【0070】
LI=10log10J/10−12

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a method for installing a soundproofing material, a soundproofing pipe and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, a method for mounting a soundproofing material for reducing running water noise and waterfall sound generated from a bent portion of a pipe such as a water distribution pipe or a water supply pipe, and The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a soundproof pipe using the mounting method, and further relates to a soundproof pipe manufactured by the method for manufacturing a soundproof pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, reduction of noise in the housing environment has been regarded as important, and various sheet-shaped sound insulation materials having a sound absorbing layer and a sound insulating layer have been proposed for the purpose of reducing noise such as flowing water noise and falling water noise generated from piping of housing equipment. (For example, see Patent Document 1). It is known that such a soundproofing material can provide a high soundproofing effect by covering the outer peripheral surface of the pipe, whereby the sound absorbing layer absorbs sound generated from the pipe and the sound insulating layer blocks noise leaking to the outside. Have been.
[0003]
On the other hand, since the flow of water is changed at the bent portion of the pipe, the flowing water violently collides with the inner peripheral surface of the pipe to generate loud noise.
[0004]
Therefore, it is particularly important to cover the bent portion of the pipe with the soundproofing material. For this reason, conventionally, the soundproofing material is formed so as to follow the shape of the bent portion of the pipe, and by bonding this, The bent portion of the pipe is covered with a soundproofing material (for example, see

JP-A-11-101385 [Patent Document 2]
JP-A-8-135879 [Patent Document 3]
JP, 10-141572, A [Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
However, when a sheet-shaped sound insulating material having a sound absorbing layer and a sound insulating layer is covered so as to follow the shape of the bent portion of the pipe, the inner sound absorbing layer is tightened by the outer sound insulating layer, and the density of the sound absorbing layer is reduced by compression ( (Hardness) is increased, so that the sound propagated through the solid becomes easy to be transmitted. On the contrary, the level of the sound generated from the pipe is increased.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a method of mounting a soundproofing material, which can effectively reduce noise generated from a bent portion of a pipe by a simple method. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a soundproof pipe using the mounting method, and a soundproof pipe manufactured by the method of manufacturing a soundproof pipe.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a method for mounting a soundproofing material of the present invention is a method for mounting a soundproofing material for covering a bent portion of a pipe with a soundproofing material, wherein the soundproofing material is laminated on an outer peripheral surface of the pipe. A sound absorbing layer, and a covering layer laminated on the outer peripheral surface of the sound absorbing layer. The sound insulating material is bent at a bent portion of the pipe so that the sound absorbing layer is not compressed by the covering layer. It is characterized by being coated.
[0008]
According to such a method, the sound absorbing material is coated on the bent portion of the pipe so that the sound absorbing layer is not compressed by the coating layer, so that it is possible to prevent the density of the sound absorbing layer from increasing. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an increase in transmission of the solid-borne sound in the sound absorbing layer, and it is possible to effectively reduce noise generated from the bent portion of the pipe.
[0009]
Further, in the method for mounting a soundproofing material according to the present invention, the soundproofing material is provided with edges facing each other in a state of being stacked on an outer peripheral surface of the pipe, and each of the edges is coated with the coating layer. And a method of covering the bent portion of the pipe with the soundproofing material in a state where the sound absorbing layers are abutted so as to restrict the tightening of the sound absorbing layer.
[0010]
According to such a method, the soundproofing material is coated on the bent portion of the pipe in a state where the edges of the soundproofing material abut each other so that the tightening of the sound absorbing layer from the coating layer is regulated. The tightening of the sound absorbing layer can be reliably restricted by a simple configuration. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the density of the sound absorbing layer from increasing, and to surely reduce noise generated from the bent portion of the pipe.
[0011]
Further, in this method, it is preferable that a length of the soundproofing material in a circumferential direction of an outer peripheral surface of the pipe is formed to be equal to or longer than a circumferential length of an outer peripheral face of the pipe. .
[0012]
If the length in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the pipe in the soundproofing material is formed equal to or longer than the circumferential length of the outer peripheral surface of the pipe, the sound absorbing layer is not compressed by the coating layer, and If the length is longer, an interval larger than the thickness of the sound absorbing layer can be provided between the outer peripheral surface of the pipe and the coating layer. For this reason, even if the coating layer attempts to tighten the sound absorbing layer, the tightening can be reduced in the gap caused by the large gap, so that it is possible to more reliably prevent the density of the sound absorbing layer from increasing. . As a result, noise generated from the bent portion of the pipe can be more reliably reduced.
[0013]
In the method for mounting a soundproofing material according to the present invention, the soundproofing material has, at both ends in the width direction, a margin portion formed only by the coating layer without forming the sound absorbing layer, It is preferable that the soundproofing material is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe by covering a portion.
[0014]
By fixing the soundproofing material to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe in this way, it is possible to effectively prevent the sound absorbing layer from being compressed by the covering. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the density of the sound absorbing layer from increasing, and it is possible to more reliably reduce the noise generated from the bent portion of the pipe.
[0015]
Further, in the method for attaching a soundproofing material according to the present invention, it is preferable that the covering layer is at least one layer selected from a soundproofing layer, a vibration damping layer, and a vibration damping layer.
[0016]
If the covering layer is at least one layer selected from a sound insulating layer, a vibration damping layer and a vibration damping layer, a reliable sound damping effect can be obtained.
[0017]
Further, the present invention includes a method for manufacturing a soundproof pipe, wherein the pipe is covered with the soundproof material by the above-described method for mounting the soundproof material.
[0018]
By manufacturing the soundproof pipe in this way, it is possible to manufacture a soundproof pipe that can effectively reduce noise generated from a bent portion of the pipe.
[0019]
Further, the present invention includes a soundproof pipe manufactured by the above method for manufacturing a soundproof pipe.
[0020]
According to such a soundproof pipe, noise generated from a bent portion can be effectively reduced.
