本発明は、インターネットを利用して電子メール（以下「Ｅメール」と称す）を送信する場合に一の言語を他の言語に翻訳して送信することができる定型文翻訳メール送信システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年のコンピュータの飛躍的発達によりインターネットを介して極めて簡単にＥメールを国内外に送信できるようになっている。
しかし、インターネットを介してＥメールを送信する場合においても翻訳の問題が解決されるわけではない。
このため、例えば日本語を理解できないＥメールの受信者にＥメールを送信する場合は受信者が理解できる言語に予め翻訳してからＥメールを送信したり、或いは日本語のＥメールを受信した受信者が日本語を理解できる翻訳者に頼んで受信者が理解できる言語に翻訳してもらっている。
このため、Ｅメールの送信者又は受信者においては翻訳する手間がかかったり翻訳費用等が必要になるという不具合がある。
そこで、翻訳エンジンを使用して受信者が理解できる言語に翻訳してＥメールを送信することも可能であるが、送信者が作成した文章をそのまま翻訳エンジンで翻訳しても正確に翻訳することは困難である。

本発明は上記事実に鑑みなされたものであり、Ｅメールの送信者や受信者が翻訳しなくてもＥメールの受信者が理解できる言語に正確に翻訳してＥメールを送信することができる定型文翻訳メール送信システムを提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１〜図１０には本発明に係る定型文翻訳メール送信システムの一実施例が示されている。なお、この実施例では一の言語としての日本語のＥメールを他の言語としての英語に翻訳する場合を例にして説明する。
図１に示されるように、本発明の定型文翻訳メール送信システム１０はＥメールを送信する送信者としてのユーザー１２が端末機として使用する送信側パソコン１４で定型文翻訳メール送信システム１０の管理会社等が管理運営している翻訳サーバー１６にインターネット１８を介してアクセスできるようになっている（なお、前記ユーザー１２は予め前記定型文翻訳メール送信システム１０の事業を行っている管理会社等と契約を済ませている）。
従って、前記ユーザー１２は前記翻訳サーバー１６を利用して一の言語である日本語を他の言語である英語に翻訳しＥメールを受信する受信者２０が端末機として使用する受信側パソコン２２にＥメールを送信することができる。
図１及び図２に示されるように、前記翻訳サーバー１６内にはユーザーデータベース２４が設けられている。このユーザーデータベース２４には本発明の定型文翻訳メール送信システム１０を利用する前記ユーザー１２の氏名、名称等のユーザー１２から提供されたユーザー１２に関する種々のデータが登録されている。
また、前記ユーザーデータベース２４は前記ユーザー１２が定型文翻訳メール送信システム１０を利用する場合に、ユーザーログインして送信側パソコン１４に表示された画面１４ＡにユーザーＩＤを入力するとユーザーＩＤの確認を行う機能を有している。
前記翻訳サーバー１６内にはシチュエーションデータベース２６が設けられている。このシチュエーションデータベース２６には極めて多くのシチュエーション（挨拶、打ち合わせ等の場面）が想定されてシチュエーション一覧リストになって登録されている。
従って、前記ユーザー１２はＥメールする内容のシチュエーションに対応した最適なシチュエーションを前記シチュエーションデータベース２６のシチュエーション一覧リストから選択できるようになっている。例えば、ユーザー１２が受信者２０にＥメールする内容が「打ち合わせ」である場合は前記シチュエーションデータベース２６のシチュエーション一覧リストから登録されている「打ち合わせ」のシチュエーションを選択すればよい。
また、前記翻訳サーバー１６内にはユーザー１２がＥメールで送信する内容の定型文を作成する翻訳語データベース３０が設けられている。この翻訳語データベース３０は前記シチュエーションデータベース２６と接続され、ユーザー１２が前記シチュエーションデータベース２６のシチュエーション一覧リストから選択したシチュエーション（この実施例では「打ち合わせ」）に対応した定型文作成項目を送信側パソコン１４の画面１４Ａに表示するようになっている。

前記翻訳サーバー１６には前記翻訳語データベース３０の各項目毎で選択した日本語翻訳対象語を英語に自動翻訳する機能を有する翻訳エンジン３２が設けられている。このため、前記ユーザー１２が翻訳語データベース３０で日本語翻訳対象語（この実施例では前記「こんにちは」、「今日」、「新宿で」、「打ち合わせをしましょう」の各日本語）をそれぞれ選択すると翻訳エンジン３２が選択された前記日本語翻訳対象語を英語に自動翻訳するようになっている。
従って、前記翻訳エンジン３２は翻訳語データベース３０の定型文作成項目毎に選択された日本語翻訳対象語を英語に翻訳するため、日本語から英語へ翻訳する場合において翻訳の精度を向上させて定型文の翻訳を正確に行うことができる。
前記サーバー１６内には音声合成エンジン３３が設けられている。この音声合成エンジン３３は翻訳エンジン３２によって翻訳された英語を合成音声で読み上げることができる機能を有している。
従って、前記翻訳エンジン３２によって正確に翻訳された翻訳結果を音声ファイルに添付し、添付ファイルとして受信者２０に送信することができるようになっている。これにより、受信者２０が送信された添付ファイルを開くとＥメール送信された内容を英語で読み上げてもらうこともでき、Ｅメールを読まなくてもＥメールの内容を理解できるようになっている。
また、前記翻訳サーバー１６内には送信履歴データベース３４が設けられている。この送信履歴データベース３４は前記ユーザー１２がＥメールを送信実行するとＥメール送信の内容が登録、記録されるようになっている。

従って、ユーザー１２は選択ボタンを押してシチュエーション一覧リストの中から「打ち合わせ」を選択し、「次のステップ」をクリックする。
すると、次に、図４に示されるように前記送信側パソコン１４の画面１４Ａに「シチュエーション『打ち合わせ』以下のリストより定型文を作成してください」という定型文作成画面が表示される。
この定型文作成画面には「打ち合わせ」というシチュエーションに対応する定型文作成項目である「読み出し」項目、「いつ」項目、「どこで」項目、「定型文本文」項目が順番に表示される。

一方、受信者２０は自分の受信側パソコン２２のメールを開いてメール受信をクリックすると、図８に示されるように前記ユーザー１２からのＥメールを開くとパソコンの画面に「Ｈｅｌｌｏ．Ｌｅｔｓ′ ａｒｒａｎｇｅｎ ｉｎ Ｓｈｉｎｊｕｋｕ ｔｏｄａｙ」と英文でＥメールが表示される。
従って、受信者２０が日本語を理解できなくてもＥメールが英文で表示されるので受信者２０は直ぐにＥメールの内容を理解することができる。
また、図９及び図１０に示されるように受信者２０が添付ファイルを開くことにより音声で前記Ｅメールの英文が英語で読み上げられる。このため、受信者２０はＥメールを読まなくてもＥメールの内容を知ることができるので便利である。

なお、この実施例の定型文翻訳メール送信システム１０においては一の言語を日本語とし、他の言語を英語としたが、一の言語及び他の言語は日本語及び英語に限定されるものでないことは勿論である。
また、この実施例の定型文翻訳メール送信システム１０においては一の言語である日本語を他の言語である英語に翻訳する機能を有する翻訳エンジン３２を使用したが、翻訳エンジン３２の機能を変えることにより、翻訳する言語は英語に限定されるものでなく、ドイツ語、フランス語、スペイン語、中国語等の他の言語に翻訳することができることは勿論である。
なお、実施例では音声合成エンジン３３は翻訳エンジン３２によって翻訳された英語を合成音声で読み上げるようにしたが、音声合成エンジン３３が読み上げる言語は英語に限定されるものでないことは勿論である。
また、実施例では本発明の定型文翻訳メール送信システム１０にアクセスする手段の端末機としてパーソナルコンピュータである送信側パソコン１４を用いたが、アクセスする端末機はパソコンに限定されるものではなく、携帯電話等他の端末機でもよいことは勿論である。

本発明の定型文翻訳メール送信システムは、インターネットを介して送信するＥメールの内容を一の言語から他の言語に翻訳することができると共に翻訳語データベースの定型文作成項目毎に選択された一の言語の翻訳対象語を翻訳エンジンが他の言語に翻訳するので、一の言語から他の言語への翻訳の精度を高めて定型文全体の翻訳を正確に行うことができるという優れた効果を有する。
