本発明は、生ゴミをディスポーザでスラリー化し、その生ゴミを処理する生ゴミ処理システムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、流し台から排出された生ゴミをディスポーザでスラリー化し、この生ゴミを処理する生ゴミ処理システムとして、特許文献1に開示されているものがある。この生ゴミ処理システムは、流し台シンクから廃棄された生ゴミを細かく粉砕するディスポーザと、粉砕された生ゴミ等の固体物と台所排水等の液体物との混合物がディスポーザから投入されて貯留される貯留槽に流量調整機能を備えた流量調整槽と、混合物を固形物と液体物とに分離する固液分離装置と、液体物が貯留されて液体物の浄化処理を行う水処理装置と固形物の堆肥化処理を行う固体物処理装置と、これら生ゴミ処理システムの動作を制御する制御装置等を有している。

この生ゴミ処理システムでは、ディスポーザでスラリー化した生ゴミを固液分離装置で固形物と液体物とに分離した後、液体物を水処理装置で浄化すると共に、固形物を固体物処理装置で堆肥化処理するようにしている。そして、水処理装置で浄化された液体物は下水等に排出されるようになっており、堆肥化された固形物は肥料等に使用できるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の生ゴミ処理システムではディスポーザでスラリー化した生ゴミを処理するのに、固液分離装置や水処理装置等を設けなければならず、生ゴミ処理システムの設備コストが高価になるという問題があった。
また、生ゴミによって堆肥化された肥料を利用するには、この肥料を人手によって固体物処理装置から取り出し、さらに、地中等に散布する必要があった。
さらに、この生ゴミ処理システムでは、液体物を水処理装置で浄化して下水等に排出されるようになっているが、この浄化された液体物は最終的に公共の下水処理施設等で再処理されることとなり、下水処理施設に負担をかけることとなる。

そこで、本発明は、上記問題点に鑑み、生ゴミをディスポーザで粉砕し、この生ゴミを簡単に肥料として利用することができ、しかも、環境に良く設備コストも安価な生ゴミ処理システムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この技術的課題を解決するための本発明の請求項1の技術的手段は、ディスポーザ6により粉砕された生ゴミを地中に注入する排出注入手段が設けられている点にある。
本発明の請求項1の技術的手段によれば、ディスポーザ6によって粉砕した生ゴミを地中に注入(排出)するようにしているので、この生ゴミ内の有機物は地中にいる微生物(土壌菌、消化菌)により環境に対して問題のないものに分解されて処理されるようになり、固液分離装置や水処理装置等の設備を用いなくても生ゴミを処理することができる。例えば、デンプンを微生物により分解した場合は、化学式1のようになる。

また、地中に注入された生ゴミは、土の栄養分となりるのでこの生ゴミを肥料としても利用することができる。

本発明の請求項2の技術的手段の、前記排出注入手段は、前記ディスポーザ6に枝管7の一端を接続し、ディスポーザ6で粉砕した生ゴミをディスポーザ6内から枝管7に送液し、この枝管7内の生ゴミを枝管7の他端から地中へ注入させることを特徴としている。
本発明の請求項2の技術的手段によれば、ディスポーザ6内の粉砕した生ゴミを枝管7に送液することでその生ゴミを地中へ注入することがでる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1〜6は本発明の第1の実施の形態を示している。
このうち図1は、例えば一戸建ての住宅に設置された生ゴミ処理システムの構成図である。
図1において生ゴミ処理システム1は、流し台2と、この流し台2の排水口3に接続されて下水道管4に連通する排水管5と、この排水管5の中途部に接続されたディスポーザ6と、このディスポーザ6に接続される枝管7等から構成されている。また、この生ゴミ処理システム1には、後述するようにディスポーザ6で粉砕した生ゴミを直接、地中に注入する排出注入手段が設けられている。

このディスポーザ6は、ケーシング9と、生ゴミを粉砕する回転切板10(粉砕部)と、この回転切板10を回転させる駆動モータ11と、押出しブレード12(ポンプ)と、制御部13とから構成されている。
ケーシング9は、有底の円筒形又は角筒形に形成されており、ケーシング9内の中空部には、生ゴミを粉砕する粉砕室14が設けられている。この粉砕室14の側壁には生ゴミを導入する導入口15が貫設され、この導入口15には流し台2から延びる排水管5aが接続されており、流し台2の排水口3から投入された生ゴミは、排水管5aを介して粉砕室14に流入されるようになっている。

また、粉砕室14は、一度(1日)に生ゴミを粉砕できる許容量が決められており、例えば、4人家族の場合であれば一日あたり、概ね700グラム程度の生ゴミが出るので、この場合、700グラム程度の生ゴミが粉砕できる容積とされている。一般的な固形状の生ゴミの成分としては、水分約80%、有機物17%無機物3%である。

粉砕室14の上方には、排水室16が設けられており、この排水室16の側壁には、一般排水(生ゴミを除く排水)が排出される排水口17が貫設されている。また、この排水室16には、ディスポーザ6内を洗浄する洗浄ノズル18が設けられいる。

枝管7は、金属又は樹脂等から形成されており、枝管7の一端はディスポーザ6の吐出口23に接続され、枝管7の他端は地中に埋設され、枝管7の中途部には、流体の流れを切り換える第1切替弁30が設けられている。この枝管7は第1切替弁30から複数に分岐するようになっており、複数に分岐した配管は分岐管31とされている。分岐管31の先端部(枝管7の他端)の周部には、スラリー化した生ゴミが注入(排出)できるように注入口32が設けられており、この注入口32が地中に埋まるように分岐管31の先端部は埋設されるようになっている。ここにおいて、注入口32の深さは、例えば200mm〜300mmが好ましい。

また、それぞれの分岐管31(枝管7の他端)を埋設する場所としては、例えば住宅内の庭や畑などの樹木や植物を育てる場所が最適であり、各分岐管31の先端部は所定の間隔で、例えば花壇の地中に埋設されている。また、各分岐管31は微生物(土壌菌、消化菌)の多い地中に埋設するのが好ましく、これにより、地中に注入された生ゴミを微生物によってすばやく環境の良い物に分解することができる。

ディスポーザ6から下水道管4に至る排水管5bには、逆臭防止機構35が設けられている。この逆臭防止機構35には、一般排水が一時的に溜まる貯留部36が形成されており、一般排水はこの貯留部36を流動して下水道管4に放流(排出)される。したがって、貯留部36に貯留している一般排水が水封シールとなり悪臭がディスポーザ6側に流れないようになっている。

図2に示すように、ディスポーザ6の粉砕室14と排水室16とは、板状のプレートに多数の貫通孔を貫設して構成した第1パンチプレート24で仕切られており、粉砕室14とポンプ室22とは、第1パンチプレートと同様に構成した第2パンチプレート25で仕切られている。第1パンチプレート24の貫通孔の互いの間隔又は貫通孔の大きさは、第2パンチプレート25よりも一般的には小さくなっている。

この第1パンチプレート24は、粉砕室14の生ゴミを粉砕室14から排水室16へ流れないように、細かく切り落とされた固形状の生ゴミをガード(遮断)するものであり、この第1パンチプレート24によって固形状の生ゴミが下水道管4側へ流れないようになっている。
なお、この第1パンチプレート24は、細かく切り落とされた固形状の生ゴミをガード(遮断)すればよく、メッシュの細かい網状のものであってもその他のものであってもよい。
これにより、粉砕室14で粉砕された生ゴミは、第2パンチプレート25を通過してポンプ室22のみに流れるようになっている。

図3に示すように、各分岐管31の先端部には、各分岐管31(枝管7)の注入口32の詰まり防止をする逆流防止弁33が設けられている。この逆流防止弁33は、図3(a)に示すように、弁体34と、この弁体34を移動させる伸縮部材35とから構成されており、この逆流防止弁33によって注入した生ゴミが注入口32に逆流しないようになっている。

伸縮部材35は、例えばスプリングや密封形の蛇腹で構成されいる。弁体34は、球状又は円柱状の合成樹脂等から形成されている。この逆流防止弁33の作動は、スラリー化された生ゴミが分岐管31に流入し、この生ゴミによって弁体34に外圧がかかるとスプリング(伸縮部材35)が収縮して弁体34が下方に摺動するようになり、これにより、弁体34の外周面が注入口32を塞ぐことがなくなり(注入口32が開放される)、生ゴミが注入口32から地中へ注入(排出)するようになっている。

したがって、スラリー化された生ゴミを逆流防止弁33に送液した場合は、分岐管31(枝管7)の注入口32から生ゴミが地中に注入され、送液が停止した場合は、注入した生ゴミ又は土が注入口32に逆流しないようになっている。

なお、逆流防止弁33は、図3(b)に示すようなものであってもよい。この逆流防止弁33は、分岐管31(枝管7)の注入口32を覆うように分岐管31に連結する弁体34(弾性被膜)を有しており、生ゴミが分岐管31に送液されていない場合は、弾性被膜の弾性力によって注入口32は閉鎖されており、生ゴミが分岐管31に送液された場合は、生ゴミの圧力が弾性被膜の弾性力に打ち勝ち生ゴミが注入口32から地中へ注入されるようになっている。

また、逆流防止弁33は、図3(c)に示すようなものであってもよい。この逆流防止弁33は、筒状の弁体34(弾性被膜)に注入口32a(注入口32)を設け、弁体34(弾性被膜)内に生ゴミの流動を閉栓可能なボール栓体34aを設けているものである。生ゴミが分岐管31に送液された場合は、生ゴミは弁体34(弾性被膜)とボール栓体34aとの間を通過して注入口32aから注入されるようになっている。

図4〜6に示すように、第1切替弁30は、第1筒体36と、第2筒体37(弁体)と、第2筒体37を回転させる駆動モータ38から構成されている。
第1筒体36は、円柱状に形成されており、内部に第2筒体37が設けられている。第1筒体36の周方向の側壁には、第1排出口39が周方向に一定の間隔で複数個(7個程度)貫設されており、他方の側壁には生ゴミ等を導入する第1導入口40が設けられている。この第1導入口40にディスポーザ6から第1切替弁30に延びる枝管7が接続され、第1排出口39には分岐管31が接続されている。

第2筒体37は、第1筒体36と同心円である円柱状に形成されており、駆動モータ38の回転軸に連結されて、第1筒体36内で第1筒体36に沿って周方向に一定の角度づつ回転又は停止するようになっている。駆動モータ38の回転軸が連結されている部分と対向する第2筒体37の側壁には、第1筒体36の第1導入口40に対応する位置に生ゴミ等を導入する第2導入口41が設けられており、枝管7内の生ゴミが第1、2導入口40、41を介して第2筒体37内に流入するようになっている。そして、第2筒体37の周方向の側壁には、第2排出口42が1箇所設けられており、第2排水口42が第2筒体37の回転により周方向に移動して第1筒体36の第1排出口39とこの第2排出口42とが一致したとき、第2筒体37内の生ゴミが第1,2排出口39、42を介して分岐管31に流入するようになっている(第1切替弁30としては開状態)。

また、第1排出口39と第2排出口42とが一致しない場合は、第2筒体37内の生ゴミは第2筒体37内に止まり分岐管31に流入することがなく、第1切替弁30は閉状態となっている。

第1切替弁30の駆動モータ38は、ディスポーザ6の制御部13に電気的に接続されており、ディスポーザ6の制御部13の信号に従って、一定の角度づつ回転又は停止するようになっている。
したがって、駆動モータ38により第2筒体37を回転させ、第2筒体37の第2排出口42を所定の第1排出口39に一致させることによって、所定の分岐管31に生ゴミを送液できるようになり、これにより、生ゴミの注入場所を変更することができる。

次に第1の実施の形態における生ゴミ処理システム1の動作について説明する。以下の説明において、初期状態(生ゴミ処理システム1が稼働していない場合)の生ゴミ処理システム1では、第2止水弁29は開状態、第1止水弁21及び第1切替弁30は閉状態である。
まず、生ゴミを処理しない場合は、初期状態とされ、流し台2から排水された一般排水は、第1切替弁30が閉状態となっているので枝管7に流れて地中に注入(排出)されることはなく、ディスポーザ6の粉砕室14及び排水室16を介して排出口17から排出管5bに排出され、下水道管4等に放流(排出)されるようになっている。

一方、生ゴミを処理する場合は、流し台2の排水口3に挿入されている生ゴミバケット内の固形状の生ゴミ(肉、魚、穀物等の残飯)をディスポーザ6の粉砕室14の許容量を超えない程度に投入する。そうすれば、固形状の生ゴミは排水管5aを流動し、ディスポーザ6の導入口15から粉砕室14に流入する。そして、流し台2のスイッチ27をONにすると、ディスポーザ6の制御部13に駆動信号S1が送られて制御部13から第2止水弁29に閉信号S2が送られ、第2止水弁29は閉状態になると共に、制御部13から第1切替弁30に開信号S3が送られ、第1切替弁30は開状態となる(初期状態が解除される)。そして、ディスポーザ6の駆動モータ11が回転し、回転切板10と押し出しブレード12(ポンプ)が回転する。

したがって、ディスポーザ6が駆動した際、即ち、生ゴミ処理システム1が稼働した際に、第1、2止水弁19、29を閉状態にしているので、生ゴミ処理システム1稼働中は水道水20がディスポーザ6の粉砕室14に流れることはない。このため、粉砕室14が水道水20で溢れて粉砕した生ゴミの一部が排水室16に流れる込むことを防止することができる。したがって、ディスポーザ6の駆動中は一般排水(手洗い等の排水)がディスポーザ6内に入ることを防止している。

そして、粉砕室14に流入した固形状の生ゴミは、回転切板10で粉砕されスラリー化、即ち、液体物と微細の固体物を含んだ混合物になる。そして、粉砕された生ゴミが第2パンチプレート25の貫通孔よりも細かく粉砕されると、粉砕された生ゴミはポンプ室22に流れ、ポンプ室22にある押し出しブレード12(ポンプ)により、吐出口23から枝管7へ送液される。ディスポーザ6内から直接、枝管7に送液(吐出)された生ゴミは、第1切替弁30に到達し、第1切替弁30の所定の第1排出口39から分岐管31へ流れ込み、分岐管31(枝管7)の注入口32から地中へ注入される。

したがって、ディスポーザ6で粉砕された生ゴミは、押し出しブレード12(ポンプ)によって送液されるので、排出口17から下水道管4へ流れることはなく、吐出口23から直接、枝管7へ送液され、この生ゴミが注入口32から地中に注入されるようになる。

一方で、粉砕室14内の生ゴミが少なくなり、駆動モータ11の回転軸26にかかる負荷が一定以下に下がると、ディスポーザ6の制御部13から第1止水弁21に開信号S3が送られ、洗浄ノズル18から水道水が噴射されてディスポーザ6内が洗浄される。この洗浄された洗浄水(水道水と生ゴミの混合液)は、分岐管31(枝管7)の注入口32から地中に排出されるようになっている。そして、ある一定時間、ディスポーザ6内を洗浄すると、制御部13から第1止水弁21に閉信号S2が送られ、第1止水弁21は閉状態となり、駆動モータ11が自動的に停止してディスポーザ6内と枝管7の洗浄が完了する。その後、制御部13から第2止水弁29へ開信号S3、第1切替弁30へ閉信号S2がそれぞれ送られ、第2止水弁29は開状態、第1切替弁30は閉状態となり、初期状態に戻るようになっている。

なお、第1切替弁30は、生ゴミ処理システム1を駆動する度、又は、所定時間(例えば1日毎)に生ゴミの注入場所が切り替わるように切替られるようになっており、これにより、生ゴミを所定の場所に所定時間、注入することができる。
以上の構成により、排出注入手段は、ディスポーザ6に枝管7の一端を接続し、ディスポーザ6で粉砕した生ゴミをディスポーザ6内から枝管7に送液し、この枝管7内の生ゴミを枝管7の他端から地中へ注入させるものであり、これにより、ディスポーザ6で粉砕したゴミを地中に注入することができる。

また、ディスポーザ6で生ゴミを粉砕した後、ディスポーザ6内を洗浄ノズルで洗浄しているので、ディスポーザ6の駆動終了後に一般排水をディスポーザ6内に流しても、この一般排水が粉砕された生ゴミ(混合物)と混ざり合うこともなく、一般排水として問題なく下水道管に放流することができる。
この様に、生ゴミは地中にいる微生物により環境に対して問題のないものに分解されて処理されるようになるので環境に良く(例えば、生ゴミをゴミ収集のために、屋外のゴミ置き場に置くことがなくなるので、カラス等の公害が減少する)、設備コストも安い。また、生ゴミを樹木や植物を育てている花壇等に注入しているので、この生ゴミを肥料としても利用することができる。

また、流し台2から排出された一般排水はディスポーザ6を介して下水道管4に排出されると共に、流し台2から排出された生ゴミはディスポーザ6で粉砕してディスポーザ6内から直接枝管7に送液し、枝管7の他端から地中に注入するようにしているので、下水道管4に生ゴミが流出することもなく生ゴミだけを地中に注入することができる。言い換えれば、一般排水だけを下水道管4に流すことができる。

次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。
図7は、第2の実施の形態を示している。この図7は、例えば、第1実施の形態と同様に、一戸建ての住宅に設置された生ゴミ処理システムの構成図である。
図7において、この生ゴミ処理システム1は、流し台2の排水口3と連結している排水管5の基端部にディスポーザ6を設け、ディスポーザ6と下水道管4との間に枝管7を分岐接続すると共に、この分岐部分に流れを切り換える第2切替弁51を設け、粉砕された生ゴミがディスポーザ6から排出された際に第2切替弁51を切替えてこの生ゴミを直接、枝管7に案内し、その生ゴミを枝管7の注入口32から地中に注入させる生ゴミ処理システムである。

このディスポーザ6は、ケーシング9と、生ゴミを粉砕する回転切板10(粉砕部)と、この回転切板10を回転させる駆動モータ11と、制御部13とから構成されている。なお、回転切板10及び駆動モータ11は、第1の実施の形態と同様である。
ケーシング9は、上記と同様に有底の円筒形又は角筒形に形成されており、ケーシング9内の中空部には、生ゴミを粉砕する粉砕室14が設けられている。この粉砕室14の上方には生ゴミを導入する導入口15が貫設され、この導入口15は流し台2の排水口3と連通しており、流し台2の排水口3から投入された生ゴミは、粉砕室14に流入されるようになっている。粉砕室14の側壁には、排水口17が貫設し、この排水口17には下水道管4から延びる排水管5が接続しており、一般排水とディスポーザ6によって粉砕された生ゴミは、ディスポーザ6から排水管5に流れるようになっている。

さらに、第1の実施の形態では、ディスポーザ6が駆動した際に、ディスポーザ6内に水道水が流入しないようにすることで生ゴミが粉砕室14から溢れて下水道管4に流れないようにしていたが、ディスポーザ6から下水道管4に延びる排水管5bの中途部に止水弁を設け、切替弁30が開状態である場合には、この止水弁を閉状態にすると共に、切替弁30が閉状態である場合には、止水弁を開状態にするように制御して(切替弁30と止水弁との開閉が逆となるように制御する)、即ち、ディスポーザ6が駆動した場合には下水管4とディスポーザ6との連通を遮断するようにして、粉砕した生ゴミが下水道管4に流れないようにしてもよい。また、ディスポーザ6の排出口17を開閉する止水弁をディスポーザ6内に設け、上記のように切替弁30と止水弁との開閉が逆となるように制御して、ディスポーザ6が駆動した場合に生ゴミが下水道管4に流れないようにしてもよい。
