Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a foldable workbench in which a pair of legs supporting a work top plate is foldable and excellent in safety, and an auxiliary handrail used therefor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When constructing an outer wall, an inner wall, or a ceiling of a building, a work table is widely used for an operator to work on a work floor. In addition, for the safety of workers, there has been proposed a work table in which handrails are erected along the long sides of a work floor supported between a pair of legs (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
As shown in FIG. 9, the work table 60 has a rectangular work floor 62 in plan view, a pair of legs 64 rotatably attached to each short side of the work floor 62 via a bracket (not shown), and the above A pair of handrails 70 erected along the long sides of the work floor 62 are provided. As shown in FIG. 9, the leg body 64 is composed of a pair of left and right leg pillars 65 that form a substantially C shape, and a plurality of step bars 66 that are horizontally fixed between them. The opening angle is regulated by a stay 68 for adjusting the opening degree spanned between the bottom surface of the work floor 62.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-336455 (FIGS. 2 to 4)
[0004]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the handrail 70 is horizontally disposed between a pair of support pillars 72 that are suspended by inserting a lower end into a receiving metal fitting 69 fixed near the four corners of the work floor 62, and between the upper ends of the support pillars 72. It consists of a handrail bar 74 that is fixed and a reinforcing bar 73 that is fixed between the pair of columns 72.
As shown in FIG. 9, between the two handrail bars 74, 74 of the pair of handrails 70, a pair of locking clasps 76 are arranged at positions near the short sides of the work floor 62. In order to prevent the pair of handrails 70 from being separated from each other and opening to the outside, the opening stoppers 76 are pivotally supported by the handrail bar 74 of one handrail 70 and the tip of the plate-shaped main body 77. And a hook 79 which is suspended from the handrail 70 and is engaged with the handrail bar 74 of the other handrail 70.
[0005]
[Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
By the way, the opening metal fitting 76 used for the work table 60 prevents the above-described opening and serves as an auxiliary handrail for preventing a fall in the vicinity of both ends of the pair of handrails 70 and 70 for the worker on the work floor 62. Can also work.
However, the anti-opening metal fitting 76 requires a pair of handrails 70 along the long side of the work floor 62, and the right and left that one handrail 70 is the center of rotation and the hook 79 is locked to the other handrail 70. It is asymmetrical and lacks versatility, tends to be unstable when the handrail 70 is removed from the workbench 60 and stored, and is difficult to add to the handrail 70 of the existing workbench 60 later. There was a bug.
The present invention solves the problems in the prior art described above, is easily attached to a handrail standing only on one long side of the top plate for the operator, and both short sides of the top plate To provide a foldable workbench including a main handrail and an auxiliary handrail that considers the safety of the operator, and an auxiliary handrail used therefor, such as being attached to both left and right, and being compactly stored and stably stored Let it be an issue.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is conceived to attach an auxiliary handrail that is cantilevered and that has left and right attachment portions formed symmetrically to a main handrail that stands up along the long side of the top plate. It was made.
That is, the foldable workbench (Claim 1) of the present invention includes a top plate that is rectangular in plan view, a pair of legs that are foldably attached to the short sides on both sides of the top plate, and the top plate. A main handrail erected along at least one long side, and an auxiliary handrail that is near at least one short side of the top plate and has one end rotatably supported by the main handrail, the auxiliary handrail, An upper rail, a lower rail, and a vertical rail that connects the upper and lower rails, the upper rail having a U-shaped cross section surrounding the handrail rail of the main handrail laterally from the inside, and a pair of upper and lower flanges It has both end portions where the web is cut between, and the upper and lower flanges of both end portions are perforated with through holes for rotating bolts or pins that penetrate with the handrail bars of the main handrail. To do.
[0007]
According to this, even if the main handrail is erected along any long side of the top plate, the auxiliary handrail can be easily supported in a cantilevered state at one or both ends of the main handrail. The auxiliary handrail extends horizontally from the main handrail to ensure the safety of the operator, and can be stored in a compact and stable state with the auxiliary handrail superimposed on the main handrail during storage. Therefore, the folding work table is excellent in safety and workability.
The top plate, the legs, the main handrail, and the auxiliary handrail are mainly made of an aluminum alloy in order to reduce the weight and maintain the required strength, but are not limited thereto. In addition, the vertical rail of the auxiliary handrail may be one or two or more. In the case of one, the upper and lower rails are connected to each other near the center, and in the case of two, the upper and lower rails are connected. It becomes the shape of a substantially square shape which connects the position near the both ends of a crosspiece in parallel. Still further, the rotating bolt is screw-coupled to the nut at the front male screw portion, but the shaft portion between the bolt head and the male screw portion functions as a pin. In addition, the main handrail and the auxiliary handrail may be unit-type handrails that can be attached to and detached from the top plate integrally.
[0008]
Further, according to the present invention, the end surfaces of the webs positioned at both ends of the upper rail of the auxiliary handrail contact the side surface of the handrail of the main handrail when the auxiliary handrail is horizontally rotated by approximately 90 degrees from the main handrail. Also included is a foldable workbench (claim 2) that contacts and regulates the rotation of the auxiliary handrail.
According to this, when an operator who rides on the top plate horizontally rotates approximately 90 degrees while pulling the auxiliary handrail from the main handrail toward the front side, the end of the upper rail of the auxiliary handrail becomes the center of rotation. The end surface of the web of the part contacts the side surface of the handrail bar of the main handrail, and the rotation is stopped. Alternatively, even if the rotation of the auxiliary handrail is initially smaller than 90 degrees, for example, when the worker's body or arm hits, the end surface of the web comes into contact with the side surface of the handrail rail of the main handrail and stops. Therefore, the safety at the position near the short side of the top plate can be further ensured. The lower rail of the auxiliary handrail may have a U-shaped cross section similar to that of the upper rail and have both end portions obtained by cutting the web between the upper and lower flanges.
[0009]
Further, according to the present invention, the main handrail includes at least a pair of support columns erected from the vicinity of both ends of the long side of the top plate, the handrail bar connecting between the upper ends of the pair of support columns, A lower rail that connects between the middles of the columns or between the lowers, and at least one end of the lower rail of the auxiliary handrail, and a lower rotation bolt or pin that penetrates with a metal fitting fixed to the side surface of the column of the main rail A foldable work table (Claim 3) is also included.
According to this, the lower rail of the auxiliary handrail is penetrated by a rotating bolt or pin that penetrates a horizontal piece of an L-shaped metal fitting fixed to the side surface of the main handrail post in either of the through holes provided at both ends thereof. And is rotatably supported. Therefore, since the auxiliary handrail is supported so as to be horizontally rotatable at both ends of the upper and lower rails, a stable operation can be performed. The pin or the like may penetrate the horizontal rail of the main handrail.
[0010]
Further, according to the present invention, the main handrail is erected symmetrically along both long sides of the top plate, and near the short side of the top plate in at least one of the pair of main handrails. In this position, a folding work table (Claim 4) in which one end of the auxiliary handrail is rotatably supported is also included.
According to this, a pair of main handrails and an auxiliary handrail near either one of them, or a pair of main handrails and a pair of auxiliary handrails near both ends, while giving a sense of security to the operator on the top plate It is easy to perform the above work safely.
[0011]
Further, according to the present invention, the plurality of folding work tables are arranged so that the long sides of the top plates are opposed to each other, and a gap formed between the top plates is the same size as the top plate. A pair of the main handrails are erected symmetrically along the outer long side of the top plate of the folding work table, and at least one of the pair of main handrails A folding work table (Claim 5) is also included in which one end of the auxiliary handrail is rotatably supported at a position near the short side of the plate.
According to this, when constructing or inspecting the vicinity of the ceiling in a large room in a building, a plurality of top plates and auxiliary top plates are provided between them so that the long sides are adjacent to each other. A pair of main handrails can be erected along the outer long side, and the auxiliary handrail can be rotated near both ends of the pair of main handrails and stopped in a cantilever state at a position of approximately 90 degrees. Accordingly, it is possible to ensure safety on the long side and short side of the plurality of top plates while ensuring a wide work area.
[0012]
On the other hand, an auxiliary handrail used in the folding work table of the present invention (Claim 6) has a rectangular top plate in a plan view, a pair of legs attached so as to be foldable on both short sides of the top plate, and Used in a folding workbench including a main handrail standing along at least one long side of the top plate, and at least one short side of the top plate and being rotatable at one end to the main handrail The auxiliary rail supported is provided with an upper rail, a lower rail, and a vertical rail that connects the upper and lower rails, and the upper rail has a U-shaped cross-section that surrounds the main rail rail horizontally from the inside. Both ends of the web between the upper and lower flanges are cut off, and the upper and lower flanges of both ends are perforated with through holes for rotating bolts or pins that penetrate with the handrail bar of the main handrail. In addition, the end face of the web located at both ends of the upper rail of the auxiliary handrail is The side surface of the handrail bars of the main handrail abuts to restrict the rotation of the auxiliary handrail when rotated approximately 90 degrees horizontally the auxiliary handrail from the main handrail, characterized in that.
[0013]
According to this, in addition to the effects of the first and second aspects described above, the auxiliary handrail can be easily attached to the existing folding work table later, and the safety can be improved.
In the present invention, the main handrail includes at least a pair of support columns standing from both ends of the long side of the top plate, the handrail bar connecting between the upper ends of the pair of support columns, and the pair of support columns. A horizontal rail that connects between the middle or lower portions of the auxiliary handrail, at least one end of the lower rail of the auxiliary handrail, and a through hole for a lower rotating bolt or pin that penetrates together with a metal fitting fixed to a side surface of the main handrail post. It is also possible to include an auxiliary handrail for use in a foldable workbench in which is perforated.
[0014]
Further, in the present invention, the main handrail is erected symmetrically along both long sides of the top plate, and the short side of the top plate in at least one of the pair of main handrails. It is also possible to include an auxiliary handrail used for a foldable workbench in which one end of the auxiliary handrail is rotatably supported at a position close to it.
Still further, according to the present invention, the plurality of folding worktables are arranged so that the long sides of the top plate are opposed to each other, and the gap formed between the top plates is the same size as the top plate. A pair of the main handrails are erected symmetrically along the outer long side of the top plate of the foldable workbench, and the pair of main handrails are attached to at least one of the pair of main handrails. It is also possible to include an auxiliary handrail used for a folding workbench in which one end of the auxiliary handrail is rotatably supported at a position near the short side of the top plate.

[0022]
As a result, as shown in FIG. 3A, the auxiliary handrail 30 can be integrated as a part of the main handrail 20 to form the handrail unit TU. The auxiliary handrail 30 can also be rotatably supported on the opposite end of the main handrail 20.
As shown in FIG. 4D, the rotation bolt 47 may be passed through the lower rail 41 of the auxiliary handrail 30 and the through hole 52 of the horizontal piece 51 in the metal fitting 50 and fastened to the nut 49. This form is particularly effective when the auxiliary handrail 30 is added to the existing main handrail 20 and attached. On the other hand, the embodiment shown in FIG. 4C is particularly effective when the main handrail 20 and the auxiliary handrail 30 are newly manufactured.
[0023]
Then, the handrail unit TU is attached along the long side of the top plate 2 supported by the pair of legs 10 illustrated in FIG. B) and the foldable workbench 1 shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B can be formed.
4 (C) and 4 (D), the lower rail 41 of the auxiliary handrail 30 is a square pipe and is supported on the column 21 of the main handrail 20 via the metal fitting 50 after the main handrail 20 is assembled. This is because the position of the through hole 27a provided in the horizontal bar 27 is limited near the column 21 by the drill itself. Further, the through holes 26 a and 27 a of the handrail bar 26 and the horizontal bar 27 may be provided in advance in a symmetrical manner at the opposite ends of the main handrail 20.
[0024]
Next, a method for using the folding work table 1 will be described.
The top plate 2 in which the pair of leg portions 10 are folded in advance and the handrail unit TU in which the auxiliary handrail 30 is integrated as a part of the main handrail 20 are carried into the work site.
First, as shown in FIG. 1 (B) and FIG. 2 (B), the pair of leg portions 10 are extended symmetrically from the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2. Such an extended state is fixed by a known lock mechanism. Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, the handrail unit TU is erected along the one long side of the top plate 2 using the pair of brackets 22, the metal fittings 28, and the pins P. In addition, the long side of the top plate 2 on which the handrail unit TU is erected is erected on the side where there is a risk of falling at the site, that is, the space side that is not a target of work.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 4B, 4C, and 4D, with respect to the main handrail 20 in the handrail unit TU, the auxiliary handrail 30 is replaced with the auxiliary handrail 30 around the rotation bolts 44 and 47 as the rotation center. Rotate approximately 90 horizontally toward the long side of the top plate 2 without any other. Specifically, an operator who rides on the top board 2 performs a rotation operation in the horizontal direction while holding the upper rail 31 or the vertical rail 40 of the auxiliary handrail 30 and pulling it in the above direction.
[0025]
As a result, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the auxiliary handrail 30 has end portions (one end) 39, 43 through which the rotating bolts 44, 47 pass between the upper rail 31 and the lower rail 41. Positions on the main handrail 20 side and opposite end portions (the other ends) 39 and 43 are in a posture along the short side direction of the top plate 2. That is, the auxiliary handrail 30 is connected to the main handrail 20 on the right end side of the main handrail 20 erected along the long side of the front side of the top plate 2 as shown in FIG. 5 (A). The handrail 20 rotates horizontally until the opening angle θ between the handrail 20 and the handrail bar 26 is approximately 90 degrees in plan view. When the opening angle θ reaches approximately 90 degrees, the end surface 37 of the web 33 located on the end 39 side of the upper rail 31 of the auxiliary handrail 30 is moved toward the main handrail 20 as shown in FIG. It contacts the side surface of the handrail bar 26. As a result, the auxiliary handrail 30 is prevented from rotating and cantilevered in its posture.
[0026]
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, according to the folding workbench 1 of the present invention, the main handrail 20 is erected along the long side on the near side of the top plate 2. Thus, the auxiliary handrail 30 whose position is regulated at approximately 90 degrees (substantially at right angles) can be disposed in a cantilever manner on the right end side of the main handrail 20 by a simple operation of an operator riding on the top board 2. That is, in FIG. 5 (A), even if an operator gets on the top plate 2 from either the left or right leg portion 10, the auxiliary handrail 30 is pulled out while horizontally rotating, so that the long side on the depth side of the top plate 2 can be obtained. The necessary construction, repair, or inspection work can be performed on the wall surface. In addition, even when moving on the top plate 2 while working, the auxiliary handrail 30 can prevent the top plate 2 from going too far toward the short side, thereby ensuring work safety. In addition, the auxiliary handrail 30 can easily prevent a person other than the related person from rising from the leg portion 10 to the top plate 2.
The supporting position of the auxiliary handrail 30 on the main handrail 20 may be the left end side in FIGS. 1 (A) and 5 (A). At this time, the bolts 44 and the like are inserted into the through holes 38 and 42 of the end portions 39 and 43 on the opposite side of the upper rail 31 and the lower rail 41 in the auxiliary handrail 30.
[0027]
FIG. 6A shows an auxiliary handrail 30 a which is a modified form of the auxiliary handrail 30.
That is, as shown in FIG. 6 (A), the auxiliary handrail 30a has the same upper rail 31 and lower rail 41 as described above, and between them and between both end portions 39, 39, 43, 43 is the same as described above. A pair of vertical residues 40a and 40b made of a rectangular pipe are connected by welding or the like. By using the auxiliary handrail 30a having such a substantially rectangular frame (b-shaped) shape, the overall strength can be increased and the handling of the operator is facilitated.
[0028]
FIG. 6B shows an auxiliary handrail 30b which is an application form of the auxiliary handrail 30 and the auxiliary handrail 30a. That is, as shown in FIG. 6B, the auxiliary handrail 30b includes the upper rail 31, a lower rail 41a composed of the same upper rail 31, and a pair of vertical residues 40a and 40b that connect them in the same manner as described above. These are connected by welding or the like. By sharing the lower rail 41a with the upper rail 31, it is possible to store the auxiliary handrail 30b while storing both the handrail rail 26 and the horizontal rail 27 of the main handrail 20 sideways. For this reason, it becomes easy to make a stable posture without taking up space at the time of storage. Moreover, the L-shaped metal fitting 50 can be omitted, and the design is improved.
[0029]
FIG. 7A shows a plan view of a foldable workbench 1a which is an applied form of the foldable workbench 1. FIG. As shown in FIG. 7A, the foldable workbench 1a has a pair of leg portions 10 attached to the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2 as described above, along one long side of the top plate 2. The main handrail 20 that appears as a handrail bar 26 in the figure is erected, and a pair of auxiliary handrails 30 and 30 (30a and 30b: the same applies hereinafter) are supported symmetrically and rotatably near the both ends of the main handrail 20, respectively. is doing.
In the same manner as described above, an operator riding on the top board 2 draws a pair of auxiliary handrails 30 and 30 symmetrically from the vicinity of both ends of the main handrail 20 as shown by the dashed-dotted arrows in FIG. Rotate horizontally to leave each. As a result, as shown by a broken line in FIG. 7A, the pair of auxiliary handrails 30 and 30 are stopped in an upward posture as shown near both ends of the main handrail 20, that is, near the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2. . According to this, the worker can perform the required work more safely on the wall surface on the long side of the top plate 2 without the main handrail 20. The auxiliary handrail 30 (30a, 30b) also has an advantage of no directionality because both end portions 39, 43 of the upper / lower rails 31, 41 are symmetrical.
[0030]
FIG. 7B is a plan view of a foldable workbench 1b, which is a further application form of the foldable workbench 1. FIG. As shown in FIG. 7 (B), the foldable workbench 1b has a pair of leg portions 10 attached to the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2 in a foldable manner as described above, and is attached to both long sides of the top plate 2. The main handrails 20 and 20 appearing as handrail bars 26 in the figure are erected in parallel, and the pair of auxiliary handrails 30 and 30 are symmetrically and rotatable in the vicinity of both ends of the lower main handrail 20 in the figure. I support it.
FIG. 7C is a plan view of a foldable workbench 1b ′ having the same application form as described above. As shown in FIG. 7C, the foldable workbench 1b 'has a pair of leg portions 10 attached to the short sides on both sides of the top plate 2 in a foldable manner as described above. The main handrails 20 and 20 appearing as handrail bars 26 in the drawing are erected in parallel along the sides, and the pair of auxiliary handrails 30 and 30 are rotated symmetrically at one end of each main handrail 20 and at a diagonal position. Support each possible.
[0031]
As shown by the dashed-dotted arrows in FIGS. 7B and 7C, the symmetrical handrails 30 (30a, 30b) are symmetrical on the site where the folding workbench 1b, 1b ′ is used, for example, In the room where the construction work is performed near the ceiling, it is pulled out from the vicinity of an arbitrary end of the pair of main handrails 20 according to the work situation and rotated horizontally, and overlaps or approaches the handrail bar 26 of the other main handrail 20 Can be made. Therefore, it is possible to further enhance the safety of the operator on the top plate 2.
7C, the pair of handrail units TU composed of the main handrail 20 and the auxiliary handrail 30 can have the same structure.
[0032]
FIG. 8A is a plan view of an application form using two folding work tables 1a.
As shown in FIG. 8 (A), the two foldable work platforms 1a and 1a are arranged such that their top plates 2 and 2 are opposed to each other with their long sides parallel to each other. The auxiliary top plate 2a consisting only of the plate 2 is bridged between the receiving metal fittings (not shown) of the two work tables 1a to be closed. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 8 (A), the top plate 2, 2 and the auxiliary top plate 2a are arranged in parallel with their short sides in a straight line, and there is a large rectangular work space in plan view. Is formed. A pair of main handrails 20, 20 illustrated by handrail bars 26 are erected symmetrically with each other along the outer long sides of the top plates 2, 2, and the tops of the pair of main handrails 20 are provided. One end of the pair of auxiliary handrails 30 and 30 is individually supported rotatably at positions near the short sides on both sides of the plate 2.
[0033]
As shown by the one-dot chain line arrow in FIG. 8 (A), the left and right symmetrical auxiliary handrail 30 (30a, 30b) is horizontally rotated by approximately 90 degrees from the main handrail 20 and is cantilevered at the position of the broken line in the figure. Stop. As a result, a pair of main handrails 20 and four sets of auxiliary handrails except for the vicinity of the vicinity of the auxiliary top plate 2a in the periphery of a wide work space formed by the top plates 2, 2 and the auxiliary top plate 2a. By 30, the worker who entered the work space can be surrounded. Therefore, work near the ceiling can be performed safely and quickly, and it is easy to prevent a person other than the related person from inadvertently climbing the leg 10.
Note that four sets of auxiliary handrails 30 are not essential, and one to three sets can be appropriately supported only at necessary positions according to the situation on the site.
[0034]
FIG. 8B is a plan view of a different application form using two folding work tables 1. As shown in FIG. 8 (B), the two foldable work tables 1 and 1 are arranged such that their short sides face each other and are spaced apart from each other, and the top plate is between them. An auxiliary top plate 2a made up of only two is bridged between receiving brackets (not shown) of the respective work tables 1 and 1. That is, as shown in FIG. 8B, the top plates 2 and 2 and the auxiliary top plate 2a are arranged in series with each long side as a straight line, and a rectangular elongated work space is formed in plan view. On the top plates 2, 2 a, 2, three sets of main handrails 20 illustrated by handrail bars 26 are erected individually and linearly along the lower long side in FIG. 8B. . One end of the auxiliary handrail 30 (30a, 30b) is rotatably supported only in the main handrail 20 of the top plates 2 and 2 at both ends and in the vicinity of both ends of the elongated work space.
[0035]
As indicated by the one-dot chain line arrow in FIG. 8B, the two sets of auxiliary handrails 30 are horizontally rotated from the main handrail 20 by approximately 90 degrees and stopped in a cantilevered state at the position of the broken lines in the figure.
As a result, among the long and narrow work spaces formed by the top plates 2 and 2 and the auxiliary top plate 2a, three sets of the periphery of the three sides excluding the upper work target space in FIG. It can be surrounded by a main handrail 20 and two sets of auxiliary handrails 30. Therefore, it is possible to perform work along the outer wall and the inner wall safely and promptly.
In FIG. 8B, the auxiliary handrail 30 may be further attached to at least one end of the main handrail 20 erected from the auxiliary top plate 2a. Further, two folding work tables 1b are used, and the top plates 2 and 2 are arranged with the short sides facing each other and spaced apart from each other. Auxiliary top plate 2a in which a pair of main handrails 20 are erected may be bridged along a straight line.
[0036]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.
For example, the pair of pedestals 12 and 12 in the leg portion 10 has a known caster with a lock mechanism at the lower end (tip), an outrigger that advances and retreats in a direction parallel to the short side of the top plate 2, or a large frictional resistance. It is good also as a form which attached the anti-slip material.
Further, a rotating hand shaft that can be upright may be attached in the vicinity of the upper end of at least one of the pair of pillars 12 and 12 in the leg portion 10.
Further, instead of the rotating bolts 44 and 47, pins having the same outer diameter may be used.
Moreover, it is good also considering the bending material of a steel material or a steel plate, or a steel pipe as the at least one part structural material in the said top plate 2, the leg part 10, the main handrail 20, and the auxiliary handrail 30. FIG.
The present invention can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
