【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、バッグ、カメラ、ボックス等の携帯物に取り付けられるショルダーバンド等の長尺な帯状体によって形成される吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、携帯物のなかには、例えば、手提カバンやスポーツバッグの如く、ショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯を備えるものがある。この種のショルダーバンドは、大きい荷物や重い荷物を長時間持ち運ぶことを可能にする許りでなく、荷物を運びながら両手が使える等、その使い勝手の良さから種々の用途に採用されており、例えば、バッグにおいては、把手とショルダーバンドとを併設し、状況に応じて何れかを選択的に使用可能な２ＷＡＹ方式を採用しているものが多い。しかしながら、上記ショルダーバンドは、通常、可撓性を有する長尺な帯状体によって形成されるため、不使用時にはバッグから垂れ下がってしまい、そのため、持ち運びの際に突起物等に引掛けたり、バッグを地面等に置いた際に汚してしまう等の欠点を有している。

この様な問題に対処するために、出願人は、特許第２７２９４０８号公報に示される吊下げ帯収納装置を過去に提案した。この吊下げ帯収納装置は、ショルダーバンドの一端側を引込収納する引込み手段と、ショルダーバンドの移動を規制するロック手段とを備えるため、ショルダーバンドの要・不要に応じた引出し・引込み操作が可能になる。つまり、不使用時においては、ショルダーバンドを吊下げ帯収納装置に引込み収納することにより、バッグからショルダーバンドが垂れ下がることを回避できるので、持ち運びの際に突起物等に引掛けたり、バッグを地面等に置いた際に汚してしまう等の上記従来の欠点を解消することが可能になる。

しかしながら、上記のものでは、吊下げ帯収納装置をバッグに設けるにあたり、バンドの巻き径が大きくなり、そのままバッグの内部に吊下げ帯収納装置を設ける場合には、バック自体の収容空間を占有してしまうため、小型のバッグに採用することが難しく、大型のスポーツバッグ等の限られたものにしか採用することができない。
また、実公昭５６−１２０７号公報や特開平４−１１５２４５号公報に開示された如く、吊下げ帯収納装置を、携帯物の外観形態の一部として形成し、全体を同化させその存在感を無くすことも提案されるが、このものでは違和感を解消することはできても、バック自体の収容空間を占有してしまう不具合を解消することはできない。

一方、特許第２７２９４０８号公報に示されるように、吊下げ帯収納装置を、バッグの外部に取り付けることが提案されるが、この場合には、吊下げ帯収納装置がバッグの外観を損ねる惧れがあるため、収納機構自体のコンパクト化を図ると共に、そのケース自体もその収納機構を構成する機能を覆うための必要最小限の形状のもので形成し、できるだけ目立たないようにしてその存在感と違和感を無くす試みが図られていた。しかし、吊下げ帯収納装置は、長尺なショルダーバンドを引込み収納するものであるため、全体の小型化には限界があり、しかも、吊下げ帯収納装置を小型化すると、バッグに対する取付強度が低下し、本来の機能を損なう可能性がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記の如き問題点を一掃すべく創案されたものであって、大きい荷物や重い荷物を長時間持ち運ぶことを可能にするショルダーバンドを引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納装置でありながら、装飾ケースの取付部を介して外部に取り付けできるようになり、ケース自体をアクセサリーの如く装飾品として機能させることができ、その存在によって携帯物の外観を損ねる不都合を払拭することができるばかりか、広告、宣伝用の媒体としても利用することができ、受注業者に対してロゴなどと共に固有のキャラクター形状等最適なものを提供することが可能となり、しかも、長尺なショルダーバンドを引込み収納する構造に起因して、全体の小型化に限界がある吊下げ帯収納装置に対する小型化の要求を緩和し、小型化に伴うコストアップや取付強度の低下を回避することができ、小型の携帯物にも取付けできると共に、装飾ケースを吊下げ帯収納機構に対して着脱自在に構成することも可能になって、吊下げ帯収納装置本来の用途範囲を拡大し得るショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯収納装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明のショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯収納装置は、バッグ等の携帯物の外部に露出させて取り付けられる吊下げ帯収納装置であって、該吊下げ帯収納装置は、その先端部に取付リングまたは取付フックを有するショルダーバンド等の長尺な帯状体によって形成される吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納機構と、該吊下げ帯収納機構を覆って取り付けられる収納装置外観を乗り物、動物、飲料容器、スポーツ用具、キャラクターグッズ等の携帯物用装飾品に擬似化させた装飾ケースとを備えると共に、該装飾ケースは、その外周に前記吊下げ帯の巻取りおよび繰り出し操作を許容する操作ボタンと、前記吊下げ帯収納機構の底部形状に対応することなく当該原型を保持するよう設けられた取付部と、該取付部の先端部に携帯物の一側部に設けられたリングに対して係合可能な取付フックとを備え、前記取付部は、前記装飾ケースを、前記取付フックを携帯物の一側部のリングに係合した態様において、前記吊下げ帯を引き出して先端部の取付リングまたは取付フックを携帯物の他側部に設けられる取付リングまたは取付フックに係合させて引込み収納した際に、携帯物の外面に対して前記装飾ケースを前記取付部と吊下げ帯とで保持した状態と、前記吊下げ帯の先端部を係合させない収納状態とで、その外観形状に起因した携帯物用装飾品として機能せしめるよう構成されていることを特徴とするものである。
また、上記課題を解決するために本発明のショルダーバンド等の吊下げ帯収納装置は、バッグ等の携帯物の外部に露出させて取り付けられる吊下げ帯収納装置であって、該吊下げ帯収納装置は、その先端部に取付リングまたは取付フックを有するショルダーバンド等の長尺な帯状体によって形成される吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納機構と、該吊下げ帯収納機構を覆って取り付けられる収納装置外観を乗り物、動物、飲料容器、スポーツ用具、キャラクターグッズ等の携帯物用装飾品に擬似化させた装飾ケースとを備えると共に、該装飾ケースは、ケース外周に前記吊下げ帯の巻取りおよび繰り出し操作を許容する操作ボタンと、その下面部にその外観形状に影響を与えることなく設けられ、前記携帯物の一側部に予め取り付けした基部に対して取着される取付部とを備えて、吊下げ帯収納機構の底部を露出可能に形成せしめ、該取付部は、前記基部に取付けした際に、取付部および基部を覆い隠されるよう装飾ケースの底部に設けられ、前記吊下げ帯収納装置を、携帯物の他側部に設けられた取付リングまたは取付フックに対して、携帯物の一側部に取付けされる携帯物用装飾品として機能せしめるよう構成してあることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の複数の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図１は各実施形態に共通する吊下げ帯収納機構の一部切欠き平面図、図２は吊下げ帯収納機構の側面断面図、図３は吊下げ帯収納機構の背面断面図である。これらの図に示すように、吊下げ帯収納機構１には、巻取軸２が内装されている。巻取軸２は、左右のブラケット３、３間に軸架されており、その両端部はブラケット３、３から外側方に突出している。３ａは装飾ケースを取付けするためのケース取付片であり、４は巻取軸２に一体的に設けられる巻取ドラムであって、該巻取ドラム４は、ショルダーバンド５を巻取りおよび繰り出し自在に巻装している。６はゼンマイバネであって、該ゼンマイバネ６は、巻取軸２の一端部とブラケット３との間に介装され、前記巻取ドラム４を常時巻取り方向に付勢している。

一方、７は前記巻取軸２の他端部に一体的に設けられる歯車状の回転体であって、該回転体７の外周部には、所定間隔を存して凹部と凸部が交互に形成されている。尚、回転体７は、巻取軸２と一体回転するものであればよく、例えば巻取ドラム４の側板部を兼用することも可能である。８はラッチ体であって、該ラッチ体８は、ブラケット３に設けられるガイド９、９に沿って前後摺動するリング部８ａと、その内周後部に突設され、前記回転体７の凹凸部に係合可能なラッチ係８ｂと、前記リング部８ａから前方に突出するアーム部８ｃとを一体的に備えている。アーム部８ｃには、前後に長い長孔８ｄが穿設される一方、ブラケット３には、長孔８ｄに遊嵌するピン８ｅが突設されており、さらに、ピン８ｅの先端部とリング部８ａとの間には、ラッチ体８を前方に付勢するコイルバネ１０が介装されている。これにより、常時はラッチ係８ｂが回転体７の凹凸部に係合し、巻取ドラム４の回転を規制するようになっている。

１１は吊下げ帯収納機構１の前面部に出没自在に設けられる操作ボタンであって、該操作ボタン１１の基端部は、前記アーム部８ｃの先端部に接当しており、操作ボタン１１の押込み操作に応じてラッチ体８が後方に移動し、ラッチ係８ｂと回転体７との係合が解除されるように構成されている。つまり、ショルダーバンド５が引込み収納された状態で操作ボタン１１を押込み操作すると、ラッチ係８ｂと回転体７との係合解除に伴ってショルダーバンド５の引出し操作が許容され、この状態でショルダーバンド５を所望の長さまで引出すことができる。その後、操作ボタン１１の押込み操作を解除すると、再びラッチ係８ｂと回転体７とが係合するのに伴い、ショルダーバンド５の引出しおよび引込みが規制され、ショルダーバンド５が使用可能になる。一方、ショルダーバンド５が引出された状態で操作ボタン１１を押込み操作すると、ラッチ係８ｂと回転体７との係合解除に伴い、ショルダーバンド５がゼンマイバネ６の付勢力で自動的に引込み収納されることになる。

図４は第一実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置を示す斜視図、図５は使用状態を示す斜視図、図６の（Ａ）は第一実施形態を示す吊下げ帯収納装置の正面図、（Ｂ）は取付部の形状を変更した平面図である。これらの図に示すように、第一実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置１２は、前記吊下げ帯収納機構１と、該吊下げ帯収納機構１を覆う缶入り飲料の容器形状を有する装飾ケース１３と、該装飾ケース１３に一体的に設けられる取付部１４と、該取付部１４の先端部に設けられる取付フック１５とを備えて構成されている。例えば、スポーツバッグ１６において上記の吊下げ帯収納装置１２を使用する場合は、スポーツバッグ１６の一側部に設けられるリング１７に取付フック１５を係合させると共に、操作ボタン１１を押しながらショルダーバンド５を所望の長さまで引き出し、その後、ショルダーバンド５の先端部に設けられる取付リング５ａまたは取付フック（図示せず）を、スポーツバッグ１６の他側部に設けられる取付フック（図示せず）または取付リング（図示せず）に係合させる。

前記装飾ケース１３は、図に示すように、吊下げ帯収納装置１２の外観を携帯物用装飾品としての缶入り飲料の容器形状に擬似化し、吊下げ帯収納装置１２を携帯物用装飾品として機能させる。この装飾機能は、従来の吊下げ帯収納装置をそのままスポーツバッグ１６に取付ける場合と比較して明らかであるが、また、図６に示す如く、装飾ケース１３は、吊下げ帯収納機構１を構成するための機能的な外形に沿わない膨出部１３ａが前後、左右、上下方向に形成されており、該膨出部１３ａ、内には、吊下げ帯収納機構１やショルダーバンド５などが配設されていない空間、即ち缶入り飲料の容器形態のみに供される形状が形成されてる。

また、第一実施形態の装飾ケース１３は、缶入り飲料の容器形状を有しているため、その奇抜さによって吊下げ帯収納装置１２の装飾性を高めることができる許りでなく、その外面に既存の缶入り飲料と同様のペイントを施すことによって、ノベルティとしての需要を喚起できる広告宣伝用の媒体として構成される。そして、缶入り飲料の容器形状は標準化されているため、複数の飲料メーカーのロゴやノベルティを製造する際に、装飾ケース１３の金型を兼用化することを可能にしている。

また、前記取付部１４は、装飾ケース１３の缶入り飲料の容器形状（円筒形状）に起因して、吊下げ帯収納機構１の底部に対応した大きな切り欠きを行わず、容器の原型をできるだけ保つように設けられており、ショルダーバンド５を収納した状態でバック１６のリング１７に取付フック１５を介して取付けされた態様では、恰も缶入り飲料の容器のみの外観形状に起因したキーホルダー的なアクセサリー、即ち携帯物用装飾品として機能するよう構成されている。この取付部１４は、吊下げ帯収納機構１に直接設ける場合に比べ、その形状等に自由度を持たせることが可能になり、例えば図６の（Ｂ）に示す如く、取付部１４を左右幅Ｗ１を、吊下げ帯収納機構１の左右幅Ｗ２よりも幅広に形成すれば、吊下げ帯収納装置１２の取付強度を高めることが可能になる。

また、前記取付部１４は、スポーツバッグ１６等の携帯物に対して着脱自在に構成されるので、任意の携帯物、例えばスポーツバッグ１６以外のバッグ類、クーラーボックス等のボックス類、ギヤーケース等のケース類等において使用可能な汎用性を備えることができると共に、装飾品としての単体販売および交換需要を喚起することが可能になる。

ところで、前記吊下げ帯収納装置１２は、吊下げ帯収納機能をメインの機能として販売することなく、装飾機能をメインとして携帯物用装飾品として販売することが可能であるが、さらには、装飾ケース１３を吊下げ帯収納機構１に対して着脱自在に構成すれば、装飾ケース１３の単体販売も可能になり、この場合には、装飾品としての機能をさらに高めて交換需要を一層喚起することが可能になる。

図７は第二実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置を示す斜視図である。この図に示すように、第二実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置１８は、吊下げ帯収納機構１を覆う飛行機玩具形状の装飾ケース１９と、該装飾ケース１９の下面部に設けられる取付部２０と、操作ボタン１１とを備えて構成されている。このものは、第一実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置１２と同様に、吊下げ帯収納機構１の機能的外形に沿わない前後、左右、上下方向に該膨出部１９ａをもって構成されており、かつ、広告宣伝用の媒体として構成されるが、前記取付部２０は、その外観形状に影響を与えることなく飛行機の胴部と羽根部で覆い隠して、吊下げ帯収納機構１の底部を露出させることができるため、装飾ケース１９の底部に設けられている。そして、バッグ１６に予め取り付けられた図示しない基部に対して着脱可能に取付けするように一対の嵌合構造にて構成されており、吊下げ帯収納装置１８をバッグ１６に取付けたとき、取付部２０およびバッグ１６側の基部を装飾ケース１９で覆い隠すことができるようになっている。この場合、受注需用者としてのターゲットは、航空機メーカーであり、各メーカーの航空バッグと共に空港などで販売する販路の確保が期待できる。
なお、本実施例の取付部２０を第一実施例の如き取付部１４とし、第一実施例の取付部１４を本実施例の取付部２０として良いことは勿論である。

図８は第三実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置を示す斜視図である。この図に示すように、第三実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置２１は、吊下げ帯収納機構１を覆う装飾ケース２２と、図示しない取付部とを備えて構成されている。このものは、第二実施形態の吊下げ帯収納装置１８と略同様の機能を奏するが、バッグ１６に対して一体的に取付けられるため、取付強度をさらに高めることができる許りでなく、その外観形態が従前の形態に捕らわれない意味不明の形状にデザインされ、このものは装飾性の高い吊下げ帯収納装置２１をバッグ１６に一体化することにより、バッグ１６の装飾的価値を高めるために供される。
なお、装飾ケースは上記の実施例のものに限定されず、くま、ライオンなどの動物、ボール、小物入れスポーツバッグなどの運動用具、自動車、電車、船舶等の乗り物、ビア樽、ビン、ペットボトル等の飲料容器、ロボット、マスコット人形などのキャラクターグッズ等、様々な携帯物用装飾品に擬似化させたものを応用できることは言うまでもない。

叙述の如く構成された本発明の実施形態において、バッグ等の携帯物の外部に露出させて取り付けられる吊下げ帯収納装置１２であって、該吊下げ帯収納装置１２は、ショルダーバンド５等の吊下げ帯を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納機構１と、該吊下げ帯収納機構１を覆って装置外観を乗り物、動物、飲料容器、スポーツ用具、キャラクターグッズ等の携帯物用装飾品に擬似化させる装飾ケースとを備えて構成されるため、外部に取り付けられる吊下げ帯収納装置１２でありながら、ケース１３自体をアクセサリーの如く装飾品として機能させることができ、その存在によって携帯物の外観を損ねる不都合を払拭することができ、広告、宣伝用の媒体としても利用することができ、受注業者に対してロゴなどと共に固有のキャラクター形状等最適なものを提供することが可能となる。
したがって、装飾ケースの外観を、例えば、第一実施例の如く缶入り飲料の容器に形成した装飾ケース１３とすれば、受注業者としてのターゲットは、ビール、ジュースなどの各種飲料製造メーカーとなり、これら業者をスポンサーにするなどの業務提携が可能となり、また、第二実施例の如く飛行機玩具形状の装飾ケース１９とすれば、各種航空メーカー、玩具メーカーがターゲットとなり、これらメーカーの商品販売戦略を喚起する営業活動がおこなえるようになり、従来バッグメーカーが自ら製造する携帯物用に供される吊下げ帯収納機能をメインとしていた販売を、アクセサリーグッズ、メーカーのキャンペーングッズなどのとした装飾機能をメインとして携帯物用装飾品として提供し、販売することが可能となり、その販路および用途範囲を拡大し得る利点がある。
しかも、吊下げ帯収納機構１に対する小型化の要求を緩和し、小型化に伴うコストアップや取付強度の低下を回避することができ、小型の携帯物にも取付けできる。

また、前記装飾ケース１３は、前記吊下げ帯収納機構１またはカメラや水筒などの携帯物の機能的外形に沿わない膨出部１３ａを有するため、吊下げ帯収納機構１の形状や取付部１４の幅寸法に自由度を持たせることができ、吊下げ帯収納機構１が携帯物の種類によってその大きさが異なっていても収容でき、収容範囲を拡大できる許りでなく、装飾ケース１３による吊下げ帯収納機構１の保護効果を高めることができる。

また、前記装飾ケース１３は、缶入り飲料の容器形状を有するため、その奇抜さによって吊下げ帯収納装置１２の装飾性を高めることができる許りでなく、玩具、装身具などノベルティとしての需要を喚起でき、しかも、缶入り飲料の容器形状は標準化されているため、複数メーカーのノベルティを製造する際に、装飾ケース１３の金型を兼用化することができる。

また、前記装飾ケース１３、１８を、取付部１４によって吊下げ帯収納装置１２を携帯物に取り付けることで、吊下げ帯収納機構１に直接設ける場合に比べ、その形状等に自由度を持たせることができる。しかも、ショルダーバンド５を収納した状態でバック１６のリング１７に取付フック１５を介して取付けされた態様では、恰も缶入り飲料の容器のみの外観形状、または飛行機玩具のみの外観形状に起因したキーホルダー的なアクセサリー、即ち携帯物用装飾品としての機能をより一層喚起させることができる。

また、前記取付部１４は、吊下げ帯収納機構１よりも幅広に形成されているため、携帯物に対する吊下げ帯収納装置１２の取付強度を高めることができ、さらに、取付部１４のカラーリングを装飾ケースとマッチングしてあるので、携帯物用装飾品としての機能を一層喚起させることができる。

また、前記吊下げ帯収納装置１２は、携帯物に対して着脱自在に取り付けられるため、任意の携帯物において使用可能な汎用性を備えることができると共に、装飾品としての単体販売および交換需要を喚起することができる。

また、第二実施形態の装飾ケース１９は、吊下げ帯収納装置１８が携帯物に取り付けられたとき、吊下げ帯収納装置１８側の取付部２０および携帯物側の基部を覆い隠すため、取付部２０の引っ掛かりを防止できる許りでなく、取付部による美観の低下を回避できる。

尚、本発明は、前記実施形態に限定されないことは勿論であって、例えば吊下げ帯は、ショルダーバンドに限定されるものでなく、カメラ、ビデオカメラ等に設けられるストラップ類を含むことは言うまでもない。

【発明の効果】
上記のように本発明は、大きい荷物や重い荷物を長時間持ち運ぶことを可能にするショルダーバンド５を引き込み収納する吊下げ帯収納装置でありながら、装飾ケース１３、１９の取付部１４、２０を介して外部に取り付けできるようになり、ケース自体をアクセサリーの如く装飾品として機能させることができ、その存在によって携帯物の外観を損ねる不都合を払拭することができるばかりか、広告、宣伝用の媒体としても利用することができ、受注業者に対してロゴなどと共に固有のキャラクター形状等最適なものを提供することが可能となり、しかも、長尺なショルダーバンド５を引込み収納する構造に起因して、全体の小型化に限界がある吊下げ帯収納装置に対する小型化の要求を緩和し、小型化に伴うコストアップや取付強度の低下を回避することができ、小型の携帯物にも取付けできると共に、装飾ケースを吊下げ帯収納機構１に対して着脱自在に構成することも可能になって、吊下げ帯収納装置本来の用途範囲を拡大し得る格別の効果を奏するものである。
しかも、請求項１の発明のように構成すると、吊下げ帯収納装置１２を、ショルダーバンド５を収納させてバック１６のリング１７に取付フック１５を介して取付けした態様で、取付部１４が、吊下げ帯収納機構１の底部形状に対応することなく、その原型を保持するよう設けられているので、ショルダーバンド５を引き出して使用した状態では取付部１４の幅とショルダーバンド５との幅をもって保持すると共に、収納した状態においては、例えば、装飾ケース１３として形成される缶入り飲料の容器形状（円筒形状）のみの外観形状に起因したキーホルダー的なアクセサリー、即ち携帯物用装飾品として機能させることができ、更に、この取付部１４は、吊下げ帯収納機構１に直接設ける場合に比べ、その形状等に自由度を持たせることが可能になり、例えば図６の（Ｂ）に示す如く、取付部１４を左右幅Ｗ１を、吊下げ帯収納機構１の左右幅Ｗ２よりも幅広に形成することができ、吊下げ帯収納装置１２の取付強度を高めることが可能になる。
また、請求項２の発明のように構成すると、吊下げ帯収納装置１８を、取付部２０を介して、バッグ１６に予め取り付けられた基部に対し一対の嵌合構造をもって取付けできるだけでなく、取付部２０が、装飾ケース１９の下面部に吊下げ帯収納機構１の底部を露出させた状態で設けられ、装飾ケース１９の外観形状に影響を与えることなく、装飾ケース１９で取付部２０およびバッグ１６側の基部を覆い隠すことができるようになっているため、取付部２０の引っ掛かりが防止され、バッグ１６の他側部に設けられた取付リング５ａに対向して、一側部に取付けされる携帯物用装飾品として機能させることができる。
