Description

【0001】

[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-018187 [0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to keep the inside of the washing and dewatering tub clean, a hot air supply means including a blower fan and a heater for supplying warm air into the washing and dewatering tub is provided. There are some that operate to supply hot air into the water tub or the washing and dewatering tub and evaporate the moisture remaining in the tub to dry the tub, but when the tub is dried, the amount of detergent in the previous washing process is reduced. If it adheres to the tank, only the water evaporates and the detergent component sticks to the tank, and the inside of the tank gradually becomes dirty, which causes mold.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the disadvantages of the conventional example, and to control the operation of a washing machine capable of preventing the detergent from remaining when the tub is dried by hot air supply means and keeping the inside of the tub clean. It is to provide a method.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an outer box, a water tank disposed in the outer box, a washing and dewatering tank rotatably disposed in the water tank, and having a plurality of dewatering holes. In a washing machine provided with a hot air supply means comprising a blower fan and a heater for supplying warm air into the washing and dewatering tub from the upper side of the washing and dehydrating tub, and a mist supply device above the washing and dewatering tub, A washing step and a subsequent tank drying step were set.
[0009]
Thus, by performing the tank cleaning by supplying water before the tank drying process by the hot air supply means, the residual amount of the detergent can be reduced, and the inside of the tank can be kept clean as compared with the related art.
[0010]

Further, a top panel 9 provided with a lid 8 is attached to an upper opening of the outer box 1.
[0012]
In addition to this configuration, a means for drying the clothes in the washing and dewatering tub 4 is provided. As a means for supplying hot air, an intake port 11 provided with a filter 10 is provided on a side portion of the outer box 1, and a duct 14 is provided between the outer box 1 and the water tank 2 in a position downstream of the intake port 11. And a blower fan 12 and a heater 13 as a heating means are sequentially arranged in the duct 14. In the figure, reference numeral 15 denotes a mist nozzle of a mist supply device for supplying mist-like water (mist) into the washing and dewatering tub 4. Although not shown, a water supply case is provided at a position above the mist supply device as in the conventional case.
[0013]
As a means for discharging hot air, an inner lid 16 is provided at an upper opening of the water tank 2, and an outlet 18 provided with a filter 17 is formed in the inner lid 16. An exhaust port 19 is provided in the top panel 9 at a position above the discharge port 18.
[0014]
Then, an intake air temperature sensor 20 using a thermistor or the like is provided between the filter 10 and the blower fan 12, and an exhaust air temperature sensor 21 is attached to the lower surface of the water tank cover 2a attached to the upper inside of the water tank 2.
[0015]
In such a washing / drying machine, in the washing process, a washing process by rotating the rotor 3, a rinsing process, and a dehydration process in which the rotor 3 and the washing and dewatering tub 4 are rotated at a high speed automatically sequentially proceed, and finally drying is performed. The process is performed.
[0016]
In the washing / drying machine, a tub drying course is set by a menu button or the like separately from a normal washing and drying process as described above, and tub drying is performed. The tub cleaning is performed prior to the tub drying. In this tub washing, mist is sprayed from the mist nozzle 15 into the washing and dewatering tub 4 using a mist supply device. As a result, the washing process is completed, and the detergent adhering in the washing and dewatering tub 4 is washed away. In addition, since the tank is cleaned by mist, it can be efficiently cleaned with a small amount of water.
[0017]
Thereafter, following the washing of the tub, the heater 13 is energized and the blower fan 12 is operated to supply warm air into the washing and dewatering tub 4 to dry the tub. At this point, since the detergent has been removed by the preceding washing of the tank, even if the water is evaporated by drying the tank, the detergent remains and does not stick to the tank, so that the inside of the tank can be kept clean.
[0018]
In addition, the upper surface and the inner side of the balancer 6 are places where the scattered washing water adheres, and water and mist are also applied to this portion when water is supplied from a water supply case or mist supplied from a mist supply device. In this way, the balancer 6 can be cleaned at the same time as the tank is cleaned.
[0019]
