TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a reinforced perlite concrete block at the bottom of a double-shell low-temperature tank for storing low-temperature liquefied gas.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The double-shell low-temperature tank is composed of an inner tank for storing low-temperature liquefied gas and an outer tank as a cooling material support. The inner tub and the outer tub are independent of each other, and a cool insulating space is provided between the inner tub and the outer tub, and a cool insulating layer is formed in the space. A large number of perlite concrete blocks are arranged in a ring shape just below the outer periphery of the bottom of the inner tank, supporting the inner tank and maintaining a cooling function.
[0003]
FIG. 8 is a side view of a conventional reinforced perlite concrete block at the bottom of a double-shell low-temperature tank. In the figure, a is a double-shell low-temperature tank, b is an inner tank, and c is the bottom of the inner tank b. d is a reinforced perlite concrete block, which is arranged in a ring shape directly below the inner tank bottom c. e is a reinforcing bar buried inside the block d.
[0004]
Normally, in reinforced concrete, the tensile load is shared by the reinforcing bars, and the compressive load is shared by the concrete. The above-mentioned reinforced perlite concrete block (hereinafter, simply referred to as “block”) d also has a three-dimensionally structured reinforcing bar e like a jungle gym embedded therein. The block d is constructed in a factory or a yard near the tank construction site, and then carried into the tank construction site, and is arranged in a ring shape below the inner tank bottom c. In block d, a formwork is assembled, a three-dimensional structural reinforcing steel is put in the formwork, concrete in which pearlite and lightweight aggregate are kneaded with water is poured, and the concrete is cultivated to some extent. The frame is removed, and it is naturally dried for about 2 to 3 weeks to construct. The size of the block d depends on the size of the entire tank, but is generally about 2 m in length, 1 m in width, and about 50 cm in height. The size of the block d is gradually increased within a movable range as one means for shortening the tank construction period.
[0005]
The block d has a cooling function, but the heat conductivity greatly changes depending on whether or not the block d contains moisture, and the cooling function is reduced when the block d contains moisture. There is a demand for enhancing the cool function by reducing the thermal conductivity.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the block is constructed by kneading perlite and lightweight aggregate with water, as the block becomes larger, it is difficult for moisture inside the block to escape, and it is necessary to lengthen the drying period. It takes a long time.
[0007]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned problems of the related art, and provides a double-shell low-temperature tank bottom reinforced perlite concrete block that shortens the drying period of the block and shortens the construction period of the entire tank. The purpose is to:
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a reinforced perlite concrete block at the bottom of a double-shell low-temperature tank according to the present invention includes a reinforcing bar pearlite supporting an inner tank bottom of a double-shell low-temperature tank having a cooling space between an inner tank and an outer tank. In a concrete block, a plurality of pipes having a large number of holes are arranged in a horizontal direction at a required interval inside the block, and the pipes are embedded so that both ends of each pipe are open to the outer surface of the block. is there.
[0009]
The plurality of pipes may be buried vertically in a staggered manner at a required interval inside the block.
[0010]
Further, a fine mesh cylinder may be externally fitted to the pipe.
[0011]
Next, the operation of the present invention will be described. Inside a reinforced perlite concrete block that supports the inner tank bottom of a double-shell low-temperature tank that has a cool space between the inner tank and the outer tank, a plurality of pipes with a large number of holes are inserted horizontally at required intervals. Since the pipes are arranged and embedded so that both ends of the pipe open to the outer surface of the block, the inside of the block can be efficiently dried by air flowing through the pipe having both ends opened to the outer surface of the block. Drying is further promoted by sending warm air as needed. Therefore, it is possible to shorten the block drying time and shorten the construction period of the entire tank. In addition, the pipe serves as a structural material together with the reinforcing bar to reinforce the block.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view of a double-shell cold tank using a reinforced perlite concrete block at the bottom of the double-shell cold tank of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a part a of FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the block, and FIG. 4 is a front view of the block. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the pipe. 1 to 5, reference numeral 1 denotes a double-shell low-temperature tank. Reference numeral 2 denotes an inner tank of the double-shell low-temperature tank 1, and reference numeral 3 denotes an outer tank. Reference numeral 4 denotes a cool space between the inner tub 2 and the outer tub 3, wherein a glass wool layer 10 a is formed on the side plate side of the inner tub 2, and pearlite particles (cooling member) 10 Is filled. The outer tub 3 is formed of concrete. Reference numeral 5 denotes a bottom (bottom plate) of the inner tank 2. As shown in FIG. 1, 6 is an inner tank roof, 7 is an outer tank roof, and 8 is a connecting member (hanger) connecting the inner tank roof 6 and the outer tank roof 7. Reference numeral 9 denotes a reinforced concrete block arranged in a ring shape below the bottom plate 5. A large number of reinforced perlite concrete blocks 11 to be described later are arranged in a ring shape on the height adjusting concrete 18 cast on the base portion 17 of the double-shell low-temperature tank 1 and near the outer periphery of the bottom plate 5. . Then, the reinforced concrete block 9 is arranged on the block 11. Reference numeral 16 denotes a low-temperature liquefied gas stored in the inner tank 2. Reference numeral 19 denotes concrete cast on the outer peripheral portion of the block 11 on the base portion 17.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the block 11 is made of concrete 13 in which perlite and lightweight aggregate are kneaded with water, and has a reinforcing bar 12 formed inside in a three-dimensional structure like a jungle gym. In addition, a plurality of pipes 14 having both ends open to the outer surface of the block 11 and having a large number of holes 14a on the peripheral surface are buried side by side at a required interval as shown in FIG. The hole 14a may have a size such that the slurry-like pearlite concrete does not flow in when the concrete 13 is poured.
[0014]
FIG. 6 is a front view of the pipe according to the second aspect. In the figure, a plurality of pipes 14 are buried vertically and staggered at a required interval. 14a is a large number of holes.
[0015]
FIG. 7 is a front view of the pipe according to the third aspect. In the figure, a pipe 14 is fitted with a cylindrical body 15 of a fine mesh such as a wire mesh. When casting the concrete 13, the cylindrical body 15 can prevent the concrete from flowing into the pipe 14 even when the hole 14 a of the pipe 14 is somewhat large.
[0016]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described. A plurality of pipes 14 having a large number of holes 14a are provided inside a reinforced pearlite concrete block 11 that supports an inner tank bottom 5 of a double-shell low-temperature tank 1 having a cool space 4 between an inner tank 2 and an outer tank 3. Since the pipes 14 are laid in the horizontal direction at a required interval and both ends of each pipe 14 are embedded so as to open to the outer surface of the block 11, The inside of the block 11 can be efficiently dried. Drying is further promoted by sending warm air as needed. Therefore, while shortening the drying of the block 11, it is possible to shorten the construction period of the entire tank 1. The pipe 14 serves as a structural material together with the reinforcing bar 12 and serves to reinforce the block 11.
[0017]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the invention. For example, an example in which a plurality of pipes are buried in a block has been described. Is also good.
[0018]
