Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet for a working material, and more particularly, to remodel a working material such as an old and dirty or damaged door frame, a sliding door frame, a window frame, a casket, a baseboard, a surrounding edge, etc. The present invention relates to a cosmetic sheet suitable for sticking to a sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a renovation of an old working material, as shown in FIG. 4, a soft plastic decorative sheet a having a thickness of about 0.15 mm with an adhesive tape b adhered to the entire back surface thereof is used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As shown in FIG. 5, when the conventional decorative sheet for remodeling of a construction material is peeled off the protective paper of the adhesive tape b and adhered to the surface of the construction material c, as shown in FIG. Since it adheres along the irregularities d that have been formed, the irregularities d appear as they are, and the appearance of the work material c deteriorates.
In addition, since the adhesive area is large and the adhesive strength is strong, it is difficult to peel off once attached. For this reason, temporary holding is not possible, and it is difficult to apply without wrinkles.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet for a working material that can prevent irregularities formed on the surface of the working material from appearing, can be temporarily pressed, and can be easily re-attached.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the decorative sheet for construction materials according to the present invention adheres a hard plastic backing sheet formed with a number of parallel grooves to the back surface of a soft plastic decorative sheet body, and adheres to the outer surface of the backing sheet. The material is applied.
Preferably, the parallel groove has a substantially V-shaped cross section.
[0005]
[Action and Effect of the Invention]
Since the decorative sheet for construction materials according to the present invention has a hard plastic backing sheet adhered to the back surface of the soft plastic decorative sheet body, the decorative sheet body can be stuck along the irregularities even if the surface of the construction material has irregularities. No irregularities appear on the surface of the decorative sheet.
Since a large number of parallel grooves are formed in the backing sheet, it is possible to bend along the parallel grooves in spite of hard plastic. Therefore, it can be stuck on the curved surface of the construction material.
The adhesive material was applied only on the outer surface, not on the entire surface of the backing sheet. Therefore, the adhesive area was small, so it was possible to temporarily hold down and re-apply it. Can be prevented.
By forming the parallel grooves in a V-shaped cross section, the decorative sheet can be smoothly curved along the surface of the work material.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a decorative sheet for working material according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the back surface of the same sheet without protective paper. The decorative sheet 10 includes a soft plastic decorative sheet main body 11, a hard plastic backing sheet 12 adhered to the back surface thereof, and a protective paper 13 adhered to the outer surface of the backing sheet.
[0007]
In the decorative sheet 10 according to the present embodiment, an olefin sheet having a thickness of 0.15 mm is used as a material of the decorative sheet main body 11. The backing sheet 12 is made of ABS resin.
[0008]
The backing sheet 12 is formed with a number of parallel grooves 12a having a substantially V-shaped cross section and a depth of 0.3 to 0.5 mm. An acrylic adhesive 14 is applied to the outer surface of the backing sheet 12, that is, the surface excluding the inside of the parallel groove 12a, and the protective paper 13 is attached to the adhesive 14 layer.
[0009]
The structure of the decorative sheet for work material 10 according to the present embodiment is as described above. As shown in FIG. 3, in order to reform the work material 20, the protective paper 13 is peeled off, and the surface 20 a of the work material 20 is removed. paste. At this time, the decorative sheet 10 is temporarily pressed against the surface 20a so as not to be wrinkled, and then strongly pressed. If wrinkles occur during temporary holding, peel off and reapply. Next, the decorative sheet 10 is bent and attached to the adjacent surface 20b of the work material 20.
[0010]
In the decorative material sheet 10 according to the present embodiment, the hard plastic backing sheet 12 which is thicker than the decorative sheet main body 11 is adhered to the back surface of the thin soft plastic decorative sheet main body 11, so that the surface of the decorative material 20 is Even if there is unevenness 20c, the decorative sheet main body 11 does not stick along the unevenness 20c, so that the unevenness 20c does not appear on the surface of the decorative sheet 10. Further, since the backing sheet 12 is formed with a large number of parallel grooves 12a having a substantially V-shaped cross section, it can be smoothly curved along the parallel grooves 12a irrespective of hard plastic. Therefore, a single decorative sheet can be stuck on the two surfaces 20a and 20b of the workpiece 20 at right angles without wrinkles. Furthermore, since the adhesive material 14 is applied not on the entire surface of the backing sheet 12 but only on the outer surface, the adhesive area is small, so that the decorative sheet 10 can be temporarily pressed and re-attached. In addition, it is possible to prevent wrinkles from being generated on the surface of the decorative sheet 10.
