Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, in a large-scale retail store (hereinafter referred to as a department store) or a mass retailer that sells many products, when a customer sees an advertisement and decides a desired product, the customer can be smoothly and surely guided to the product sales floor position. About the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various products are sold at department stores and mass retailers, and each store is exposed to intense sales competition including price competition every day, and there is a situation in which products are changing rapidly. Under such circumstances, in order to promote the willingness of general consumers or customers to purchase, merchandise advertisements are frequently used in various forms such as newspaper inserts, direct mail, door-to-door visits, and the like.
[0003]
Then, the customer looks at the advertisement, visits a department store, and searches for a sales floor described in the advertisement and purchases a desired product.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, for example, a leaflet describes a price, a sales floor name, and the like, but does not describe where on the floor. For this reason, since it is necessary to search around the floor to find the sales floor where the desired product is located, there is a problem that it takes time for the customer to purchase the desired product posted on the flyer.
[0005]
Also, department stores or mass retailers are densely populated with various tenants and sales floors, and there are many people. In such a place, it is not easy to go to a sales floor that sells, for example, flyer products. In general, you will ask the department store's guide for the sales floor, but since the guide is kind to one person, you have to wait until the guide of the previous person ends.
[0006]
In other words, it takes time for the customer to reach the sales floor where the desired product is sold, so if the customer is prompted to purchase by a flyer, the customer gives up purchasing the product if it is crowded. There was a case.
[0007]
In other words, the fact that there is a product desired by the customer, but not contributing to the sales of the product for such a reason, is not only sorry for the customer but also does not lead to an increase in the sales.
[0008]
In addition, there is a problem that even if a customer sees a flyer, goes to a department store and arrives at a sales floor for a desired product, the product may be sold out, causing trouble for customers.
[0009]
Further, when a large number of guide staffs are arranged, there is a problem that labor costs are required.
[0010]
Therefore, it is desirable to have a system that can easily confirm that a customer has a desired product in stock by a method combined with an advertising medium, and can smoothly guide the customer to a sales floor at low cost.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method for guiding a sales floor of a product according to the present invention is a sales floor guidance method for providing a sales floor guidance screen from a server via a computer network to a sales floor that sells a product listed in an advertisement to a terminal device, wherein the server includes: Providing a screen for prompting the user to enter a product code of a product placed in the advertisement when the terminal device accesses the product, and when receiving the product code of the advertisement from the terminal device, Assigning a store area code stored in advance, and assigning a store map stored in advance corresponding to the store area code, and defining a store area having the product code on the store map, Defining an area including reference equipment of a sales floor from the sales floor area on the sales floor map, and defining each base in the area defined on the sales floor map; Creating a guide map defining the shortest route from the equipment, defining a target sales floor name for search near the shortest route on the guide map, the reference equipment, the sales area, the shortest route and the target The gist of the present invention is to include a step of compressing the store name so as to emphasize the store name, and a step of providing the compressed guide map to the terminal device as a store guide screen.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a counter location guidance system according to the present embodiment. This embodiment can be applied to a large store having only the first floor, a department store, and the like, but this embodiment will be described by taking a department store as an example.

The advertisement destination barcode Ci described in the advertisement described above indicates the URL code of the department store, the name of the distribution area, the date of issue, the number of issues, the product field, etc. (collectively referred to as advertisement destination information Fa). The product barcode Bi indicates a sales floor (may be omitted), a product code fp, and the like (collectively, product information Fb).
[0020]
Next, the barcode reader 2 and the customer terminal 3 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the bar code reader 2 is used by connecting to a customer terminal 3. The bar code reader 2 has a substantially rhombic shape having a width slightly narrower from a substantially rectangular portion at a lower end to an upper end. The laser beam emission button 2a is disposed at the center of the wider flat portion.
[0021]
In the present embodiment, the barcode is read by the barcode reader 2. For example, when a digital camera is provided in the mobile phone 3, an advertisement may be photographed and transmitted by the digital camera.

Then, the reference facility Ri, the tenant name near the reference point qi of the desired tenant is extracted, and is determined on the area Di based on the coordinates. Then, the shortest route from the reference facility Ri to the reference point qi is determined. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9C and FIG. 9D, the data of the reference equipment Ri and the reference point qi, which are not related to the reference point, are thinned out, and the area Di is determined according to the screen size of the mobile terminal. To shrink. However, the sales floor position guidance map Ki shown in FIG. 10 in which the sizes of the reference equipment Ri and the reference point qi are made as large as possible is generated and transmitted to the portable terminal 4 (also referred to as a commodity sales floor guidance screen) (d8).
[0062]
In this guide screen, the route is displayed by an arrow line, and a target mark (on qi) is displayed at the position of the tenant having the product of the product number so that the customer can easily understand.
[0063]
Further, the tenant names on both sides of the tenant are displayed, and at least one tenant name hi located at a position where the arrow line is bent is also displayed.

Here, the process up to obtaining the counter information Ki will be supplemented with reference to FIGS.
[0067]
The navigation
[0068]
Next, the navigation display area displayed on the customer terminal 3 is calculated as the minimum area Di including the tenant position, the escalator, and the three positions of the elevator (S22).
[0069]
That is, since the size of the screen of the customer terminal 3 that can be displayed is limited, the usage data is reduced as much as possible.
[0070]
At this time, the region Di calculated in S22 is left, and other regions are masked (S23). The reason for this is that, by calculating beforehand as much as possible unnecessary areas when calculating all the routes for route determination, it is only necessary to perform the route calculation not on the entire area on the sales floor but only on the area Di. This is because the calculation load is reduced and the efficiency can be increased.
[0071]
Next, all routes from the escalator to the tenant received are calculated (S24), the respective route lengths are calculated, and the shortest route having the shortest route length is determined from the calculated routes (S25). When the shortest route is obtained, the shortest route is defined by an arrow line (S26).
[0072]
Next, it is determined whether or not there is a corner where the route determined in step S26 bends (S27). The data and the coordinates of at least one tenant name of the tenant facing the bent portion are held (S28). This makes it possible to emphasize the point where the arrow line is bent, that is, the point where the customer turns, so that the customer can follow the determined route without fail while checking the route.
[0073]
Further, with respect to the target tenant, data of two tenant names on both sides of the target tenant is held so that the customer can easily confirm the final target.
[0074]
Next, only the location data and name data of the target tenant, the escalator and elevator as the starting point, the tenant in the middle of the route, the arrow line and the main building line are retained, and all other data is thinned out. Then, a sales floor guidance map compressed according to the screen size of the mobile terminal is obtained (S29). At this time, the reference equipment, the area of the reference position, the held tenant name, and the like are emphasized.
[0075]
In addition, a button is provided below the display screen displayed on the screen of the customer terminal 3 to prompt the user to call a product detail screen in order to reconfirm the content of the product desired by the customer. Please press # twice. " By pressing the # button of the customer terminal 3 twice, the customer may be able to display a product detail screen (product image, sales floor image, etc.).
[0076]
Furthermore, when there is no stock, the stock status of the maker's server and the time of delivery to our department store are searched, and the time of delivery to the tenant is notified to the customer's mobile terminal. Message may be displayed).
[0077]
Further, in the above embodiment, only the location of the tenant is displayed on the map. However, as shown in FIG. 12, the location of the tenant may be obtained and displayed by the department store server.
[0078]
In other words, in addition to the sales floor data and the tenant boundary data, tenant shelf boundary data (stored by associating the shelf layout with the product number) is stored in advance, and when the product code is received, the tenant shelf boundary data May be determined, and the shortest route to this shelf may be determined and provided to the portable terminal side.
[0079]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when a terminal device accesses and receives a product barcode of a desired product printed on an advertisement, a sales floor (a desired sales floor) that sells the product with this product code is opened. A map of an existing sales area (a floor in the case of a department store, an area in a large area having only the first floor) is provided with reference equipment such as an elevator and an escalator and a compressed sales floor position guide map with the shortest route.
[0080]
Therefore, even in crowded or unfamiliar sales floors, customers can know where to find the product in the advertisement without asking people, so they do not need to search around the floor, The effect of being able to reach the sales floor is obtained.
[0081]
In addition, since the number of stocks is notified, there is no stock out after going to a department store and going to a sales floor.
[0082]
In addition, since it is possible to smoothly go to any desired sales floor without asking the lady, there is no need to arrange a lot of lady.
