室外機と室内機との間に配管ユニット等を介してなる分離型空気調和機の室内機を係止する据付板としては例えば図4に示すようなものがある。この据付板21には図5に示すような室内機本体22の背面左右上下を係止する上部係止部21a、21bと、下部係止部21c、21dと、壁面23等への取付に用いる複数の取付孔21eが設けられ、また、前記下部係止部21c、21dには室内機本体22側の係止爪22aに対応する係止孔21fが設けられている。

以上説明した据付板21はほんの一例に過ぎず、その他にも様々な形状の据付板(例えば、特許文献1参照)があるが、何れの据付板もその製作には大きな面積の鋼板を必要としておりコストダウンが難しいだけでなく、壁面への取付にも多くの労力を要するといった問題点があった。

本発明は上記の課題を解決するためになされたもので、一枚の矩形鋼板から、壁面等への取付孔を有し対象となるL字状の取付面と、空気調和機本体の背面上下を係止する上部係止部および下部係止部と、前記L字状の取付面同士が逆凹状になるように接合する接合部とが連設され、前記上部係止部の左右が切除された一対のL形板をプレス成形し、何れか一方のL形板を表裏反転させて前記接合部同士を接合する構成とし、逆凹状の据付板を形成する。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図1〜図3に基づいて説明する。
図1は室内機用据付板の形成に用いる鋼板の平面図であり、図2は同鋼板より形成された室内機用据付板の斜視図、図3はもう一つの実施の形態を示す室内機用据付板の要部斜視図である。

図において、1は据付板の形成に必要な最小面積の矩形鋼板で、本発明によれば、この一枚の矩形鋼板1から、壁面等への複数の取付孔2c、3cを有し対象となるL字状の取付面(2)、(3)と、空気調和機本体(室内機本体)の背面上下を係止する上部係止部2a、3aおよび下部係止部2b、3bと、前記L字状の取付面(2)、(3)同士が逆凹状になるように接合する接合部2d、3dとが連設され、前記上部係止部2a、3aの左右2e、2f、3e、3fが切除された一対のL形板2と3をプレス成形し、何れか一方のL形板を表裏反転させて接合部2d、3d同士を接合し、図2に示すような逆凹状の据付板4を形成する。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したような構成による空気調和機の据付装置であれば、逆凹状に形成された据付板の中央下部の空隙部分に相当する面積の鋼板が節約でき、運搬および壁面等への取付作業が楽になるとともに、据付板が大きなものになればなるほど、また、多量生産になればなるほど節約できる鋼板の量も増え、多大なコストダウンが図れることになる。
