【請求項1】 炭素数6〜14のオレフィン由来の構成単位とマレイン酸由来の構成単位とを有する、重量平均分子量が3000〜10000のオレフィン−マレイン酸共重合体(1)と、該共重合体(1)以外のポリカルボン酸系重合体(2)とを含有するコンクリート混和剤。
【請求項2】 オレフィン−マレイン酸共重合体(1)が、下記の構成単位(I)を有する請求項1記載のコンクリート混和剤。

【請求項3】 (1)/(2)の比率(重量比)が、(1)/(2)=1/99/〜40/60である請求項1又は2記載のコンクリート混和剤。
【請求項4】 ポリカルボン酸系重合体(2)が、ポリカルボン酸エーテル系の(メタ)アクリル酸(メタ)アクリル酸エステル共重合体である請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載のコンクリート混和剤。
【請求項5】 水硬性物質と、高炉スラグ、フライアッシュ、石粉、炭酸カルシウム、シリカヒューム及び亜炭から選ばれる一種以上と、請求項1〜4の何れか1項記載のコンクリート混和剤とを含有する水硬性組成物。
【請求項6】 コンクリート混和剤の含有量が水硬性物質に対して0.01〜1重量%(固形分換算)である請求項5記載の水硬性組成物。
【請求項7】 請求項5又は6記載の水硬性組成物を用いたコンクリート硬化体。
【請求項8】 炭素数6〜14のオレフィン由来の構成単位とマレイン酸由来の構成単位とを有する、重量平均分子量が3000〜10000のオレフィン−マレイン酸共重合体(1)を含有し、前記共重合体(1)以外のポリカルボン酸系重合体(2)を含む水硬性組成物を含有するコンクリートに用いられる、コンクリート肌面黒ずみ防止剤。
【請求項9】 高炉スラグ、フライアッシュ、石粉、炭酸カルシウム、シリカヒューム及び亜炭から選ばれる一種以上と、請求項8記載のコンクリート肌面黒ずみ防止剤とを含有する、粉末状コンクリート混和材。
【請求項10】 水硬性物質と、高炉スラグ、フライアッシュ、石粉、炭酸カルシウム、シリカヒューム及び亜炭から選ばれる一種以上と、請求項8記載のコンクリート肌面黒ずみ防止剤とを含有する、粉末状水硬性組成物。
