Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system managing information generated in respective work processes from an advertisement issuing contract to removal of advertisement material in a multidimensional level of an advertiser, an advertisement posting place, the advertisement material or the like, in advertisement management wherein a public use place is a posting target. <P>SOLUTION: This system has: a database registered with advertisement management information for managing the generation information in the respective work processes classified into the issuing contract, material design, material allocation, material creation, material posting and the material removal, in each the posting place of an advertisement, in each posting period of the advertisement and in each the work process, and material management information for executing management in each the material of the posted advertisement and in each the work process; a generation information registration means inputting the generation information generated in the work processes from an information terminal device, and registering the generation information into the respective corresponding advertisement management information and material management information; and a process progress state retrieval means displaying the corresponding advertisement management information and material management information on the information terminal device on the basis of retrieval conditions from the information terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、駐車場、鉄道構内、プラットホーム等の公衆利用場所を掲示対象とした、広告事業に関する管理業務の支援システムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
企業等の広告が様々な公衆利用場所に掲示されており、広告主もその広告の目的毎に掲示する場所を選択して出稿しているのが通常であるが、広告主にとって、希望する掲示場所が空いていない場合は、その代替掲示場所の調査手段が望まれている。

又、広告主からの出稿契約申込からその広告素材の撤去迄を事業内容とする事業者側にとっては、各作業工程に於ける広告管理は基幹業務であり、その管理の切り口についても、広告主、広告掲示場所、広告素材、広告スケジュール等の多次元レベルの管理が求められている。

しかしながら、広告管理システムの事例として、例えば、特開２００２−２３０４０５号に開示されている「広告管理方法、それに用いられる広告媒体、及び広告管理装置」は、広告媒体の種類に応じた補充情報により、その広告効果を高めることを目的とするものであり、前述の広告目的毎にその掲示場所を調査する手段や、広告主と事業者側の広告管理を支援する為の、広告出稿契約から広告素材の撤去迄の各作業工程で発生する情報を多次元レベルで管理する手段は記載されていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
以上のような問題を解決するために本発明では、公衆利用場所を掲示対象とした広告について、広告ターゲットに基づいた掲示場所の情報提供と、広告出稿契約から広告素材の撤去迄の各作業工程で発生した情報を、広告主、広告掲示場所、広告素材、広告スケジュール等の多次元レベルで管理する支援システムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、請求項１に記載の発明は、公衆利用場所を掲示対象とした広告事業に関する管理業務の支援システムであって、
前記広告を掲示する広告主に属する情報入力と情報検索とを行う為の情報端末装置と、前記情報端末装置が通信ネットワークを介して接続される前記支援システムのシステム運営機関が備える広告管理装置とを少なくとも備え、
前記広告管理装置が、前記公衆利用場所に於ける前記広告の掲示場所毎に、その主たる利用者層と利用者数／日とを含む掲示場所情報と、前記広告の掲示場所毎、及び前記広告の掲示期間毎に、前記広告の掲示に関する前記広告主との出稿契約情報を管理する為の広告管理情報を少なくとも登録したデータベースと、
前記情報端末装置からの前記利用者層と前記利用人数／日とを含む検索条件に基づいて、前記広告管理情報を検索して前記出稿契約情報が登録されていない前記広告管理情報をその情報端末装置に表示する未契約掲示枠検索手段を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする。

この請求項１に記載の発明により、広告事業の管理者は、広告主からの出稿契約が行われていない広告掲示場所やその期間の問い合わせに対して、即時に対応することができると共に、希望する広告掲示場所が既に他の広告主により出稿契約済みの場合は、その代替掲示場所として、その広告主がターゲットとする利用者層が利用する他の掲示場所の空き状況を検索して出稿契約を行うことができる。

請求項２に記載の発明は、前記広告管理情報が、前記掲示場所毎と前記掲示期間毎に加えて、前記出稿契約と素材デザインと素材引当と素材製作と素材掲示と素材撤去とに少なくとも分類される作業工程毎に前記出稿契約情報を含む発生情報を管理し、
前記データベースが、掲示する前記広告の素材毎、及び所定の前記作業工程毎に、前記広告主に属する所定の前記発生情報を管理する為の素材管理情報を更に含み、
前記広告管理装置が、前記情報端末装置より前記作業工程で発生した前記発生情報を入力して、それぞれ該当する前記広告管理情報と前記素材管理情報とに登録する発生情報登録手段と、
前記情報端末装置からの検索条件に基づいて、該当する前記広告管理情報と前記素材管理情報とをその情報端末装置に表示する工程進捗状況検索手段とを更に備えることを特徴とする。

この請求項２に記載の発明により、広告事業の管理者は、発生情報を広告の掲示場所毎、広告の掲示期間毎又は掲示する広告の素材毎、及び作業工程毎に管理することによって、多面的な管理を行うことができる。

請求項３に記載の発明は、前記発生情報登録手段が、前記未契約掲示枠検索手段により前記出稿契約情報が登録されていない前記広告管理情報を前記情報端末装置に表示し、その中から選択した前記広告管理情報に対して前記出稿契約情報を入力してその広告管理情報に登録する出稿契約情報登録手段と、
前記情報端末装置より前記素材デザインの作業工程で発生した素材デザイン情報を入力して前記素材管理情報に登録する素材デザイン情報登録手段と、
前記情報端末装置からの検索条件に基づいて、該当する前記出稿契約情報が登録されている前記広告管理情報と前記素材デザイン情報とをその情報端末装置に表示し、その中からそれぞれ選択した前記広告管理情報と前記素材デザイン情報とを引き当てて、これを前記素材引当の作業工程で発生した素材引当情報としてその広告管理情報に登録する素材引当情報登録手段と、
前記情報端末装置からの検索条件に基づいて、該当する前記素材デザイン情報が登録されている前記素材管理情報をその情報端末装置に表示し、その中から選択した前記素材管理情報に対して前記素材製作の作業工程で発生した素材製作情報を入力してその素材管理情報に登録する素材製作情報登録手段と、
前記情報端末装置からの検索条件に基づいて、該当する前記素材引当情報が登録されている前記広告管理情報と前記素材製作情報が登録されている前記素材管理情報とをその情報端末装置に表示し、その中から前記広告管理情報を選択して、これを前記素材掲示の作業工程で発生した素材掲示情報としてその広告管理情報に登録する素材掲示情報登録手段と、
前記情報端末装置からの検索条件に基づいて、該当する前記素材掲示情報が登録されている前記広告管理情報と前記素材製作情報が登録されている前記素材管理情報とをその情報端末装置に表示し、その中から前記広告管理情報を選択して、これを前記素材撤去の作業工程で発生した素材撤去情報としてその広告管理情報に登録する素材撤去情報登録手段とを含むことを特徴とする。

この請求項３に記載の発明により、広告事業の管理者は、各作業工程に於ける発生情報の登録作業は、登録作業に必要な情報検索と検索した情報の中からの選択を行うことにより、その情報入力量を削減することができる。

前記工程進捗状況検索手段での前記検索条件が、前記掲示場所とその掲示年月日を含み、前記情報端末装置に表示する前記広告管理情報と前記素材管理情報とは、前記作業工程毎の前記作業工程状態を含み、要すれば更に前記完了予定年月日と前記完了実績年月日とを含むことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を図に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図１は本発明の公衆利用場所に於ける広告管理支援システム１００のシステム構成を示す模式図である。

図１に示すように、公衆利用場所に於ける広告管理支援システム１００は、広告を掲示する広告主に属する情報入力と情報検索とを行う為のパソコン等の情報端末装置１がインターネット２を介して接続されるこの支援システムのシステム運営機関が備える広告管理装置１０とから構成される。

広告管理装置１０は、広告管理支援業務を遂行する為に必要な情報を登録するデータベース２０と、情報端末装置１からの要求を受信して、データベース２０の検索結果を、インターネット１を介して送信するＷｅｂサーバー１１と、データベース２０を管理するデータベースサーバー１２と、広告管理支援業務の業務処理を行うアプリケーションサーバー１３とから構成される。

データベース２０は、掲示場所テーブル２１、広告管理テーブル２２、広告主テーブル２３、出稿契約テーブル２４、素材管理テーブル２５を備える。

掲示場所テーブル２１は、広告を掲示する掲示場所毎に、利用者の属性を管理する為の掲示場所情報を記録するものである。
掲示場所情報には、利用者層と利用者数／日とからなる検索キー部と、データ部に属する掲示場所、登録年月日等の情報を格納する。
利用者層には、主婦、家族連れ、サラリーマン、ＯＬ、学生等が設定される。

広告管理テーブル２２は、広告の掲示に関する作業工程毎の発生情報について、広告の掲示場所毎、広告の掲示期間毎、及び作業工程毎に、広告主に属する発生情報を管理する為の広告管理情報を記録するものである。
広告管理情報には、掲示場所と掲示年月日とからなる検索キー部と、契約番号と掲示場所と掲示年月日とからなる検索キー部と、データ部に属する広告主コード、素材コード、出稿契約フラグ、出稿契約完了予定年月日、出稿契約完了実績年月日、素材引当フラグ、素材引当完了予定年月日、素材引当完了実績年月日等の情報を格納する。
各作業工程状態である各フラグには、初期値として「０」が設定され、「０」はその作業工程が未完である状態を示し、その作業工程の完了時に「１」が設定される。

広告主テーブル２３は、広告を掲示する広告主の登録情報を記録するものである。
広告主登録情報には、検索キー部である広告主コードと、検索キー部である事業所名と、データ部に属する代表者名、住所、電話番号、登録年月日等の情報を格納する。

出稿契約テーブル２４は、広告主の出稿契約情報を記録するものである。
出稿契約情報には、広告主コードと契約番号と掲示場所とからなる検索キー部と、データ部に属する掲示期間、登録年月日等の情報を格納する。

素材管理テーブル２５は、掲示する広告の素材毎、及び作業工程毎に、広告主に属する発生情報を管理する為の素材管理情報を記録するものである。
素材管理情報には、契約番号と素材コードとからなる検索キー部と、検索キーである広告主コードと、データ部に属する広告内容、広告画像、素材サイズ、素材デザインフラグ、素材デザイン完了予定年月日、素材製作フラグ、素材製作完了予定年月日、素材製作完了実績年月日、素材掲示フラグ、素材掲示完了予定年月日、素材掲示完了実績年月日、素材撤去フラグ、素材撤去完了予定年月日、素材撤去完了実績年月日等の情報を格納する。
各作業工程状態である各フラグには、初期値として「０」が設定され、「０」はその作業工程が未完である状態を示し、その作業工程の完了時に「１」が設定される。

次に、広告管理装置１０の処理手段群３０が、情報端末装置１の要求信号に応答して、データベース２０の検索更新を行う処理手順について詳細に説明する。図２は、本発明の広告管理装置１０の処理手段群３０に於ける処理の流れ図であり、これらの処理手段群は、以下の８手段から構成される。

まず、情報端末装置１からのユーザーＩＤとパスワードの入力を受け付けてユーザー認証を行い、使用権があればメニュー選択画面をその情報端末装置１に送信する。

未契約掲示枠検索手段３１は、情報端末装置１からの利用者層と利用人数／日とを含む検索条件に基づいて、広告管理情報を検索して出稿契約の作業工程で発生した出稿契約情報が登録されていない広告管理情報をその情報端末装置１に表示する。

以下に、未契約掲示枠検索手段３１の処理手順を詳細に説明する。
（１）情報端末装置１からの未契約掲示枠検索要求信号に応答して、利用者層の種類が編集されている未契約掲示枠検索・利用者層選択、利用者数入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（２）情報端末装置１からの利用者層の選択と利用者数の入力を受け付けて、選択した利用者層と入力した利用者数より、掲示場所テーブル２１を検索して入力した利用者数よりも多い利用者数の掲示場所情報を取得する。
（３）選択した利用者層と取得した掲示場所情報一覧とが編集されている未契約掲示枠検索・掲示場所選択画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（４）情報端末装置１からの掲示場所情報の選択を受け付けて、未契約掲示枠検索・掲示開始年月日入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（５）情報端末装置１からの掲示開始年月日の入力を受け付けて、選択した掲示場所情報に設定されている掲示場所と掲示開始年月日より、広告管理テーブル２２を検索して出稿契約フラグに「０」が設定されている広告管理情報を対象に取得する。
（６）取得した広告管理情報より、縦軸に掲示場所、横軸に掲示年月日を構成したマトリックス一覧が編集されている未契約掲示枠検索画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。

出稿契約情報登録手段３２は、未契約掲示枠検索手段３１により出稿契約情報が登録されていない広告管理情報を情報端末装置１に表示し、その中から選択した広告管理情報に対して出稿契約情報を入力してその広告管理情報に登録する。

以下に、出稿契約情報登録手段３２の処理手順を詳細に説明する。
（１）情報端末装置１からの出稿契約情報登録要求信号に応答して、利用者層の種類が編集されている出稿契約情報登録・利用者層選択、利用者数入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（２）情報端末装置１からの利用者層の選択と利用者数の入力を受け付けて、選択した利用者層と入力した利用者数より、掲示場所テーブル２１を検索して入力した利用者数よりも多い利用者数の掲示場所情報を取得する。
（３）選択した利用者層と取得した掲示場所情報一覧とが編集されている出稿契約情報登録・掲示場所選択画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（４）情報端末装置１からの掲示場所情報の選択を受け付けて、出稿契約情報登録・広告主、掲示開始年月日入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（５）情報端末装置１からの広告主と掲示開始年月日の入力を受け付けて、選択した掲示場所情報に設定されている掲示場所と掲示開始年月日より、広告管理テーブル２２を検索して出稿契約フラグに「０」が設定されている広告管理情報を対象に取得する。
（６）取得した広告管理情報より、縦軸に掲示場所、横軸に掲示年月日を構成したマトリックス一覧が編集されている出稿契約情報登録・掲示場所、掲示期間指定画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（７）情報端末装置１からの掲示場所と掲示期間の指定を受け付けて、指定した掲示場所と掲示期間が編集されている出稿契約情報登録確認画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（８）情報端末装置１からの確認ＯＫの選択を受け付けて、（５）の処理で入力した広告主より、広告主テーブル２３を検索して該当する広告主登録情報を取得し、取得した広告主登録情報に設定されている広告主コードと、（４）の処理で選択した掲示場所と、（５）の処理で入力した掲示期間より、契約番号を設定した出稿契約情報を作成して出稿契約テーブル２４に登録する。
（９）（４）の処理で選択した掲示場所と、（５）の処理で入力した掲示期間より、広告管理テーブル２２を検索して該当する広告管理情報を取得し、取得した広告管理情報に契約番号と出稿契約フラグに「１」を設定して広告管理テーブル２２を更新する。

素材デザイン情報登録手段３３は、情報端末装置１より素材デザインの作業工程で発生した素材デザイン情報を入力して素材管理情報に登録する。

以下に、素材デザイン情報登録手段３３の処理手順を詳細に説明する。
（１）情報端末装置１からの素材デザイン情報登録要求信号に応答して、素材デザイン情報登録・契約番号入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（２）情報端末装置１からの契約番号の入力を受け付けて、入力した契約番号より、広告管理テーブル２２を検索して出稿契約フラグに「１」が設定されている広告管理情報を対象に取得する。
（３）取得した広告管理情報に設定されている広告主コードより、広告主テーブル２３を検索して該当する広告主登録情報を取得する。
（４）取得した広告管理情報より、縦軸に掲示場所、横軸に掲示年月日を構成したマトリックス一覧と取得した広告主登録情報とが編集されている素材デザイン情報登録・素材管理情報入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（５）情報端末装置１からの素材管理情報の入力を受け付けて、入力した素材管理情報が編集されている素材デザイン情報登録確認画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（６）情報端末装置１からの確認ＯＫの選択を受け付けて、入力した素材管理情報に「１」を設定した素材デザインフラグと、それぞれ「０」を設定した素材製作フラグ、素材掲示フラグ、素材撤去フラグを付加して素材管理テーブル２５に登録する。

素材引当情報登録手段３４は、情報端末装置１からの検索条件に基づいて、該当する出稿契約情報が登録されている広告管理情報と素材デザイン情報とをその情報端末装置１に表示し、その中からそれぞれ選択した広告管理情報と素材デザイン情報とを引き当てて、これを素材引当の作業工程で発生した素材引当情報としてその広告管理情報に登録する。

（１）情報端末装置１からの素材引当情報登録要求信号に応答して、素材引当情報登録・契約番号入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（２）情報端末装置１からの契約番号の入力を受け付けて、入力した契約番号より、広告管理テーブル２２と素材管理テーブル２５とを検索して出稿契約フラグに「１」と素材引当フラグに「０」が設定されている広告管理情報と、素材デザインフラグに「１」と素材製作フラグに「０」が設定されている素材管理情報とを対象に取得する。
（３）取得した広告管理情報に設定されている広告主コードより、広告主テーブル２３を検索して該当する広告主登録情報を取得する。
（４）取得した広告管理情報より、縦軸に掲示場所、横軸に掲示年月日を構成したマトリックス一覧と、取得した素材管理情報と広告主登録情報とが編集されている素材引当情報登録画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（５）情報端末装置１からの掲示場所と掲示年月日に該当する広告管理情報と、その広告管理情報に引き当てる素材管理情報の指定を受け付けて、指定した広告管理情報と素材管理情報とが編集されている素材引当情報登録確認画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（６）情報端末装置１からの確認ＯＫの選択を受け付けて、指定した広告管理情報の素材引当フラグに「１」と、指定した素材管理情報の素材コードとを設定して広告管理テーブル２２を更新する。

素材製作情報登録手段３５は、情報端末装置１からの検索条件に基づいて、該当する素材デザイン情報が登録されている素材管理情報をその情報端末装置１に表示し、その中から選択した素材管理情報に対して素材製作の作業工程で発生した素材製作情報を入力してその素材管理情報に登録する。

（１）情報端末装置１からの素材製作情報登録要求信号に応答して、素材製作情報登録・広告主入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（２）情報端末装置１からの広告主の入力を受け付けて、入力した広告主より、広告主テーブル２３とを検索して該当する広告主登録情報を取得する。
（３）取得した広告主登録情報に設定されている広告主コードより、素材管理テーブル２５を検索して素材デザインフラグに「１」と素材製作フラグに「０」が設定されている素材管理情報を対象に取得する。
（４）取得した広告主登録情報と素材管理情報一覧とが編集されている素材製作情報登録・素材管理情報選択画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（５）情報端末装置１からの素材管理情報の選択を受け付けて、選択した素材管理情報が編集されている素材製作情報登録確認画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（６）情報端末装置１からの確認ＯＫの選択を受け付けて、選択した素材管理情報の素材製作フラグに「１」を設定して素材管理テーブル２５を更新する。

素材掲示情報登録手段３６は、情報端末装置１からの検索条件に基づいて、該当する素材引当情報が登録されている広告管理情報と素材製作情報が登録されている素材管理情報とをその情報端末装置１に表示し、その中から広告管理情報を選択して、これを素材掲示の作業工程で発生した素材掲示情報としてその広告管理情報に登録する。

（１）情報端末装置１からの素材掲示情報登録要求信号に応答して、素材掲示情報登録・広告主入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（２）情報端末装置１からの広告主の入力を受け付けて、入力した広告主より、広告主テーブル２３とを検索して該当する広告主登録情報を取得する。
（３）取得した広告主登録情報に設定されている広告主コードより、素材管理テーブル２５を検索して素材製作フラグに「１」と素材掲示フラグに「０」が設定されている素材管理情報を対象に取得する。
（４）取得した広告主登録情報と素材管理情報一覧とが編集されている素材掲示情報登録・素材管理情報選択画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（５）情報端末装置１からの素材管理情報の選択を受け付けて、選択した素材管理情報が編集されている素材掲示情報登録確認画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（６）情報端末装置１からの確認ＯＫの選択を受け付けて、選択した素材管理情報の素材掲示フラグに「１」を設定して素材管理テーブル２５を更新する。

素材撤去情報登録手段３７は、情報端末装置１からの検索条件に基づいて、該当する素材掲示情報が登録されている広告管理情報と素材製作情報が登録されている素材管理情報とをその情報端末装置１に表示し、その中から広告管理情報を選択して、これを素材撤去の作業工程で発生した素材撤去情報としてその広告管理情報に登録する。

（１）情報端末装置１からの素材撤去情報登録要求信号に応答して、素材撤去情報登録・広告主入力画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（２）情報端末装置１からの広告主の入力を受け付けて、入力した広告主より、広告主テーブル２３とを検索して該当する広告主登録情報を取得する。
（３）取得した広告主登録情報に設定されている広告主コードより、素材管理テーブル２５を検索して素材掲示フラグに「１」と素材撤去フラグに「０」が設定されている素材管理情報を対象に取得する。
（４）取得した広告主登録情報と素材管理情報一覧とが編集されている素材撤去情報登録・素材管理情報選択画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（５）情報端末装置１からの素材管理情報の選択を受け付けて、選択した素材管理情報が編集されている素材撤去情報登録確認画面を要求のあった情報端末装置１に送信する。
（６）情報端末装置１からの確認ＯＫの選択を受け付けて、選択した素材管理情報の素材撤去フラグに「１」を設定して素材管理テーブル２５を更新する。
