Abstract
Description
【0001】

入力手段は、例えば、落書きペン、タッチパネルなどにより構成され、表示制御手段は、例えば、LCD(Liquid Crystal Display),CRT(Cathode Ray Tube)などにより構成される。
【0010】
【0033】
写真シール販売機1の筐体11の正面の上側半分の垂直な面11aのほぼ中央には、CCD(Charge Coupled Device),CMOS(Complementary Mental Oxide Semiconductor)などの撮像素子からなる小型のカメラ21が設けられており、ユーザは、カメラ21を好みの角度に調節し、撮影を行うことができる。
【0034】
筐体11の正面の垂直な面11aの下方のやや上向きの面11cの中央には、例えば、CRT(Cathode Ray Tube)やLCD(Liquid Crystal Display)などよりなるモニタ26が設置されている。
ドライブ500には、必要に応じて磁気ディスク501(フロッピディスクを含む)、光ディスク502(CD−ROM(Compact Disk−Read Only Memory),DVD(Digital Versatile Disk)を含む)、光磁気ディスク503(MD(Mini−Disk)を含む)、および、半導体メモリ504が装着され、データの授受を行う。
【0039】

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The photo sticker vending machine of the present invention controls the display of a photographing means for photographing a subject, an image of the subject photographed by the photographing means, and a graffiti item for selecting a type of graffiti to be input to the subject image. Display control means, an input means for selecting a desired graffiti item from a plurality of graffiti items, and inputting graffiti, and a display means for displaying an image controlled and output by the display control means. Features. At this time, each of the plurality of graffiti items is classified into two or more hierarchies, and the display control means displays the graffiti items of the lower hierarchy in order with time with respect to the predetermined graffiti items. Control.
[0009]
The photographing means is constituted by, for example, a photographing device such as a digital camera, and the display control means is constituted by, for example, a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The input means is composed of, for example, a graffiti pen, a touch panel, or the like, and the display control means is composed of, for example, an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube), or the like.
[0010]
When displaying a graffiti item in a lower hierarchy of a predetermined graffiti item, the display control means can increase or decrease the number of hierarchy levels to be displayed based on the use state of the graffiti input.
[0011]
For example, for a user who uses less frequently, the hierarchy of lower doodle items is reduced, and for a user who uses more frequently, the hierarchy of lower doodle items is increased.
[0012]
The display control means can determine the use state based on a count of the number of times that a plurality of graffiti items and graffiti items of a lower hierarchy are selected.
[0013]
The display control means can display a predetermined one of the graffiti items so that it can be identified when a predetermined time set in advance has elapsed.
[0014]
For example, a predetermined graffiti item can be displayed blinking, can be displayed so as to be surrounded by a red frame, or can be displayed by designating with an arrow.
[0015]
The display control means can control display of designation information for designating an order in which a plurality of graffiti items are displayed.

For example, the order of “pen → stamp → frame”, “pen → frame → stamp”, or “stamp → pen → frame” can be designated. Note that the type and order of the graffiti items are not limited to this example, and other graffiti items and orders may be used.
[0017]
When the order is specified, the display control means may allocate the doodle input time of each of the plurality of doodle items to the first displayed doodle item, and to the second and subsequent doodle items to be less. it can.
[0018]
For example, in the case of “pen → stamp → frame”, the doodle input time of “pen” is set to 60 seconds, and the doodle input time of “stamp” and “frame” is set to 30 seconds.
[0019]
When a predetermined graffiti item is selected from among the plurality of graffiti items, the display control means is configured to determine and display a plurality of graffiti items in a lower hierarchy of the selected predetermined graffiti item. Can be.
[0020]
For example, when "pen" is selected, "polka dot" and "red" are determined.
[0021]
The display control means can control the plurality of graffiti items in the lower hierarchy to be displayed in the order of the latest graffiti items.
[0022]
The display control means can control the plurality of graffiti items in the lower hierarchy to be displayed in the order of the graffiti items most frequently used.
[0023]
The photo sticker vending machine of the present invention may further include a printing unit that prints the image on which the graffiti has been given by the input unit on a print medium.
[0024]
The printing unit is configured by, for example, a printer.
[0025]
The print medium is, for example, sticker paper made of a predetermined number of stickers. The seal paper may be a sheet made of a sticker having an equal size, or may be a sheet made of a seal having various sizes. Of course, one large seal may be used. The printing medium is not limited to the sticker paper, but may be paper, or may be, for example, a card such as a telephone card, a cloth such as a T-shirt, a heat transfer seal, or a large poster. .
[0026]
The photo sticker printing method in the photo sticker vending machine according to the present invention includes the steps of: photographing a subject; displaying graffiti items for selecting a type of graffiti to be input with respect to the photographed subject image; Are classified into two or more hierarchies, and graffiti items of lower hierarchies are sequentially displayed with the passage of time for predetermined graffiti items.
[0027]
In the photo sticker vending machine and the photo sticker printing method of the present invention, a subject is photographed, and an image of the photographed subject and a graffiti item for selecting a type of graffiti to be input to the subject image are displayed. A desired graffiti item is selected from a plurality of graffiti items, and a graffiti is input. Then, the graffitied image is displayed. At this time, each of the plurality of graffiti items is classified into two or more hierarchies, and for a predetermined graffiti item, the graffiti items of lower hierarchies are sequentially displayed as time elapses.
[0028]
Therefore, according to the present invention, the user can input various graffiti quickly and with a simple operation.
[0029]
The print medium unit according to the present invention controls the display of a photographing unit for photographing a subject, an image of the subject photographed by the photographing unit, and a graffiti item for selecting a type of graffiti to be input to the subject image. Display control means, input means for selecting a desired graffiti item from among a plurality of graffiti items and inputting graffiti, and display means for displaying an image controlled and output by the display control means. Each of the plurality of graffiti items is classified into two or more hierarchies, and the display control means controls the graffiti items of a lower hierarchy in order with respect to a predetermined graffiti item as time passes. Print medium unit used in a photo sticker vending machine, comprising: identification information storage means for storing identification information for identifying a print medium unit; Identification information stored by 憶 means, characterized in that it is usable when authenticated by photo sticker vending machine.
[0030]
The identification information storage means is composed of, for example, a memory such as an IC tag (control tag) or an IC card, and stores a unique ID as identification information.
[0031]
In this way, the print medium unit is made usable only when the identification information is authenticated, so that only the unit produced for the photo sticker vending machine of the present invention can be used, and a unit other than a so-called genuine product is used. The use of the object can be suppressed. Further, when a bar code or the like is attached to the print medium unit, whether or not the print medium unit is a genuine product may be determined based on the bar code.

Total idle time TsumCan be calculated as follows:
Total idle time Tsum= T1+ T2+ T3+ T4+ T5
Therefore, the idle total time T of the initially given predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds)sumRatio (Tsum/ 30) minus 1 (1-Tsum/ 30) as the use frequency (state), the user's graffiti level can be estimated. This is because a user with a high graffiti level (advanced person) can use various menus without leaving idle time, and a user with a low graffiti level (beginner) can be confused about what to write. This is because it is considered that the idle time becomes longer. Therefore, the

In the above example, the total idle time TsumWas used to estimate the user's graffiti level. Alternatively, the user's graffiti level may be guessed based on, for example, the count of the number of times that the user has selected the first to third hierarchical doodle items. .
[0139]
As described above, by increasing or decreasing the number of menu layers according to the graffiti level of the user and displaying the menu, a novice user can use the menu with simple operations without hesitation, while an advanced user can use the menu. The user can use a sufficient number of graffiti items by a simple operation.
