Description of the Related Art There is known a paper cushioning material which is assembled into a predetermined three-dimensional shape by bending and sticking at important points and which exhibits a cushioning function equivalent to that of a conventional polystyrene foam cushioning material. This cushioning material made of seed paper is provided with fold lines and cut lines at appropriate places on a paper board made of cardboard or the like to form a large number of bottom plates, side plates, etc. for forming a concave portion into which the appropriate position of the package is fitted. The concave portion is assembled by bending and sticking. In detail, in addition to the bottom plate and the side plates constituting the concave portion, a plurality of reinforcing face plates and bonding surplus plates for fixing the bent state of the bent portions are provided, and the respective face plates are bent and attached. , And the assembled state of the recess is maintained. The seed paper cushioning material is often used when packing articles such as electronic application equipment and home electric appliances. In this case, the recess is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape.

When making with a paper board such as
While providing a large number of divided face plates for forming a peripheral portion such as a substantially frustoconical shape, while bending these divided face plates at a predetermined angle,
Requires the work of bonding adjacent divided face plates together,
There is a problem that it takes time to assemble. Therefore, in the past, in the packing of articles having the above-mentioned desired peripheral surface portion, a paper cushioning material made of pulp mold is often used. However, pulp mold paper cushioning materials require a mold for production, which may increase the production cost, and is not suitable for use in electrical products because paper dust is generated during use. There is a problem.

A method of forming a paper product having a peripheral surface such as a shape, a cone, a truncated cone, etc., wherein the first paper board is formed along an outer peripheral edge of the first bottom board formed in a desired planar shape. It has a plurality of first peripheral surface forming plates radially connected to each other via a folding line, and the second paper plate extends along the outer peripheral edge of the second bottom plate overlapping the bottom plate of the first paper plate. , Radially having a plurality of second peripheral surface forming plates continuously provided via a folding line, and the second peripheral surface forming plates are adjacent to each other on the first paper plate. Are formed so as to be able to be bonded together, and a second paper board is superimposed on the first paper board, and a first peripheral surface shape is formed. While maintaining the state in which the plate and the second peripheral surface forming plate are bent at the fold line at a predetermined angle, the second peripheral surface forming plate is bonded between the adjacent first peripheral surface forming plates, and Is fixed to a state where the peripheral surface forming plate is bent at a predetermined angle to form a desired peripheral surface portion such as a cylinder, a cone, and a truncated cone. According to such a method, the first peripheral surface forming plate and the second peripheral surface forming plate are folded at a predetermined angle while maintaining a state in which the first peripheral surface forming plate is bent at a predetermined angle, and the second peripheral surface forming plate is adjacent to the first peripheral surface forming plate. By simply attaching the peripheral surface forming plate, a paper product having a desired peripheral surface portion, such as a cylinder, a cone, or a truncated cone, can be formed.

Since the first curved surface forming plate 13 and the second curved surface forming plate 23 are alternately positioned and adhered to each other, the folded state and the curved state are formed. Are firmly maintained. Therefore,
It is not necessary to separately provide a reinforcing face plate, an adhesive margin plate, or the like, and it is possible to assemble and mold in a single step using a molding die as shown in the figure without the need for manually folding or bonding. Such a paper product A can be used arbitrarily according to a paper cushioning material for protecting a protruding portion on the back side of a television CRT when packing it, for example, or other purposes. Further, in this example, the case where the curved surface forming plates 13 and 23 are curved in a swelling shape inward is shown. However, by changing the curved shape of the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion 32 and the outer peripheral surface of the convex portion 42, the curved surface forming plate is changed. It is also possible to cope with a form in which the 13, 23 curves outwardly in a curved manner. In this case, a substantially hemispherical paper product can be obtained, and the hemispherical paper product can be joined up and down. To obtain a spherical paper product.

Each of the peripheral surface forming plates 13 ′ and 23 ′ is bent in the valley direction, and the adhesive is melted while maintaining the state, and the second peripheral surface forming plates 13 ′ are placed between the adjacent first peripheral surface forming plates 13 ′. The peripheral surface forming plate 23 'is attached (see FIG. 7).

Since the 13 'and the second peripheral surface forming plate 23' are alternately positioned and adhered to each other, they are fixed in a state where the bent state is firmly maintained. Therefore, there is no need to separately provide a reinforcing face plate or a bonding surrogate plate, and also, without the need for manual folding or bonding work,
It is possible to assemble and mold as shown in one step by a molding die. Such a paper product A ′ can be used arbitrarily according to, for example, a paper flower pot or other purposes.

The bent state of the peripheral surface forming plates can be fixed and maintained by an extremely simple operation of attaching the peripheral surface forming plates. In addition, the present invention provides an extremely simple operation of sticking the second curved surface forming plate between the adjacent first curved surface forming plates while maintaining the bent state of the first curved surface forming plate and the second curved surface forming plate. Thus, the bent state of the curved surface forming plates can be fixed and maintained. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a large number of reinforcing face plates, adhesive margin face plates, etc., and a paper product having a peripheral surface such as a cylinder, a cone, a truncated cone or the like, or a substantially cone, a substantially truncated cone, a hemisphere, etc. Thus, a paper product having a desired curved surface can be obtained, and it can be suitably used as a method capable of forming a novel paper product having various uses and shapes which has not been hitherto simple, quickly, and at low cost.

If the male mold is placed on the female mold from above, bending and sticking of important parts of the first and second paper boards are performed in one process. This can be performed in one step, and the above-described effects can be made more effective. Further, in the present invention, when the paper board is made of corrugated cardboard, the cushioning function required as a paper product,
There are effects such as easy securing of strength and durability.
