Description

【0001】

Another object of the present invention is to provide an accessory part of underwear containing a moisturizing thread and a moisturizing underwear to which the moisturizing thread is attached, which has a smooth feel and a good texture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As we age, the secretion of sebum, a moisture component on the skin surface, decreases and the skin dries. The invention according to claim 6 relates to a moisturizing undergarment in which the moisturizing yarn is used for a cloth of the undergarment body, wherein an accessory part of the undergarment is provided.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the accessory parts of the underwear containing the moisturizing yarn according to the present invention and the moisturizing underwear to which these are attached will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows shorts according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows innerwear according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0008]
The accessory part of the underwear according to the present invention refers to a gusset part (1) provided on the inner side of the crotch part of the underwear having panty parts like shorts shown in FIG. 1 or an upper garment such as innerwear shown in FIG. Lace pad (2) or shoulder pad (3) for the purpose of absorbing lace, or lace used to increase the utility of specific parts for the purpose of decoration, reinforcement, edging, stretchability, etc. 4) A fiber structure attached to an underwear body such as a comet (5), a needle (6), and a shoulder strap of a bra.
[0009]
In the present invention, underwear refers to underwear such as shorts and innerwear shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, as well as clothing directly attached to the skin such as socks, gloves, kimono underwear, T-shirts, supporters, and belly bands. By definition, an underwear accessory refers to any fiber structure attached to the undergarment.
[0010]
The moisturizing yarn used for preparing the accessory part of the undergarment containing the moisturizing yarn according to the present invention is a moisturizing yarn made from cellulose regenerated fiber blended with a natural moisturizing component.
When used in textiles, the natural moisturizing component has an effect as a softening agent for smoothing and moistening fibers. The spun yarn spun using the fiber into which the natural moisturizing component is kneaded has a moisturizing function in the yarn itself, and the fiber product produced using the spun yarn does not lose its effect even in repeated washing. It is excellent in the properties, the touch of the product is improved, and the wearing feeling is also excellent.
[0011]
Examples of the natural moisturizing component include, but are not particularly limited to, squalane, chitin / chitosan, natural amino acids, collagen, hyaluronic acid, aloe extract, mugwort extract, and the like. Use squalane.
Examples of the regenerated cellulose fibers containing the natural moisturizing component include rayon, cupra, polynosic, and the like. Preferably, rayon having excellent moisturizing properties is used.
[0012]
The moisturizing yarn used in the present invention is preferably used as a spun yarn by blending the regenerated cellulose fiber containing the natural moisturizing component with other fibers. When spinning the moisturizing yarn, the fiber blended with the regenerated cellulose fiber blended with the natural moisturizing component is not particularly limited, for example, natural fibers such as cotton, silk, hemp, polyester, nylon, rayon, acrylic and the like Chemical fibers are preferred, and cotton or rayon is preferably used. As the fiber to be blended with the regenerated cellulose fiber containing the natural moisturizing component, one kind may be used alone, or two or more kinds may be used in combination.
The regenerated cellulose fiber containing the natural moisturizing component is contained in the moisturizing yarn in an amount of 2 to 30%. When the content of the regenerated cellulose containing the natural moisturizing component is less than 2% in the moisturizing yarn, the moisturizing effect, which is the object of the present invention, is remarkably reduced.
[0013]
The thickness of the moisturizing yarn is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use a fine yarn of 30 to 60 count or 60/2 to 120/2 count. The count is a unit of the thickness of a thread, and the thread becomes thinner as the count increases. The 30th to 60th yarns are single yarns, and the 60/2 to 120 / 2th yarns are two twisted single yarns and are called twin yarns. The twin yarn has a constant thickness as compared with the single yarn, and thus is a strong yarn. In the present invention, both the single yarn and the double yarn having the above-mentioned thickness can be suitably used.
If a yarn thicker than 30th or 60 / 2th is used, the accessory parts of the underwear may become stiff and the texture, such as skin, may deteriorate, which is not preferable, and a yarn thinner than 60th or 120 / 2th. The use of is not preferred because the accessory parts are too thin and easily torn, resulting in poor washing resistance.
[0014]
When an accessory part for underwear is made using a moisturizing yarn spun from cellulose regenerated fiber containing the natural moisturizing component, the moisturizing yarn may be made using 100% or mixed with other yarns. You may. When mixed, the yarn mixed with the moisturizing yarn is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include cotton yarn, hemp yarn, rayon yarn, acetate yarn, silk yarn, polyester yarn, nylon yarn, acrylic yarn, and polyurethane yarn. When mixed with other yarns, the moisturizing yarns should be contained at 10% or more. The reason is that if the moisturizing yarn is less than 10%, a sufficient moisturizing effect cannot be expected, which is not preferable. When mixed with other yarns, the accessory parts to be produced are interwoven or knitted so that the moisturizing yarn is woven on all surfaces.
[0015]
As described above, the accessory part of the underwear according to the present invention manufactured using the moisturizing yarn containing the cellulose regenerated fiber blended with the natural moisturizing component has an excellent moisturizing effect. In addition, since the moisturizing component is kneaded into the yarn itself, the yarn has a smooth texture and is excellent in a feeling of wearing, and has a washing resistance in which the moisturizing effect does not decrease even in repeated washing.
[0016]
Furthermore, the undergarment in which the accessory part of the undergarment according to the present invention is attached to an undergarment main body having a cloth provided with a moisturizing function can have a moisturizing effect on the entire undergarment.
The fabric of the underwear body may be a conventional underwear fabric provided with a moisturizing function, but was prepared using a moisturizing yarn containing a regenerated cellulose fiber blended with a natural moisturizing component used in the present invention. Fabrics are more preferable. In this case, since all the fabrics of the underwear are provided with a moisturizing function, the underwear has excellent moisturizing properties, and has good texture and excellent washing resistance.
The cloth for the underwear is preferably a woven or knitted cloth manufactured by a loom or a knitting machine (warp knitting machine, weft knitting machine), for example, sheet knitting (flat knitting), warp knitting, oblique knitting, rib knitting. , Single-bag knitting, pearl knitting, cord knitting, and the like. It is preferable to use a light-weight, thin, moderately stretchable sheet-knit fabric.
[0017]
Hereinafter, the effects of the present invention will be clarified by describing examples of the present invention. In addition, the accessory parts of the underwear containing the moisturizing thread according to the present invention and the moisturizing underwear to which these are attached are not limited to the following examples.
[0018]

(Example 1)
First, as Example 1, a pat and a shirt body were prepared by using a sheet knitted fabric manufactured by a knitting machine using a 60th moisturizing yarn blended with 30% of regenerated cellulose fibers containing 70% of squalane and 70% of cotton fibers. Then, the pad was attached to the underarm portion of the shirt.
[0019]
(Example 2)
Next, as Example 2, the moisturizing yarn of the 60th count obtained by blending 2% of regenerated cellulose fibers and 97% of cotton fibers mixed with squalane in Example 1 was used.
[0020]
(Example 3)
As Example 3, the moisturizing yarn of the 80/2 count in Example 1 was used.
[0021]
(Example 4)
As Example 4, a stretch lace was produced by mixing 20% of the moisturizing yarn of Example 1, 70% of nylon and 10% of polyurethane. In addition, shorts were produced using the knitted fabric produced using the moisturizing yarn of Example 1 and the stretch lace.
