Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a float type screen, for example, a float type screen which is installed in a rainwater discharge chamber of a combined sewer system or an overflow weir or a spout portion of a rainwater storage reservoir, and is suitable for capturing impurities in sewage. Regarding the screen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, it is prevented that impurities in the sewage flowing from the inflow pipe 1 flow over the overflow weir 2 and flow down from the discharge pipe 3 to the public water area to which the water is discharged. Then, in order to reduce the pollution of the public water area, a filtration screen 5 is installed in the rainwater discharge chamber 4 of the combined sewer, and the impurities in the sewage supplemented by the filtration screen 5 are scraped off by a blade (not shown). There is known a hydraulically driven screen configured to scrape in the direction of the intercepting tube 6 (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
[0003]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, a cylindrical brush 7 made of polypropylene is rotatably installed on the overflow weir 2 of the rainwater reservoir or the rainwater discharge chamber 4, and this cylindrical brush 7 is a water wheel 8 using overflow water W. Is rotated in the direction of arrow R2 by the rotational force in the direction of arrow R1 to capture impurities in the sewage, and the captured impurities are scraped off by the comb 9 installed on the front surface of the cylindrical brush 7, and the scraping is performed. A non-powered brush screen configured to drop the contaminated matter into the intercepting pipe 6 after the water level is lowered is known (for example, see Non-Patent Document 2). Reference numeral 10 denotes a float baffle plate.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the screen facility shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 requires a large device and a complicated structure, so that the initial cost is high. In addition, power such as an electric motor for driving the hydraulic unit is required, so that the running cost is increased. The non-powered brush screen shown in FIG. 7 drives the cylindrical brush 7 by the rotation of the water wheel 8 using the overflow water W without relying on electric power, so that an electric motor or the like for driving the cylindrical brush 7 to rotate. Although the running cost can be reduced since the power of the above is unnecessary, there is a disadvantage that the initial cost is considerably increased due to the complicated structure.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a float type screen capable of reducing the initial cost by simplifying the structure and reducing running costs by eliminating the need for power such as an electric motor. It is intended to be.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in a float type screen according to the present invention, a base end portion of a screen main body for capturing impurities is rotatably attached to an overflow section from one channel to another channel. In addition, a float is attached to a free end side of the screen main body extending to the one water channel side.
[0008]
According to the present invention, since the free end of the screen main body moves up and down by lifting and lowering of the float following the water level fluctuation of one of the water channels, impurities in the overflow water from one water channel to the other water channel are removed by the screen main body. In addition, foreign substances can be prevented from flowing into the other channel.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view showing a normal low water level state along the line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. It is.
[0010]
In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the float type screen has a main flow (one water channel) 20 and an overflow weir (overflow portion) 23 provided at a boundary between a discharge water channel (the other water channel) 21 and an intercepting water channel 22. It is installed to prevent contaminants in the sewage of the main stream 20 from flowing over the overflow weir 23 and flowing down from the discharge water channel 21 to the public water area to which the water is discharged, thereby reducing pollution of the public water area.
[0011]
The float type screen has a screen main body 24 for supplementing impurities and a float 25 attached to a free end of the screen main body 24. The screen main body 24 has a predetermined eye width w (for example, about w = 4 mm). Are arranged in a grid by a large number of screen bars 24a, 24a,... Arranged at equal intervals, and a cylindrical body 26 extending in the width direction is attached to the base end thereof. The support shaft 27 on the overflow weir 23 side is rotatably inserted into the cylindrical body 26, so that the support shaft 27 is rotatably attached to the upper end of the overflow weir 23.
[0012]
In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 2, if the water level WL of the main stream 20 is a normal water level (low water level) lower than that of the overflow weir 23, the sewage of the main stream 20 and impurities in the sewage are transferred to the overflow weir 23. It is blocked and flows down from the intercepting water channel 22 of FIG. 1 to the treatment plant. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, when the water level WL of the main stream 20 becomes higher than the overflow weir 23 and overflows F to the discharge water channel 21 during rainfall, the float follows the rise of the water level WL of the main stream 20. 25 rises and supplements impurities in the overflow water from the main stream 20 to the discharge channel 21 by the screen main body 24 that is inclined upward from the base end side to the free end side. Overflow can be blocked to prevent the water from flowing into the public water area where the water is discharged, and pollution of the public water area can be reduced. Note that the upward inclination of the screen main body 24 can be regulated by a stopper 28.
[0013]
The contaminants captured and attached by the screen main body 24 are swept away by the sewage flowing down the main stream 20, float and settle in the main stream 20, flow down from the intercepting water channel 22 to the treatment plant, and are captured and processed.
[0014]
As described above, the float type screen includes a screen main body 24 for capturing impurities, a float 25 attached to a free end of the screen main body 24, a cylinder 26 attached to a base end, and a rotatable cylindrical body. Since it is constituted by the support shaft 27 on the side of the overflow weir 23 inserted through 26, not only the initial cost can be suppressed because the structure is simple, but also the elevation of the float 25 that follows the water level fluctuation of the main flow 20 By moving the free end of the screen main body 24 up and down, the foreign substances in the overflow water can be captured by the screen main body 24 and the foreign substances can be prevented from flowing into the discharge water channel 21, so that power such as a motor is unnecessary. As a result, running costs can be reduced.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the float type screen according to the present invention is configured, the following special effects can be obtained.
[0016]
That is, the base end of the screen body for supplementing impurities is rotatably attached to the overflow section from one channel to the other channel, and the screen body extending to the one channel side is free. Because of the simple structure in which the float is attached to the end, the initial cost can be kept low. In addition, the free end of the screen body is moved up and down by raising and lowering the float following the water level fluctuation of one of the waterways, and the foreign matter in the overflow water from one waterway to the other waterway is captured by the screen body, Since impurities can be prevented from flowing into the other waterway, power such as an electric motor is not required, and running costs can be reduced.
