【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、バッグ、カメラ、ボックス等の携帯物に取り付けられるショルダーバンド、ストラップ等の吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納装置、または吊下げ帯収納装置が設けられた携帯物、または、該吊下げ帯収納装置を覆う吊下げ帯収納装置用装飾ケース、さらに、前記携帯物に取り付けられる携帯物用装飾品に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、携帯物のなかには、例えば、手提カバンやスポーツバッグの如く、ショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯を備えるものがある。この種のショルダーバンドは、大きい荷物や重い荷物を長時間持ち運ぶことを可能にする許りでなく、荷物を運びながら両手が使える等、その使い勝手の良さから種々の用途に採用されており、例えば、バッグにおいては、把手とショルダーバンドとを併設し、状況に応じて何れかを選択的に使用可能な２ＷＡＹ方式を採用しているものが一般的である。しかしながら、上記ショルダーバンドは、通常、可撓性を有する長尺な帯状体によって形成されるため、不使用時にはバッグから垂れ下がってしまい、そのため、持ち運びの際に突起物等に引掛けたり、バッグを地面等に置いた際に汚してしまう等の欠点を有している。

この様な問題に対処するために、出願人は、特許第２７２９４０８号公報に示される吊下げ帯収納装置を過去に提案した。この吊下げ帯収納装置は、ショルダーバンドの一端側を引込収納する引込み手段と、ショルダーバンドの移動を規制するロック手段とを備えるため、ショルダーバンドの要・不要に応じた引出し・引込み操作が可能になる。つまり、不使用時においては、ショルダーバンドを吊下げ帯収納装置に引込み収納することにより、バッグからショルダーバンドが垂れ下がることを回避できるので、持ち運びの際に突起物等に引掛けたり、バッグを地面等に置いた際に汚してしまう等の上記従来の欠点を解消することが可能になる。

しかしながら、上記のような吊下げ帯収納装置をバッグの内部や外部に設けるにあたり、内装する場合にあっては、通常のバッグ制作工程に、固有の装置取付け工程を組み込まなければならない。バッグの制作においては、布や皮製品であるため縫製手作業により形を整えながら行われている実情があり、特に、従来のものにあっては、別途取付けフレームをバッグに取付け、これに収納装置を装着するようにしていたため、取付け構造が複雑となり、制作作業者は、バッグの制作とは全く無関係な孔開け作業や取付け作業を強いられることになり、手慣れたバッグ縫製作業以上に制作時間を要してしまい、バッグ自体の価格で吸収できないほどに制作コストが嵩み、制作業者側から受注が敬遠されるなど製品化を妨げる要因となっていた。
また、バッグの中には、横向きと縦向きの姿勢で使用可能になっていているものがあるが、これらバッグのショルダーバンドは、常時使用される一方の横姿勢のみに用いることはできても、他方の縦姿勢においては使用することができず、夫々に使い分けできないものであった。

一方、上記のもののようにバッグに内装する場合にあっては、吊下げ帯収納装置が、バック自体の収容空間を占有してしまうため、大型のスポーツバッグ等への採用は比較的容易に行えるが、小型のバッグに採用することが難しいという問題点がある。
また、実公昭５６−１２０７号公報や特開平４−１１５２４５号公報に開示された如く、吊下げ帯収納装置を、携帯物の外観形態の一部として形成し、全体を同化させその存在感を無くすことも提案されるが、このものでは違和感を解消することはできても、バック自体の収容空間を占有してしまう不具合を解消することはできない。

そこで、特許第２７２９４０８号公報に示されるように、吊下げ帯収納装置を、バッグの外部に取り付けることが提案されるが、この場合には、吊下げ帯収納装置がバッグの外観を損ねる惧れがあるため、収納機構自体のコンパクト化を図ると共に、そのケース自体もその収納機構を構成する機能を覆うための必要最小限の形状のもので形成し、できるだけ目立たないようにしてその存在感と違和感を無くす試みが図られていた。しかし、吊下げ帯収納装置は、長尺なショルダーバンドを引込み収納するものであるため、全体の小型化には限界があり、しかも、吊下げ帯収納装置を小型化すると、バッグに対する取付強度が低下し、本来の機能を損なう可能性がある。
したがって、バックに内装する場合と外装する場合におけるこれら問題点を解消できるような吊下げ帯収納装置の出現が望まれていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記の如き問題点を一掃すべく創案されたものであって、その１の目的は、吊下げ帯収納装置を携帯物に内装して取り付けする際に、バッグ自体の構成部材として採用されている補強フレームが、上面および両側面に跨って取り付けられ、かつバッグ自体の制作工程に組み込まれる部材であることに着目することにより、吊下げ帯収納装置固有の取付け基板を用いることなく、この補強フレームに対して直接的に対面取付けすることができるようになった。その結果、バッグコーナー部に、吊下げ帯の引出口や操作手段への連通孔を近接形成し得て、これらを補強フレームに設けることが可能となり、取付け構造が簡素化され、作業者が把手やフック引っ掛け用リンク等の部材を取り付けるのと同様の作業工程として、バッグ本来の縫製作業の一連の工程中に組み込むことができ、特異な工程が殆ど不要となり作業工数の削減と簡略化が図られ、低コストにて組付できる。さらに、縦向き・横向きの２面のバッグ姿勢で使用できるタイプのものにも、何れの使い勝手においても吊下げ帯を振り分けて使用することができる吊下げ帯収納装置、またはその携帯物を提供するにある。
また、本発明の他の１の目的は、吊下げ帯収納装置を外部に取り付ける際、ケース自体をアクセサリーの如く装飾品として機能させることができ、その存在によって携帯物の外観を損ねる不都合を払拭することができるばかりか、広告、宣伝用の媒体としても利用することができ、受注業者に対してロゴなどと共に固有のキャラクター形状等最適なものを提供することが可能となり、しかも、吊下げ帯収納装置に対する小型化の要求を緩和し、小型化に伴うコストアップや取付強度の低下を回避することができ、小型の携帯物にも取付けできるようになって、吊下げ帯収納装置本来の用途範囲を拡大し得る吊下げ帯収納装置、吊下げ帯収納装置用装飾ケースおよび携帯物用装飾品を提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明の吊下げ帯収納装置およびその携帯物は、ショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納機構を備え、バッグ等の携帯物に取り付けられる吊下げ帯収納装置であって、該吊下げ帯収納装置を、前記携帯物内部の上側角隅部に設ける一方、前記携帯物の角隅部には、前記吊下げ帯の外部への引出口を形成せしめ、該引出口より繰り出された吊下げ帯を、携帯物上面方向と側面方向への折り返しが略均等になされるべく構成してあることを特徴とするものである。
また、上記課題を解決するために本発明の吊下げ帯収納装置およびその携帯物は、バッグ等の携帯物に取り付けられる吊下げ帯収納装置であって、該吊下げ帯収納装置は、操作手段を介してショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納機構と、該吊下げ帯収納機構を収容するケース体とを備えおり、該ケース体に、前記携帯物内部の上側隅部で、その上側面と側面の夫々に跨らして面当てされる取付片を設け、吊下げ帯収納装置を、前記取付片を介して前記上側隅部に対面させて取り付けすることを特徴とするものである。
また、上記課題を解決するために本発明の吊下げ帯収納装置は、バッグ等の携帯物の外部に露出させて取り付けられる吊下げ帯収納装置であって、該吊下げ帯収納装置は、ショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納機構と、該吊下げ帯収納機構を覆って収納装置外観を車両、航空機、飲料容器、スポーツ用具、キャラクターグッズ等の携帯物用装飾品に擬似化させる装飾ケースとを備えることを特徴とするものである。
また、上記課題を解決するために本発明の吊下げ帯収納装置用装飾ケースは、バッグ等の携帯物の外部に露出させて取り付けられ、ショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納装置用のケースであって、該ケースは、吊下げ帯収納機構を覆って収納装置外観を車両、航空機、飲料容器、スポーツ用具、キャラクターグッズ等の携帯物用装飾品に擬似化させる装飾ケースであることを特徴とするものである。
また、上記課題を解決するために本発明の携帯物用装飾品は、バッグ等の携帯物に取り付けられる乗り物、動物、飲料容器、スポーツ用具、キャラクターグッズ等がデザイン化された装飾品であって、該装飾品には、ショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納機構が組み込まれていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の複数の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図１は吊下げ帯収納装置の斜視図、図２は第１実施形態として例示する吊下げ帯収納装置を装着したバッグの内観斜視図、図３は吊下げ帯収納装置の取り付け状態を示す要部断面図である。これらの図に示すように、吊下げ帯収納装置１は、吊下げ帯収納機構２と該吊下げ帯収納機構を収容するケース体３とからなる。吊下げ帯収納機構２は、樹脂成形された左右一対のブラケット２１、２１間に軸架された巻取軸２２を有しており、その一端がブラケット２１より突出してゼンマイバネ２３に連結される。なお、ゼンマイバネ２３は、一方のブラケット２１の外側に一体形成された格納部２１１に装着されている。

２４は巻取軸２２に一体的に設けられる巻取ドラムであって、該巻取ドラム２４は、前記ゼンマイバネ２３により常時巻取り方向に付勢され、ショルダーバンド４を巻取りおよび繰り出し自在に巻装している。前記巻取ドラム２４は、全体がＨ型形状に樹脂成形され左右に回転部２４１を有しており、この回転部２４１の外周は、所定間隔を存して設けられる凹部２４２、２４２・・・により歯車状に形成されている。

一方、５は操作手段であって、該操作手段５は、前記左右の凹部２４２、２４２にそれぞれ係脱する下向きコ字状に形成され、バネ５５によって常時凹部２４２に係合するよう付勢されたラッチ体（ラッチ係）５１と、該ラッチ体５１に一体成形されたレバー部５２と、携帯物としてのバッグ６の外側面に取り付けられる操作レバー５３とにより構成される。

前記ラッチ体５１は、その左右両側部においてブラケット２１に回転可能に軸支されており、前記レバー部５２前記レバー部５２の先端には、ピン孔５２１が形成される一方、前記操作レバー５３の下面部には、ピン孔５３１を有する連結片５３２が形成されており、両者は軸ピン５４により回転可能に軸着されて連結される。そして、前記操作レバー５３を指先等でスライド操作することで、ラッチ体５１がバネ５５に抗して回動し、凹部２４２との係合が解離され、回転規制された巻取ドラム２４にショルダーバンド４が自動的に巻取られるようになっている。つまり、ショルダーバンド４が引込み収納された状態で操作レバー５３を指先でスライド操作すると、ラッチ体５１と凹部２４２との係合解除に伴ってショルダーバンド４の引出し操作が許容され、この状態でショルダーバンド４を所望の長さまで引出すことができる。その後、前記操作レバー５３から指先を離すと、操作レバー５３が元の位置にスライド復帰し、再びラッチ体５１と凹部２４２とが係合するのに伴い、ショルダーバンド４の引出しおよび引込みが規制され、ショルダーバンド４が使用可能になる。一方、ショルダーバンド４が引出された状態で操作レバー５３をスライド操作すると、ラッチ体５１と凹部２４２との係合解除に伴い、ショルダーバンド４がゼンマイバネ２３の付勢力で自動的に引込み収納されることになる。

前記ケース体３は、全体が円筒状でバッグ６のコーナー部に対面する周面が開口された収容部（ケース部）と、その開口両端縁から延出する水平取付片３１と垂直取付片３２が樹脂部材により一体成形される。前記ブラケット２１は、ケース体３の円筒形状に略適合した形状となっており、ブラケット２１を、係止部２１２，２１２を前記ケース体３の下側開口両端縁に係止するよう嵌装し、この係止部２１２を支点として円周回りに回転しながら収容できるようになっている。そして、前記レバー部５２に設けられた突起（図示しない）に仮組付けされた前記バネ５５の先端が、ケース体３に形成された浅い凹溝３４に容易に嵌入係止されると共に、所定厚さを有するブラケット２１の端面が、ケース体３に形成された係合溝３３、３３にしっかりと係止され、ビス３５により取着される。

次に、吊下げ帯収納装置１のバッグ６への取付け構成について説明する。バッグ６は、全体の基礎形状を成す板状の樹脂製補強フレーム６１が四周面に設けられ、それぞれ所定の布地、皮地等の内装地６２、外装地６３、把手６４等が設けられて構成されている。
吊下げ帯収納装置１は、前記取付片３１、３２を介して、バッグ６内部の上側角隅部で前記補強フレーム６１の上面及び側面に跨って面当て取付けされる。つまり、吊下げ帯収納装置１のバッグ６に対面する側が、バッグ６の湾曲したコーナー形状に略適合した逆Ｌ字形状に形成されており、また、補強フレーム６１には、予め前記レバー部５２と前記連結片５３２とが連結される部位に、操作レバー５３がスライド可能な移動範囲の大きさで切欠き孔６１１が穿設されると共に、ショルダーバンド４を案内するガイド孔６１２が穿設されている。
このガイド孔６１２は、断面視）（状のラッパ型孔形となるよう面取りされていて、丁度補強フレーム６１の上面と側面とが直交するＲ状曲面となる４５゜の角隅部に設けられていて、上面方向と側面方向に略均等の折り返しができるようになっている。なお、操作レバー５３を別途設けるようにしたがレバー部５２を切欠き孔６１１より外部に突出させて、レバー部５２を直接操作するようにしても良く、操作レバー５３をボタン式にしても良い。

７は前記操作レバー５３の下面部に設けられる樹脂製スライド板で、該スライド板７は、前記取付片３１とともにリベット（鋲）９により前記補強フレーム６１を挟んで取着されている。前記取付片３２はリベット９により補強フレーム６１に取着されるが、この場合、従来のショルダーバンド４の引っ掛けリング（図示しない）を止めていたリベット９を用いれば良く、リベット止め作業は前記取付片３１についてのみリベットが追加されるだけである。
８は前記ガイド孔６１２部に縫着される軟質樹脂などの補強パットであって、該補強パット８には、前記ガイド孔６１２より案内されたショルダーバンド４の引出し口８１が設けられ、ショルダーバンド４の引き出し・引き込みによる摺接抵抗により外装地６３の解れなどを防止している。
６５は、ショルダーバンド４を引き込み収納した際に、ショルダーバンド４の先端に設けられたフック（図示しない）と共に、ショルダーパット４１を差込収容しておくホルダーである。

次に、吊下げ帯収納装置１をバッグ６に外装した場合の実施形態の構成について説明する。
図４は第２実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置を示す斜視図、図５は使用状態を示す斜視図、図６の（Ａ）は第２実施形態を示す吊下げ帯収納装置の正面図、（Ｂ）は取付部の形状を変更した平面図である。これらの図に示すように、第２実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置１１は、前記吊下げ帯収納機構２と、該吊下げ帯収納機構２を覆う缶入り飲料の容器形状を有する装飾ケース体３ａと、該装飾ケース体３ａに一体的に設けられる取付部３２ａと、該取付部３２ａの先端部に設けられる取付フック４２とを備えて構成されている。例えば、スポーツバッグ６ａにおいて上記の吊下げ帯収納装置１１を使用する場合は、スポーツバッグ６ａの一側部に設けられるリング６６に取付フック４２を係合させると共に、前記操作手段５を構成する操作レバー５３ａを押しながらショルダーバンド４を所望の長さまで引き出し、その後、ショルダーバンド４の先端部に設けられる取付リングまたは取付フック（図示せず）を、スポーツバッグ６ａの他側部に設けられる取付フックまたは取付リング（図示せず）に係合させる。
なお、前記操作レバー５３ａは、前記レバー部５２をそのまま延設成形させて、装飾ケース３ａに穿設された切欠き部３ａｂより突出させたものとなっている。また、吊下げ帯収納機構２のブラケット２１などの各構成部材は、容器形状に適合した形状に形成され、操作レバー５３ａのバネ５５も適宜のものを用いて構成するなどの設計変更が行われることは言うまでもない。

前記装飾ケース３ａは、内部に第１実施例と同様に吊下げ帯収納機構２を収容するための所定の取付構造（図示しない）を有しており、また、図に示すように、吊下げ帯収納装置１１の外観を携帯物用装飾品としての缶入り飲料の容器形状に擬似化し、吊下げ帯収納装置１１を携帯物用装飾品として機能させる。この装飾機能は、従来の吊下げ帯収納装置をそのままスポーツバッグ６ａに取付ける場合と比較して明らかであるが、図６に示す如く、装飾ケース体３ａは、吊下げ帯収納機構２を構成するための機能的な外形に沿わない膨出部３ａａが前後、左右、上下方向に形成されており、該膨出部３ａａ、内には、吊下げ帯収納機構２やショルダーバンド４などが配設されていない空間、即ち缶入り飲料の容器形態のみに供される形状が形成されてる。

また、第２実施形態の装飾ケース体３ａは、缶入り飲料の容器形状を有しているため、その奇抜さによって吊下げ帯収納装置１１の装飾性を高めることができる許りでなく、その外面に既存の缶入り飲料と同様のペイントを施すことによって、ノベルティとしての需要を喚起できる広告宣伝用の媒体として構成される。そして、缶入り飲料の容器形状は標準化されているため、複数の飲料メーカーのロゴやノベルティを製造する際に、装飾ケース体３ａの金型を兼用化することを可能にしている。

前記取付部３２ａは、装飾ケース体３ａの缶入り飲料の容器形状（円筒形状）に起因して、装飾ケース体３ａに一体成形させて設けても良いが、吊下げ帯収納機構２に直接的に設けられるなど別体のものとして一体的に設ける場合には、吊下げ帯収納機構２の底部に対応した大きな切り欠きを行わず、何れの場合も容器の原型をできるだけ保つように設けられている。
そして、ショルダーバンド４を収納した状態でバック１６のリング１７に取付フック１５を介して取付けされた態様では、恰も缶入り飲料の容器のみの外観形状に起因したキーホルダー的なアクセサリー、即ち携帯物用装飾品として機能するよう構成されている。この取付部３２ａは、吊下げ帯収納機構２に直接設ける場合に比べ、その形状等に自由度を持たせることが可能になり、例えば図６の（Ｂ）に示す如く、取付部３２ａを左右幅Ｗ１を、吊下げ帯収納機構２の左右幅Ｗ２よりも幅広に形成すれば、吊下げ帯収納装置１１の取付強度を高めることが可能になる。

また、前記取付部３２ａは、スポーツバッグ６ａ等の携帯物に対して着脱自在に構成されるので、任意の携帯物、例えばスポーツバッグ６ａ以外のバッグ類、クーラーボックス等のボックス類、ギヤーケース等のケース類等において使用可能な汎用性を備えることができると共に、装飾品としての単体販売および交換需要を喚起することが可能になる。

ところで、前記吊下げ帯収納装置１１は、吊下げ帯収納機能をメインの機能として販売することなく、装飾機能をメインとして携帯物用装飾品として販売することが可能であるが、さらには、装飾ケース体３ａを吊下げ帯収納機構２に対して着脱自在に構成すれば、装飾ケース体３ａの単体販売も可能になり、この場合には、装飾品としての機能をさらに高めて交換需要を一層喚起することが可能になる。

図７は第３実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置を示す斜視図である。この図に示すように、第３実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置１２は、吊下げ帯収納機構２を覆う飛行機玩具形状の装飾ケース体３ｂと、該装飾ケース体３ｂの下面部に設けられる取付部３２ｂと、操作レバー５３ａとを備えて構成されている。このものは、第２実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置１１と同様に、吊下げ帯収納機構２の機能的外形に沿わない前後、左右、上下方向に該膨出部３ｂａをもって構成されており、かつ、広告宣伝用の媒体として構成されるが、前記取付部３２ｂは、その外観形状に影響を与えることなく飛行機の胴部と羽根部で覆い隠して、吊下げ帯収納機構２の底部を露出させることができるため、装飾ケース体３ｂの底部に設けられている。そして、バッグ６ａに予め取り付けられた図示しない基部に対して着脱可能に取付けするように一対の嵌合構造にて構成されており、吊下げ帯収納装置１２をバッグ６ａに取付けたとき、取付部３２ｂおよびバッグ６ａ側の基部を装飾ケース体３ｂで覆い隠すことができるようになっている。この場合、受注需用者としてのターゲットは、航空機メーカーであり、各メーカーの航空バッグと共に空港などで販売する販路の確保が期待できる。
なお、本実施例の取付部３２ｂを第２実施例の如き取付部３２ａとし、第２実施例の取付部３２ａを本実施例の取付部３２ｂとして良いことは勿論である。

図８は第４実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置を示す斜視図である。この図に示すように、第４実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置１３は、吊下げ帯収納機構２を覆う装飾ケース体３ｃと、図示しない取付部とを備えて構成されている。このものは、第３実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置１２と略同様の機能を奏するが、バッグ６ａに対して一体的に取付けられるため、取付強度をさらに高めることができる許りでなく、その外観形態が従前の形態に捕らわれない意味不明の膨出部３ｃａを有する形状にデザインされ、このものは装飾性の高い吊下げ帯収納装置１３をバッグ６ａに一体化することにより、バッグ６ａの装飾的価値を高めるために供される。なお、装飾ケースは上記の実施例のものに限定されず、くま、ライオンなどの動物、ボール、小物入れスポーツバッグなどの運動用具、自動車、電車、船舶等の乗り物、ビア樽、ビン、ペットボトル等の飲料容器、ロボット、マスコット人形などのキャラクターグッズ等、様々な携帯物用装飾品に擬似化させたものを応用できることは言うまでもない。

叙述の如く構成された本発明の実施形態において、バッグ６等の携帯物に内装される吊下げ帯収納装置１の場合にあっては、該吊下げ帯収納装置１は、操作手段５を介してショルダーバンド４を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納機構２と、該吊下げ帯収納機構２を収容するケース体３とを備えおり、該ケース体３に、前記バッグ内部の上側隅部で、その上面と側面の夫々に跨らして面当てされる取付片３１、３２を設け、吊下げ帯収納装置１を、前記取付片３１，３２を介して前記上側隅部に対面させて取り付けするようになっている。このため、吊下げ帯収納装置１をバッグ６に取り付けしたものでありながら、バッグ６自体の構成部材として採用されている補強フレーム６１が、上面および両側面に跨って取り付けられ、かつバッグ６自体の制作工程に組み込まれる部材であることに着目し、従来のように吊下げ帯収納装置固有の取付け基板を用いることなく、この補強フレーム６１に対して直接的に対面取付けできるようになり、結果、バッグコーナー部となる補強フレーム６１に、ショルダーバンド４の引出口８１に連通するガイド孔６１２や操作手段５（レバー部５２と前記連結片５３２とが連結される部位）の外部へ連通する切欠き孔６１１を近接形成することが可能となり、取付け構成が極めて簡素化される。

つまり、補強フレーム６１に、把手６４やショルダーバンド４の引っ掛けリング（図示しない）などの付属部材をリベット止めするリベット孔と同様に、予め切欠き孔６１１やガイド孔６１２を穿設しておくことで、内装地６２や外装地６３を縫製作業の過程で、全体の布寄れ等を調整しながらバッグ本体を形成した後、前記リベット孔位置の内装地６２や外装地６３をカッター等で切断し、前記の付属部材をリベット止めする組付け作業と同様に、切欠き孔６１１やガイド孔６１２部分にもにも切り込みを入れる作業手順にて、吊下げ帯収納装置１を取付けすることができる。
