Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lid for a resin beverage container, and more particularly, to a lid having a notch for a straw insertion opening capable of holding a straw in a vertical direction, and a method for molding the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a device for holding a straw for sucking and drinking a liquid beverage, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-308559 has conventionally been used.
[0003]
[Patent Document]
JP 2000-308559 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In a container for packaging a beverage containing live bacteria such as lactic acid bacteria, it is necessary to seal the opening of the container with a sealing material so that air does not flow. Containers enclosing such beverages are often sold with a resinous lid further placed over the opening sealed with a sealing material. When drinking a beverage whose opening is sealed with such a sealing material, a method is often adopted in which the attached sealing material is used to break through the sealing material with a pointed straw and drink with the straw. At this time, in order to save the trouble of taking the resin lid covered from above the sealing material, the resin lid may be provided with a straw insertion opening section.
[0005]
FIG. 6 shows a lid having such a section 70. By pressing and bending the section 70 with a straw, the straw is made to penetrate the resinous lid.
[0006]
However, when the section 70 is pressed and bent to penetrate the straw, there is a disadvantage that the straw is inclined in an oblique direction due to the pressing force of the section 70.
[0007]
In addition, a method of forming a lid having a piece for a straw insertion opening has conventionally been formed by sheet molding instead of injection molding. At the same time as the sheet was formed, a piece for the straw insertion port was provided by a blade.
[0008]
In this regard, injection molding rather than sheet molding is more advantageous in terms of cost. This is because mass production can be easily performed once the mold is created. Nevertheless, the reason why sheet molding was employed is that, according to the injection molding, the mold corresponding to the section for providing the straw insertion slot section becomes thin, so that the resin melted by heating is injected into the mold. Then, the mold corresponding to the above-mentioned section may be bent or broken in some cases. For the same reason as described above, it is impossible to form a lid having a cross-shaped notch by injection molding.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention provides a lid for a beverage container having a substantially cross-shaped notch that can hold the straw in a vertical direction instead of an oblique direction when the straw is inserted, and an injection molding method for the lid. The purpose is to provide.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention comprises a male mold having a columnar projection and a female mold having a recess corresponding to the projection, and a cavity is formed between the two by clamping the two. Use an injection mold. The male mold was provided with a ridge for forming a substantially cross-shaped cut on the columnar projection, and the female mold was provided with a concave groove corresponding to the ridge. A molten resin, which is a resin melted by heating through a gate and a runner, is injected into the mold, and the molded body is taken out after cooling.
[0011]
Conventionally, a lid having a substantially cross-shaped notch for a straw insertion port could not be formed by injection molding because a mold corresponding to a substantially cross-shaped notch for providing a notch for a substantially cross-shaped straw insertion port is thin. Therefore, when the molten resin as the resin melted by heating is injected into the mold, the mold corresponding to the substantially cross-shaped cut portion may be bent or broken in some cases.
[0012]
In the present invention, the mold corresponding to the substantially cross-shaped notch portion corresponds to a ridge provided on the male mold. However, in the present invention, the female mold is provided with a groove corresponding to the ridge. These grooves serve as escape routes for the molten metal, so that excessive pressure is not applied to the ridges. Thus, in the present invention, even if the molten resin as the resin melted by heating is injected into the mold, it is possible to prevent the mold corresponding to the substantially cross-shaped cut portion from being bent or broken. is there.
[0013]
In other words, it becomes possible to produce a lid for a beverage container having a substantially cross-shaped notch for a straw insertion opening by an injection molding method.
[0014]
In addition, since the four pieces formed by providing the substantially cross-shaped notches press the straw evenly, when the straw 80 is inserted as shown in FIG. 5, the straw 80 is held not vertically but diagonally. It is possible to do.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]

FIG. 4 is a schematic sectional view of a mold according to the present invention.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 1, a substantially cross-shaped notch 41 is provided in the lid 40 according to the present invention. The straw is inserted into the substantially cross-shaped cut 41, and the seal material 60 that covers the opening of the beverage container 50 is broken through to be drunk.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4, the mold according to the present invention includes a male mold 10 having projections 11 and ridges 12, and a female mold 20 having recesses 21 and grooves 22. The cavity 30 is formed between the male mold 10 and the female mold 20 by clamping the mold.
[0019]
In FIG. 4, the gate 13 is provided on the male mold 10, but may be provided on the female mold 20.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, the male mold 10 has a columnar projection 11 and a ridge 12 provided on the projection 11.
[0021]
