Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper protector used for protecting fruits and packing them in boxes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in order to transport or sell spherical fruits such as melon, apple or none, it has been conventionally used to use a protective body having a concave portion for supporting the cone so as not to damage it, so to speak. The protective body was mainly made of foamed resin. However, other materials have been sought after due to disposal problems, and paper has come to attract attention.
[0003]
However, the conventional paper protector is made of a single piece of paper material having a recess formed therein, and a leg piece is set up on a side surface so as to surround the periphery of the recess so that the bottom of the recess is lifted to prevent the fruits from being hurt. It just becomes. Therefore, when packing the paper-made protective body into a box, there is a problem that the leg pieces protruding in the packing direction must be packed into the box, and the workability is not good.
[0004]
Further, since the conventional paper protector is formed by molding a paper material, the cost tends to be high, and the size of the concave portion tends to be difficult to change. For this reason, in order to ensure the protection of cones, it is necessary to use other flexible fillings, or to apply a decorative cloth to high-end products.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a paper protector for fruits which exerts perfect performance for protection of fruits such as cones and is suitable for mass production. It is. Another object of the present invention is to provide a paper protector made of fruits with good workability when packed in a box or the like.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a paper protector for fruits according to the present invention is provided with a plurality of receiving pieces by cutting a paper material so as to receive fruits one by one substantially in surface contact. In addition, the upper plate for forming a part to be a concave receiving part by forming a plurality of receiving pieces by forming a plurality of receiving pieces, and a plurality of receiving pieces constituting the concave receiving part are integrated, and the fruit together with the receiving piece And a lower plate that divides and forms a support piece that supports the upper plate, and has a configuration in which an upper surface portion is provided around a portion serving as a receiving portion of the upper plate. The upper surface portion means the upper surface on which the concave portion is provided, and does not indicate a form that is flat or has no holes.
[0007]
The paper protector of the present invention is used for protecting fruits and packing them in boxes, etc., and the fruits are received one by one in a substantially surface-contact state. For this purpose, a cut is made in the paper material to divide and form a plurality of receiving pieces, and a plurality of receiving pieces are formed to form a portion to be a concave receiving portion. At least one portion serving as the concave receiving portion is provided on the upper surface portion of the upper plate.
[0008]
The plurality of receiving pieces may be considered to indicate one piece separated by, for example, a radial cut (see FIG. 1). The number of pieces is arbitrary, and the pieces do not necessarily have to be the same shape and size. However, large fruits and soft fruits are generally better to have more pieces. Each of the receiving pieces is formed in a concave shape by a mold and serves as a receiving portion. Since the receiving pieces are divided one by one at the time of molding, the following lower plates are combined to connect the divided receiving pieces.
[0009]
The lower plate is integrally formed with a plurality of receiving pieces constituting a concave receiving portion, and a supporting piece for supporting fruits is formed separately with the concave receiving piece. Since the lower plate communicates between the receiving pieces of the upper plate, the lower plate is three-dimensionally formed by a mold so as to receive the fruits in a surface contact state. The cut pattern provided on the lower plate before molding can be a radial pattern similar to a receiving piece (FIG. 2) or a similar pattern (FIG. 3). In addition, a bottom recessed portion that does not come into contact with fruits is provided at a position corresponding to the bottom of the lower plate, so that the fruits do not reach an external force that can be applied during handling during stacking.
[0010]
The upper plate and the lower plate are names for the sake of convenience, and suggest that the lower plate is integrated with the lower part of the concave receiving portion provided on the upper plate, but this is nothing more. For example, in the example of FIG. 4, since the lower plate overlaps the outer surface of the concave portion of the upper plate, the relationship between the upper plate and the lower plate can be said to be up and down. Will be located on the upper plate. However, the invention includes both forms.
[0011]
The upper plate, which is provided with a portion serving as a concave receiving portion, which is referred to as an upper surface portion in the present invention, has a portion for cutting, for example, radially into the upper surface portion, and this serves as a concave receiving portion. . The upper plate may further include a side frame portion outside the upper surface portion. The side frame portion is a portion corresponding to the outermost part of the paper protection body according to the present invention, and also provides rigidity to the paper protection body. The side frame portion is bent upward with respect to the upper surface portion. In the conventional paper protection body called a tray, etc., the side piece surrounds the periphery of the concave portion, so that the workability is lowered by being caught in a box or the like, whereas in the present invention, the reverse is applied in the present invention. Since the side frame portion is provided in the direction, there is no hindrance to the packing operation and the like.
[0012]
At least one (see FIG. 1 and the like) or a plurality of concave receiving portions are provided in parallel on the upper surface (see FIG. 8 and the like). FIG. 1 illustrates an example of a paper protector that protects fruits one by one, and FIG. 8 illustrates an example of a paper protector that protects five fruits. In a configuration in which a plurality of concave receiving portions are provided on the upper plate, the constituent portions of the concave portions including the cuts approach the outside of the upper plate (see FIGS. 5 and 8, etc.). Therefore, when the concave portion is set at the corner of a polygon such as a rectangle, the constituent portion of the concave portion is easily broken, and the projecting portion is provided at such a portion to reinforce the structure.
[0013]
Regardless of whether it is for a plurality or one, it may be difficult to remove the paper protector and the fruits protected by it from the boxed state. Therefore, in the present invention, the projecting piece provided on the side frame portion is designed to be used as a portion for taking out the paper protection body from the inside of the box or the like. The configuration in which the side frame portion is bent upward is also consistent with this purpose.
[0014]
In addition, the protruding piece portion is provided on the side frame portion at a position corresponding to the corner portion of the upper surface portion so as to protrude outward from the folding line via a bending line set obliquely so as to chamfer the corner portion. Is desirable. By making the protruding piece and the side frame portion continuous via the bending line, the strength of the portion is enhanced more than a simple tongue-shaped portion.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the illustrated embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example of an upper plate 11 of a paper protector 10 for protecting one fruit, and is combined with a lower plate 21 shown in FIG. The upper plate 11 is a blank made of a paper material, and has a portion divided into a plurality of receiving pieces 13 by cuts 12 cut radially. The cut 12 is made in the radial direction of a circle having a predetermined diameter, and intersects a circular bent portion 15 connecting the outer ends and a slightly smaller circular bent portion 15 'located inside the circular bent portion.
[0016]
The portion serving as the concave receiving portion 14 is recessed with respect to the upper surface portion 16, and a side frame portion 17 is provided outside the upper surface portion 16 so as to surround the entire circumference. The side frame portion at a position corresponding to the corner of the upper surface portion 16 is provided with a protruding piece portion 19 protruding outward through a bending line 18 set at an angle. The protruding piece portion 19 is continuous with the side frame portion 17 via the bending line 20. In the drawing, each folding line indicates a mountain fold line by a broken line and a valley fold line by a two-dot chain line.
[0017]
The lower plate 21 is also a blank made of a paper material, and a support piece 23 divided into a plurality of pieces by a cut line 22 is radially provided on an outer periphery of a central bottom portion 24. When the lower plate 21 is connected to the blank backing sheet 25 by the bridge portion 26 until the lower plate 21 is combined with the upper plate 11, workability is good in the assembling apparatus 40. The bottom 24 at the center of the lower plate 21 is distinguished from the supporting piece 23 by double bending lines 28 and 28 'forming a bottom recess 27, and is formed into a desired spherical shape and bottom shape.
[0018]
The lower plate 21 may have various forms as shown in FIG. 3 in addition to the radial one shown in FIG. The example of FIG. 3 (a) is composed of uniform four-divided support pieces 29, and the example of FIG. 3 (b) is composed of uneven four-divided support pieces 30. When viewed from above the concave portion, each piece appears to be divided into four equal parts. The example of FIG. 3C is composed of four divided support pieces 31 arranged with a gap therebetween. Since the pieces 31 are separated from each other, the pressing die 43 is not required in the assembling apparatus 40 described later. . These have bottom portions 35, 36, 37 delimited by one bending line 32, 33, 34 because they do not form the bottom recess 27.
[0019]
In the case of the paper protection body 10 of Example 1 configured as described above, the paper protection body 10 is assembled through the steps shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 7. The assembling apparatus 40 includes, for example, a pair of upper and lower dies 41 and 42, and is set between the dies 41 and 42 by center holes 46 and 47 with the upper plate 11 down and the lower plate 21 up in the illustrated example. Then, the device 40 is operated (FIG. 6). The upper die 41 is provided with a required number of press dies 43 for pressing a portion of the bent portion of the lower plate 21 which needs to be advanced to the inner end, and the dies 41 and 42 are closed under necessary molding conditions such as heating. Then, molding is performed (FIG. 7).
[0020]
The assembled paper protector 10 for fruits has a structure as shown in FIG. The upper plate 11 and the lower plate 21 are integrally formed by bonding the receiving piece 13 and the support piece 23 to each other, and the blank mount 25 of the lower plate 21 is bonded to the lower surface of the upper surface portion 16 of the upper plate 11 to be integrated, thereby improving rigidity. In addition to providing increased structural strength, it is resistant to deformation. The paper protector is suitable for relatively large, soft or fragile fruits such as melons.
[0021]
Even if such a paper protector 10 made of fruits has only one kind of size concave receiving portion 14, fruits 45-of different sizes having different diameters within a certain range are provided. 1, 2, and 3 can be received in a surface contact state. That is, assuming that the middle-sized fruit 45-2 is a suitable size, the large-sized fruit 45-1 is pushed to a large diameter by the cross-section 44 formed of the convex curved surface in the double bent portions 15, 15 '. The bottom 24 is lifted and lifted by the reaction force, so that the small-sized fruits 45-3 are loaded on the bottom 24, and the pressure narrows the area up to the cross-section 44. Therefore, the fruits are received by the concave receiving portion 14 in a surface contact state.
[0022]
FIG. 8 et seq. Show an example of a paper protector for fruits using an upper plate 51 in which a plurality of receiving portions 54 are formed on an upper surface portion 56. FIG. In Example 2 of FIGS. 8 to 10, the radial cut 52, the receiving piece 53, and the double bent portions 55 and 55 ′ provided on the upper plate 51 as the receiving portion 54 are the same as those in Example 1 described above. Each of the receiving portions 54 arranged at the four corners of the rectangle can be set to a state in which a part of the receiving portion 54 is hung on the side frame portion. The protruding piece 59 protruded outward is a protection effect brought about by ensuring sufficient strength, and enables packing in a higher density box. The protruding portion 59 is also connected to the side frame portion 57 by double bending lines 60 on the left and right.
[0023]
As for the lower plate 61, a plurality of support pieces 63 divided by cut lines 62 are provided on the outer periphery of a central bottom portion 64 also on a blank backing paper 65 made of paper material, and have the same configuration as that of FIG. 2. . 66 is a bridge portion, 68 and 68 'are double bending lines, and form a bottom recess 67 in the bottom 64 (see FIG. 10). As a form of the support piece 63 of the lower plate 61, a form as shown in FIG. 3 or a similarly divided form that is not shown can be applied, because the form of the receiving piece 53 of the upper plate 51 is radial. It is the same as not limited.
[0024]
The upper plate 51 and the lower plate 61 having such a configuration are basically the same as those shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, but use an assembling apparatus capable of forming a plurality of concave portions and perform the same steps. Assembled through. The fruit paper protector 50 having the plurality of assembled receiving portions 54 has the form shown in FIG. As in the case of Example 1, the blank mount 65 is bonded to and integrated with the lower surface of the upper surface portion 56 of the upper plate 51 to increase rigidity and the like.
[0025]
In Example 3 shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, a paper protector 70 that can store more fruits than Example 2 is shown. Example 3 also includes an upper plate 71 and a lower plate 72, and a portion serving as a receiving portion 74 is provided on the upper surface portion 73 of the upper plate 71. Therefore, detailed description thereof will not be repeated. Therefore, it can be considered that the details are the same as in Examples 1 and 2.
[0026]
However, in Example 3, the arrangement of the concave receiving portions 74 lacks symmetry as compared with the case of Example 2, and some receiving portions 74 are located at corners and some are not. There is a difference. In such a case as well, the paper protector 70 of the present invention can provide sufficient strength, can reliably protect fruits, and can be easily boxed by the side frame portion 75 that is folded upward. Become. Further, when the paper-made protective body 70 packed in the box is taken out, the work piece 76 can be pulled up and pulled up, so that the workability is very good. The paper protectors of Examples 2 and 3 are also suitable for medium and relatively hard fruits such as apples and pears.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, it can exert its full performance in protecting fruits such as conifers, and can be assembled through processing such as press cutting and molding of paper. Therefore, the productivity is good, and very good workability can be obtained in both the case of boxing work and the case of taking out boxed things.
