TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a magnet filter for improving iron removal efficiency.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the iron removal process of fluids such as various raw material powders and liquid raw materials, in many cases, a bar magnet and a housing that covers the bar magnet are provided, and in a magnetic flux formed by the bar magnet in the housing. 2. Description of the Related Art A magnet filter that removes magnetic impurities in a fluid by passing the fluid is used.
[0003]
For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-170930 discloses that, as shown in FIG. 3, in the production of a prepreg for a copper-clad laminate, a copper foil or a fiber substrate for impregnation is provided with a magnet in a roll, There is disclosed a magnet filter capable of realizing a metal foreign matter removing method for continuously removing metallic foreign matter adhering to the surface of a copper foil or a fiber base material for impregnation by passing through a transport roll having holes.
[0004]
As a typical example of such a conventional magnet filter, a magnet filter as shown in FIG. 4 can be exemplified. On the other hand, in such a magnet filter, there is a problem that iron removal of a liquid having a high viscosity and a thixotropic fluid behavior cannot be sufficiently performed.
[0005]
That is, in the conventional magnet filter as shown in FIG. 4, in particular, in order to smoothly flow a liquid having a high viscosity and exhibiting a thixotropic fluid behavior, the interval shown in FIG. On the other hand, if the interval shown by d in FIG. 4 is increased by about 15 to 25 mm or more, the iron removal efficiency is increased. Is reduced.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a magnet filter capable of ensuring a smooth and non-stagnant flow velocity of a fluid to be iron-removed while achieving an improvement in iron-removing efficiency. To provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an invention of a magnet filter according to claim 1 includes a bar magnet and a housing that covers the bar magnet, and fluid is contained in a magnetic flux formed by the bar magnet in the housing. In the magnet filter for removing magnetic impurities in the fluid, the bar magnet is housed in a hollow metal outer cylinder having a substantially cylindrical shape, and the metal outer cylinder is formed in the substantially cylindrical shape. It functions as a screw shaft having a central axis as a rotation axis.
[0009]
In the invention of the magnet filter according to the second aspect, in the magnet filter according to the first aspect, the metal outer cylinder has a helical uneven portion along an outer surface of the substantially cylindrical shape. It is a feature.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
[First Embodiment]
As shown in FIG. 1, the magnet filter according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a bar magnet 1 and a housing 2 that covers the bar magnet, and a fluid is contained in a magnetic flux formed by the bar magnet 1 in the housing 2. Is a magnet filter that removes magnetic impurities in the fluid 9 by passing through.
[0012]
Further, in the present embodiment, the bar magnet 1 is incorporated in a hollow metal outer cylinder 3 having a substantially cylindrical shape, and the metal outer cylinder 3 is a screw having a center axis of the substantially cylindrical shape as a rotation axis. It functions as the shaft 4.
[0013]
As a result, forcible transfer of the fluid 9 by the screw shaft 4 becomes possible, and in particular, even if the fluid 9 to be iron-removed has a high viscosity and exhibits thixotropic fluid behavior, the iron removal efficiency can be improved. While achieving this, it is possible to ensure a smooth and non-stagnant flow velocity of the fluid 9 to be iron-removed. (In FIG. 1A, the arrow indicates the direction in which the resin flows.)
[0014]
In the conventional magnet filter as illustrated in FIG. 4, as described above, when removing iron having a high viscosity and a liquid exhibiting a thixotropic fluid behavior, the liquid exhibiting the fluid behavior is smoothly retained without stagnation. In order to flow, it is necessary to secure the interval shown by d in FIG. 4 to a certain size or more (experientially, it is required to be about 15 to 25 mm or more).
[0015]
On the other hand, if the interval shown in FIG. 4D is increased by about 15 to 25 mm or more, the fluid 9 can pass through a region where the magnetic flux density formed by the bar magnet 1 is low and far from the bar magnet 1. As a result, there is a problem that iron removal efficiency is reduced. The magnet filter of the present invention is intended to fundamentally solve such a problem.
[0016]
In the present embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the metal outer cylinder 3 has the helical irregularities 6 along the substantially cylindrical outer surface 5. Is more efficiently carried out, and while improving the iron removal efficiency, it is easy to ensure a smooth and non-stagnant flow velocity of the fluid 9 to be removed.
[0017]
FIG. 2 shows this embodiment more specifically. (In FIG. 2, the arrow indicates the direction in which the resin flows.) In this case, the clearance between the screw shaft 4 and the housing 2 (corresponding to the distance indicated by d in FIG. 4) is formed by the bar magnet 1. The iron removal is performed by ensuring that the magnetic flux density is within a range in which a sufficient iron removal efficiency can be ensured and the forced transfer of the fluid 9 by the screw shaft 4 having the spiral uneven portion 6 is efficiently performed. Even if the fluid 9 is a liquid exhibiting thixotropic fluid behavior, it is possible to achieve both a smooth and non-stagnation flow rate and a sufficient iron removal efficiency.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the invention of the magnet filter according to claim 1 includes the bar magnet and the housing that covers the bar magnet, and allows the fluid to pass through the magnetic flux formed by the bar magnet in the housing. Thereby, in the magnet filter for removing magnetic impurities in the fluid, the bar magnet is built in a hollow metal outer cylinder having a substantially cylindrical shape, and the metal outer cylinder has a central axis of the substantially cylindrical shape. Since it is characterized by functioning as a screw shaft with a rotating shaft, forced transfer of fluid by the screw shaft is possible, and especially, the viscosity of the fluid from which iron is removed is high, and it exhibits thixotropic fluid behavior However, it is said that it is possible to secure a smooth and non-stagnant flow velocity of the fluid to be removed while improving the iron removal efficiency. It exhibits an excellent effect.
[0019]
In the invention of the magnet filter according to the second aspect, in the magnet filter according to the first aspect, the metal outer cylinder may have a spiral uneven portion along the substantially cylindrical outer surface. Because of the feature, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 1, forcible fluid transfer by the screw shaft is performed more efficiently, and while improving the iron removal efficiency, the An excellent effect is obtained in that it is easy to secure a smooth and flow-free flow velocity.
