本発明は、半製品を含む製品の製造過程に於いて、前記製品毎の製造指示データと製造環境の環境変化データとに応じたミキサー装置側への制御指示データにより、前記ミキサー装置を使用する製造に関して自動制御を行うシステムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
小麦粉を主原材料としたパン等を製造するミキシングの製造過程に於いて、室温、主原材料の温度、水温、湿度等の製造環境の変化や主原材料の仕込み量に対応して、生地の仕上がり温度を常に一定に保つことは容易ではなく、これらの環境下でも、ミキサー装置の回転速度、回転時間、吸水量等を調整して、生地の仕上がり温度を一定にする為のミキシングの自動制御が求められている。

又、ミキサー装置の自動制御システムの事例としては、例えば、特開2001−275550号公報に開示されている「パン生地ミキシング管理法及び装置」が示すように、パン生地の仕込み量に応じたミキサーの回転速度と回転時間の制御は行われていない。又、製造環境の変化に対しては、ミキシング中のパン生地の平均温度だけをとらえており、その他の仕込み水温や湿度等の変化に対する対策はとられていない為、パン生地の仕上がりの温度は、ばらつきが発生する問題を含んでいる。

以上のような問題を解決する為に本発明では、半製品を含む製品の製造過程に於いて、主原材料の仕込み量と、室温、主原材料の温度、水温、湿度等の製造環境の変化とにリアルタイムに応じたミキサー装置への制御指示により、目標温度による完成品の製造を図る為に、ミキサー装置を使用する製造に関して自動制御を行うシステムを提供することを目的とする。

上記目的を達成する為、請求項1に記載の発明は、半製品を含む製品の製造過程に於いて、前記製品毎の製造指示データと製造環境の環境変化データとに応じたミキサー装置側への制御指示データにより、前記ミキサー装置を使用する製造に関して自動制御を行うシステムであって、
前記製品の製造指示を行う為の製造端末装置と、前記製品の製造を行う為のミキサー装置と、このミキサー装置を制御する為に接続される制御装置と、この制御装置に接続されて、仕込み水温を含む前記環境変化データを取得する為のセンサー部と、前記製造端末装置と通信ネットワークを介して接続されて、更に前記制御装置に接続されて、前記ミキサー装置に対する前記制御指示データを作成して前記制御装置に送信する為の制御管理装置とを備え、
前記制御装置が、前記センサー部が取得した前記環境変化データを前記制御管理装置に送信する為の環境変化データ送信手段を備え、
前記制御管理装置が、前記製品名毎及びその主原材料名毎及び製造工程順番毎に前記ミキサー装置の基準回転速度と基準回転時間とを含む基準制御指示情報と、前記製品名毎及びその主原材料名毎及びその主原材料の所定の仕込み量毎に前記基準回転時間を補正する為の補正回転時間を含む仕込み量別補正情報と、前記所定の仕込み水温毎に前記基準回転時間を補正する為の補正回転時間を含む仕込み水温別補正情報とを少なくとも登録する為のデータベースと、

図1に示すように、ミキサー装置に於ける製造自動制御システム100は、半製品を含む製品の製造指示を行う為の製造端末装置1と、この製品の製造を行う為のミキサー装置2と、このミキサー装置2を制御する為に接続される制御装置10と、この制御装置10に接続されて、仕込み水温、製造過程に於ける製品の温度、湿度の何れかのデータを含む環境変化データを取得する為のセンサー部11と、製造端末装置1にインターネット3を介して接続されて、更に制御装置10に接続されて、ミキサー装置2に対する制御指示データを作成して制御装置10に送信する為の制御管理装置30とから構成される。
