Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明のエンコーダには、1つまたは複数の基準標識を含む検知面上のエンコーディング標識を検知し、第1および第2エンコーダ信号を生成する検知装置が含まれている。第2エンコーダ信号は、検知装置に対する検知面の移動方向に応じて、第1エンコーダ信号よりも先行または遅行する。エンコーダには、第1基準標識が基準標識検出器を通過した場合に第1基準標識信号を生成する基準標識検出器も含まれている。エンコーダがこの第1基準標識信号を受信した場合に、コントローラはデジタル値を第1基準値にリセットする。

Claims (6)
- 第1および第2エンコーダ信号を生成する検知装置と、
複数の等間隔のエンコーディング標識を有する検知面を含み、該検知面は、前記エンコーディング標識が前記検知装置を通過した際に前記第1および第2エンコーダ信号が生成されるよう、前記検知装置に対して移動し、前記検知装置に対する前記検知面の前記移動の方向に応じて、前記第2エンコーダ信号が前記第1エンコーダ信号よりも先行または遅行し、
第1基準標識を検出し、該検出を示す第1基準標識信号を生成する基準標識検出器と、
デジタル値を保存するためのレジスタと、
前記第1および第2エンコーダ信号を受信し、前記受信した第1および第2エンコーダ信号に基づいて、前記レジスタを増分あるいは減分するコントローラを含み、該コントローラは、前記エンコーダが前記第1基準標識信号を受信した場合に、前記コントローラは前記デジタル値を第1基準値にリセットする、エンコーダ。 - レジスタ値を保存するための不揮発性メモリと、
電源ライン上の電位が低下しているか上昇しているかを判定する電源検出回路と、を更に備え、
前記電位が低下していると前記電源検出回路が判定した場合に、前記コントローラは、前記デジタル値を前記不揮発性メモリ内に保存する請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。 - 前記電位が上昇していると前記電源検出回路が判定した場合に、前記コントローラは、前記保存されているレジスタ値を前記レジスタ(22)内に読み込む請求項2に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記エンコーディング面は、第2エンコーディング標識を更に有し、前記基準標識検出器は、前記第2エンコーディング標識が検出された場合に第2基準標識信号を生成し、前記第2基準標識信号が生成された場合に、前記コントローラは、前記デジタル値を第2基準値にリセットする請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記エンコーディング面は、シャフトが回転した場合に前記検知装置に対して回転する前記シャフトに接続された円盤を有する請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記エンコーディング面は、前記面が既定の方向に平行移動した場合に前記検知装置に対して移動するストリップを有する請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。
