Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sock, and more particularly to a sock that can be comfortably worn without feeling pain due to the bite of a mouth.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Usually, socks are knitted by flat knitting, mesh knitting, pile knitting, knitting, or a combination thereof, and generally a tightening force is applied. As shown in FIG. The part 31, the instep 32, the bottom 33, the toe 34 and the heel 35 are fitted to the legs and feet of the person wearing the socks by means of the appropriate elastic elasticity of the covering yarn of the back thread, such as nylon wound polyurethane. On the other hand, the cuff part 30 is further knitted with rubber yarn to prevent the sock from slipping off due to the large elastic elasticity of the rubber yarn.
[0003]
However, in order to surely prevent the sock from slipping, it is necessary to increase the elastic elasticity of the cuff part 30, and the sock's cuff is so tight that it bites into the skin and sometimes suffers pain.
[0004]
On the other hand, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 06-19521, rubber yarn and elastic yarn of covering yarn are knitted only in the ankle portion of the sock, and elastic yarn is put in the leg portion and the mouth portion above the ankle portion. There has been proposed a sock that is not knitted but is tightened at the ankle portion so that the leg portion and the mouth portion are free, and the slippage is prevented by the fabric characteristics of the leg portion and the mouth portion.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the socks described in the above-mentioned conventional publications have a problem that the leg part and the cuff part do not have a proper tightening feeling, so that they feel uncomfortable when worn and are difficult to wear.
[0006]
In view of such problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a sock that can be comfortably worn without feeling pain due to biting in the mouth.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the sock according to the present invention is a sock formed by knitting a toe part, an instep part, a bottom part, a heel part, a leg part and a cuff part with a knitting yarn and a covering yarn. It is characterized by knitting in a trumpet shape that substantially matches the shape of the leg leg portion by increasing the degree continuously or stepwise from the lower end of the leg portion toward the upper end of the cuff portion.
[0008]
One of the features of the present invention is that the leg part and the cuff part are knitted, and the degree is increased continuously or stepwise from the lower end of the leg part to the upper end of the cuff part to substantially form the leg part of the leg. In a trumpet shape that is consistent with each other.
[0009]
As a result, moderate stretch characteristics and moderate tightening force can be obtained by knitting, and the leg part and the cuff part have a shape that substantially matches the shape of the leg leg part. The entire leg part of the leg can be softly wrapped and the tightening force acts evenly on the whole leg leg part so that the socks are firmly held and held on the leg leg part and will not fall off .
[0010]
As a result, the mouthpiece does not bite into the skin as in the prior art, and since there is a moderate tightening feeling, it can be worn without a sense of incongruity.
[0011]
In addition, the rubber thread is not knitted into the mouth part like conventional socks, and the leg part and the whole mouth part are greatly stretched with a small force due to moderate stretch characteristics by knitting, so the elderly with weak muscular strength of the limbs It can be easily worn by people and sick people, and socks can be easily removed when taking off.
[0012]
Here, knitting is a method of knitting the front wales and back wales alternately in the vertical direction. 1 × 1 knitting is made by arranging front and back knives for each wal. A 2 × 1 knitting pattern with 2 wales on each front surface is called 2 × 1 knitting, and a 3 × 1 knitting surface with 1 wal on the back surface on every 3 wales. According to the prototypes of the present inventors, good results were obtained from 1 × 1 knitting to 3 × 1 knitting, but in order to prevent the socks from slipping, 1 × 1 knitting The most effective was confirmed. It should be noted that good results were obtained even when 1 × 1 knitting was mainly combined with 2 × 1 knitting or 3 × 1 knitting.
[0013]
The knitting method is not particularly limited for the instep part, the toe part, the bottom part, and the heel part, and knitting can be performed by flat knitting, mesh knitting, pile knitting, knitting, or a combination thereof.
[0014]
The material of the knitting yarn is not particularly limited, and knitting yarns used for socks such as cotton yarn, cotton acrylic blended yarn, wool yarn, wool acrylic blended yarn, silk yarn, silk acrylic blended yarn, and the like can be used.
[0015]
The present invention can be applied to both socks having a short leg portion and high socks having a long leg portion.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on specific examples shown in the drawings. 1 and 2 show a preferred embodiment of a sock according to the present invention. The sock includes a cuff part 10, a leg part 11, an instep part 12, a bottom part 13, a heel part 15, and a toe part 14.
[0017]
The cuff 10, the leg 11, and the instep 12 have two wool yarns obtained by twisting two wool yarns on the 48th and 75 denier with 40 denier polyurethane as the back yarn. It is knitted with 1x1 knitting using a covering yarn covered with polyester. In some cases, 2 × 1 knitting or 3 × 1 knitting may be combined.
[0018]
Further, the instep portion 12 has the same degree as the whole, and the cuff portion 10 and the leg portion 11 are continuously (or stepwise) increased from the lower end of the leg portion 11 to the upper end of the cuff portion 10. Thus, the trumpet shape substantially matches the shape of the leg leg portion.
[0019]
Moreover, the bottom part 13, the toe part 14, and the collar part 35 are knitted by flat knitting using the same front yarn and back yarn.
[0020]
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the 1 × 1 knitting has a stitch in which front wales 50 and back wales 51 are alternately arranged. In addition, 40 is a back thread and 41 is a front thread.
[0021]
In the sock of the present example as described above, the leg part 11 and the mouth part 10 of the sock are knitted, and the trumpet shape substantially matches the shape of the leg leg part L. The entire leg leg portion L is softly wrapped by the applied force, and the tightening force acts evenly on the entire leg leg portion L, so that the leg portion 11 and the mouth portion 10 of the sock are hugged and held by the leg leg portion L. It is possible to reliably prevent the socks from slipping down.
[0022]
As a result, it is no longer necessary to increase the tightening force of the mouthpiece portion 10 by knitting rubber yarn into the mouthpiece portion 10, and the unpleasant biting feeling of the sock mouth portion 10 can be eliminated.
[0023]
Moreover, since the whole of the mouth part 10 and the leg part 11 of the sock is greatly stretched with a small force due to the moderate elongation characteristics of the knitting, no rubber thread is knitted into the mouth part 10, so It can be easily worn by sick people, and socks can be easily removed when taking off.
