【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は保湿糸を含有する下着の付属部分品及びこれらが付設される保湿下着に係り、その目的は優れた保湿効果を有し、繰り返しの洗濯にも保湿機能が低下しない耐洗濯性に優れ、且つなめらかな風合いを持たせた肌ざわりの良い、保湿糸を含有する下着の付属部分品及びこれらが付設される保湿下着を提供することにある。

【従来の技術】
年齢を重ねるにつれ皮膚表面のうるおい成分である皮脂分泌が低下し、皮膚が乾燥してくる。特に冬季では空気の湿度が下がり発汗も減少するため著しい。また、入浴時の過度の洗浄、長時間の入浴によっても肌が乾燥する。
そこで、衣服などの繊維製品の生地に保湿機能を付与し、肌に保湿感を与えることが提案されており、保湿機能を付与した下着などが開発されている。

保湿機能を付与した繊維製品の技術として、動物蛋白質加水分解物、キトサン・乳酸塩、及び第４級アンモニウム塩を含有してなる繊維処理剤を含浸させた繊維製品（例えば、特許文献１参照。）や、極細マルチフィラメント糸を用いて高密度織物を構成し、その高密度織物の構造に基づいて、適度な保湿を保つ繊維製品（例えば、特許文献２参照。）などが開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の保湿機能を付与した繊維製品は、繊維製品に処理剤を含浸させたものであったり、その織物の構造に特徴があるものであるため、洗濯を繰り返すにつれてその機能が低下し、製品の機能性が大きく損なわれるという問題があった。
本発明は上記した問題点を解決するためになされたものであって、優れた保湿効果を有し、繰り返しの洗濯にも保湿機能が低下しない耐洗濯性に優れ、且つなめらかな風合いを持たせた肌ざわりの良い保湿糸を含有する下着の付属部分品及びこれらが付設される保湿下着を創出しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち本発明のうち請求項１に係る発明は、保湿機能を持った保湿糸が含有されることを特徴とする下着の付属部分品に関する。
請求項２に係る発明は、前記下着の付属部分品が、少なくともマチ部分、パット、レース、コメット、ニードル又はブラジャーの肩ひも等の下着本体に付設する繊維構造物であることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の下着の付属部分品に関する。
請求項３に係る発明は、前記保湿糸が、天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維を原料とする保湿糸であることを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の下着の付属部分品に関する。
請求項４に係る発明は、前記天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維が前記保湿糸中２〜３０％含有されることを特徴とする請求項３に記載の下着の付属部分品に関する。
請求項５に係る発明は、前記保湿糸が３０〜６０番手、又は６０／２〜１２０／２番手であることを特徴とする請求項１乃至４のいずれかに記載の下着の付属部分品に関する。
請求項６に係る発明は、下着本体の生地に前記保湿糸が使用される保湿下着であって、前記下着の付属部分品が付設されることを特徴とする保湿下着に関する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る保湿糸を含有する下着の付属部分品及びこれらが付設される保湿下着について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
図１は、本発明の実施の形態であるショーツを示し、図２は本発明の実施の形態であるインナーウェアを示す。

本発明に係る下着の付属部分品とは、図１に示すショーツのようなパンティ部を有する下着の股部内側に設けるマチ部分（１）や、図２に示すインナーウェアのような上衣に汗を吸収する目的で取り付ける脇部分のパット（２）や肩部分のパット（３）、あるいは装飾、補強、縁取り、ストレッチ性付与などを目的とし、特定の部分の効用を増すために使用するレース（４）、コメット（５）、ニードル（６）やブラジャーの肩ひも等の下着本体に付設する繊維構造物をいう。

尚、本発明において下着とは、図１及び図２に示したショーツやインナーウェアのような肌着の他、靴下、手袋、和装用下着、Ｔシャツ、サポーター、腹巻き等の肌に直接つける衣類と定義し、下着の付属部分品は、該下着に付設する繊維構造物全てを指す。

本発明に係る保湿糸を含有する下着の付属部分品の作成に使用する保湿糸は、天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維を原料とした保湿糸であることを特徴とする。
天然保湿成分は、繊維製品に使用する場合、繊維をなめらかにし、しっとりさせる柔軟加工剤としての効果を奏する。該天然保湿成分を練り込んだ繊維を用いて紡績した紡績糸は、その糸自体に保湿機能が備わり、該紡績糸を用いて作成した繊維製品は繰り返しの洗濯にもその効果が低下しない耐洗濯性に優れ、且つ製品の肌触りが向上し、着用感も優れる。

前記天然保湿成分としては、特に限定されないが、スクワラン、キチン・キトサン、天然アミノ酸、コラーゲン、ヒアルロン酸、アロエエキス、ヨモギエキスなどが挙げられ、好ましくは皮膚への親和性が高く、浸透性に優れるスクワランを使用する。
また、該天然保湿成分を配合するセルロース再生繊維としては、レーヨン、キュプラ、ポリノジックなどが挙げられ、好ましくは保湿性に優れるレーヨンを使用する。

本発明において使用する保湿糸は、前記天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維を他の繊維と混紡して紡績糸として使用することが好ましい。該保湿糸を紡績する際に該天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維と共に混紡する繊維としては特に限定されないが、例えば、綿、絹、麻等の天然繊維、ポリエステル、ナイロン、レーヨン、アクリル等の化学繊維が挙げられ、好ましくは綿又はレーヨンを使用する。該天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維と混紡する繊維は１種を単独で用いても良く、２種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
尚、該天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維は、前記保湿糸中２〜３０％含有されるようにする。該天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維が保湿糸中２％未満の場合、本発明の目的である保湿効果が著しく低下し、また３０％を超えると糸質が低下するため好ましくない。

前記保湿糸の糸の太さとしては特に限定されないが、３０〜６０番手、又は６０／２〜１２０／２番手の細番手の糸を使用するのが好ましい。番手とは糸の太さの単位のことをいい、番手数が大きくなるほどその糸は細くなる。また、３０〜６０番手の糸は単糸であり、６０／２〜１２０／２番手の糸は該単糸を２本撚ったものであり双糸と呼ばれる。双糸は単糸に比べて糸の太さが一定になるため丈夫な糸となる。本発明においては前記した太さの範囲の単糸、双糸とも好適に使用することができる。
尚、３０番手又は６０／２番手より太い糸を使用すると、下着の付属部分品がごわつく原因となり、肌ざわり等の風合いが劣化するため好ましくなく、６０番手又は１２０／２番手より細い糸を使用すると、該付属部分品が薄くなりすぎるため破れやすくなり、耐洗濯性にも劣るため好ましくない。

前記天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維を紡績した保湿糸を使用して下着の付属部分品を作成する場合、該保湿糸を１００％使用して作成しても良く、また他の糸と混用しても良い。混用する場合、該保湿糸と混用する糸としては特に限定されないが、例えば、綿糸、麻糸、レーヨン糸、アセテート糸、絹糸、ポリエステル糸、ナイロン糸、アクリル糸、ポリウレタン糸等が挙げられる。他の糸と混用する場合、該保湿糸は１０％以上含まれるようにする。その理由として、該保湿糸が１０％より少ない場合、十分な保湿効果が期待できないため好ましくないからである。また、他の糸と混用する場合、作成する付属部分品は交織あるいは交編して、全ての面に該保湿糸が織り込まれるようにする。

上述した如く、天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維を含有する保湿糸を使用して製造した本発明に係る下着の付属部分品は、優れた保湿効果を有する。また、使用する糸自体に保湿成分を練り込んでいるため、なめらかな風合いで着用感に優れ、また繰り返しの洗濯にもその保湿効果が低下しない耐洗濯性がある。

更に、本発明に係る下着の付属部分品を、生地に保湿機能を付与した下着本体に付設した下着は、下着全体に保湿効果を持たせることができる。
尚、下着本体の生地は、従来の保湿機能を付与した下着の生地を用いても良いが、本発明において使用する天然保湿成分を配合したセルロース再生繊維を含有する保湿糸を使用して作成した生地がより好ましく、その場合、下着の全ての生地に保湿機能が付与されているため優れた保湿性があり、肌ざわりの良い耐洗濯性にも優れた下着とすることができる。
また、下着の生地は織機、編機（経編機、緯編機）で製造した織・編生地であることが望ましく、例えば、天竺編（平編）、経編、斜文編、リブ編、片袋編、パール編、コード編などが挙げられ、軽くて薄く、適度な伸縮性がある天竺編地を使用するのが好ましい。

以下、本発明の実施例を記載することにより、本発明の効果をより明確なものとする。尚、本発明に係る保湿糸を含有する下着の付属部分品及びこれらが付設される保湿下着は、以下の実施例に何ら限定されるものではない。

まず、実施例１として、スクワランを配合したセルロース再生繊維３０％及び綿繊維７０％を混紡した６０番手の保湿糸を用いて編機により製造した天竺編地を用いて、パットとシャツ本体を作成し、該パットを該シャツの脇の下部分に装着した。

（試験例１：保湿下着の効果の評価）
実施例１乃至５、及び比較例１乃至５で作成したシャツ及びショーツを用い、保湿性、肌ざわり、耐洗濯性について年齢２５〜４０才までの女性２０人を無差別に選び、官能テストを行った。悪いを０、良いを５として数値評価させて、その平均値をとり、平均０〜２．９を×、３．０〜３．９を△、４．０〜５．０を○として評価した。尚、耐洗濯性については下着の着用と洗濯を５回繰り返して行い、その保湿性について評価した。その結果を表１に示す。

表１に示された結果から、本発明に係る保湿糸を含有する下着の付属部分品及びこれらが付設される保湿下着は、保湿性に優れ、肌ざわりも良いものである事がわかった。また、繰り返しの洗濯でもその保湿性が低下せず、耐洗濯性もあることがわかった。
