auxiliary handrail 30 and an auxiliary handrail 30b which is an application of the auxiliary handrail 30a. That is, as shown in FIG. 6 (B), the auxiliary handrail 30b includes the upper beam 31 and the lower beam 41a formed of the same upper beam 31 and a pair of vertical residues 40a, 40b connecting the same in the same manner as described above. These are connected by welding or the like. By sharing the lower rail 41 a with the upper rail 31, the auxiliary rail 30 b can be stored and stored in a state in which both the rail 26 and the horizontal rail 27 of the main rail 20 are laterally surrounded. For this reason, a space is not taken up at the time of storage, and it becomes easy to make it a stable posture. In addition, the L-shaped fitting 50 can be omitted, and the design is improved.
[0029]
FIG. 7A is a plan view of a foldable work table 1 a which is an application of the foldable work table 1. As shown in FIG. 7A, the foldable work table 1a has a pair of legs 10 attached to the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2 as described above, and extends along one long side of the top plate 2. A main handrail 20, which appears as a handrail bar 26 in the figure, is erected, and a pair of auxiliary handrails 30, 30 (30a, 30b: the same applies hereinafter) are supported symmetrically and rotatably near both ends of the main handrail 20. are doing.
In the same manner as described above, the worker riding on the top plate 2 symmetrically pulls out a pair of auxiliary handrails 30 and 30 from near both ends of the main handrail 20, as indicated by the dashed-dotted arrows in FIG. Rotate horizontally to separate them. As a result, as shown by a broken line in FIG. 7A, the pair of auxiliary handrails 30, 30 is stopped near the both ends of the main handrail 20, that is, near the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2, as illustrated. . According to this, the worker can perform required work more safely on the wall surface on the long side of the top plate 2 without the main handrail 20. In addition, the auxiliary handrail 30 (30a, 30b) also has the advantage of having no direction since the both end portions 39, 43 of the upper and lower rails 31, 41 are symmetrical.
[0030]
FIG. 7B is a plan view of a foldable worktable 1b which is a further applied form of the foldable worktable 1. As shown in FIG. 7 (B), the folding workbench 1b has a pair of legs 10 foldably attached to the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2 as described above, and is attached to both long sides of the top plate 2. The main handrails 20, 20 appearing as handrails 26 in the drawing are erected in parallel with each other, and a pair of auxiliary handrails 30, 30 are symmetrically and rotatably provided near both ends of the lower main handrail 20 in the drawing. I support it.
FIG. 7C is a plan view of a foldable work table 1b 'having the same application as the above. As shown in FIG. 7 (C), the foldable worktable 1b 'also has a pair of legs 10 foldably attached to the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2, as shown in FIG. The main handrails 20, which appear as handrail bars 26 in the figure are erected in parallel along the sides, and the pair of auxiliary handrails 30, 30 are rotated at one end of each main handrail 20 and at diagonal positions with point symmetry. Support each as possible.
[0031]
As shown by the dashed-dotted arrows in FIGS. 7B and 7C, the symmetrical auxiliary handrail 30 (30a, 30b) is used at the site where the folding work tables 1b, 1b 'are used, for example, In a room near the ceiling where work is performed, depending on the work situation, a pair of main handrails 20 can be pulled out from near any end and horizontally rotated, and overlap or approach the handrail bar 26 of the other main handrail 20 Can be done. Therefore, the safety of the worker on the top plate 2 can be further improved.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7C, a pair of handrail units TU including the main handrail 20 and the auxiliary handrail 30 can have the same structure.
[0032]
FIG. 8A is a plan view of an application using two folding work tables 1a.
As shown in FIG. 8 (A), the two foldable work tables 1a, 1a are arranged with their top plates 2, 2 in parallel with their long sides facing each other and facing each other. An auxiliary top plate 2a composed of only the plate 2 is bridged between receiving brackets (not shown) of both worktables 1a and closed. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 8A, three top plates 2 and 2 and auxiliary top plate 2a are arranged side by side with their short sides being straight lines, and a work space having a rectangular large area in plan view is obtained. Is formed. A pair of main handrails 20, 20 illustrated by handrails 26 are erected symmetrically with each other along the outer long side of the top plates 2, 2. One end of each of the pair of auxiliary handrails 30 is individually supported rotatably at a position near the short side on both sides of the plate 2.
[0033]
As shown by the one-dot chain line arrow in FIG. 8A, the symmetrical auxiliary handrail 30 (30a, 30b) is horizontally rotated approximately 90 degrees from the main handrail 20, and is held in a cantilevered state at the position indicated by the broken line in the figure. Stop. As a result, a pair of main handrails 20 and four sets of auxiliary handrails are provided around the wide work space formed by the three top plates 2 and 2 and the auxiliary top plate 2a except for the area immediately above the auxiliary top plate 2a. 30 allows the worker entering the work space to be surrounded. Therefore, work near the ceiling can be performed safely and quickly, and it is also easy to prevent a situation in which a person other than the concerned person climbs the leg 10 carelessly.
Incidentally, four sets of auxiliary handrails 30 are not indispensable, and one to three sets can be appropriately supported only at necessary positions according to the situation at the site.
[0034]
FIG. 8B is a plan view of a different application mode using two folding work tables 1. As shown in FIG. 8B, the two foldable worktables 1 and 1 are arranged such that their short sides are opposed to each other and their top plates 2 and 2 are spaced apart from each other. An auxiliary top plate 2a consisting only of the work tables 2 is bridged between receiving brackets (not shown) of the work tables 1 and 1. That is, as shown in FIG. 8B, the three top plates 2 and 2 and the auxiliary top plate 2a are connected in series with each long side being a straight line, and a rectangular elongated work space is formed in plan view.
On the top plates 2, 2a and 2, three sets of main handrails 20 illustrated by handrails 26 along the lower long side in FIG. 8B are individually and linearly erected. . One end of the auxiliary handrail 30 (30a, 30b) is rotatably supported only in the main handrails 20 of the top plates 2 at both ends and near both ends of the elongated work space.
[0035]
As shown by the dashed line arrow in FIG. 8B, the two sets of auxiliary handrails 30 are horizontally rotated by approximately 90 degrees from the main handrail 20 and stopped in a cantilevered state at the position indicated by the broken line in the figure.
As a result, of the long and narrow work space formed by the three top plates 2 and 2 and the auxiliary top plate 2a, three sets of the periphery of the three sides excluding the upper work space in FIG. It can be surrounded by a main handrail 20 and two sets of auxiliary handrails 30. Therefore, work along the outer wall, the inner wall, and the like can be performed safely and quickly.
In FIG. 8B, the auxiliary handrail 30 may be further attached to at least one end of the main handrail 20 erected from the auxiliary top plate 2a. In addition, two folding work tables 1b are used, and the top plates 2 and 2 are arranged with their short sides facing each other and spaced apart from each other. The auxiliary top plate 2a on which a pair of main handrails 20 are erected may be stretched in a straight line.
[0036]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.
For example, a pair of pillars 12, 12 in the leg portion 10 may have casters with a lock mechanism at their lower ends (tips), outriggers that advance and retreat in a direction parallel to the short side of the top plate 2, or a large frictional resistance. It is good also as a form to which the non-slip material was attached.
In addition, a rotatable and upright ligature bar may be attached to at least the vicinity of the upper end of at least one of the pair of pillars 12 in the leg portion 10.
Further, instead of the rotation bolts 44 and 47, pins having the same outer diameter may be used. In addition, at least a part of the components of the top plate 2, the leg 10, the main handrail 20, and the auxiliary handrail 30 may be a bent material or a steel pipe of a steel material or a steel plate.
Note that the present invention can be variously modified without departing from the spirit thereof.
