【従来の技術】
従来の文書承認・配布等の文書管理作業は、出力された紙原稿に承認印が捺印され承認経路を辿って文書管理部門が最終的に管理しており、又、文書管理部門がその文書を関連部署に配布するという作業もするというように人為的に作業されていた。又、承認印が捺印された文書が書類として意味を持つため、承認作業が電子化されてこなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
文書管理作業が人為的に行われているために最終的に承認済み書類として管理するまでに時間が掛かり、作業する人間が必要であった。又、文書に承認情報を付加するためには承認印の捺印という方法しかなかったため、承認者は捺印作業に時間が掛かり、文書の電子化を妨げていた。

本発明は上記問題に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とする処は、事前に承認経路と配布先を設定することによって自動的に承認・配布作業ができ、文書管理の無人化を実現することができる文書管理システムを提供することにある。

又、本発明の目的とする処は、承認済みの文書には承認者のロゴ或は電子透かしといった特殊な印刷を施すことによって、承認印の捺印でなくても承認者が正しく承認しているかどうかを確認することが可能となり、承認者の捺印作業がなくなり承認作業の効率化を図ることができるとともに、承認情報を含めた文書管理を電子化することができる文書管理システムを提供することにある。

上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、承認者リストと配布先リストを含む文書管理情報を設定する管理情報設定手段と、前記管理情報設定手段によって承認者リストと配布先リストが設定されたフォルダに紙原稿から読み取った画像データを入力にする画像入力手段と、前記文書管理情報と前記画像入力手段から入力された画像データを保存する文書管理手段と、前記文書管理手段に画像が入力されたときに前記承認者リストに対し承認依頼を行って承認情報を管理する承認管理手段と、前記承認管理手段から承認依頼がきた時に承認情報を前記承認管理手段に返す承認手段と、元画像データに前記承認依頼手段により得られた承認情報を付加・合成した出力画像データを作成する承認情報合成手段と、出力画像データを配布先に送信して配布情報を管理する配布管理手段と、前記配布管理手段によって配布された出力画像データを出力する画像出力手段とを備える文書管理システムにおいて、承認者と配布先が事前に設定された前記文書管理手段へ紙原稿から読み取った画像データを入力すると、前記承認管理手段が承認情報に基づき承認手段へ承認依頼を出し、全ての承認者が承認後、承認情報を元画像データに合成し、配布先で出力画像データを出力することを特徴とする。
