Description

【0001】

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an overall view of a fiber web processing apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of three portions of the chemical liquid applying apparatus.
[0022]
The fiber web processing apparatus is mainly composed of two sets of material rolls 2 and 2 for feeding the fiber web 1 to a commercialization process, and a chemical coating device for applying a chemical solution to the fiber web 1 fed from the material roll 2. 3, an embossing unit 4 for embossing the fiber web 1 having passed through the chemical liquid applicator 3, a cutting device 5 for cutting the fiber web having passed through the embossing unit 4 into a predetermined length, and a folding device ( (Not shown)). In the present example of the apparatus, two sets of raw paper rolls 2 are arranged as the fiber web 1 as a set of two tissue papers, and a chemical solution is applied to each of the front and back surfaces of the fiber webs 1 and 1 fed from each. Is applied. Although the above example is an example of tissue paper, household thin paper such as toilet paper may be used in addition to this. As the raw roll 2, the embossing unit 4, the cutting device 5, and the like, a known device generally used in a process of producing a fiber web can be used.
[0023]
The chemical coating device 3 will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 2, a chemical coating roll 6 disposed on one side of the fiber web 1 for each of the fiber webs 1 and 1, and a chemical coating roll 6 the first chemical liquid coating device F 1 consisting of fibrous web pressing roll 7 for being placed on the other side of the web 1 in a state of being opposed to 6, chemical coating disposed on the other side of the web 1 It comprises a roll 6, the second chemical liquid coating device F 2 of fiber web pressing roll 7 for being placed on one side of the web 1 in a state of being opposed to the chemical coating roll 6.
[0024]
The fiber web 1 unwound from the material roll 2 is first coated with a chemical on one side by a chemical coating roll 6 in a first chemical coating device F1 on the upper stage, and at the same time, the chemical coating is performed. The fiber web pressing roll 7 (hereinafter, simply referred to as a pressing roll) facing the roll 6 is pressed from the other surface side, and the chemical liquid is impregnated in the fiber web 1. Then, in the second chemical liquid coating device F 2 sites of the lower side, and at the same time chemical on the other surface side by a chemical solution coating roll 6 is applied, one side by the pressing rolls 7 that confront the chemical coating roll 6 And the chemical liquid is impregnated into the fiber web 1.
[0025]
The chemical coating device F 1 (F 2 ) will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 3. A gravure plate is used for the chemical coating roll 6 disposed on one side of the fiber web 1. A rubber impression cylinder is used for the pressing roll 7 disposed on the other surface side, and the pressing force of the pressing roll 7 can be adjusted by slide control means such as a hydraulic jack 8. It is desirable that the pressing force (linear pressure) by the pressing roll 7 is adjusted to be in the range of 0.3 to 2.2 kgf / cm, preferably 0.8 to 1.5 kgf / cm. In addition, as the slide control means of the pressing roll 7, in addition to the hydraulic jack 8, etc., advance / retreat control by a screw action may be performed.
[0026]
The gravure plate of the chemical coating roll 6 is provided with a large number of fine grooves at regular intervals along the generatrix of the peripheral surface, and the chemical filled in the grooves is applied to the fiber web 1. It has become so. The number of the concave grooves, that is, the number of gravure lines is preferably provided at a rate of 100 to 300 lines per inch. If it exceeds 300 lines, the degree of application of the chemical solution to the fiber web becomes uneven, while if it is less than 100 lines, it takes time to impregnate the fiber web with the chemical solution, and there is a possibility that the quality may be uneven. Further, the number of gravure lines is more preferably set at a rate of 120 to 225 lines per inch in order to more uniformly apply the chemical solution to the fiber web and stabilize the quality of the product. For the same reason, the volume of the groove is preferably 1 to 15 ml / m 3, and most preferably 2 to 5 ml / m 3 .
[0027]
A chemical supply pipe 9 is provided on the back side of the chemical coating roll 6 (the surface opposite to the surface facing the pressing roll 7), and the chemical supplied to the chemical supply pipe 9 passes through the lip portion 10. It is supplied to the chemical coating roll 6. The chemical may be any liquid that is generally used. Specifically, polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin, diglycerin, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, and polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, glucose, xylitol, maltose, maltitol, mannitol, saccharides such as trehalose, glycol-based drugs and One or more of its derivatives, higher alcohols such as cetanol, stearyl alcohol, and oleyl alcohol, and liquid paraffin can be used in any combination. In addition, glycine, aspartic acid, arginine, alanine, cystine, cystine, and other amino acids, aloe extract, amacha extract, ashitaba extract, carin extract, cucumber extract, horsetail extract, tomato extract, novara extract, loofah extract, lily extract, lily root extract Vegetable extracts such as olive oil, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, almond oil, eucalyptus oil, avocado oil, camellia oil, soybean oil, safflower oil, sesame oil, evening primrose oil, etc., vitamins, hydrolyzed collagen, Hydrolyzed keratin, hydrolyzed silk, chitosan, urea, honey, royal jelly, sodium hyaluronate, ceramide, squalane, petrolatum, and the like can be added. In order to perform online application uniformly, the viscosity of the chemical solution is preferably adjusted to 1 to 500 cps, preferably 50 to 300 cps. If the viscosity is more than 500 cps, it is difficult to control the scraping of the blade, it is easy to cause poor scraping, and the viscosity is high. Since the viscosity of the chemical solution changes depending on external conditions such as temperature and humidity, it is desirable to adjust the pressing force of the pressing roll 7 according to the external conditions.
[0028]
On the other hand, below the chemical coating roll 6, there is provided a chemical receiving pan 11 for collecting the chemical dropped from the gap between the lip portion 10 and the chemical coating roll 6. The chemical liquid collected by the chemical liquid receiving pan 11 is supplied to the chemical liquid supply pipe 9 again.
[0029]
A chemical liquid scraping device 12 is provided above the chemical liquid coating roll 6. The chemical liquid scraping device 12 is provided with a doctor blade 13 whose tip is in contact with the chemical liquid coating roll, and is configured to scrape excess chemical liquid existing on the surface of the chemical liquid coating roll 6. In addition, it is desirable to adjust the application amount of the chemical solution to be 2 to 20 g / m 2 on both sides of the fiber web 1. When the applied amount of the chemical solution is less than 2 g / m 2 , a moist feeling is insufficient, and when the applied amount exceeds 20 g / m 2 , a sticky feeling is produced. Optimal range is 6-10 g / m 2. The amount of application on the front and back surfaces of the fiber web 1 does not need to be equal, but rather, by increasing the amount of application on the surface on the back surface side in a state where the two webs are stacked, a sticky feeling is obtained. It is desirable to increase the moist feeling while suppressing the pressure.
[0030]
In the chemical liquid applicator 3 for the fiber web 1, in order to apply the chemical liquid more uniformly, it is preferable to use household thin paper having a crepe ratio of the fiber web of preferably 15 to 25%.
[0031]
<Second embodiment>
Further, in addition to the configuration shown in the drawing, the arrangement of the chemical coating roll 6 and the pressing roll 7 is, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, a chemical coating roll 6 arranged on one side of the fiber web 1, and A first chemical liquid applicator F 1 , which is disposed at the outlet side of the chemical liquid applying roll 6 and includes a pair of pressing rolls 7, 7 provided facing each other across the fiber web 1; 1 and a pair of pressing rolls 7 disposed at the outlet side of the chemical coating roll 6 and provided in a facing state across the fiber web 1. , it may be provided with a second chemical liquid coating device F 2 consisting of 7.
[0032]
In the case of such a configuration, the raw fibrous web 1 fed out from the roll 2, first, in the first chemical solution coating apparatus F 1 of the upper side, just after the chemical has been applied on one side by a chemical solution coating roll 6 Then, the fibers are pressed by the pressing rolls 7, 7, and the chemical liquid is impregnated in the fiber web 1. Then, in the second chemical liquid coating device F 2 of the lower side, by a chemical solution coating roll 6, immediately after the chemical solution on the other surface side is applied, it is pressed again by the pressing roll 7, 7, the chemical liquid in the fiber web 1 Will be impregnated.
