Description
図2は、遠心機アセンブリーと連携させて使用できる使い捨ての処理アセンブリー14の分解図を示す。
各カセット22A/B/Cは、同じ機能を共有している。図4乃至9が、好ましい構成を示している。
図10乃至12は、組織化トレー26を示しており、使用前にはその中に液体回路18がパッケージされている。
遠心機アセンブリー12(図1及び13を参照)は、搭載された制御装置の管理下にある、種々の血液処理手順のために必須の操作要素を担持している。
使用においては、各制御ステーション236A/B/Cが、1つのカセット22A/B/Cを保持している。制御ステーションは、同様に構成されており、従って、ただ一つのステーション236Aの詳細が提供されよう。使用においては、ステーションはカセット22Aを保持する。
図18及び19は、カセットホルダー250の構造の詳細を示している。
再び図16を参照して、各制御ステーション236A/B/C上の弁モジュール252は、把持要素256の間に配置された一並びの弁アセンブリー286を含む。把持要素256が加える力F1(図8を参照)が、カセット22Aの隔膜116を、弁アセンブリー286に密着させた状態に保持する。
図16及び17が示すように、図解されている好ましい該具体例においては、各カセットポンピングモジュール254は、一対の蠕動ローターアセンブリー292を含む。ローターアセンブリー292は、弁アセンブリー286の両端において相互に向き合っている。
図39乃至44は、遠心機16上への代表的な処理アセンブリー14の取り付けの詳細を示す。
Claims (7)
- チューブループ(134,136)を受け入れるためのポンプ軌道輪(296)、ポンプローラー(300)を支承したポンプローター(298)、および該ローターをポンプ軌道輪内で回転させるための駆動機構(326,328)を含んでいる蠕動ポンプ要素;および該蠕動ポンプ要素のための装填アセンブリ(302);
を備えている蠕動ポンプ装置であって、
該装填アセンブリー(302)は:
該ポンプローラー(300)を、受け入れられたチューブループ(134,136)と接触しない引っ込められた位置と、受け入れられたチューブループ(134,136)と作動的接触のため少なくとも部分的にポンプ軌道輪(296)内にある突出した位置との間で動かす、ローラー配置機構(306);
該ポンプローター(298)によって支承され、そして該ローターから少なくとも部分的にポンプ軌道輪(296)中へ延びている少なくとも一つのチューブ案内手段(304)であって、該チューブループ(134,136)を該ポンプ軌道輪(296)内に配向するために受け入れられたチューブループと接触させるための、該ローラー(300)が引っ込められた位置において該ローター(298)が該ローラーと共に回転している間、作動するチューブ案内手段(304);
前記駆動機構(326,328)およびローラー配置機構(306)へ連結された制御機構(246)であって、
(i)装填モードにおいて、該案内手段(304)と受け入れられたチューブループ(134,136)との間の接触が該チューブループをポンプ軌道輪(296)内の所望の配向へ動かすように、該ローター(298)を回転させるように作動し、かつ該ローラー(300)をその引っ込んだ位置に維持するように、該ローラー配置機構(306)を作動し、そして
(ii)ポンピングモードにおいて、回転している該ローラー(300)とポンプ軌道輪(296)内のチューブループ(134,136)との間の接触が該チューブループを通って流体をポンプするように、該駆動機構(326,328)を作動し、かつ該ローラー(300)をその突出した位置に保持するように該ローラー配置機構(306)を作動する制御機構(246);
を備えている蠕動ポンプ装置。 - チューブループ(134,136)を受け入れるためのポンプ軌道輪(296)、ポンプローラー(300)を支承したポンプローター(298)、および該ローターをポンプ軌道輪内で回転されるための駆動機構(326,328)を含んでいる蠕動ポンプ要素;および該蠕動ポンプ要素のための装填アセンブリ(302);を備えている蠕動ポンプ装置であって、
該装填アセンブリは(302):
本体(110)と、可撓性チューブループ(134,136)をポンプ軌道輪(296)内に配向するために、本体から自立して、かつ外側で傾斜した位置に支持するための本体(110)上の手段(T4,T5,T6,T7)を含んでいるポンプチューブホルダー(22);
該ポンプローラー(300)をポンプ軌道輪(296)外部の引っ込められた位置と、少なくとも部分的にポンプ軌道輪(296)内にある突出した位置との間で動かすためのローラー配置機構;(306)
該ポンプローター(298)によって支承され、そして該ローターから少なくとも部分的にポンプ軌道輪(296)中へ延びている少なくとも一つのチューブ案内手段(304)であって、該チューブループ(134,136)を該ポンプ軌道輪(296)内に配向するために該ポンプ軌道輪(296)内に配置されたチューブループと接触させるための、該ローラー(300)が引っ込められた位置において該ローター(298)が該ローラーと共に回転している間、作動する案内手段(304);
前記駆動機構(326,328)およびローラー配置機構(306)へ連結された制御機構(246)であって、
