Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fireproof or smokeproof shutter technology, and more particularly, to a sheet-type shutter in which a shutter sheet moves up and down along a pair of opposed guide rails provided on left and right side wall ends of an entrance or a passage, The present invention relates to a structure of a fireproof or smokeproof shutter provided with a hollow door through which a wheelchair can pass.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Left and right guide rails as evacuation means after closing a shutter of a sheet type fire protection or smoke prevention shutter in which a shutter sheet rises and lowers along a pair of opposed guide rails provided on left and right wall ends of an entrance or a passage. The present applicant is applying for a smoke-blocking shutter of a type in which a hinge is provided near the upper end and the lower end is pushed forward to jump up in the direction of the evacuation route (see Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-128263). This smoke-blocking shutter is a system in which almost the entirety of a shielding portion, such as a left and right guide rail and a weight member at the lower end of a shutter seat, is jumped up to a height at which a person can pass through, and is supported by a hand to pass. The operation of this smoke-blocking shutter is slightly difficult when the weight is heavy, and the cost of the interlocking operation mechanism is increased because the holding mechanism and the latch mechanism as wind pressure measures are provided on the left and right guide rails respectively. Can be a problem. However, these can be solved by the materials used and the effects of mass production. Also different from this, a vertical slit was provided at the center of the screen for fire prevention compartment, the screens of this slit were overlapped with each other, a weight bar was provided at the lower end, and a permanent magnet was provided at the end of the weight bar facing the slit. There is also a screen for a fire protection compartment in a form (for example, see Patent Document 1). In the latter example of the screen for a fire prevention compartment, there is no description of a specific measure for the sealing method of the slit portion, and when the wind pressure is applied, the slit portion is bent and the slit portion is bent, and the gap between the slit portion and the floor surface or the slit portion is formed. Therefore, it is difficult to prevent a large amount of gas or smoke from leaking to the evacuation route side through the gap.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fireproof or smokeproof shutter provided with a function of automatically closing after the escape door is provided. Another object of the present invention is to provide a simple and inexpensive mechanism for holding the hollow door so that it does not open easily when it receives wind pressure.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a fireproof or smokeproof shutter provided with a trap door according to the present invention comprises a pair of opposed guide rails installed substantially vertically on the left and right wall ends of an entrance or a passage, and left and right end edges. A shutter seat having a horizontal weight member mounted at the lower end thereof and supported at both ends so as to be able to ascend and descend along the guide rail, and the lower end thereof is supported so as to be able to ascend and descend along the guide rail, At a point where a straight line obliquely connecting two points, that is, an appropriate point near the upper end of one of the pair of guide rails and an appropriate intermediate point in the width direction of the weight member, intersects the two members at the point where the two members intersect with each other. And when the shutter sheet descends, one of the straight line, the guide rail on the lower side of the straight line, and the weight member on the side supported by the lower guide rail is cut off. As door wicket triangular section, consisting of a, constructed by hinged members each division point of the guide rail and the weight members so that possible forward pivoting about said straight line. In this specification, the term "wall end" refers to the entrance / exit end of the partition wall and also refers to both side walls of the passage, and may be described as "side wall".
[0006]
Apart from the above, one of the pair of left and right guide rails is fixed to the side wall, and the other is short upper and lower rails respectively fixed to the side wall, and the lower end is rotatable forward so that the upper end is at the lower end of the upper rail. The weight member of the shutter sheet, which is constituted by an intermediate rail connected by a hinge member and which moves up and down along the left and right guide rails, comprises an integral weight member body having both ends supported by the two guide rails; A horizontal swinging piece connected at one end by a hinge member so as to be rotatable forward in the width direction intermediate portion of the portion and the other end supported by a guide rail on the side having the intermediate rail, and the shutter sheet is lowered. When the weight member has landed, the weight member main body is set on the lower rail and the swinging piece is supported on the intermediate rail, and the weight member swings with the intermediate rail. And a triangular portion formed in a straight line to the front pivotal wicket door connecting the hinge between the connecting portion of each the both members.

In addition, in a state where the rotation guide rail lower than the hinge member on the guide rail side of the swing door is suspended in a straight line with respect to the upper guide rail, a magnet attraction holding the lower swing guide rail by suction. When the means is provided on the wall of the building, it is possible to hold the door so that it does not easily open even if it receives wind pressure.
[0008]
Alternatively, it is possible to release the lower rotation guide rail by locking and holding the lower rotation guide rail in a state where the lower rotation guide rail is lower than the guide rail side hinge member of the counter door and is suspended in a straight line with the upper guide rail. Providing a suitable latch mechanism to the wall of the building is advantageous in that the door can be securely held even under strong wind pressure.

[0012]
Of the pair of left and right opposing guide rails 10, 11, the right guide rail 10 is vertically divided as a division point 12 at an appropriate point slightly below the ceiling wall 5 and fixed to the side wall 3. And a lower swinging rail piece 14 non-fixedly contacting the side wall 3 and a hinge 15 connecting the two rail pieces 13 and 14 at a dividing point 12. In this case, the swing-side guide rail 10 is configured so that a portion below the hinge 15 can rotate forward. On the other hand, the guide rail 11 on the left side in the figure is a fixed-side guide rail 11 which is almost entirely fixedly supported on the side wall 3. Note that a stopper member 42 is provided behind the swing-side guide rail 10. The stopper member 42 is fixed to the side wall 3 of the passage 2 and is located behind the swing rail piece 14 in a state where the swing rail piece 14 is in a vertical state, that is, the swing rail piece 14 and the fixed rail piece 13 are aligned. A contact portion 43 is provided for contact.
[0013]
On the other hand, the weight member 20 is divided into left and right parts at an appropriate intermediate position in the width direction with a division point 24, and a swing weight piece 25 supported by the right swing side guide rail 10 and a left fixed side. It comprises a fixed weight piece 26 supported by the guide rail 11 and a hinge 27 connecting the two weight pieces 25, 26 at a dividing point 24, and the right swing weight piece 25 rotates forward from the hinge 27. The structure is possible.
[0014]
Each of the hinges 15 and 27 is attached to the front surface of the guide rail 10 and the weight member 20, and the center line of each hinge pin (not shown) has the swing-side guide rail 10 and the weight member 20, respectively. Are attached so as to coincide with a straight line 36 parallel to the surface of the shutter sheet 30 on a virtual plane orthogonal to the shutter sheet 30 sharing the dividing points 12 and 24 of FIG. Thus, a triangular portion surrounded by the lower right side of the straight line 36 of the shutter 1, that is, the straight line 36, the swing rail piece 14, and the swing weight piece 25 is formed as a through door 37, and the through door 37 is hinged with the hinges 15, 27. Are configured to be rotatable forward about a straight line 36 connecting the respective hinge pins.
[0015]
The swing rail piece 14 is sucked and held in the vicinity of the lower floor surface 4 between the side surface behind the swing rail piece 14 of the swing side guide rail 10 and the stopper member 42 facing the side face. In addition to providing the magnet 40, a releasable latch mechanism 45 for restricting the opening of the swing rail piece 14 is provided at a position at an appropriate height from the floor surface 4.
[0016]
Further, on the lower end surface of the weight member 20, a flexible film body having substantially the same width as that between the inner surfaces of the left and right guide rails 10 and 11 is alternately bent at a predetermined width on the front and back sides, and from the front and back sides of the shutter sheet 30. When viewed from the bottom, the lower end seal member 60 having one or more mountain folds 62 and valley folds 63 and formed into an extendable and contractible form is used. The upper end 64 is tightly supported along the lower end of the weight member 20 in the direction facing the front and back, and the lower end 65 is attached so as to be a free end that can extend and contract.
[0017]
Next, a detailed structure of the shutter 1 having the above configuration will be described. First, the pair of left and right guide rails 10 and 11 are formed of columnar members having the same structure in cross section with each other, and are disposed on the left and right side walls 3 and 3 in an opposed posture, respectively. Each of the guide rails 10 and 11 has a substantially U-shaped peripheral wall and a pair of opposed inclined walls 17 and 17 extending in a V-shape from both end edges of the peripheral wall to substantially the center of the peripheral wall. And a column-shaped member having an opening 18 formed in the valleys of the opposed inclined walls 17, 17 over the entire length along the longitudinal direction and having a hollow space 16 inside. .
[0018]
The fixed-side guide rail 11 is fixed to one of the side walls 3 in a vertical posture with the opening 18 facing the inside of the passage 2. On the other hand, the swing-side guide rail 10 is divided into an upper fixed rail piece 13 and a lower swing rail piece 14 by setting an appropriate point slightly below the ceiling wall 5 as a division point 12 and splitting both rail pieces. 13 and 14 are connected by a hinge 15 at a dividing point 12, and an opening 18 is formed in the passage so that the lower end of the swing rail piece 14 of the swing side rail 10 is located close to the floor surface 4. Inwardly, the fixed rail piece 13 is fixed to the other side wall 3 in a vertical posture, so that the swing rail piece can swing forward.
[0019]
The hinge 15 is attached to the guide rail 10 obliquely downward so that a center line of the hinge pin (not shown) is aligned with a hinge pin (not shown) of a hinge 27 attached to a dividing point 24 of the weight member 20 described later. . When the swinging rail piece 14 of the swinging side guide rail 10 rotates forward, the swinging rail piece 14 and the rear end of a swinging weight piece 25 which will be described later and whose end is supported by the swinging rail piece 14. In order not to interfere with the side wall 3 and the floor surface, a slight clearance is secured in the side surface of the swing rail piece 14 facing the side wall 3 and the lower end portion in contact with the floor surface 4. Spacers 14a and 14b made of a conductive material are interposed.
[0020]
Next, the shutter sheet 30 has a sheet body 31 having a width between the spaces 16 and 16 inside the opposed guide rails 10 and 11 and a length reaching from the winding device 50 above the ceiling wall 5 to the floor 4. A total of four strips which are arranged along both edges 32, 32 of the sheet body 31 over its entire length on the front and back sides, and whose outer edges are closely attached to the edges 32 of the sheet body 31 by sewing. It is composed of a member 33. The four band members 33 are formed to have a width slightly smaller than the depth of the space 16 inside the guide rails 10 and 11.
[0021]
In the shutter sheet 30, the left and right end edge sewn portions 34, 34 are inserted into the openings 18, 18, respectively, of the guide rails 10, 11, and the inner ends of the band members 33, 33, ie, the free ends 35, 35. Are opened from the sheet body 31, and the surfaces facing the sheet body 31 are brought into contact with the back surfaces of the opposed inclined walls 17, 17,... Of the guide rails 10, 11, respectively. As a result, the band-shaped members 33, 33 of the respective edge portions 32 of the shutter sheet 30 come into contact with the back surfaces of the opposed inclined walls 17, 17 of the guide rails 10 (, 11), and block the passage of smoke, gas, and the like. The leading end of the opposing inclined wall 17, 17 of the guide rail 10 (, 11) faces the edge sewn portion 34 of the band-shaped member 33, so that the shutter sheet 30 does not fall out of the guide rail 10 (, 11) and the guide rails 10, 11 It is supported so as to be able to move up and down along the internal spaces 16 and 16.
[0022]
The sheet body 31 and the belt-shaped member 33 of the shutter sheet 30 are each formed of a heat-resistant material. For example, it may be formed of a heat-resistant sheet made of a woven cloth or a silica cloth or the like obtained by weaving glass fibers in a dense structure and coated with a heat-resistant resin such as a silicone resin or a fluororesin, or a material similar thereto. Further, as a method of attaching the edge of the band-shaped member 33 to the edge 32 of the sheet body 31, an appropriate method such as sewing, heat welding, combined use of sewing and heat welding, or bonding with a heat-resistant adhesive is used. Attach with When attaching the belt-shaped member 33, the free end 35 is attached to the sheet body 31 so as to have a closing habit so that the guide rails 10 and 11 can make good contact with the opposed inclined walls 17 and 17.
[0023]
Next, both ends of the weight member 20 are inserted into the openings 18, 18 of the guide rails 10, 11, and the ends of the weight member 20 extend in a direction along the inclination of the back surfaces of the opposed inclined walls 17, 17 of the guide rails 10, 11. A pair of bar members 21 and 21 made of strip steel bent in a hook shape, and a pair of angle members 22 made of angle iron whose angle is slightly shorter than the distance between the opposing surfaces of the guide rails 10 and 11 and whose side surfaces are at right angles; 22. The bars 21 and 21 are closely arranged on the front and back of the lower end of the sheet body 31 of the shutter sheet 30, respectively, and one side of the angle members 22 and 22 is brought into contact with the side of the bars 21 and 21, respectively. Is arranged horizontally toward the floor surface 4, the sheet body 31 of the shutter sheet 30 is sandwiched between the bars 21, 21 by a plurality of mounting bolts 23, and this is fastened together with the angle members 22, 22 to be in close contact with the lower end of the shutter sheet 30. Stick. When the free ends 35, 35,... Of the belt-like members 33, 33, sewn to both end edges 32, 32 of the shutter sheet 30 are connected to the hook-like bent portions at both ends of the bars 21, 21, respectively. convenient. By doing so, when the shutter sheet 30 descends, both ends of the weight member 20 are moved so that the belt-shaped member 33 descends while securely contacting the lower surfaces of the opposed inclined walls 17, 17,... Of the guide rails 10, 11. The hook-shaped bent portion of the above acts as a lead.
[0024]
As described above, the weight member 20 is divided into right and left portions at an appropriate position in the left and right width direction (a position closer to the fixed guide rail 11 slightly left than the center of the passage 2 in the drawing) as a dividing point 24. The dividing points 24 are connected by hinges 27. More specifically, the weight member 20 is divided at the division point 24 into a swing weight piece 25 supported by the swing guide rail 10 and a fixed weight piece 26 supported by the fixed guide rail 11. At the same time, a hinge 27 is attached to the dividing point 24 so as to straddle the end of the bar 21 in contact with the front side of the shutter sheet and the left and right fragments, so that the swing-side weight piece 25 can swing forward. Connect with With respect to the angle member 22 on the side to which the hinge 27 is attached, the opposite ends of the dividing point 24 are slightly cut, respectively, so that when the swing-side weight piece 25 rotates forward, Fragments do not interfere with each other.
[0025]
The hinge 27 is inclined obliquely upward such that the center line of the hinge pin (not shown) is aligned with the hinge pin (not shown) of the hinge 15 attached to the dividing point 12 of the swing-side guide rail 10. Attach to bar 22.
[0026]
Next, the lower end seal member 60 is formed of a flexible film made of, for example, the same material as the shutter sheet 30 having substantially the same width as that between the inner side surfaces of the left and right guide rails 10 and 11, and the angle of the weight member 20 is adjusted. An elastic bellows which is alternately bent front and back at the width within the front and rear ends of the member 22 and has at least one mountain fold 62 and valley fold 63 respectively as viewed from the front and back sides of the shutter sheet 30. It is formed by molding into a shape. Then, the lower end seal member 60 is formed by folding the upper end 64 of the shutter sheet 30 between the bars 21 and 21 of the weight member 20 so that the mountain fold 62 and the valley fold 63 face the front and back of the shutter sheet 30. It is attached closely together with the sheet body 31. The method of attaching the lower end seal member 60 is not limited to the above, and may be attached to the lower surface of the angle member 22 of the weight member 20 by an appropriate method such as bonding the upper end 64 to the lower surface of the weight member 20 with an adhesive or a pressing member.
[0027]
Next, the magnet 40 is attached to the front side of the stopper member 42 fixed to the side wall 3 of the passage 2, and the swing rail piece 14 below the hinge 15 of the swing side guide rail 10 is fixed to the upper fixed rail. In a state of being suspended in a straight line with respect to the piece 13, that is, in a state where the swing-side rail piece 14 is in contact with the stopper member 42, the rear side surface of the swing-side rail piece 14 is suction-held. The magnet 40 is mounted near the floor of the stopper member 42, and the swing rail piece 14 is preferably made of a ferromagnetic material such as steel. The swing rail piece 14 is made of a non-magnetic material. In this case, a method of attaching an attracting piece made of a ferromagnetic material or a magnet having the opposite polarity to the magnet at a height corresponding to the attaching position of the magnet 40 may be adopted on the swinging rail piece 14. As for the magnet attracting means, a magnet may be attached to the swing rail piece 14 side, and a ferromagnetic material may be attached to the stopper member 42 side.
[0028]
The stopper member 42 is a member that restricts the swing rail piece 14 from swinging rearward by abutting the rear part of the swing rail piece 14, and has a side end fixed to the side wall 3 of the passage 2. At the same time, a contact portion 43 for contacting and supporting the swing-side rail piece 14 is formed to protrude forward. To the stopper member 42, in addition to attaching the magnet 40, a latch receiving member 47 of a latch mechanism 45 described later is attached.
[0029]
Next, the latch mechanism 45 attaches the operation handle 48 of the latch mechanism 45 to the swing rail piece 14 of the swing side guide rail 10 at an appropriate height from the floor surface, and pushes the latch claw 46 urged downwardly forward. The latch claw 46 is attached to the swing rail piece 14 below the operation handle 48, and the latch claw 46 and the operation handle 48 are connected via the rod 49. On the other hand, the latch claw 46 of the stopper member 42 is located at a position facing the latch claw 46. And a latch receiving member 47 to which the tip of the latch engages. The front end of the latch claw 46 is a vertical surface, and a tapered slope is formed on the rear side surface. On the other hand, the latch receiving member 47 is formed with a slope whose front end surface is inclined downward, and the rear end of the slope is vertically cut downward. When the operating handle 48 is operated, the latch pawl 46 urged downward via the rod 49 can be moved backward and forward.
[0030]
In the latch mechanism 45 having the above configuration, when the operation handle 48 is pressed forward, the latch 49 is pulled up by the rod 49 in conjunction with the operation, and the engagement between the latch claw 46 and the latch receiving member 47 is released. . When the hand is released from the operation handle, the latch claw 46 is moved downward by the urging force. As described above, the latch mechanism 45 is released, the door 37 is opened forward, and after the person has passed, the door 37 automatically closes by its own weight. Then, when the swing rail piece 14 of the door 37 approaches vertical, the slope of the latch claw 46 comes into contact with the slope of the latch receiver 47 and the latch claw 46 is pushed upward, so that the latch claw 46 retreats. At the position where the swing rail piece 14 is vertical, the slope of the latch claw 46 is disengaged from the slope of the latch receiving member 47, and the latch claw 46 advances downward by urging force, and the vertical surface at the front end of the latch claw 46 is latched. The hollow door 37 is locked and held in contact with the above-described vertical cut at the rear end of the slope of the tool 47.
[0031]
Next, the winding device 50 includes a roller 51 installed horizontally above a ceiling opening 54 formed through the ceiling wall 5 between the outer ends of the guide rails 10 and 11, and a driving device that drives the roller 51. 52, and a chain 53 as a speed reduction mechanism for connecting the roller 51 and the driving device 52.
[0032]
The total length of the roller 51 of the winding device 50 is substantially equal to the entire width of the shutter sheet 30 or slightly longer than the distance between the inner ends of the belt-shaped member 33 joined to the edge portions 32 of the shutter sheet 30. shorten. In the former case, since the belt-shaped member 33 of the shutter sheet 30 is wound on both ends of the roller so as to overlap with each other, an interlayer gap is generated in the wound sheet body 31 of the shutter sheet 30 by the thickness of the two belt-shaped members 33. The winding is performed in a form, but since the band-shaped member 33 has an appropriate width, the winding is not disturbed. On the other hand, in the latter case, since the sheet members 31 of the shutter sheet 30 are densely wound so as not to form an interlayer gap, and the belt member 33 is positioned off both ends of the roller 51, the belt member of the shutter sheet 30 The portion 33 is wound in such a manner that the lower layer side is pushed in the axial direction of the roller and the upper layer side is slightly repelled from the lower layer in the direction of pushing up. The winding length of the shutter sheet is almost equal to the height of the passage 2. By the way, this length is usually about 2 m to 3 m, and by setting the diameter of the roller 51 so that the number of winding layers does not become excessively large, it is easy to wind it up without disorder and orderly. .
[0033]
In addition, a sealing member 55 made of a flexible material and having a slit 56 formed in the center thereof over the entire width in the left-right width direction is attached to the ceiling opening 54 in close contact with the ceiling wall 5, and the shutter sheet 30 passes through the slit 56. And go up and down. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the seal member 55 from contacting the front and back of the shutter sheet 30 and leaking to the back of smoke or gas ceiling or leaking to the front of the shutter 1. The sealing member 55 may be attached closely to the ceiling wall 5 so as to be in contact with the left and right guide rails 10 and 11, or as shown in the figure, a frame that crosses the upper ends of the guide rails 10 and 11 and covers the upper outside thereof. More preferably, the body is mounted on the ceiling wall 5 and the seal member 55 is mounted on the upper surface of the frame. A portion surrounded by a frame between the seal member 55 and the opening 54 of the ceiling wall 5 in the attached drawing is a space for storing an upper portion of the weight member when the shutter sheet is wound up.
[0034]
Next, the operation of the shutter 1 having the above configuration will be described. When a fire occurs, the take-up device 50 is operated to lower the shutter sheet 30 along the guide rails 10 and 11, and the lower end 65 of the free end of the lower end seal member 60 at the lower end of the weight member 20 is caused to land on the floor surface 4. Then, the lower end seal member 60 is further lowered to such an extent that the lower end seal member 60 is slightly pressed by the weight member, and the passage 2 is closed and closed. When the evacuee passes through the closed shutter 1, the operator operates the operation handle 48 of the latch mechanism 45 to release the latch, and pushes forward with a force exceeding the attraction force of the magnet 40 while holding the handle 48. Then, the through door 37 rotates forward (in the direction of the dashed-dotted line in FIGS. 3 and 4) to open the triangular evacuation opening, so that the person passes through the evacuation opening and evacuates. At this time, the lower end seal member 60 bends at the dividing point 24 of the weight member 20, but the lower end seal member 60 follows the rotation of the weight member 20 due to its own flexibility and bent back and forth. It can flex freely. Then, after the evacuation, the door 37 closes naturally by its own weight, and the magnet 40 sucks and holds the lower part of the swing rail piece 14 of the door 37 when the door returns to vertical, and at the same time, the latch mechanism 45 Operates to automatically lock the swing rail piece 14, and the swing rail piece 14 is supported from behind by the stopper member 42, thereby preventing the swing door 37 from swinging backward.
[0035]
The shutter 1 has its own weight supported by the hinges 27 and 15 of the dividing point 24 of the weight member 20 and the dividing point 12 of the swing-side guide rail 10 about the oblique straight line 36 as the center of rotation. Therefore, opening and closing can be performed with a light operating force. The positional relationship between the hinges 27 and 15 is determined such that the width of the opening of the door 37 at the height of the wheelchair from the floor surface 4 is such that the width of the opening does not hinder the passage of the wheelchair. People with disabilities in wheelchairs can easily push open and evacuate.
[0036]
When wind pressure acts on the shutter sheet, the shutter sheet 30 expands, and the ends of the opposing inclined walls 17, 17 of the guide rails 10, 11 are attached to the band-shaped members 33, 33 of the shutter sheet 30. To prevent slipping out of the guide rail, and all the band-shaped members 33 come into close contact with the opposed inclined wall 17 of the guide rail. On the other hand, the wind pressure acting on the lower end seal member 60 acts to expand the valley fold 63 so as to expand the lower end seal member 60 in the vertical direction, and since the upper end 64 is restrained by the weight member 20, the lower end 65 is on the floor surface. Closer to 4 With the above operation, the airtightness of the gap between the shutter sheet 30 and the guide rails 10 and 11 and the gap between the weight member 20 and the floor surface 4 are increased, and the leakage of smoke and gas from the shutter 1 is prevented. be able to. The gap between the ceiling opening 54 and the shutter sheet 30 is kept airtight by a seal member 55.
[0037]
Next, another embodiment not shown in the accompanying drawings will be described briefly. First, the internal structure of the guide rails 10 and 11 may be of any form as long as it has a structure satisfying the function of supporting the shutter sheet so as to be able to move up and down and preventing the passage of smoke and gas. Is not limited to the structure described above. That is, the internal structure of the guide rail may be appropriately determined in design according to the structure of the edge of the shutter sheet. For example, a lobe-like member is attached along the left and right edges of the sheet body of the shutter sheet, and the guide rail has a simple slit-like opening or a similar slit-like opening having no inclined wall in the opening, and a wide inside. A space, and a seal member attached to the opening. The rope-shaped member at the edge of the sheet body is supported so as to be able to ascend and descend along the space in the guide rail, and has a locking function of preventing escape from the slit-shaped opening. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the seal member at the opening is brought into contact with the sheet member to restrict the leakage of smoke and gas.
[0038]
In addition, the weight member 20 according to the present invention is also divided into a swing-side weight piece and a fixed-side weight piece, and the swing-side weight piece is hinged forward together with the swing rail piece so as to be pivotable forward. As long as it has a basic configuration, the detailed configuration of the members and the configuration of the components are such that the sheet body 31 is sandwiched from the front and back using the bar 21 and the angle member 22 as described above. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and various configurations may be used to form an appropriate configuration.
[0039]
Further, in order to more reliably prevent the passage of smoke or gas, for example, sealing of a gap between the side surface of the swing-side guide rail 10 and the side wall 3 and a gap between the lower end of the swing-side guide rail 10 and the floor surface 4 are performed. The structure is not limited to the spacers 14b and 14a in the attached drawings, and may be replaced with an appropriate form of sealing means. Also, the sealing means for the gap between the floor surface 4 and the weight member 20 is not limited to the lower sealing member 60 shown in the attached drawings, but may be any suitable form of sealing means. For example, when the lower sealing means formed into an appropriate form using a material having flexibility and elasticity is brought into close contact with the lower end of the weight member 20, when the shutter sheet 30 descends and the weight member 20 comes down on the floor. Then, the weight member 20 may be configured to press the lower sealing means against the floor surface 4.
[0040]
Regarding the latch mechanism 45 of the door 37, the operation handle 48, the latch claw 46, and the rod 49 may be attached to the stopper member 42 side, and the latch receiving member 47 may be attached to the guide rail side, contrary to the above description. In that case, the inclined surfaces of the tip portions of both the touch claw 46 and the latch receiver 47 may be set in the opposite direction to that described above.
[0041]
The underdoor 37 is configured such that the hinge 15 on the swing-side guide rail 10 and the hinge 27 on the weight member 20 allow forward rotation about a straight line 36. However, the gap at the butting portion behind the hinge mounting surface at the division point 12 of the upper and lower rail pieces 13 and 14 of the guide rail 10 and the division point 24 of the left and right weight pieces 25 and 26 of the weight member is small. The allowable range of the backward rotation is limited to a small angle due to interference between the ends or restrictions on the mechanism of the hinge itself. Therefore, the rearward rotation of the door is regulated without necessarily providing the contact portion 43 of the stopper member 42. Accordingly, when the magnet is designed to have a structure in which the backward rotation is restricted as described above, the magnet is embedded in one of the side wall 3 and the surface in contact with the side wall 3 of the swing rail piece 14 and is made of a ferromagnetic member or the like. The suction end face of the mating member may be attached in a form embedded in the other side. Similarly, in the latch mechanism, one of the latch claw and the latch receiving member is embedded in the side wall 3 and the other is embedded in a surface of the swing rail piece 14 in contact with the side wall 3 so that the latch claw advances and retreats in the left-right direction. The operation handle may be provided on either the side wall 3 or the swing rail piece 14.
[0042]

The horizontal cross-sectional shape of the guide rail 11 fixed to the side wall and the guide rail 19 of which the intermediate portion is rotatably mounted on the front side are the same as those of the fixed side guide rail 11 and the swing side guide rail 10 of the shutter 1 described above. It is formed in the form.
[0044]
The weight member 20a will be described in more detail. The weight member 20a can engage with the inner surfaces of the opposed inclined walls 17, 17 of the left and right guide rails 11, 19 at both ends and can move up and down along the opening 18 (see FIGS. 7 and 8). A main body 20b having a substantially rectangular vertical cross-section and having an engaging portion bent in a hook shape supported on the main body 20b, and a vertical seat mounting member erecting above the main body 20b from the left end of the weight member 20a to the intermediate portion. 20c, a bar 21b facing the front of the seat mounting member 20c and having substantially the same length as the seat mounting member 20c, and a pair of front and rear members which are connected to the right ends of the seat mounting member 20c and the bar 21b by a hinge 27 so as to be rotatable forward. It has the rocking pieces 21a and 21c. The swinging piece 21c has a vertical portion in contact with the sheet surface of the sheet body 31, a horizontal portion connected to the lower end of the vertical portion, and a stopper portion connected vertically downward to the front end of the horizontal portion. The stopper portion is in contact with the front end surface of the weight member main body portion 20b, and has a function of preventing the swinging pieces 21a and 21c from rotating backward and blocking smoke and gas.
[0045]
The main body 20b has a structure in which a seal mounting member 20d facing the lower surface thereof can be mounted with a bolt 23 or the like. The sheet mounting member 20c, the end of the bar 21b on the guide rail 11 side, and the ends of the swinging pieces 21a and 21c on the guide rail 19 side are bent into a hook shape having the same form as both ends of the main body 20b. And engagement portions supported so as to be able to move up and down along the guide rails.
[0046]
With the above configuration, the lower end of the sheet body 31 of the shutter sheet 30 is positioned on the front side surface of the sheet mounting member 20c of the weight member 20a and the swinging piece 21c, and the bar 21b is moved from the front to the left to the right by the swinging piece 21a. Are disposed with the sheet body 31 interposed therebetween, and the lower end of the sheet body 31 is clamped by the opposing member and tightened with bolts 23 so that the weight member 20a is attached to the lower end of the sheet body 31.
[0047]
With the above structure, the lower end of the sheet body 31 in the part of the door 37a is tightly clamped in cooperation with the opposing swinging pieces 21a and 21c, and the front end of the door 37a is engaged with the lower end of the intermediate rail 19b. It is possible to prevent rearward rotation and to block smoke and gas. Although illustration is omitted, it is convenient to further increase the airtightness by interposing a seal member made of a heat-resistant material between the swinging piece 21c and the main body 20b. On the lower surface of the main body 20b, the upper end 64 of the lower end seal member 60 is positioned and sandwiched by the seal mounting member 20d, and the seal mounting member 20d is fixedly fastened to the main body 20b with the bolts 23 to secure the weight member. It is configured to prevent the leakage of smoke or gas from the gap between the lower surface 20a and the floor surface 4.
[0048]
A short connecting pin 38 projecting rearward is provided at a position near the guide rail 19 on the rear side surface of the swinging piece 21c, and a position corresponding to the connecting pin 38 of the weight member main body 20b is provided. A connecting member 39 having a fitting hole 39a is provided at a position facing upward and facing the connecting pin 38. The connecting member 39 is provided near the end of the receiving door 37a when the receiving door 37a is closed vertically. The connection pin 38 is set to be engaged with the connection member 39. With this structure, when the shutter sheet is moved up and down, the swinging pieces 21a and 21c, that is, the lower end of the sheet body 31 and the end of the weight member body 20b on the guide rail 19 side are connected so as not to be separated from each other up and down. The weight of the member 20a acts on the sheet body 31 equally to the left and right.
[0049]
FIG. 12 and the like show the structure of the end of the weight member 20a and the guide rails 11 and 19, and FIG. 12 shows the same structure as that of the shutter 1 shown in FIG. It is supported so as to be able to move up and down along the portion 18. Although illustration and detailed description are omitted, both end edges 32, 32 of the sheet body 31 have the same structural form as in FIG. 7 of the above-described embodiment, and the sheet body does not come off the guide rails 11, 19. And is supported along the opening 18 so as to be able to move up and down.
[0050]
In the shutter 1a having the above configuration, the swinging pieces 21a and 21c at the lower end of the door 37a support the outer end at the lower end of the intermediate rail 19b rotatably supported forward, and the inner end is connected to the side walls 3 and 3. A weight member 20a is connected to and supported by a hinge 27 at an intermediate portion of the weight member main body 20b which is engaged with the fixed guide rail 11 and the lower rail 19b and is non-oscillatingly supported. The shutter 1a is firmly and stably held by the main body 20b, and the shutter 1a is supported by the side wall via the fixed rail, so that it can withstand a greater wind pressure such as smoke or gas acting on the shutter 1a in the event of a fire. is there. Further, as in the case of the above-described door 37 of the shutter 1, a magnet 40 and / or a latch mechanism 45 similar to that shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 can be provided at a portion where the stopper member 42 and the intermediate rail 19b are opposed to each other. The shutter 1a can be designed to have sufficient strength for practical use even when the height of the weight member main body 20b below the door 37a is usually about 20 mm and does not hinder the passage of a wheelchair, but the front and rear of the main body 20b in a passage portion therethrough. When an inclined member (not shown) is formed on the vehicle, the passage of a wheelchair is further facilitated.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
The fireproof / smokeproof shutter provided with the trap door according to claim 1 configured as described above, diagonally connects an appropriate two points near the upper end of one of the pair of guide rails and the middle in the width direction of the weight member. The two members are divided along a straight line connecting them, and the straight line, the swing rail piece on the lower side of the straight line, and one swing weight piece of the weight member on the side supported by the swing rail piece. The triangular portion composed of a through door, and a structure in which the guide rail and each of the weight members are connected by a hinge member so that the through door can rotate in the forward escape direction about the straight line. Due to this, most of the weight of the door during opening and closing is supported by the hinge member, and the acting force at the time of opening and closing operation is small. In other words, unlike the system in which the guide rail of the shutter and the weight member are divided diagonally to form a door, unlike the method in which the entire shutter is flipped up and passed through, even if the height of the exit is designed to be sufficiently high, only a slight operation force is required. There is an operational effect that the opening and closing operation of the door can be performed. Therefore, it is possible to easily escape and evacuate elderly people, children, injured persons, physically handicapped persons, and the like. In addition, because the shutter door opens and closes around the diagonal line as the center of rotation, the weight of the door acts in the closing direction, and after the escape, it will close naturally and will not be left open. effective.
[0052]
On the other hand, a fireproof / smokeproof shutter provided with a trapdoor according to claim 2 of the present invention has one guide rail fixed to a side wall, and the other has short upper and lower rails respectively fixed to the side wall, and a lower end. The weight member comprises an integral weight member body having both ends supported by left and right guide rails, and an intermediate rail having an upper end connected to the lower end of the upper rail by a hinge member so as to be rotatable forward. A horizontal swinging piece has one end connected to a widthwise intermediate portion of the main body portion by a hinge member so as to be rotatable forward, and the other end is supported by a guide rail on the side having the intermediate rail. When the floor is set, the weight member main body is supported by the lower rail and the swinging piece is supported by the intermediate rail, respectively, and the hinge member of the intermediate rail, the swinging piece, and the connecting portion of the two members are connected to each other. Since the door wicket triangular portions formed by the straight line connecting, the weight member body is dynamically supported HiYura.
[0053]
In other words, the entire width of the lower end and the lower end seal member of the portion of the shutter sheet excluding the hollow door is fixedly held at the left and right ends via the main body of the weight member. Therefore, most of the wind pressure acting on the shutter sheet is supported by the guide rail fixed to the side wall, and about half of the wind pressure acting on the door is supported by the non-swinging member. The supported wind pressure is the remaining slight pressure. Furthermore, since the lower end seal member is pressed by the weight member main body even when the counter door is opened and closed and does not bend, there is obtained an operational effect such that there is no risk of damage and safety and reliability are further improved. In addition, the portion of the weight member main body serving as the sill of the door can be made to have a height of about 20 mm due to structural strength, and this step is such that a wheelchair can easily pass, but before and after this sill. It is also possible to form an inclined surface to further facilitate the passage of the wheelchair.
[0054]
The fireproof / smokeproof shutter provided with the hollow door according to claim 3 of the present invention is characterized in that the swing guide rail lower than the hinge member is suspended in a straight line with respect to the upper guide rail. Since the magnet attracting means for attracting and holding the side swing guide rail is provided on the wall of the building, the magnet attracts and holds the opening and closing end of the door in a closed state, and a wind pressure exceeding the range of the magnet's attracting force acts. There is an effect that it will not be released until.
[0055]
The fireproof / smokeproof shutter provided with the trap door according to claim 4 of the present invention is characterized in that the swing guide rail below the hinge member is suspended in a straight line with the upper guide rail. Since a releasable latch mechanism that locks and holds the side swing guide rail is provided on the building wall, the latch mechanism automatically locks and holds the door through the open / close end, and further strong wind pressure acts. Even if it is not opened, it has an operational effect.
[0056]
The fire prevention or smoke prevention shutter provided with the through door according to the present invention is different from the system in which the entire shutter is pushed forward to escape and escapes, and a member or a mechanism such as a stopper member, a magnet or a latch mechanism is one side. And the latch mechanism does not require an interlocking operation mechanism for the left and right guide rails, so that the structure is simple and the cost and the installation work are reduced.
[0057]
The fireproof or smokeproof shutter provided with the hollow door according to the present invention is used as a material of each constituent member including the shutter sheet according to a standard of a heat-resistant temperature and a durable time determined by law according to a place of use. By selecting a suitable heat-resistant material, it can be installed between the ends of the entrance and exit walls provided on the partition walls of the building and between the side walls of the aisle as described above. For example, it can be installed on the door frame of elevator elevator doors. Thus, it can also be used as a means for preventing the diffusion of smoke and gas at the time of fire and for shutting off the flame.
