Abstract
Description
【0001】
このとき、それぞれの庭園構築用箱2a〜2f(以下、全てを含めて「庭園構築用箱2」と記す。)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an artificial garden that can be easily constructed on artificial ground such as a building roof or a terrace.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, artificial gardens that have been built on artificial ground such as the roof of a building or terrace are generally laid with a root protection sheet or the like on the concrete casting surface, which is the site to be built, and the surrounding area is covered with stone or other outer walls. The outer frame is formed so as to cover along the virtual section to be formed, the soil is put in the formed outer frame, and further plants are planted or decorations such as stones are placed on the outer frame. ing.
[0003]
However, in the above-described method, when constructing an artificial garden, heavy equipment such as a crane must be used to transport the soil and decorations forming the artificial garden to the roof of a building that is to be constructed. If you do not work efficiently.
[0004]
Therefore, the above-mentioned method is not particularly problematic when creating an artificial garden at the same time as the construction of a building under construction where heavy equipment such as a crane is easily accessible. When constructing a garden or renovating or removing an artificial garden that has already been created, it was difficult in terms of construction and cost to prepare heavy equipment.
Also, in artificial gardens, as the plants grow larger, the roots of the plants may adversely affect the waterproof layer and cause water leakage to the building in some cases.
[0005]
In order to solve the above problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-84875 discloses a method in which a square bottom formed by a metal net and an outer periphery of a skeleton including a rising portion rising from two opposing sides of the bottom are provided. While winding the side net, a plurality of garden units having side wall materials fixed are arranged on the side of the bone body where there is no rising portion, and tree plants are planted in soil filled in each garden unit, or flowers are planted. An artificial garden constructed by planting has been proposed.
[Patent Document 1] JP-A-2002-84875
The artificial garden can adjust the size of the artificial garden to be constructed by adjusting the number of garden units as constituent members, and also constitute each unit forming the artificial garden. Since it is possible to lift each skeleton, the tree can be moved without digging the tree by moving only the unit where the tree is planted.
Therefore, the garden can easily repair the artificial garden.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the artificial garden described in the above publication, since each unit is constituted by a skeleton having a bottom portion and a rising portion by bending a metal net, each unit is directly placed in a place where the artificial garden is to be constructed. Instead of arranging the ground unit, it is necessary to lay a root-resistant sheet or a water retention mat in advance, and when trying to move the garden unit, soil may spill out from the gap of the metal net, It was difficult to transport the unit filled with soil to the rooftop via indoors.
[0008]
In addition, in the artificial garden, since the heights of the rising portions of each unit are all formed at the same height, and all of them have a substantially trough shape, the artificial garden has undulations, There was also a problem that a curved portion could not be provided on the outer peripheral portion of the garden.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, in an artificial garden constructed on a concrete casting surface such as the roof of a building, without laying a root-resistant sheet or a water retention mat on the concrete casting surface for constructing the artificial garden. Even though the garden can be constructed without damaging the waterproof layer, the members that make up the garden can be transported via indoors, reducing the labor, cost, and time required for construction. It is an object of the present invention to provide an artificial garden which has undulations and whose outer shape can be freely set.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the artificial garden according to claim 1 of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “artificial garden of claim 1”) has a large number of garden building boxes filled with planting soil. In an artificial garden formed by arranging adjacently on a garden construction surface, each garden construction box has a virtual frame in which a side frame of the artificial garden to be obtained is divided in a desired pattern into a substantially lattice shape. And the upper edge of the side frame is formed in a shape along the undulation of the planting surface of the corresponding virtual section.
[0011]
Further, the artificial garden according to
[0012]
In the above configuration, the planting soil refers to a soil for growing a plant, and is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a mixture of masago soil, field soil, sand, kanuma soil, perlite, bark compost, and peat moss. .
The plant to be cultivated may be a flower or a tree, and is not particularly limited.
[0013]
Also, the garden building box can be transported through the inside of the building, and if it is possible to form an artificial garden by placing it adjacent to the artificial garden construction surface, the material and size The shape and the like are not particularly limited, but are preferably formed into a size and a shape that can be transported by using the elevator when creating an artificial garden on the roof of a building where the elevator is installed. The size that can be transported using the elevator described above is, specifically, when the garden construction box has a rectangular shape, the short side of the bottom is 300 mm to 800 mm, and the long side is within twice the short side. The height of the side surface is about 100 mm to about 600 mm, but may be larger than the above size as long as it can be placed on the elevator.
[0014]
Further, the garden construction box is not limited to a rectangular shape, and one side may be expanded or curved in accordance with the virtual section of the artificial garden.
Further, the garden construction box may be formed of a synthetic resin or metal, and is not particularly limited.
In addition, if the garden construction box is fixed at the place where the surfaces are adjacent to each other with the connecting bracket, the adjacent garden construction box may move due to an external impact such as strong wind and shift or gap may occur. It is preferable because it disappears.
[0015]
Further, the side frames of the garden building box may be all formed in the same size, or a part of the side frame may be formed high (low), and the height is not particularly limited. It is preferable to arrange adjacent garden construction boxes having side frames of a height corresponding to the height because an artificial garden rich in undulations can be constructed without performing embankment or the like. .
[0016]
Further, it is preferable that the artificial garden is provided with a water absorbing means and a draining means for promoting the growth of plants.
The water absorbing means is not particularly limited, and includes, for example, providing a sprinkler on an artificial garden, and passing a drip hose for an automatic watering device through an upper portion of a rising portion of a garden building box.
[0017]
Examples of the drainage means include providing a drainage groove at the bottom of the garden construction box or passing a drainage pipe through. However, as in the artificial garden of
