上記の目的を達成するために本発明に係る透明なトマトジュースの製造方法は、トマトの実からトマトジュースを製造する方法において、トマトを洗浄してから、その水気を取る洗浄管理工程と、トマトの蔕を取り、ミキサーに投入してトマトの果肉を粉砕する粉砕工程と、前記粉砕工程で粉砕して得られたトマトの破砕物を鍋に入れて混ぜながら加熱して果肉と果汁とに分離させる加熱分離工程と、前記加熱分離工程で分離した果汁を目の細かい濾紙で濾過して容器に取る濾過採取工程とからなる構成である。
