Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper protector used for protecting fruits and packaging them.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in order to transport or sell spherical fruits such as melons, apples, or none, it has been conventionally practiced to use a so-called protective body having a recess that supports the cones so as not to damage them. The protector was mainly made of foamed resin. However, other materials were sought for due to disposal problems, and paper was drawing attention.
[0003]
However, the conventional paper protector is made of a single sheet of paper with a concave portion molded, and leg pieces are raised on the side so as to surround the periphery of the concave portion so that the bottom of the concave portion is lifted to prevent the fruit from being damaged. It is only becoming. Therefore, when packing the paper protection body in a box, there is a problem that the leg pieces protruding in the packing direction must be packed in the box, resulting in poor workability.
[0004]
In addition, since the conventional paper protector molds a paper material, the cost tends to be high, and the size of the concave portion tends to be difficult to change, resulting in a lack of protection. For this reason, it has been necessary to use other flexible stuffing or a method such as laying a decorative cloth for high-quality products in order to ensure protection of the cones.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and its object is to provide a paper protector of fruits that exhibits perfect performance for protecting fruits such as cones and is suitable for mass production. It is. Another object of the present invention is to provide a paper protector for fruit having good workability when boxed.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the fruit paper protector according to the present invention includes a plurality of receiving pieces formed by cutting paper material so as to receive fruits one by one in a substantially surface contact state. to thereby divide the upper plate to form a portion to be a concave receiving portion by molding a plurality of receiving pieces, forming a concave receiving portion, for connecting the divided the plurality of receiving pieces And a lower plate for forming a plurality of support pieces to form a concave receiving portion by cutting the member into a plurality of support pieces . The receiving part and the support piece of the lower plate are integrated to form a concave receiving part, and an upper surface part is provided around the part to be the receiving part of the upper plate, and the upper surface part is provided outside the upper surface part. have the configuration that the side frame portion that is bent upward are provided for . The upper surface portion means an upper surface provided with a recess, and does not indicate a form of flatness or no hole.
[0007]
The paper protector of the present invention is used for protecting fruits and packaging them, and accepts fruits one by one in a surface contact state. For this purpose, the paper material is cut to form a plurality of receiving pieces, and the plurality of receiving pieces are formed to form a concave receiving portion. At least one portion serving as the concave receiving portion is provided on the upper surface portion of the upper plate.
[0008]
The plurality of receiving pieces may be considered to indicate one piece and one piece separated by, for example, radial cuts (see FIG. 1). The number of pieces to be divided is arbitrary, and each piece does not necessarily have the same shape and the same size. However, in general, it is better to increase the number of divided pieces for large fruits and soft fruits. Each one-piece receiving piece is formed in a concave shape by a mold and serves as a receiving portion. Since the receiving pieces are divided into pieces at the time of molding, the following lower plates are combined in order to connect the divided receiving pieces.
[0009]
The lower plate is integrally formed with a plurality of receiving pieces constituting the concave receiving portion, and a supporting piece for supporting the fruits is formed together with the concave receiving piece. Since the lower plate communicates between the receiving pieces of the upper plate, the lower plate is three-dimensionally shaped by a mold so as to receive fruits in a surface contact state. The cut pattern provided on the lower plate before molding can be a radial pattern similar to the receiving piece (FIG. 2) or a similar shape (FIG. 3). In addition, a bottom concave portion that does not come into contact with fruits can be provided at a location corresponding to the bottom of the lower plate so that the fruits do not reach the external force that can be applied during handling when stacking.
[0010]
The upper plate and the lower plate are names for convenience, and suggest that the lower plate is integrated with the lower part of the concave receiving portion provided on the upper plate, but it is not more than that. For example, in the example of FIG. 4, since the lower plate overlaps the outer surface of the concave portion of the upper plate, it can be said that the relationship between the upper plate and the lower plate is up and down, but if the lower plate is integrated on the inner surface of the concave portion, the lower plate Will be located on the top plate. However, the present invention includes both forms.
[0011]
The upper plate of the portion where the concave receiving portion is provided, the portion referred to as the upper surface portion in the present invention, has a portion that is cut into the upper surface portion, for example, radially, and this becomes the concave receiving portion. . The upper plate may further have a side frame portion outside the upper surface portion. The side frame portion is a portion that hits the outermost part of the paper protector according to the present invention, and also provides rigidity to the paper protector. The side frame portion is bent upward with respect to the upper surface portion. In a conventional paper protector called a tray or the like, the side piece surrounds the periphery of the recess, so that the workability is reduced due to being caught during boxing or the like. Since the side frame portion is provided in the direction, the boxing operation or the like is not hindered.
[0012]
At least one portion (see FIG. 1 and the like) or a plurality of portions serving as concave receiving portions are provided in parallel on the upper surface portion (see FIG. 8 and the like). 1 is an example of a paper protector that protects fruits one by one, and FIG. 8 is an example of a paper protector that protects five fruits. In the configuration in which a plurality of concave receiving portions are provided on the upper plate, the constituent portions of the concave portions beginning with the incision approach the outside of the upper plate (see FIGS. 5 and 8, etc.). Accordingly, when a concave portion is set at a corner of a polygon such as a rectangle, the constituent portion of the portion that becomes the concave portion is easily broken, and the structure is strengthened by providing a projecting piece portion at such a portion.
[0013]
Whether it is for a plurality or one, it may be difficult to remove the paper protector and the fruits protected from it in a boxed state. Therefore, the present invention contemplates that the protruding piece provided in the side frame portion can be used as a portion for taking out the paper protector from the box or the like. The configuration in which the side frame portion is bent upward coincides with this purpose.
[0014]
In addition, the protruding piece portion is provided on the side frame portion at a position corresponding to the corner portion of the upper surface portion so as to protrude outward from the bending line through a bending line set obliquely so as to chamfer the corner portion. Is desirable. By making the projecting piece part and the side frame part continuous through a folding line, the strength of the part is enhanced more than a simple tongue-like part.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, illustrated embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an illustration of an upper plate 11 of a paper protector 10 that protects one fruit, and is combined with the lower plate 21 shown in FIG. The upper plate 11 is a paper blank, and has a portion that is divided into a plurality of receiving pieces 13 by radially entering cuts 12. The notch 12 is inserted in the radial direction of a circle having a predetermined diameter, and intersects with a circular bent portion 15 that communicates with an outer end portion, and a slightly smaller-diameter circular bent portion 15 ′ located inside thereof.
[0016]
A portion that becomes the concave receiving portion 14 is recessed with respect to the upper surface portion 16, and a side frame portion 17 is provided outside the upper surface portion 16 so as to surround the entire circumference. A projecting piece portion 19 is provided on the side frame portion at a position corresponding to the corner portion of the upper surface portion 16 so as to project outward through a bend line 18 set obliquely. The projecting piece portion 19 is continuous with the side frame portion 17 via a fold line 20. In the drawing, each fold line indicates a mountain fold line by a broken line and a valley fold line by a two-dot chain line.
[0017]
Similarly, the lower plate 21 is a paper blank, and support pieces 23 divided into a plurality of cut lines 22 are provided radially on the outer periphery of the center bottom 24. If the lower plate 21 is connected to the blank mount 25 by the bridge portion 26 until the combination with the upper plate 11, the workability of the assembling apparatus 40 is good. The bottom 24 at the center of the lower plate 21 is distinguished from the support piece 23 by double fold lines 28 and 28 'forming a bottom recess 27, and is molded into a desired spherical shape and bottom shape.
[0018]
The lower plate 21 may have various forms as shown in FIG. 3 in addition to the radial one shown in FIG. The example of FIG. 3 (a) is composed of a uniform four-piece support piece 29, and the example of FIG. 3 (b) is a non-uniform four-piece support piece 30, the wider being the narrower one. When viewed from above the recess, each piece appears to be divided into four equal parts. The example of FIG. 3 (c) is composed of four-piece-shaped support pieces 31 arranged with a gap, and since the pieces 31 are separated from each other, the assembling apparatus 40 described later does not require the pressing die 43. . Since these do not form the bottom recess 27, they have bottom portions 35, 36, and 37 defined by a single fold line 32, 33, and 34.
[0019]
In the case of the paper protector 10 of Example 1 configured as described above, the paper protector 10 is assembled through the steps shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 7. The assembling apparatus 40 includes, for example, a pair of upper and lower molds 41 and 42, and is set between the molds 41 and 42 by center holes 46 and 47, with the upper plate 11 facing down and the lower plate 21 facing up in the illustrated case. Then, the device 40 is operated (FIG. 6). The upper die 41 is provided with a required number of pressing dies 43 that pressurize the portion of the lower plate 21 that needs to be advanced, and the dies 41 and 42 are closed under the molding conditions such as heating. Then, molding is performed (FIG. 7).
[0020]
The assembled fruit paper protector 10 has a structure as shown in FIG. The upper plate 11 and the lower plate 21 are integrated by bonding the receiving piece 13 and the support piece 23, and the blank mount 25 of the lower plate 21 is bonded and integrated with the lower surface of the upper surface portion 16 of the upper plate 11, so that the rigidity is increased. It has a structural strength that enhances and resists deformation. This paper protector is suitable for relatively large and soft or easily damaged fruits such as melon.
[0021]
Such a fruit paper protector 10 has only one type of concave receiving portion 14, but has a different diameter within a certain range. 1, 2, and 3 can be received in a surface contact state. That is, assuming that the intermediate-sized fruit 45-2 is a suitable size, the large-sized fruit 45-1 is pushed to a large diameter by the cross-sectional portion 44 formed of the convex curved surface in the double bent portions 15, 15 '. The bottom 24 is raised and pulled up by the reaction force, and the small-sized fruit 45-3 is loaded on the bottom 24, and the pressure is reduced in the range up to the cross-sectional portion 44. Accordingly, the fruits are received by the concave receiving portion 14 in a surface contact state.
[0022]
FIG. 8 and the subsequent figures show examples of fruit paper protectors using an upper plate 51 in which a plurality of receiving portions 54 are formed on an upper surface portion 56. 8 to 10, the radial cuts 52, the receiving pieces 53, the double bent portions 55 and 55 ′ provided on the upper plate 51 as the receiving portions 54 are the same as those in the first embodiment. Each of the receiving portions 54 arranged at the four corners of the rectangle can be set in a state of being partly hung on the side frame portion, but this is achieved through the side frame portion 57 and the bending fold line 58. This is a protective effect brought about by the fact that sufficient strength is ensured by the projecting piece portion 59 projecting outward, and enables packing with higher density. The projecting piece 59 is also connected to the side frame portion 57 by double fold lines 60 on the left and right.
[0023]
As for the lower plate 61, a plurality of support pieces 63 divided by a cut line 62 are provided on a blank mount 65 made of paper material on the outer periphery of the center bottom portion 64, and have the same configuration as that of FIG. . 66 is a bridge portion, and 68 and 68 'are double fold lines, and a bottom recess 67 is formed in the bottom portion 64 (see FIG. 10). As the form of the support piece 63 of the lower plate 61, the form as shown in FIG. 3 or the form divided in the same manner can be applied, but the form of the receiving piece 53 of the upper board 51 is radial. It is the same as not being limited.
[0024]
The upper plate 51 and the lower plate 61 having such a configuration are basically the same as those shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, but use an assembly device capable of forming a plurality of recesses, and the same steps. It is assembled through. The fruit paper protector 50 having a plurality of assembled receiving portions 54 has the form shown in FIG. The blank mount 65 is bonded to and integrated with the lower surface of the upper surface portion 56 of the upper plate 51 to increase rigidity and the like, as in the case of Example 1.
[0025]
In Example 3 shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, a paper protector 70 that can accommodate a larger number of fruits than Example 2 is shown. The example 3 also includes an upper plate 71 and a lower plate 72, and the upper surface portion 73 of the upper plate 71 is provided with a portion serving as the receiving portion 74, and therefore detailed description will not be repeated one by one. Therefore, it can be considered that the details are the same as Example 1 and Example 2.
[0026]
However, the arrangement of the concave receiving portions 74 in Example 3 lacks symmetry as compared with the case of Example 2, and the portions where the receiving portions 74 are located at the corners and those that are not located are mixed. There is a difference. Even with such a case, the paper protector 70 of the present invention can provide sufficient strength, can reliably protect the fruits, and can be easily boxed by the side frame portion 75 folded upward. Become. Further, when taking out the boxed paper protective body 70, the projecting portion 76 can be pulled and pulled up, so that workability is very good. The paper protectors of Examples 2 and 3 are also suitable for medium-sized and relatively hard fruits such as apples and nothing.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, it exhibits perfect performance for protecting fruits such as cones, and can be assembled through processes such as press cutting and molding. Therefore, the productivity is good, and it is possible to receive very good workability both in the case of boxing work and in the case of taking out the boxed work.
