本発明は造作材用化粧シートに関し、より詳しくは、古くなって汚れたり、傷付いたドア枠、引き戸枠、窓枠、笠木、巾木、廻り縁等の造作材をリフォームするため、その表面に貼着して使用するに好適な化粧用シートに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、古くなった造作材のリフォームには、図４に示すように厚さが０．１５ｍｍ程度の軟質プラスチック製化粧シートａの裏面の全面に粘着テープｂを接着したものが使われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の造作材リフォーム用化粧シートは、粘着テープｂの保護紙を剥がして造作材ｃの表面に貼着したとき、図５に示すように、薄手の化粧シートａが造作材ｃの表面に傷付いて出来た凹凸ｄに沿って貼り付くので、凹凸ｄがそのまま表れてしまい、造作材ｃの見栄えが悪くなる。
また、粘着面積が大きく、粘着力が強いので、一度くっつくと剥がしにくい。そのため、仮押さえが出来ないので、皺にならないように貼り難い。
本発明はかかる問題点に鑑み、造作材表面に出来た凹凸が表れるのを防止でき、かつ仮押さえが可能で、貼り直しが容易な造作材用化粧シートを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る造作材用化粧シートは上記目的を達成するため、軟質プラスチック製化粧シート本体の裏面に、多数の平行溝を形成した硬質プラスチック製裏打ちシートを接着し、該裏打ちシートの外面に粘着材を塗布したことを特徴とする。
そして、好ましくは前記平行溝を断面略Ｖ字形に形成する。

【発明の作用・効果】
本発明に係る造作材用化粧シートは、軟質プラスチック製化粧シート本体の裏面に硬質プラスチック製裏打ちシートを接着したので、造作材表面に凹凸があっても化粧シート本体が凹凸に沿って貼り付くことはなく、化粧シートの表面にその凹凸が表れない。
裏打ちシートに多数の平行溝を形成したので、硬質プラスチックにも拘わらず、平行溝に沿って湾曲させることができる。そのため、造作材の曲面にも貼着できる。
粘着材を裏打ちシートの表面全面に塗布するのではなくて、外面だけに塗布したので、粘着面積が少なく、そのため仮押さえや貼り直しが可能であり、貼着時、化粧シートの表面に皺が生じるのを防止できる。
平行溝を断面Ｖ字形にすることで、化粧シートを造作材表面に沿って滑らかに湾曲させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明を図面に基づき説明する。図１は本発明の一実施形態に係る造作材用化粧シートの断面図、図２は同シートの保護紙を省いた裏面の斜視図である。当該化粧シート１０は軟質プラスチック製の化粧シート本体１１と、その裏面に接着した硬質プラスチック製の裏打ちシート１２、裏打ちシートの外面に貼着した保護紙１３を備えている。

本実施形態に係る化粧シート１０では、化粧シート本体１１の材質に厚さ０．１５ｍｍのオレフィンシートを用いている。また、裏打ちシート１２の材質にＡＢＳ樹脂を用いている。

裏打ちシート１２には断面形状が略Ｖ字形で深さが０．３〜０．５ｍｍの多数の平行溝１２ａが成形されている。また、裏打ちシート１２の外面、すなわち平行溝１２ａの内部を除く表面にはアクリル系粘着材１４が塗布され、粘着材１４層に保護紙１３を貼り付けている。

本実施形態に係る造作材用化粧シート１０の構造は以上の通りであって、図３に示すように、造作材２０をリフォームするには、保護紙１３を剥がし、造作材２０の一面２０ａに貼り付ける。その際、化粧シート１０を皺にならないように面２０ａに仮押さえした後、強く押し付ける。仮押さえのとき皺が生じたら剥がして貼り直す。次ぎに、化粧用シート１０を折り曲げて造作材２０の隣接する面２０ｂに貼り付ける。

本実施形態に係る造作材用化粧シート１０は、薄手の軟質プラスチック製化粧シート本体１１の裏面に化粧シート本体１１に比べて厚手の硬質プラスチック製裏打ちシート１２を接着したので、造作材２０の表面に凹凸２０ｃがあっても化粧シート本体１１が凹凸２０ｃに沿って貼り付くことはなく、従って、化粧シート１０の表面にその凹凸２０ｃが表れることはない。また、裏打ちシート１２に断面略Ｖ字形の平行溝１２ａを多数形成したので、硬質プラスチックにも拘わらず、平行溝１２ａに沿って滑らかに湾曲させることができる。そのため、造作材２０の直角を成す２面２０ａ，２０ｂにも一枚の化粧シートを皺が生じることなく貼着できる。さらに、粘着材１４を裏打ちシート１２の表面全面に塗布するのではなくて、外面だけに塗布したので、粘着面積が少なく、そのため化粧シート１０の仮押さえや貼り直しが可能であり、貼着時、化粧シート１０の表面に皺が生じるのを未然に防止できる。
