The present invention relates to a seam joint for an outer wall panel.

【0002】[0002]

[Problems to be solved by conventional techniques and devices]

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, as a method of forming an outer wall of a Western-style building, a method of arranging a plurality of outer wall panels to form an outer wall has been actively performed.

[0003] For the operation of joining a plurality of outer wall panels together, a joining alloy tool (hereinafter, referred to as a conventional example) described below has been proposed.

[0004] In this conventional example, an aluminum member is drawn and formed, and can be engaged with a base material and a lower edge of a joint portion of the outer wall panel that is protruded from the base material. The first locking portion and a second locking portion that can be locked and fitted to the upper edge of the joint portion of the outer wall panel.

。When using the conventional example, first, the second locking projection according to the conventional example is engaged with the upper edge of the joint portion of one outer wall panel disposed on the base material, and The conventional example is fastened to the base material with a fastening member such as a nail or a screw, and then, the lower edge of the joint portion of another outer wall panel is engaged with the first engaging projection according to the conventional example. I do. Then, the upper and lower edges of the outer wall panels can be easily joined together in an adjacent state (when the outer wall panels are arranged on the entire base material, this operation may be repeated sequentially). .).

[0006] By the way, in the conventional example, as described above, the arrangement of the outer wall panel is facilitated. However, since the manufacturing method is the pultrusion molding, the manufacturing process is complicated, so that it is extremely difficult. The mass production is poor, and large-scale equipment is required to manufacture the conventional example, which increases the cost. In addition, since the conventional example is made of aluminum, it lacks heat resistance and load resistance and is deformed. There is a variety of problems, such as the possibility that the outer alloy panel will be displaced or collapsed if the welded joint is deformed by the application of heat or load.

[0007] The present invention provides an outer wall panel joint alloy which solves the above-mentioned problems.

1 and 2 illustrate a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 illustrates a second embodiment, and FIG. 3 illustrates a construction state according to the first and second embodiments, which will be described below.

A first embodiment will be described.

In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of portions of the plate-like base material 1 are formed on a stainless plate-like base material 1 (a rectangular plate material of about 6 cm long × about 9 cm wide). That is, the left and right portions in the width direction of the plate-shaped substrate 1 are cut out and bent substantially at a right angle to the front to provide a pair of cut-and-raised pieces 5. (A position closer to the inside of the part) to a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction (a central position in the longitudinal direction), and the outer part is further bent upward from the notch 6 of each of the cut-and-raised pieces 5 to have a rising piece 3a. The first locking portion 3 is provided, and the second locking portion 4 having the hanging piece 4a is provided by further bending the inner portion from the notch portion 6 downward. The first locking portion 3 is used to cut the lower edge 2b of the joint portion of the outer wall panel 2 disposed above from among the outer wall panels 2 disposed in the vertical direction, by cutting and raising the surface of the plate-shaped base material 1 The second locking portion 4 is configured so as to be able to be locked and fitted just so as to be pressed down by the surface and the rising piece 3a, and the outer wall panel 2 provided below among the outer wall panels 2 provided vertically. The upper edge 2a of the joint portion is locked and fitted so as to be pressed down just by the surface of the uncut portion 11 of the plate-shaped base material 1, the back surface of the cut-and-raised piece 5 and the hanging piece 4a (FIG. (See FIG. 2).

As shown in FIG. 1, the uncut portion (bar) 11 located at the center of the three uncut portions 11 relating to the second locking portion 4 has a sharp-tipped protruding piece 11 b as shown in FIG. Is formed.

Therefore, when the upper edge of the joint portion of the outer wall panel 2 is engaged with the second engaging portion 4 by locking, the upper edge of the outer wall panel 2 and the other side face are engaged. . Reference numeral 11a is a reinforcing rib.

Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an inclined step portion 1a is formed on the upper edge portion of the plate-like substrate 1, and a bent portion 1b is formed on the lower edge portion. . By providing the inclined step portion 1a and the bent portion 1b, when the outer wall panel 2 is disposed on the base member 7 via the plate substrate 1, a portion where the outer wall panel 2 related to the plate substrate 1 is disposed. A gap (thickness) 9 is generated between the base material 7 and the portion that comes into contact with the base material 7, so that the plate-shaped base material 1 can be properly fixed to the base material 7 by the fixing member 8, and Since the plate-shaped base material 1 is interposed between the outer wall panel 2 and the base material 7, the ventilation space 10 is formed.

In addition, fastening holes for fastening the plate-shaped base material 1 to the base material 7 via a fastening member 8 such as a nail or a screw are formed in the upper edge portion and the central portion of the plate-shaped base material 1. A portion 1c is provided.

Reference numeral 1d is a hole that acts on ventilation and drainage.

The outer wall panel 2 employed in this embodiment is such that when the outer wall panels 2 are joined together in the vertical direction, the lower edge 2b of one outer wall panel 2 is located above the upper edge 2a of the other outer wall panel 2. The outer wall panels 2 are configured so as to be joined together in a superposed state, and the surfaces of both outer wall panels 2 are flush with each other (see FIG. 2).

Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, for example, the second locking is performed on the upper edge of the joint portion of one outer wall panel 2 arranged on the base material 7. The plate-shaped base material 1 is fixed to the base material 7 while the portion 4 is locked, and subsequently, the first locking portion 3 of the plate-shaped base material 1 is connected to the joint portion of another outer wall panel 2. Lock the lower edge. Then, the outer wall panels 2 can be joined to an adjacent state in which the upper and lower edges of the outer wall panels 2 abut each other. That is, when arranging the outer wall panel 2 over the entire base material 7, this operation may be repeated sequentially.

Therefore, according to this embodiment, not only can the outer wall panel 2 be quickly and firmly joined, but also because of its structure, it is excellent in mass productivity, that is, unlike the conventional example. Since the manufacturing process is not complicated at all, such as by drawing out an aluminum member, it can be manufactured only by a simple process of simply cutting and bending the stainless steel plate-shaped substrate 1. It excels in mass productivity, and it has a simple structure without the need for a large-scale device required for manufacturing the conventional example, resulting in a very low cost.

Further, since the plate-shaped substrate 1 is made of stainless steel, the plate-shaped substrate 1 has excellent durability (heat resistance, load resistance, etc.). There is no fear that the outer wall panel 2 is displaced or collapsed due to deformation or the like due to a load, and good construction of the outer wall panel 2 and maintenance of the installed state are achieved.

Further, the second locking portion 4 capable of locking and engaging the upper edge of the joint portion of the outer wall panel 2 is formed by bending a part of the raised edge of the cut and raised piece 5 further downward. The hanging piece 4a is brought into contact with one side of the upper edge of the joint of the outer wall panel 2, and the other side of the upper edge of the joint of the outer panel 2 of the plate-shaped base material 1 is brought into contact with the other side. A part of the uncut portion 11 is cut and raised to form a protruding piece 11 b, and the protruding piece 11 b is connected to the second locking portion 4 at a joint portion of the outer wall panel 2. When the upper edge is locked and engaged, the upper edge of the outer wall panel 2 is engaged so as to scrape the other side surface, so that a firm engagement with the outer wall panel 2 can be realized. Become.

Next, a second embodiment will be described.

In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a plate-like base material 21 is formed by bending the plate-like base material 21 at a central portion in the width direction of the plate-like base material 21 so that the plane view becomes a right angle. In use, it is provided so that it can be used mainly at the corners (corners) of the construction wall (see Fig. 3).

Reference numeral 23 denotes a first locking portion, and 24 denotes a second locking portion.
