Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ゴム栓とその外郭を形成するプラスチッ
クの支持体よりなり、該支持体は外筒部と該外筒部から
内方に突出し前記ゴム栓の鍔部と嵌合する上挾壁部と下
挾壁部が前記外筒部とともに断面略コの字状の一体物を
形成するようにインサート成形された栓体において、前
記外筒部の肉厚Cは上挾壁部の肉厚Aおよび下挾壁部の
肉厚Bよりも大きく形成されていることを特徴とする輸
液用栓体。
1. A rubber stopper and a plastic support forming an outer shell thereof, the support protruding inward from the outer cylinder and being fitted into a flange of the rubber stopper. The thickness of the outer cylinder is C, and the thickness of the upper cylinder is the thickness of the upper wall. 【請求項2】 外筒部の肉厚Cは上挾壁部の肉厚A、下

サート成形された栓体の製造方法において、 (1) 下金型の中央部にゴム栓を配置する工程 (2) ゴム栓と下金型および上金型で形成される支持
体に対応した空間形状が、外筒部に対応する肉厚C1が
上挾壁部に対応する肉厚A1、下挾壁部に対応する肉厚
B1よりも大きくなるように上金型および下金型の型締
を行なう工程、 (3) 金型の支持体対応空間に射出ゲートからプラス
チックを射出する工程を有することを特徴とする輸液用
栓体の製造方法。
