【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はサービス提供管理装置、及びサービスを決定する方法に係り、特に、利用者による遊技機の使用の申し込みがあった時点（予約要求受付日時を含む。以下同様の意味で用いる）から、指定された予約日時（遊技希望時期を含む。以下同様の意味で用いる）までの期間（日時を含む。以下同様の意味で用いる）、または予約日時の特性に対応して利用者に提供するサービスを決定するサービス提供管理装置、及びサービスを決定する方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、遊技場等に設置される遊技機には、利用者に人気がある遊技機の場合、複数の利用者からの予約希望が寄せられる。
このような場合とは限らず、一般に、遊技機毎に予約情報が把握できるならば、遊技場等を経営する側としても、先々に渡っての遊技機の稼働状況を知ることができるので、このような遊技機毎の予約情報は経営情報としても役立つことになる。
そのため、遊技場等を経営する側としては、このような予約をしてくれる利用者は大事にする必要があり、よって、従来から、このような予約客に対しては何らかの特典（サービスを含む。以下同様）を与えている。

従来、遊技場等に設置されるサービス提供管理装置は、この提供すべき特典の内容を、どのようにして決定するかで、様々な工夫を行っている。例えば、人気がある遊技機の権利を獲得せしめること自体を一つのサービスと考えて、予約の受付順（即ち、先着順）で、この予約する権利を付与する遊技場用予約システムの例がある（例えば、特許文献１。）。
しかし、この例の場合は、時間に余裕が有る利用者の場合は、かなり前から予約しておくことが可能であるが、たまにしか遊技しない利用者には不便である。それどころか、このような、たまにしか遊技しない利用者に限って、何か他の代償を払ってでも、最も人気がある遊技機で遊技したいと考えるものである。

そこで、このような利用者の心理に対応せしめた例として、現金以外の有価情報を管理する会員システムの場合、会員が所有する有価情報の範囲内で、競り落とすための有価情報を会員に提示させて、該提示された有価情報の価値が最大の会員に対して、人気がある遊技機の権利を獲得せしめる方式（セリ方式）の予約システムの例がある（例えば、特許文献２。）。また、同様の考え方の他の例として、前述の有価情報に代えて、利用者（予約者を含む。以下同様の意味で用いる）に、減じられる貯玉数を提示させる方式の予約システムの例がある（例えば、特許文献３。）。
また、負け込んでいる利用者が予約した予約台については、何らかの還元措置（例えば、還元率のアップ）を施そうとするシステムの例がある（例えば、特許文献４）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来のサービス提供管理装置にあっては、人気がある遊技機を使用できる権利のみを、利用者に付与できるサービス内容としていたので、全ての利用者に対して、公平なサービスを付与することができないという問題点があった。
特に、特許文献１等に示された例の場合、時間に余裕が有る利用者の場合は、かなり前から予約しておくことが可能であるが、たまにしか遊技しない利用者にとっては不便であるという問題点があった。

また、特許文献２，３等に示された例の場合、人気のある遊技機をセリ落とすために、利用者は何らかの代償を払わなければならないという問題点があり、しかも、人気のある遊技機をセリ落とすことができずに、人気の無い遊技機を予約せざるを得なくなった利用者に対しては、何らの特典も与えられないので、不公平が生じるという問題点があった。

なお、遊技場側としては、先々に渡っての遊技機の稼働状況を知ることばかりではなく、遊技機の稼働率にムラが生じないようにして、遊技機全体の稼働率を向上せしめることが本発明の１つの課題であった。ちなみに、遊技機の稼働率に影響する要因には、遊技機自体の人気の他に、季節的な要因や、月、日、時間帯／日に係る要因が存在する。

また、この遊技機の稼働状況は、なるべく先の時点における稼働状況や稼働状況の趨勢が、なるべく早めに知れることが望ましい。何となれば、その場合には、もしも或る遊技機が低い稼働率となりそうな場合には、早めに対策（客寄せ対策を含む。以下、同様の意味で用いる）を講じることができるからである。従って、なるべく先の時点における遊技機の稼働状況や稼働状況の趨勢を、なるべく早めに知ることができるように利用者を誘導することが本発明の１つの課題であった。

さらに、指定された予約日時の特性を考慮するならば、特に、遊技場の閑散期（季節、月、日、時間帯／日毎に存在する）を指定して予約してくれる客も、遊技機の稼働率の向上に貢献してくれる客であるから、このような客に対しては、何らかの特典を付与すべきであり、このような配慮を具現化することも、本発明の１つの課題であった。

本発明は、上記従来の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、利用者から遊技機の使用の申し込みがあった時に、この申し込み時点から、指定された予約日時までの期間、または指定された予約日時の特性に対応して利用者に特典を付与することができるサービス提供管理装置を提供することを目的としている。

本発明の他の目的は、利用者から遊技機の使用の申し込みがあった時に、この申し込み時点から、指定された予約日時までの期間、または指定された予約日時の特性に対応して利用者に特典を付与することができるサービスを決定する方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の第１の態様に係るサービス提供管理装置は、予約要求を受け取った時期から遊技希望時期までの期間に応じてサービス内容を定めるためのサービス内容情報をあらかじめ記憶しているサービス内容記憶手段（サービス内容記憶部）と、遊技機の使用に関する予約要求を受け付ける予約要求受付手段（受付部）と、予約要求を受け取った時期からこの予約要求により指定された遊技希望時期までの期間の値を算出する期間算出手段（期間算出部）と、期間算出手段から算出された期間の値を受け取り、この期間の値とサービス内容記憶手段に記憶されたサービス内容情報を照合して、提供するサービスの内容を決定するサービス内容決定手段（サービス内容決定部）とを有することを特徴とし、このような構成により、特に、利用者からの予約申込みを受け付けた時に、当該利用者に対して現在までの予約状況を知らせることができると共に、予約要求受付日時から、指定された予約日時に至るまでの期間に応じた特典を付与することができるサービス提供管理装置を実現している。

また、上記課題を解決するために、本発明の第２の態様に係るサービスを決定する方法は、遊技機の使用に関する予約要求を受け取るステップと、使用予約要求を受け取った時期を計るステップと、受け取った時期からこの使用予約要求により指定された遊技希望時期までの期間を算出するステップと、予約受付時期から遊技希望時期までの期間に応じたサービス付与内容を定めたサービス内容情報と、期間算出手段から算出された期間とを照合して、提供するサービスの内容を決定するステップとを有することを特徴とし、このような構成により、特に、利用者からの予約申込みを受け付けた時に、当該利用者に対して現在までの予約状況を知らせることができると共に、予約要求受付日時から、指定された予約日時に至るまでの期間に応じた特典を付与することができるサービスを決定する方法を実現している。

また、上記課題を解決するために、本発明の第３の態様に係るサービス提供装置は、予約要求において指定された遊技希望時期に応じてサービス内容を定めるためのサービス内容情報をあらかじめ記憶しているサービス内容記憶手段（サービス内容記憶部）と、遊技機の使用に関する予約要求を受け付ける予約要求受付手段（受付部）と、遊技希望時期とサービス内容記憶手段に記憶されたサービス内容情報を照合して、提供するサービスの内容を決定するサービス内容決定手段（サービス内容決定部）とを有することを特徴とし、このような構成により、特に、利用者からの予約申込みを受け付けた時に、当該利用者に対して現在までの予約状況を知らせることができると共に、指定された予約日時の特性に応じた特典を付与することができるサービス提供装置を実現している。

また、本発明の第３の態様において、サービス内容情報は、ある期間を複数の小期間に区分し、各小区間に対してサービス内容を定めている情報であることを特徴としていてもよく、このような構成により、特に、利用者からの予約申込みを受け付けた時に、当該利用者に対して待ち人数や待ち時間等の具体的な待ち状況を知らせることができると共に、指定された予約日時の、予め規定された細かな区分毎の特性に応じた特典を付与することが可能となる。

さらに、上記課題を解決するために、本発明の第４の態様に係るサービスを決定する方法は、遊技機の使用に関する予約要求を受け付けるステップと、この予約要求において指定された遊技希望時期に応じてサービス内容を定めるためのサービス内容情報と、遊技希望時期とを照合して、提供するサービスの内容を決定するステップとを有することを特徴とし、このような構成により、特に、利用者からの予約申込みを受け付けた時に、当該利用者に対して現在までの予約状況を知らせることができると共に、指定された予約日時の特性に応じた特典を付与することができるサービスを決定する方法サービスを決定する方法を実現している。
なお、本明細書中において上記「予約要求を受け取った時期」「予約要求において指定された遊技希望時期」における「時期」は、期間（たとえば月、週、日をもって定められる期間）及び日時や時分をもって定められる時点の双方を含む概念として用いるものとする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明のサービス提供管理装置の実施の形態について、〔第１の実施形態〕、〔第２の実施形態〕の順に、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

最初に、本発明のサービス提供管理装置の原理について説明する。
まず、本発明のサービス提供管理装置を考案する背景となる考え方を、以下に箇条書きする。
（１）人気がある遊技機の場合、複数の利用者からの予約希望が寄せられるが、このような場合とは限らず、遊技機毎に予約情報（待ち情報）が把握できるならば、遊技場等を経営する側としても、先々に渡っての遊技機の稼働状況を知ることができるので、このような遊技機毎の予約情報は経営情報として役立つことになる（この考え方は予約システムの利点を示すものであり、従来と同様の考え方である）。
（２）利用者としても、予約に際して、遊技機毎の人気が把握できるならば、納得のできる予約が可能となる。
（３）遊技機の稼働状況は、なるべく先の時点における稼働状況や稼働状況の趨勢が、なるべく早めに知れることが望ましい。何となれば、その場合には、もしも、ある遊技機が低い稼働率となりそうな場合には、早めに対策を講じることができるからである。
（４）指定された予約日時の特性を考慮するならば、遊技場の閑散期を指定して予約してくれる客も、遊技機の稼働率の向上に貢献してくれる客であるから、このような客に対しては、何らかの特典を付与すべきである。

このような背景の下に、本発明のサービス提供管理装置では、当該予約要求受付日時から、指定された予約日時に至るまでの期間、または予約日時の特性に応じた特典を利用者に付与できるようにしている。

〔第１の実施形態〕
図１は、本発明に係る第１の実施形態のサービス提供管理装置を示す構成図である。
図１において、本実施形態に係るサービス提供管理装置１は、利用者の予約要求を受け付けて予約処理を行う受付部１１（予約要求受付手段）と、遊技機毎に予約状況を記憶し、かつ管理すると共に、予約要求受付日時から、指定された予約日時に至るまでの期間を算出する期間算出部１２（期間算出手段）と、上記算出された期間に対応したサービス内容を記憶しているサービス内容記憶部１３（サービス内容記憶手段）と、上記算出された期間に対応したサービス内容を決定するサービス内容決定部１４（サービス内容決定手段）とを備えて構成されている。

なお、本実施形態のサービス提供管理装置１の外部システムとして、携帯電話網２０を介して双方向通信可能な通信端末装置２１ａ〜２１ｎ（たとえば、携帯電話機）と、遊技機１０１ａ〜１０１ｍとが存在する。サービス提供管理装置１は、この遊技機１０１ａ〜１０１ｍを通信可能に接続していてもよいし、また、接続していなくてもよいものとする。

以下、図１を参照して本実施形態に係るサービス提供管理装置１の動作について主要な構成要素毎に説明する。
受付部１１は、通信端末装置２１ａ〜２１ｎのいずれかからの利用者の予約要求を受け付けて予約処理を行う。この時、この予約要求に示された遊技機に対応する、現在までに既に予約されている予約状況（待ち人数や待ち時間等の待ち状況を含む。以下、同様の意味で用いる）を、期間算出部１２から受け取って、上記予約してきた利用者に携帯電話網２０を介した通信手段により開示（フィードバック）し、利用者が納得できる予約内容を上記予約者に確定させた後、この確定された予約内容を、確定済みの予約内容として受け付ける。

また、上記確定済みの予約内容を受け付けた時点で、この確定済みの予約内容を、上記予約してきた利用者に上記と同じ通信手段により応答する。その後、利用者からの取消し要求等が無ければ、この確定済みの予約内容を期間算出部１２に送出し、この確定済みの予約内容でもって、前述の現在までに既に予約されている予約内容を更新せしめる。

なお、利用者の予約要求の内容として、現在の予約内容には関わらず、とにかく指定した遊技機を指定した日時の指定した時間帯において使用したい旨の指定が有る場合は、当該利用者が予約要求において指定した予約内容を確定済みの予約内容として取り扱う。ちなみに、この場合にも、当該利用者の予約要求に示された遊技機に対応する、現在までに既に予約されている予約状況と、当該利用者が予約要求において指定した予約内容とを、当該利用者に携帯電話網２０を介した通信手段により通知することが可能である。

さらに、受付部１１は、その後、予約者から、予約済みの予約内容に関する権利の使用が通知された場合は、この通知を、期間算出部１２を介してサービス内容決定部１４に送出する。
なお、受付部１１は、会員制に係る新規入会会員の入会要求を受け付けて、会員契約（または入会）に必要な情報交換を実行すると共に、入会した会員の管理を行うことも可能であるものとする。但し、受付部１１は、会員と非会員のどちらからの予約要求も受け付けることが可能であるものとする。

期間算出部１２は、遊技機毎に現在までの予約状況を記憶し、かつ管理するが、この予約状況を示す情報は、受付部１１からの上記確定済み予約内容を受け取ることによって作成する。より具体的には、ある予約が成立し、該予約の確定済み予約内容が受付部１１から送出されると、期間算出部１２は、この確定済み予約内容を受け取り、この確定済み予約内容でもって、既に作成されている現在までの予約状況を追加的に更新する。また、ある記録されている確定済み予約が、予約された遊技予定日の予定時刻を超過すると、上記予約状況を示す情報から該確定済み予約を消去する処理により上記現在までの予約状況を示す情報を更新する。

また、期間算出部１２は、受付部１１からの期間算出依頼により、予約申込みの受付日と指定された予約日時とを受付部１１から受け取った場合は、予約申込みの受付日から、この指定された予約日時に至るまでの期間を算出して、その後、この算出した期間をサービス内容決定部１４に送出する。
さらに、期間算出部１２は、その後、予約された遊技機から、使用者が当該遊技機の使用を開始した旨の通知があった場合には、この通知を、サービス内容決定部１４に送出する。

サービス内容記憶部１３は、予約申込みの受付日から、指定された予約日時に至るまでの期間に対応したサービス内容をテーブルとして記憶している。即ち、このテーブルの各エントリは、上記期間に対応したサービス内容を記憶している。なお、このテーブルの各エントリの記憶内容は、図示しない入力装置から入力したり更新したりすることが可能である。また、外部システムにより、上記期間に対応したサービス内容を記憶媒体に記憶せしめ、この記憶媒体を、該サービス内容記憶部１３に装填して使用することも可能であるものとする。さらに、この記憶媒体として、ＦＤ（フロッピーディスク）、ＭＤ（ミニディスク）、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ、及びメモリースティックや、その他、各種の半導体メモリ等を使用することが可能であるものとする。また、上記の記憶内容は、サービス内容決定部１４から常時参照することが可能であるものとする。

サービス内容決定部１４は、受付部１１が利用者の予約要求を受け付けた時点（予約申込みの受付日）から、確定済みの指定された予約日時に至るまでの上記算出された期間に対応したサービス内容を、サービス内容記憶部１３に記憶されている前述のテーブルを参照することにより決定する（より具体的には上記テーブルを検索することにより決定する）。この決定されたサービス内容は、予約した利用者が、予約した権利を使用した時（より具体的には予約した遊技機で遊技した時）に、この利用者に付与されるものとする。

このサービス内容としては、例えば、サービス内容決定部１４により決定されたサービス内容がポイント還元の場合であれば、サービス内容決定部１４で決められたポイントを利用者に還元するサービスが可能であり、ドリンクサービスの場合であれば、サービス内容決定部１４で決められた枚数のクーポン券を利用者の端末（携帯電話機など）に送信するサービスが可能である。
また、期間算出部１２が遊技機１０１ａ〜１０１ｍと通信可能に接続されている場合には、利用者が使用する遊技機の還元率をサービス内容決定部１４で決められた率だけアップせしめたり、若しくはサービス内容決定部１４で決められた個数の玉を支給するサービスも可能である。なお、サービス決定部１４は、上記のサービスの内、ポイント還元サービスを、会員制に係る会員に限定するサービスとして決定してもよい。

いずれにしても、サービス内容決定部１４は、上記決定したサービス内容を、自己内部の記憶部に記憶する。また、表示装置や出力装置を有する構成の場合は、この表示装置や出力装置に、上記決定したサービス内容を出力する。
さらに、サービス内容決定部１４は、上記決定したサービス内容を、期間算出部１２と受付部１１とを介して予約してきた利用者に通知する。この通知手段としてはメール等の手段が可能である。

図２は、本発明に係る第１の実施形態のサービス提供管理装置の動作を示すフローチャートである。
以下、図１を参照し、図２に示すフローチャートを使用して、本実施形態に係るサービス提供管理装置の動作を説明する。
まず、利用者は、自己の通信端末装置を使用して、遊技場１０の予約システムであるサービス提供管理装置１にアクセスする（ステップＳ１）。
次に、利用者は、サービス提供管理装置１の受付部１１に自己の予約要求を送信して遊技機の予約を行う（ステップＳ２）。
次に、この予約要求を受け付けたサービス提供管理装置１の受付部１１は、前述の予約処理を行う（ステップＳ３）。
次に、期間算出部１２は、受付部１１からの期間算出依頼により、受付部１１から受け取った予約申込みの受付日と指定された予約日時とから、上記予約申込みの受付日から、上記予約日時に至るまでの期間を算出して、その後、この算出した期間をサービス内容決定部１４に送出する（ステップＳ４）。
次に、サービス内容決定部１４は、上記算出された期間に対応するサービス内容を、サービス内容記憶部１３に記憶されているテーブルを検索して取り出し、この取り出したサービス内容を利用者に付与するサービス内容として決定する（ステップＳ５）。

次に、サービス内容決定部１４は、上記決定したサービス内容を自己内部の記憶部に記憶する。また、表示装置や出力装置を有する構成の場合は、この表示装置や出力装置に、上記決定したサービス内容を出力する（ステップＳ６）。
次に、サービス内容決定部１４は、期間算出部１２と受付部１１とを介して、上記決定したサービス内容をメール等の手段により利用者に通知する（ステップＳ７）。
次に、サービス内容決定部１４は、上記決定したサービス内容を付与されるべき利用者が、予約済みの遊技機使用の日時までに予約済み予約内容に関する権利（通常は、遊技機を使用する権利）を行使したか否かを検証し（ステップＳ８）、上記権利が行使された場合はステップＳ９に移り、上記権利が行使されなかった場合にはステップＳ１０に移る。

なお、この検証に必要な情報の入手手段には、
（１）利用者からの通信端末装置による権利行使の通知を、受付部１１が受信して、受付部１１が、該権利行使の通知を、期間算出部１２を介してサービス内容決定部１４に送出する。
（２）予約された遊技機からの、「当該利用者が遊技機の使用を開始した」との通知を、期間算出部１２が受信して、期間算出部１２が、該通知をサービス内容決定部１４に送出する（但し、期間算出部１２が、当該利用者の使用する遊技機と接続されている構成の場合）。
（３）遊技場１０の係員が、利用者からの「遊技機を使用したい」との申し出を受けて、図示しない入力装置を介してサービス内容決定部１４に直接入力して通知する。
といった３通りの手段が可能である。

ステップＳ９では、サービス内容決定部１４は、決定したサービスを実行し、その後、全ての処理を終了する。この実行は、通常は、サービス内容決定部１４から、図示しない表示装置の表示画面または出力装置の印刷用紙に該サービスの実行を指示するメッセージを出力し、遊技場１０の係員を介して行わしめる。しかし、期間算出部１２が、当該利用者の使用する遊技機と接続されている構成の場合は、サービス内容決定部１４から期間算出部１２を介して直接に当該利用者の使用する遊技機に働きかけて、当該遊技機の還元率を、サービス内容決定部１４で決められた率だけアップせしめたり、若しくはサービス内容決定部１４で決められた個数の玉を支給したりする形態で行うことも可能である。

また、ステップＳ１０では、上記決定したサービスの実行は行わず、必要ならば、「期限内に権利が行使されなかった」旨を示すメッセージを、図示しない表示装置に表示して、全ての処理を終了する。
この第１の実施形態によれば、利用者が予約の申込みをする時に、受付部１１が、当該利用者に対して、予約希望された遊技機の待ち人数や待ち時間等の待ち状況を知らせることができると共に、サービス内容決定部１４が、予約要求受付日時から、確定済みの指定された予約日時に至るまでの期間に対応したサービス内容を決定することができるので、全ての利用者に対して、公平に、予約申込み日時から、確定済みの指定された予約日時に至るまでの期間に対応したサービスを付与することができる効果がある。

〔第２の実施形態〕
図３は、本発明に係る第２の実施形態のサービス提供管理装置を示す構成図である。
図３において、本実施形態に係るサービス提供管理装置３は、利用者の予約要求を受け付けて予約処理を行う受付部３１（予約要求受付手段）と、遊技機毎に予約状況（待ち状況）を記憶し、かつ管理する予約管理部３２と、指定された予約日時（遊技希望時期）に対応したサービス内容を記憶しているサービス内容記憶部３３（サービス内容記憶手段）と、上記算出された期間に対応したサービス内容を決定するサービス内容決定部３４（サービス内容決定手段）とを備えて構成されている。

なお、本実施形態のサービス提供管理装置３の外部システムとして、携帯電話網２０を介して双方向通信可能な通信端末装置２１ａ〜２１ｎと、遊技機１０１ａ〜１０１ｍとが存在する。サービス提供管理装置１は、この遊技機１０１ａ〜１０１ｍを通信可能に接続していてもよいし、また、接続していなくてもよいものとする。

以下、図３を参照して本実施形態に係るサービス提供管理装置３の動作について主要な構成要素毎に説明する。
受付部３１は、通信端末装置２１ａ〜２１ｎのいずれかからの利用者の予約要求を受け付けて予約処理を行う。この時、この予約要求に示された遊技機に対応する、現在までに既に予約されている予約状況（即ち、待ち人数や待ち時間等の待ち状況）を、予約管理部３２から受け取って、上記予約してきた利用者に携帯電話網２０を介した通信手段により開示（フィードバック）し、利用者が納得できる予約内容を上記予約者に確定させた後、この確定された予約内容を、確定済みの予約内容として受け付ける。
