をそなえた共通可動型を、型締め時に前記コアピンのま
わりに一次成形キャビティを形成するスライドコアをそ
なえた第1固定型に型締めし、前記一次成形キャビティ
の開口部を前記スライドコアにより閉鎖した状態で該一
次成形キャビティへ第1樹脂を充填して一次成形後、型
開きして前記一次成形体を前記コアピン部に保持させた
状態で前記共通可動型を移動させて、前記コアピンの先
端部が嵌入するピン穴を有する二次側型板をそなえた第
2固定型に型締めし、この型締めによって前記一次成形
体を前記コアピンに沿って前記二次成形キャビティ内へ
挿入するとともに該二次成形キャビティの開口部を前記
二次側型板によって閉鎖し、該二次成形キャビティ内へ
の第2樹脂の充填により前記二次成形体を形成し二色成
形品を得ることを特徴とする二色成形方法。
