Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sock, and more particularly to a sock that can be comfortably worn without feeling pain due to biting of a mouthpiece.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Normally, socks are knitted by flat knitting, mesh knitting, pile knitting, faux knitting or a combination thereof to give a proper fit, but generally, as shown in FIG. The
[0003]
However, in order to prevent the sock from slipping by increasing the elasticity of the

On the other hand, if the elasticity of the
[0005]
On the other hand, elastic yarn or rubber yarn such as covering yarn is knitted only at the ankle part of the sock, and elastic yarn or rubber yarn is not knitted at the leg part or the mouth part above the ankle, tightening at the ankle part, leg part In addition, there has been proposed a sock in which a slipper portion is made to be in a free state, and slippage is prevented by the fabric characteristics of the leg portion and the slipper portion (see Patent Document 1).
[0006]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 06-19521
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the sock described in the above-mentioned conventional publication has a problem that the leg portion and the mouth portion do not have an appropriate tightening feeling, so that the sock feels strange when worn and is difficult to wear.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and provides a sock that can be worn comfortably without fitting down to the upper part of the ankle and slipping down without feeling pain due to biting of the mouth. As an issue.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventor of the present invention has conducted intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and found that, when knitting is performed based on the auxiliary yarn knitting or the pile knitting in combination with the spiral mesh knitting, an appropriate stretching elasticity can be obtained by the knitting structure. The present inventor has noticed that when the leg portion and the mouth portion have the above-described knitting structure, slippage of the mouth portion can be prevented without using a rubber thread, and the present invention has been completed.
[0010]
Therefore, the sock according to the present invention is a sock in which a toe, an instep, a bottom, a heel, a leg, and a mouthpiece are knitted with a knitting yarn and an elastic yarn, while a rubber thread is knitted in the mouthpiece. In the above, while the leg portion and the mouth portion are knitted by the knitting yarn and the elastic yarn by combining the spiral mesh knitting with the base yarn knitting, a desired fit is given, while the mouth portion is at least double By being folded back, sliding down is prevented without using a rubber thread.
[0011]
One of the features of the present invention is that the leg portion and the mouthpiece are knitted by combining spiral mesh with yarn knitting, and the mouthpiece is at least double-folded.
[0012]
As a result, the leg part above the ankle can be moderately stretched and moderately tightened by the stitch that combines the side yarn knitting and the spiral mesh knitting, and the entire leg part is worn from the leg calf to the ankle of the person who wore it. No clinging or slipping off of parts.
[0013]
In addition, since the mouth part is folded back at least twice, the tightening force of the mouth part is stronger than that of the leg part, and the mouth part is held firmly on the leg calf of the wearer, but using rubber thread The user does not feel a strong feeling of tightening as in the case of slipping, and the slip-down of the slipper portion is reliably prevented.
[0014]
As a result, the mouthpiece does not bite into the skin as in the related art, and has an appropriate tightening feeling, so that the wearer can wear it without feeling uncomfortable.
[0015]
Also, unlike conventional socks, rubber threads are not knitted in the mouth part, and the leg part and the whole mouth part are large with a small force due to moderate elongation characteristics due to stitches combining splined yarn and spiral mesh knitting Because it is stretched, it can be easily worn by elderly and sick people with weak limbs, and when taking off, socks can be easily taken off.
[0016]
In addition, even if a spiral knitting is combined with a pile knitting as a base, an appropriate stretch elasticity can be obtained in the same manner as in the case of the additional yarn knitting. It has been found that this pile knitting has a higher elasticity than the side yarn knitting due to the characteristics of the stitches, and that a necessary tightening force can be obtained in the mouthpiece without folding the mouthpiece twice.
[0017]
Therefore, the sock according to the present invention is a sock in which a toe, an instep, a bottom, a heel, a leg, and a mouthpiece are knitted with a knitting yarn and an elastic yarn, while a rubber thread is knitted in the mouthpiece. In the above, the leg part and the mouth part are pile knitted, spiral mesh knitting is combined with knitting yarn and elastic yarn to give a desired fit, and slip off without using rubber thread Is prevented.
[0018]
In addition, in the case of the combination of pile knitting and spiral mesh knitting, in order to more securely prevent slip-off by increasing the tightening force of the mouth portion, the mouth portion may be double-folded. That is, the slipper portion may be configured to further prevent slipping by being folded back at least twice. In this case, it is also possible to adopt a form in which the mouth portion is folded twice so that the leg portion is substantially hidden by the mouth portion.
[0019]
Here, the auxiliary thread knitting is usually called plating knitting, and another knitting yarn is added to the ground knitting yarn and the yarn is fed. As shown in FIG. 3, one of them is shown on the front side and the other is shown on the back side. When only one side is viewed, it looks as if it is knitted with only one kind of knitting yarn.
[0020]
Spiral mesh knitting is a knitting structure in which two threads are knitted with one thread floating every other needle and every other course or every few courses without making a loop. The stitch opens and becomes a mesh. Here, FIG. 4 shows an example of a stitch structure in the case where the auxiliary yarn knitting P and the spiral mesh knitting SM are knitted at 1/1.
[0021]
Further, when pile knitting is basically used and spiral mesh knitting is combined, the knitting structure shown in FIG. 6 is obtained. In FIG. 8, PI is a pile knitting structure, and SM is a spiral mesh stitching structure.
[0022]
Pile knitting is obtained by knitting a core yarn A and a pile yarn B on a knitting needle and knitting as shown in FIG. 7A, and spiral mesh knitting uses a core yarn A and a pile yarn B with a knitting needle as shown in FIG. It is obtained by hanging and knitting as shown in b).
[0023]
The stitches of the sock according to the present invention can be obtained by knitting with a B-type or K-type single cylinder. Specifically, it can be knitted by a B-type or K-type single cylinder having 50 to 240 needles and a cylinder diameter of 3 inches to 5 inches.
[0024]
Spiral mesh knitting can be 1/1 to 8/1 or 2/2 to 8/2, but the best fit that does not slip off when 2/1 to 5/1 crossing is obtained. Was. A cross-border of 1/1 means that a cross is formed every other stitch, 8/1 means that a cross-open is provided with an eighth stitch, and 2/2 means that a cross is formed by every other stitch. The fact that two stitches are formed every two stitches, and 8/2 means that an eighth stitch is provided with two stitches apart.
[0025]
The method of knitting is not particularly limited for the instep, toe, bottom, and heel, and can be knitted by flat knitting, mesh knitting, pile knitting, fly knitting, or a combination thereof. Knitting may be performed by a combination of knitting and spiral mesh knitting, or a combination of pile knitting and spiral mesh knitting.
[0026]
The material of the knitting yarn is not particularly limited, and the surface yarn or the pile yarn is cotton yarn, cotton-acryl mixed yarn, wool, wool acrylic mixed yarn, silk yarn, silk acrylic mixed yarn, hemp yarn, hemp acrylic mixed yarn, nylon yarn. For example, a knitting yarn used in socks and having a characteristic corresponding to a cotton number 2 to 120 can be used.
[0027]
The backing yarn or the core yarn may be a nylon yarn, a polyester yarn, a polyurethane cover yarn, or a core yarn, and a nylon yarn having a characteristic equivalent to 20 denier to 400 denier can be used.
[0028]
Here, the term “elastic yarn” is generally used as a term including a rubber thread, but in the present invention, it is used as a term meaning a nylon thread, a polyester thread, a polyurethane cover yarn, and a core yarn excluding the rubber thread. .
[0029]
The present invention can be applied to both socks with short legs and high socks with long legs.
