【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記特許文献1、2、3記載の技術以外にも、種々の床暖房装置が公知であり、例えば、床暖房パネルがよく知られている。この床暖房パネルにも種々のタイプがあるが、その一例として、本願図6に示すものがあげられる。本願図6には、ヒータ63を、基材合板64に設けられた凹部に内蔵し、裏面に均熱板62を備えた木質系フローリング材61を、上記基材合板64に積層した床暖房パネル6が示されている。

上記のように構成された床暖房パネル6においては、木質系フローリング材61を、実結合で結合された複数の床材から構成するとともに、上記基材合板64に設けた凹部に、ヒータに加えて、センサー、コネクター等を取付け、積層構造としなければならず、その作製に、時間と手間がかかり、経済的に有利でないという問題がある。本発明は、このような問題を解決して、簡単に、作製できるとともに、熱効率よく床暖房することが可能な暖房フローリング材を提供することを、その課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するために考え出されたものであって、つぎのような技術的手段を講じている。すなわち、本発明によれば、床材の側面に突設された雄実と、他方の床材の側面に凹設された雌実とが相互に結合された複数の床材からなるフローリング材において、上記雌実の側方開口部からみた底部を細長発熱体を嵌装する嵌装空間とするとともに、この嵌装空間に上記細長発熱体を嵌装した後、雄実を結合してなる暖房フローリング材が提供される。このようにすることによって、熱効率よく床暖房できるとともに、簡単に、経済的に有利に暖房フローリング材を作製することができる。

上記嵌装空間が、雄実の長さよりも雌実を深くすることによって設けられることが好ましい。このようにすることによって、雌実の側方開口部より細長発熱体を嵌入し、雄実の長さよりも深い部分の雌実の底部を嵌装空間として細長発熱体を納め、その後、雄実を結合すれば、細長発熱体の嵌装と、フローリング材の作製を同時に行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施の形態について、実施例により、さらに詳細に説明する。図1は、実施例1にかかる本発明の暖房フローリング材の概略構成を示す平面図であり、図2は、図1のA−A線に沿う部分側断面図である。図1、図2おいて、実結合部1は、床材2の側面に突設された雄実11と、他方の床材2の側面に凹設された雌実12とを相互に結合してなり、このように結合された複数の床材2がフローリング材を形成する。一方、図2からよくわかるように、雄実11の長さよりも雌実12が深くされているため、雄実11の長さよりも深い部分が嵌装空間を形成する。

上記のように構成されたフローリング材は、通常、熱効率を高めるため、断熱材を介して、図示しない床下地材の上に施工される。図1において、細長発熱体としては、温水パイプ3が用いられており、ボイラー4からの温水を上記実結合部1に内設された温水パイプ3に送り、フローリング材を暖房する。図1においては、温水パイプ3の端部はU字管で連結され、ボイラー4からの温水は矢印に沿って流れ、フローリング材を暖めてボイラー4に戻る。このように、温水が循環することにより、快適に床暖房を行うことができる。
