Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an apparatus for creating a spatial environment for collecting polluting chemicals for measuring indoor chemicals emitted from daily necessities such as building materials, furniture, home appliances, and daily necessities.
[0002]
[Prior art]
At present, emission of chemical substances from building materials, furniture, and home appliances has been attracting attention as one of the causes of sick houses. For some chemical substances, the allowable concentration in the room is indicated as a guideline, and studies to reduce the emission of the chemical substances are under way.
[0003]
However, at present, no method has been proposed for measuring a chemical substance in an environment that is almost the same as the construction state (or installation state) of the above-described members. Techniques for measuring chemical substances are currently required.
[0004]
In view of such a current situation, the present inventor has conducted research, and in the process leading to the present invention, a collection device that collects a contaminant that emits a contaminant in the chamber and a contaminant that dissipates from the subject. In order to supply the clean air to the chamber and exhaust the air in the chamber, contaminant chemicals radiating from the subject were collected, and the collected contaminant was considered to be measured.
[0005]
In this case, in order to supply the clean air to the chamber and collect the contaminant chemicals emitted from the subject in an environment where the air in the chamber is exhausted, the room in which the building materials and the like are actually constructed is an indoor space. Creates an environment that mimics the construction environment of actual building materials, etc., where outside air enters and air inside the room is exhausted to the outside and the room is ventilated. It is thought that by collecting the data, it is possible to obtain data closer to the state of emission of polluting chemical substances in the actual construction state.
[0006]
However, when trying to match the ventilation frequency inside the chamber during the collection test of pollutant chemicals to the actual installed environment, the amount of air supply into the chamber and the amount of exhaust from the chamber are extremely small, so the outside of the chamber It turned out that it was very difficult to prepare the environment inside the chamber without being affected by the environment (temperature and humidity of the outside air).
[0007]
It has also been found that the chamber must be re-cleaned once the pollutant collection test has been performed, which complicates the re-cleaning process.
[0008]
As a method of cleaning a chamber of a chemical vapor deposition apparatus, a method of cleaning with a plasma is known. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
