Description
本発明はテープ特に柄入りラベルテープの製造方法及び本方法の実施のための設備に関する。
先行技術
冒頭に挙げた種類の方法及び当該の設備はEP−A−0389793号により知られている。その場合広幅の可融布が製造され、切断線に沿って熱い切断部材でテープに分断され、次にこのテープが熱固定される。切断過程で切断部に発生する溶融物は比較的硬く粗いこぶ又はかどを生じ、これが切断されたテープの外観と取扱いを阻害する。EP−A−0389793号によれば溶融縁を具備するテープ縁端区域をテープの中空区域にある、端縁と平行な折り線に沿って折り返し、こうして折り縁を形成し、その上で折り縁を当該のテープ条片の隣接面区域に接着することによって上記の欠点を回避しようとする。
このために重なり合う部分をホットプレスする。繰り入れられた溶融糸がそれによって融解し、固定を生じる。この過程は比較的複雑であり、また特に比較的広幅な縁端区域が生じる。これは繊維材料の損失とみなされる。しかもこの方法と設備は溶融系を含まないテープには不適当である。
非溶融糸からなり、融点が基礎織物の材料の分解温度より低い補助タテ糸を所定の切断線に沿って含む布を製造することがDE−A−3608787号により知られている。切断の前に布を切断線に沿って熱してプレスする。こうして溶融タテ糸が融解し、基礎織物の糸をほつれないように互いに結合する。その上で切断線に沿って機械切断を行う。この方法及び設備は熱切断に適さないことが欠点である。DE−A−3608787号では熱切断がはっきりと除外されている。
発明の説明
本発明の課題は冒頭に挙げた種類の方法及び設備を一層改善することである。
この課題は
a)請求項1による方法、
b)請求項9による装置
によって解決される。
一方では切断線に沿って切断区域を配列することにより、他方では熱と圧力を加えると完全に融解する溶融糸及び/又は基礎材料が接着層を具備し、熱及び/中空区域又は切断区域で完全に固定することができる。一方では熱処理により、他方ではプレス加工により、溶融物が布の繊維材料の毛管に押しやられるから、浮き糸も確実に固定される。
切断区域の中央で布を切断すれば最良の結果が得られる。
場合によっては切断区域に例えば円形、くさび形又はその他の鮮明な外観を与えるために、請求項8により切断の後に更に切断区域を成形することが好ましい。
布として編み物又は特に織物を製造し加工することができるように、方法及び設備を構成することができる。
切断区域を形成するための装置は、請求項10により中空区域又は一重区域を作るように構成することができる。
プレス装置は請求項11に基づいて構成することができるが、請求項12による構造が一層有利である。それによって切断区域の個別的プレス加工が可能である。その場合プレス装置は請求項13により加熱可能であり、一重又は二重ロールとして形成することができる。また熱を作用させつつ切断区域をプレスするためのハンマー装置又はバイブレーション装置も可能である。

For this purpose, the overlapping parts are hot-pressed. The melted-in yarn is thereby melted, resulting in fixation. This process is relatively complicated, and in particular results in relatively wide edge areas. This is considered a loss of fiber material. Moreover, this method and equipment are unsuitable for tapes that do not contain a molten system.
It is known from DE-A-3608787 to produce a fabric consisting of unfused yarn and having an auxiliary warp yarn whose melting point is below the decomposition temperature of the material of the base fabric along a predetermined cutting line. Prior to cutting, the fabric is heated and pressed along the cutting line. In this way, the molten warp yarns melt and bond to one another without fraying the yarns of the base fabric. Then, machine cutting is performed along the cutting line. The disadvantage is that this method and equipment are not suitable for thermal cutting. DE-A-3608787 explicitly excludes thermal cutting.
