Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an account management system, and more particularly, to an account management system that manages one account opened in a financial institution or the like in a unit of a plurality of child accounts each of which can deposit and withdraw money.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, one account set up at a financial institution is set with one holder, and the financial institution manages the deposit / withdrawal processing and balance of the holder on an account basis. Usually, the account holder allows others to freely deposit money into his / her own account, but does not allow money to be freely withdrawn from his / her own account. For this reason, for example, when money is transferred between accounts of two different holders, it is necessary for the holder of the account before transfer to make a transfer to the destination account. The same applies to a case where the relationship of the nominal person is a family that runs the same household. Also, in the case where the same holder manages the account for credit card payment and the account for salary transfer separately and transfers money from the account for salary transfer to the account for credit card payment, Procedures such as transfer between accounts are required.
[0003]
For example, when transferring money from an account in the parent's name to an account in the child's name due to remittance, the parent needs to perform procedures such as transfer between accounts, etc. Nevertheless, the labor and costs of the procedure are incurred. If the amount of money transferred per transaction is increased and the number of movements is reduced in order to reduce the labor and cost, there is a problem that convenience is lacking. In addition, even if money is transferred within the family, there is also a problem that the parent cannot freely move money from the child's account to the parent's account. When one account is shared by family members, these problems do not occur. However, the deposit and withdrawal status of the shared account falls short of all the family members, and another problem that privacy cannot be protected occurs.
[0004]
As a technique for sharing an account with family members while protecting privacy, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-251147 discloses a technique for managing an account in units of a deposit and withdrawal expense item. According to this technology, for example, a deposit / withdrawal item such as a pay-in item “salary” or a pay-out item “parking fee” or “pocket money” is designated, and a withdrawal from or payment to the account is performed. Each person sharing the account is set with a level of access authority according to each person. In this case, with respect to the account deposit and withdrawal expenses, the deposit and withdrawal status of the expenses within the access authority is displayed, but the deposit and withdrawal status is not displayed for the expenses without the access authority, so each person has his own unique deposit and withdrawal. You can browse the money situation efficiently. For example, by setting the parent to display all expenses and withdrawals, the child can be set to have access rights to display only the "pocket money" expenses for himself, and the child can receive " Deposit and withdrawal status other than "pocket money" is not displayed, and the privacy of parents is maintained.

Further, as another technique for sharing the same account by a plurality of persons, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-243400 (Patent Document 2) discloses a technique of performing settlement using a related account linked to a plurality of user accounts. Has been described. In this technology, the related account has a function of representing the plurality of user accounts and distributing the settlement processing to the plurality of linked user accounts. For example, when a plurality of companies use one related account jointly to make a transaction with a credit card company, the card company performs settlement for the related account, which is a representative account. Money deposited in the related account by the card company is distributed from the related account to the user account of each company linked to the related account.

[0008]
Further, in the technology described in Patent Literature 2, the related account is a settlement account representing a plurality of user accounts, and therefore, only the money deposited in the related account is distributed to the plurality of user accounts. For this reason, money cannot be transferred between a plurality of user accounts linked to the same related account without performing a transfer process to the related account or the user account. When transferring money between user accounts linked to the related account, procedures such as transfer between accounts are required as in the case of normal transfer of money between accounts. It takes.
[0009]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide an account management system that can easily manage the use of an account even when one account is shared among family members.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an account management system of the present invention provides, as a parent account, one account opened at a financial institution, and one or more children assigned to corresponding users in the parent account. Child account setting means for setting an account; and child account management means for performing deposit / withdrawal processing of the child account in response to a deposit / withdrawal designation input for the child account from the parent account manager and the user of the child account. It is characterized by having.
[0011]
In the account management system of the present invention, the parent account is opened in the financial institution, for example, as an account in the name of a manager (representative), and the manager of the parent account allocates at least one of the parent accounts in which the balance of the parent account is allocated. Set up child accounts and assign users to each child account to manage parent accounts and child accounts. The user of the child account can deposit or withdraw from the child account assigned to the child account, update the balance of the child account for himself, and manage the child account. The administrator of the parent account can designate any child account in the parent account and deposit money into the child account or withdraw money from the child account.
Even if money is transferred between child accounts to which different users have been assigned, the administrator of the parent account does not need to perform a procedure such as transfer between accounts and can transfer one of the two accounts between the two child accounts. Money can be transferred from the child account to the other child account to adjust the balance between the child accounts, which facilitates the management of the child accounts.
[0012]
It is preferable that the account management system of the present invention further includes a child account use condition setting means for setting use conditions for a user of the child account for each child account. In this case, the administrator sets the child account by setting, for example, an upper limit balance, a lower limit balance allowed for the child account, and an upper limit value of a withdrawal amount within a predetermined period as usage conditions of the child account. The management of the use of the child account by the account user becomes easy.
[0013]
In the account management system of the present invention, a card for authenticating the user is issued to the user of the child account, and the account management means is provided to the user authenticated using the card. It is preferable to permit a deposit / withdrawal process for the child account. In this case, the user of the child account can use the card for authenticating the user of the child account to perform the deposit / withdrawal processing of the child account.
[0014]
In the account management system according to the present invention, the child account setting means may set one or more different child accounts to which a specific expenditure item is allocated. In this case, when a deposit / withdrawal process with a designated deposit / withdrawal cost item occurs for the parent account, the deposit / withdrawal process is assigned to a deposit / withdrawal process with another child account corresponding to the deposit / withdrawal cost item, and the child account is The balance is updated.
[0015]
In the account management system of the present invention, the parent account can be divided into all child accounts, and the depositing / withdrawing operation for the parent account can be automatically performed for a specific child account. The deposit / withdrawal operation for the account may be performed on a part of the parent account other than the child account. If the deposit / withdrawal processing of the parent account is performed, for example, without specifying a child account, the deposit / withdrawal processing is performed for a specific child account, and the parent account is assigned to any child account. If there is a portion that does not belong, the process is performed on the portion of the parent account other than the child account.
[0016]
In the account management system of the present invention, the manager of the parent account can obtain the deposit / withdrawal history information of all the child accounts, and each user receives the deposit / withdrawal history information of the child account assigned to him / her. Preferably, it is available. In this case, the manager can obtain the history information of all the deposits and withdrawals for the parent account including the deposit and withdrawal histories of all the child accounts, and the management of the parent account and the child accounts becomes easy. In addition, the user of the child account can easily manage the child account for the child account by obtaining the past deposit / withdrawal history information of the child account assigned to the child account.
[0017]
In an account management system according to another aspect of the present invention, one account opened in a financial institution is set as a parent account, and one or more child accounts respectively assigned to corresponding deposit / withdrawal expenses are set in the parent account. And an expenditure allocating means for assigning a deposit / withdrawal process to the corresponding child account when a deposit / withdrawal designation input is generated for the deposit / withdrawal cost item.
[0018]
In an account management system according to another aspect of the present invention, a parent account is opened at a financial institution as an account in the name of a manager (representative), for example, and one or more child accounts to which the balance of the parent account has been allocated include child accounts. Assign deposit and withdrawal expenses for each account. When a deposit / withdrawal process specifying a deposit / withdrawal cost item occurs for the parent account, the deposit / withdrawal process is assigned to a deposit / withdrawal process of a child account corresponding to the deposit / withdrawal cost item, and the balance of the child account is updated. . Thereby, for example, it is possible to separate expenses in which the expenditure amount is determined in advance, and to avoid a situation in which the account balance of the parent account falls below the expense in which the expenditure amount is determined.
[0019]
