Abstract
【解決手段】自己装填蠕動ポンプ装置は、チューブループを受け入れるためのポンプ軌道輪296、ローラー300を担持し、ポンプローター298、及びポンプ軌道輪内においてローターを回転させるための駆動機構があり、受け入れられたチューブループ134との接触のない引っ込められた位置と、受け入れられたチューブループと作動的に接触するためにポンプ軌道輪内に少なくとも部分的に入った突出した位置との間で、ポンプローラーを動かすローラー配置機構を持っている。また、ローターに担持された少なくとも1つのチューブ案内要素を304があり、引っ込められた配置にローラーがある状態でローターが回転する間、受け入れられたチューブループ134と接触してチューブループをポンプ軌道輪内で働かす。

Description
図2は、遠心機アセンブリーと連携させて使用できる使い捨ての処理アセンブリー14の分解図を示す。
各カセット22A/B/Cは、同じ機能を共有している。図4乃至9が、好ましい構成を示している。
図10乃至12は、組織化トレー26を示しており、使用前にはその中に液体回路18がパッケージされている。
遠心機アセンブリー12(図1及び13を参照)は、搭載された制御装置の管理下にある、種々の血液処理手順のために必須の操作要素を担持している。
使用においては、各制御ステーション236A/B/Cが、1つのカセット22A/B/Cを保持している。制御ステーションは、同様に構成されており、従って、ただ一つのステーション236Aの詳細が提供されよう。使用においては、ステーションはカセット22Aを保持する。
図18及び19は、カセットホルダー250の構造の詳細を示している。
再び図16を参照して、各制御ステーション236A/B/C上の弁モジュール252は、把持要素256の間に配置された一並びの弁アセンブリー286を含む。把持要素256が加える力F1(図8を参照)が、カセット22Aの隔膜116を、弁アセンブリー286に密着させた状態に保持する。
図16及び17が示すように、図解されている好ましい該具体例においては、各カセットポンピングモジュール254は、一対の蠕動ローターアセンブリー292を含む。ローターアセンブリー292は、弁アセンブリー286の両端において相互に向き合っている。
図39乃至44は、遠心機16上への代表的な処理アセンブリー14の取り付けの詳細を示す。
Claims (7)
- チューブループを受け入れるためのポンプ軌道輪、ポンプローラーを支承したポンプローター、および該ローターをポンプ軌道輪内で回転させるための駆動機構を含んでいる蠕動ポンプ要素;および該蠕動ポンプ要素のための装填アセンブリ;
を備えている蠕動ポンプ装置であって、
該装填アセンブリーは:
該ポンプローラーを受け入れたチューブループとの接触のない引っ込められた位置と、受け入れられたチューブループとの作動的接触のため少なくとも部分的にポンプ軌道輪内にある突出した位置の間で動かす、ローラー配置機構;
該ポンプローターによって支承され、そして該ローターから少なくとも部分的にポンプ軌道中へ延びている少なくとも一つのチューブ案内手段であって、該ローラーが引込められた位置において該ローターの回転の間、該チューブループをポンプ軌道輪内に配向させるように受入れられたチューブと接触させるように作動するチューブ案内手段;
前記駆動機構およびローラー配置機構へ連結された制御機構であって、
(i)装填モードにおいて、該案内手段と受け入れられたチューブの間の接触が該チューブループをポンプ軌道輪内の所望の配向へ動かすように、該ローターを回転させるように作動し、かつ該ローラーをその引込んだ位置に維持するように、該ローラー配置機構を作動し、そして
(ii)ポンピングモードにおいて、回転している該ローラーとポンプ軌道輪内のチューブループの間の接触が該チューブループを通って流体をポンプするように、該駆動機構を作動し、かつ該ローラーをその突出した位置に保持するように該ローラー配置機構を作動する制御機構;
を備えている蠕動ポンプ装置。 - チューブループを受け入れるためのポンプ軌道輪、ポンプローラーを支承したポンプローター、および該ローターをポンプ軌道輪内で回転されるための駆動機構を含んでいる蠕動ポンプ要素;および該蠕動ポンプ要素のための装填アセンブリ;を備えている蠕動ポンプ装置であって、
該装填アセンブリは:
本体と、可撓性チューブループをポンプ軌道輪内に自立した外側斜め下に傾斜位置に支持するための本体上の手段を含んでいるポンプチューブホルダー;
該ポンプローラーをポンプ軌道輪外側の引込められた位置と、少なくとも部分的にポンプ軌道輪内にある突出した位置の間で動かすためのローラー配置機構;
該ポンプローターによって支承され、そして該ローターから少なくとも部分的にポンプ軌道輪中へ延びている少なくとも一つの案内手段であって、該ローラーが引込められた位置において該ローターの回転の間、該ポンプ軌道輪内で該チューブループを配向させるように該ポンプ軌道輪内に配置されたチューブループと接触させるように作動する案内手段;
前記駆動機構およびローラー配置機構へ連結された制御機構であって、
(i)装填モードにおいて、該案内手段と受け入れられたチューブの間の接触が該チューブループをポンプ軌道輪内の所望の配向へ動かすように、該ローターを回転させるように作動し、かつ該ローラーをその引込んだ位置に維持するように、該ローラー配置機構を作動し、そして
(ii)ポンピングモードにおいて、回転している該ローラーとポンプ軌道輪内のチューブループの間の接触が該チューブループを通って流体をポンプするように、該駆動機構を作動し、かつ該ローラーをその突出した位置に保持するように該ローラー配置機構を作動する制御機構;
を備えている蠕動ポンプ装置。 - 該案内手段は該ローラーの近くに配置されている請求項1または2の装置。
- 該ローラーは上側領域と下側領域を含み、
該チューブ案内手段は該ローラーの上側領域に並んで該ローターから延びている案内突起を含んでいる請求項1または2の装置。 - 該チューブ案内手段は該ローラーの両側に沿って間隔を空けた一対の案内突起を含んでいる請求項1または2の装置。
- 該ローラーは上側領域と下側領域を含み、該チューブ案内手段は該ローラーの上側領域に並んで該ローターから延びている請求項5の装置。
- 該ポンプローターは軸のまわりを回転し、そして該ポンプチューブホルダーは、該チューブループが該ポンプ軌道輪内において所望の配向にある時、前記回転軸に対して一般に直交する平面内に横たわって表面を有し、該チューブループ支持手段は該チューブループがポンプ軌道輪内の所望の配向にある時、該チューブループを圧迫するように鋭角で該本体外側へ延びている請求項2の装置。
