TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ball game machine typified by a pachinko game machine and the like, and more specifically, fires on an opening / closing member provided on the front side of a front frame which is supported on one side of an outer frame so as to be openable / closable. An upper plate capable of storing game balls to be supplied to the device is provided, and a lower plate capable of storing surplus balls is provided below the upper plate. The present invention relates to a ball and ball game machine provided with a launch rail for guiding a ball to the game area.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An upper plate is provided on an opening / closing member provided on the front side of the front frame so as to be openable and closable, and a lower plate is provided below the upper plate. In a conventional ball game machine provided with a firing rail for guiding the game area, the game ball spills from the inside when the opening / closing member is opened, for example, the inside of the game machine, for example, the firing rail, etc. The game ball may stop at a place where the game ball should not normally stop, such as a lower wall formed below the mounting surface of the mounted game member mounting portion. Since there is a possibility of causing a bad effect on the ball game machine by deforming the member such as the member mounting portion, an inclined portion for guiding the game ball spilled to the game member mounting portion to the outside of the game machine has an inclined portion on the lower wall surface. Also formed It had (Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Further, the lower plate is composed of an assembly of a plate main body for storing game balls and a plate cover body forming an outer shell of the main body of the plate, so that the ball dropped on the upper portion of the plate cover body is guided to the plate main body. In some cases, an inclined surface portion is provided on the upper portion of the dish cover body to be inclined downward toward the dish main body. Further, a projection protruding above the inclined surface is provided on the front end side of the inclined surface, and a game ball dropped on the upper portion (inclined surface) of the dish cover body falls to the outside of the ball game machine. There has been one that prevents such a situation (Patent Document 2).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the opening / closing member on the front side of the gaming machine is opened, if there is a ball inside, the ball may enter an unexpected place and it may be difficult to remove it. An inclined portion is formed on the lower wall below the game member mounting portion to guide the game balls forward to the game machine, and the game balls falling on the lower plate cover body fall outside the ball game machine. In order to prevent that, the guiding plate is provided on the upper surface of the lower dish cover body with a guiding inclined surface inclined downward toward the game ball storage unit, and the front end side of the guiding inclined surface is more than the guiding inclined surface. It is conceivable to provide a protrusion projecting upward.
[0007]
However, even when the opening / closing member is closed on the front frame (the gaming machine main body side) in order to provide the guide inclined surface portion on the upper surface portion of the lower plate cover body, the recessed shape is slightly deeply recessed to store the game balls. It is easier for a finger to enter the gap between the guiding inclined surface portion provided on the upper surface portion of the lower dish cover body and the lower end portion of the opening / closing member from the game ball storage section than the center of the lower dish cover body. Further, on the front end side of the guiding inclined surface portion, a lower end of the opening / closing member protrudes above the lower plate cover body when the opening / closing member attempts to open and close in order to provide a projection projecting above the guiding inclined surface portion. Since it is necessary to prevent contact with the side surface of the projection, the lower plate cover body is formed in such a manner that when the open / close member is closed, the recess for the lower end portion of the open / close member and the guide inclined surface provided in the lower plate cover body becomes deeper. Fingers, etc., are easier to enter than in the center. When a finger enters here, a force is applied to lift the lower end of the opening / closing member obliquely upward to widen the gap between the opening / closing member and the front frame (the gaming machine main body side), or the lower plate cover body is moved downward. It becomes easy to apply force to push down. As described above, a gap is easily formed between the lower rear portion of the opening / closing member and the front frame side contact surface portion extending downward from the front end of the lower wall surface having the inclined portion, and a piano wire or the like enters the gap. As a result, it has become easier for the player to perform wrongdoing in the game area. In other words, illegal acts such as hooking a piano wire to a winning opening such as a large winning opening in the game area to make it easier to win a game ball, or operating a sensor as if the player has won the game. In addition, by forming an inclined portion on the lower wall surface below the game member attachment portion to guide the game ball spilled to the game member attachment portion to the front of the game machine, the opening and closing member and the front frame (the game machine body side) are formed. Fraud from the gap has become easier.
[0008]
The present invention has been conceived in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to scatter game balls on the floor of a game hall, even when game balls remain inside when the opening / closing member is opened. , So that the game balls do not enter into unexpected places and do not have any trouble to take them out, and close the opening / closing member with the game balls stopped at places where the game balls should not normally stop In order to prevent harmful effects such as damage to members, the game balls can be easily guided to the lower plate without allowing the game balls to stay near the game member attachment part, and piano wires etc. can enter through gaps An object of the present invention is to provide a ball game machine which makes it difficult for a player to perform wrongdoing in an area.
[0009]
Specific Examples of Means for Solving the Problems and Their Effects
(1) An opening / closing member (FIG. 1: upper plate holding frame 4) provided on the front side of a front frame (FIG. 1: 3) rotatably supported on one side of the outer frame to the firing device. An upper plate (FIG. 2: upper plate 19) capable of storing game balls to be supplied is provided, and a lower plate (FIG. 1: lower plate 27) capable of storing surplus balls is provided below the upper plate. A ball game machine provided with a firing rail (FIG. 1:11) for guiding a game ball to the game area from below a game area (FIG. 5: game area 41) into which the game ball is struck. So,
A game ball that has spilled from above on a floor surface (FIG. 1:72) that protrudes forward from a lower portion of a wall surface (FIG. 1:71) to which the firing rail is attached is guided to the front of the ball game machine. To the front for downward (Fig. 1: 73)
The lower plate includes a game ball storage unit (FIG. 1: 121) for storing game balls and a lower plate cover body (FIG. 1: 122) forming a periphery of the game ball storage unit. The dish cover body has a guiding inclined surface portion (FIG. 1: a guiding inclined surface portion 128 including an engaging piece 127) for guiding the game ball rolling down on the inclined surface toward the game ball storing portion. And a rising protrusion (FIG. 1: protruding rib 130) for preventing the game ball from spilling to the front side is formed at a front end of the guiding inclined surface portion.
When the opening / closing member is closed, between a lower rear portion of the opening / closing member (FIG. 3: 64) and a front frame side contact surface portion (FIG. 3: 74) extending downward from a front end of the floor surface. A fitting portion (FIG. 3: 63) is formed.
[0010]
According to the above configuration, since the inclined surface that is inclined downward and forward is formed on the floor surface below the wall surface where the firing rail is attached, the bullet is not noticed even if the ball remains inside, Even if the opening / closing member of the ball game machine is opened, even if the game ball spills on the floor below the wall surface, most of the game balls are guided to the front of the ball game machine without staying inside. For this reason, it is possible to minimize the possibility of closing the opening / closing member and damaging the internal members of the game machine in a state where the game balls are not normally stopped at the places where the game balls should not be stopped. In addition, the lower plate has a lower plate cover body that forms the periphery of the game ball storage unit, and since the lower plate cover body is provided with the guide inclined surface portion, it falls onto the lower plate cover body. Most of the game balls are collected on the guide inclined surface toward the game ball storage section. Therefore, the game balls are less likely to be scattered on the floor of the game hall, and the need for troublesome game ball collection work is reduced as much as possible. Also, at the front end of the guide inclined surface portion, since a rising protrusion is provided to protrude upward, the game ball that has rolled down on the lower plate cover body will jump further forward due to inertia. In this case, it is easy to collect the game ball in the lower plate in the game ball storage portion when the rising protrusion is reached. Further, the fitting portion when the opening / closing member is closed to the front frame prevents entry of a long object, so that it becomes difficult to insert a piano wire or the like from a small gap, and it becomes difficult to perform an illegal act.
[0011]
(2) The front frame-side protruding portion (FIG. 3: 75) provided on the front frame-side contact surface portion with the fitting portion, and the door-side protruding portion (FIG. 3: 65) provided on the lower rear portion of the opening / closing member. ), And the upper side of the door-side protrusion is fitted to the lower side of the front frame-side protrusion. According to this configuration, since the lower side of the front frame-side protruding portion is fitted on the upper side of the door-side protruding portion, it is difficult for an illegal act to be performed. Even if you try to forcibly push in a piano wire or the like, it is blocked by the protrusion on the front frame side.
[0012]
(3) The front frame side concave portion (FIG. 4:78) provided on the front frame side contact surface portion with the fitting portion, and the door side convex portion provided on the lower rear portion of the opening / closing member (FIG. 4:68). And the front-side frame-side concave portion is fitted with the door-side convex portion. Therefore, even if the user tries to forcibly push in a piano wire or the like, it is hindered by the concave portion on the front frame side, and it is difficult to perform wrongdoing.
[0013]
(4) A step (FIG. 3: 76) is provided downward at the front end of the inclined surface and projects forward, and the projected upper surface has a step (FIG. 3: 77) that is substantially horizontal in the front-rear direction. . For this reason, the spilled game balls roll down to the front side due to the inclined surface formed on the floor below the firing rail, but fall down to the step portion below the step, the inertia of rolling down is weakened, and the speed is reduced. . Therefore, the rolling game balls can be easily guided to the game ball storage portion of the lower plate immediately below or the upper surface portion (the guide inclined surface portion) of the lower plate cover body without jumping far.
[0014]
(5) The step portion serves as the fitting portion. With such a configuration, the step portion for weakening the inertia of the game ball, reducing the speed and facilitating the game ball to be directly guided to the lower plate immediately below and the opening / closing member when the front frame is closed. By sharing the front frame-side protruding portion provided on the front frame-side abutting surface portion for forming a fitting portion and making it difficult for fraudulent acts, both functions can be enjoyed with a simple configuration.
[0015]
(6) The height of the rising protruding portion (the protruding rib 130 in FIG. 2) of the lower plate cover body is set to be approximately 1/2 or smaller than the game ball. The higher the height of the rising protruding portion, the higher the effect of preventing the rolling down game balls from further jumping forward due to inertia. However, when the opening / closing member attempts to open and close when it is raised, it is necessary to prevent the lower end of the opening / closing member from contacting the side of the rising protrusion provided at the upper end of the lower plate cover body. In the closed state, the lower part of the opening / closing member and the recess for the guiding inclined surface provided in the lower plate cover body become deeper, so that fingers and the like can easily enter from the center of the lower plate cover body, and even from a slight gap, the piano wire For example, there is a possibility that a player who is aiming for improper behavior by inserting such information may be advantageous. In order to avoid this drawback and effectively obtain the effect of preventing the game ball from further jumping forward due to inertia, the height of the rising projection is set to approximately 1/2 of the game ball or less. It is better to make it smaller.

On both sides of 124, positioning holes (not shown) for inserting and positioning positioning pins (not shown) of the connection gutter 93 are formed. In addition, an insertion groove (not shown) is formed around the surplus ball outlet 123, and an insertion protrusion (not shown) protruding from the rear end of the game ball storage section 121 is inserted into the insertion groove. The ball storage section 121 is positioned with respect to the lower plate set plate 120. A plurality of mounting bosses (not shown) are protruded from the front surface of the lower plate set plate 120. The mounting boss is attached to the lower plate cover plate 122 with the lower plate cover plate 122 by fixing the lower plate cover plate 122 to the lower plate cover body 122 by fixing the lower plate cover body 122 with a screw. .
[0033]
The game ball storage portion 121 attached to the front of the lower plate set plate 120 is formed in a concave shape having an open rear so as to have a storage portion for storing prize balls flowing out from the surplus ball outlet 123, and has a rear edge. An insertion protrusion (not shown) fitted in the insertion groove protrudes along the groove. In addition, a circular ball hole (not shown) is formed on the bottom of the storage portion of the game ball storage portion 121, and the ball hole is attached to the back surface of the game ball storage portion 121 (not shown). It is closed so that it can be opened and closed freely. The ball removing valve closes the ball removing hole by the biasing force of the spring. However, the ball removing hole is opened by moving an engagement piece (not shown) against the biasing force of the spring. The prize balls stored in the storage section of the game ball storage section 121 can be removed downward. In addition, the game ball storage part 121 is fixed with a screw from the back surface of the lower plate cover body 122.
[0034]
Further, an engagement piece 127 protrudes toward the side at the upper end side of the game ball storage part 121, and when the lower dish cover body 122 is assembled, the engagement piece 127 is described below. It engages with the lower side of the guiding inclined surface portion 128 (see FIG. 9). The engagement piece 127 forms a guide inclined surface portion of the present invention together with the guide inclined surface portion 128. Even if the guiding inclined surface portion of the present invention is not formed by the two members of the engaging piece 127 of the game ball storing portion 121 and the guiding inclined surface portion 128 of the lower dish cover body 122 in this way, The guide inclined surface portion of the present invention protruding toward the side at the upper end side may be directly provided integrally with the game ball storing portion 121. Further, a contact flange 125 is provided on the front surface of the upper end of the game ball storage section 121 so as to protrude forward, and when the lower plate cover body 122 is assembled, a contact mounting portion of the lower plate cover body 122 described later. 126.
[0035]
As described above, the lower plate cover body 122 is assembled so as to cover the front and side of the game ball storage unit 121 to which the ball release valve (not shown) is attached. The lower plate cover body 122 protrudes forward so as to cover the front and lower portions of the game ball storage section 121.
[0036]
A rectangular opening (not shown) through which a ball release valve storage box (not shown) penetrates is formed below the bulging portion in which the game ball storing portion 121 is stored, and a front surface of the bulging portion is formed at the front of the bulging portion. , A lever opening (not shown) is opened, and the ball-pulling operation lever 28 is housed in a lever housing member (not shown) formed in a U-shaped cross-section, and is connected to the bulging portion front wall of the lower plate cover body 122. It is sandwiched between and attached. In a state in which the ball-pulling operation lever 28 is previously mounted on the back side of the bulging portion front wall of the lower plate cover body 122 as described above, the ball-pulling valve storage box penetrates the upper plate main body 121 obliquely from above. Put in.
[0037]
When a finger is hooked on the finger hook portion 129 of the ball-pulling operation lever 28 and slid leftward in FIG. 1, an engaging piece (not shown) is engaged and a ball-pulling valve (not shown) is biased by a spring. To remove the ball hole. On the other hand, when the finger is released from the finger hook 129, the ball removing valve (not shown) closes the ball removing hole and moves the ball removing operation lever 28 to the right by the urging force of the spring. However, at this time, when the player inserts a coin (for example, a 100-yen coin or a 500-yen coin) into the coin insertion groove (not shown) and the coin insertion groove (not shown), the coin and the side wall of the lever opening are formed. Since the ball removal valve and the ball removal operation lever 28 cannot be returned to the original position by contact, the ball removal hole remains partially open and stored even when the hand is released from the ball removal operation lever 28. The winning prize ball can be dropped downward from the ball hole.
[0038]
Further, upper portions on both sides of the game ball storage portion 121 mounting position of the lower plate cover body 122 constitute a guide inclined surface portion 128, and the arc-shaped upper end of the bulging concave portion which is the game ball storage portion 121 mounting position is formed. , The contact mounting portion 126 is formed, and when the game ball storing portion 121 is assembled, the engaging piece 127 is engaged below the guiding inclined surface portion 128 to form the guiding inclined surface portion of the present invention. The contact flange 125 is placed on the contact placing portion 126. Further, inside the bulging recess, a fitting boss that fits and abuts on the mounting fitting boss is provided to protrude rearward. Thus, after the game ball storage section 121 is assembled to the lower plate cover body 122, the lower plate set plate 120 is applied from the rear so that the mounting fitting boss and the fitted boss coincide with each other. Can be assembled to complete the assembly of the lower plate 27.
[0039]
Incidentally, the guide inclined surface portion 128 of the lower plate cover body 122 has a slight angle θ toward the game ball storage portion 121 as shown in FIG. 9 which is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XX ′ of FIG. It is formed with a downward slope. This angle θ is an angle at which the game ball B that has spilled onto the guiding inclined surface 128 rolls down at least naturally.
[0040]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 8 which is a cross-sectional view taken along the line YY ′ of FIG. 1, protruding ribs 130 slightly protruding upward are formed at the front end portion and side end portions of the guiding inclined surface portion 128. On the other hand, the front wall 79 of the front frame 3 is disposed on the rear end side of the guide inclined surface 128 so as to protrude above the guide inclined surface 128. For this reason, the game ball B that has fallen on the upper portion (the guide inclined surface portion 128) of the lower plate cover body 122 is sent to the game ball storage portion 121 by the guidance of the guide inclined surface portion 128 (rolling on the guide inclined surface portion 128). Therefore, the need to perform troublesome work of collecting the game balls B is reduced as much as possible. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, in a state where the transparent plate holding frame 7 and the upper plate holding frame 4 are opened, a game ball or the like falling in the game area 41 is placed on the guide inclined surface portion 128, and this is stored in the lower plate 27. It is guided to the unit 121. Also, in guiding the game ball B by the guiding inclined surface portion 128, since the protruding ribs 130 are provided on the front end side and the side end side of the guiding inclined surface portion 128, the upper portion of the lower dish cover body 122 (the guiding inclined surface portion 128). ) Can surely be prevented from falling down to the outside of the ball game machine 1 and the front wall 79 is provided on the rear end side of the guide inclined surface portion 128. It is possible to reliably prevent the game ball B that has fallen on the upper portion of the lower plate cover 122 (the guide inclined surface portion 128) from entering the inside of the ball game machine 1.
[0041]
The ashtray 29 and the operation handle 30 are attached to both sides of the lower plate cover body 122. Since the ashtray 29 is provided rotatably about the rotation axis, the butts collected inside the ashtray 29 can be easily removed by rotating the butts. Since the rotating shaft is supported on only one side, the ashtray 29 can be easily installed and the ashtray 29 can be arranged as outward as possible, so that the width of the lower tray can be increased and the ashtray can be mounted at a position where it can be easily used.
[0042]
The lower tray 27 to which the ashtray 29, the operation handle 30, the game ball storage unit 121, and the lower tray set plate 120 that are mounted on both sides of the lower plate cover body 122 are mounted is protruded from the rear surface of the lower plate set plate 120. A mounting boss (not shown) and a mounting boss protruding from the rear surface of the lower plate cover body 122 are fitted into a decorative plate mounting hole (not shown) formed in the front frame 3 to fasten a screw from the back surface. Thereby, the lower plate 27 can be attached and fixed to the lower front surface of the front frame 3.
[0043]
Next, referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the game ball B spilled on the floor surface 72 below the wall surface 71 of the front frame 3 to which the firing rail 11 of the present invention is attached is guided to the front of the ball game machine 1. The configuration of the floor surface 72 including the inclined surface 73, and the lower rear portion 64 of the upper plate holding frame 4 when the upper plate holding frame 4 is closed to the front frame 3, and the floor surface of the front frame 3 with which the lower rear portion 64 abuts. The configuration of the fitting portions 62 and 63 with the front frame-side contact surface 74 of the front frame 3 extending downward from the front end of the front frame 72 will be described. The fitting portions 62 and 63 are provided on the upper surface portion of the lower plate cover body 122 from the recessed game ball storage portion 121 for storing game balls even when the upper plate holding frame 4 is closed with the front frame 3. Even if a space is formed between the guiding inclined surface portion 128 including the engaging piece 127 and the lower end portion of the upper plate holding frame 4, a ball game machine which does not easily cause a player to cheat can be formed. Department.
[0044]
3 and 4 are explanatory drawings in which the cross section of the main part is enlarged to make it easy to understand. In FIG. 3, a game member mounting portion 70 below the game board 40 having the game area 41 includes a wall surface 71 of the front frame 3 serving as a mounting surface for the firing rail 11 and the like, and a ball game machine 1 from the lower portion of the wall surface 71. And a floor surface 72 projecting forward. The floor surface 72 is constituted by an inclined surface 73 for guiding the game ball B to the front side of the gaming machine. The inclination angle of the inclined surface 73 is an angle at which the game ball B spilled on the inclined surface 73 (floor surface 72) when the upper plate holding frame 4 is opened rolls down at least naturally. At the front end of the inclined surface 73, a step 76 is provided downward, and in addition, a step 77, whose upper surface protruding forward is substantially horizontal in the front-rear direction, is provided. In this case, the spilled game ball B rolls down to the front side of the gaming machine by the inclined surface 73 formed on the floor surface 72 below the firing rail 11, and falls on the step portion 77 below the step 76. Due to the inclined surface 73, the game ball B having a large mass has an inertia of rolling down, but since the step portion 77 is horizontal in the front-rear direction, the game ball B dropped on the step portion 77 tends to jump forward. Inertia is weakened and speed is reduced. Therefore, the rolling game balls B do not jump far, but fall onto the game ball storage portion 121 of the lower plate 27 immediately below or the lower plate cover body 122 which is the upper surface of the lower plate. The game ball B that has fallen on the upper portion of the lower dish cover body 122 serving as the guide inclined surface portion 128 rolls on the guide inclined surface portion 128 and is sent into the game ball storage section 121.
[0045]
A door-side protruding portion 65 is provided on the lower rear portion 64 of the upper plate holding frame 4, and a front-frame-side protruding portion 75 is provided on the other front frame-side contact surface portion 74. When the upper plate holding frame 4 is closed to the front frame 3, a fitting portion 63 is formed in which the lower surface of the front frame-side projection 75 and the upper surface of the door-side projection 65 are fitted. Accordingly, when the upper plate holding frame 4 is closed by the front frame 3, the lower rear portion 64 of the upper plate holding frame 4 is in contact with the front frame side contact surface 74 of the front frame 3 extending downward from the front end of the floor surface 72. Abut. Note that the front frame-side projection 75 and the door-side projection 65 are both horizontal. Because the front frame side protrusion 75 and the door side protrusion 65 are overlapped with each other by the fitting portion 63, even if a piano wire or the like is inserted into the gap from below the upper plate holding frame 4 to attempt a wrongdoing, The piano wire is obstructed by the front frame-side protruding portion 75 and cannot travel straight, making insertion difficult. Further, the effective length L1 in which the lower surface of the front frame-side protrusion 75 and the upper surface of the door-side protrusion 65 are fitted is sufficient even if the player forcibly tries to open the upper plate holding frame 4 toward the front of the gaming machine. Care is taken to ensure the length. However, when the transparent plate holding frame 7 and the upper plate holding frame 4 are closed by the front frame 3, they are locked by an engaging mechanism (not shown), and therefore cannot be easily moved unless the engaging mechanism is released. .
[0046]
In the present invention, the fitting of the fitting portion and the fitting is not limited to, for example, a case in which there is almost no gap so that the members are fixedly and closely fitted and press-fitted. This refers to a fitting including a state in which the front frame-side projection 75 and the door-side projection 65 overlap each other when the dish holding frame 4 is closed. For example, it is assumed that a thin iron piece or the like can be inserted through a gap between the fitting portions. This also means that there is an orthogonal part at the end of the inserted gap, and it is difficult to insert it as it is.
[0047]
In FIG. 3, the front frame-side protruding portion 75 provided on the front frame-side contact surface portion 74 and the step portion 77 below the front end of the inclined surface 73 are shared. One front frame side protruding portion 75 constitutes a fitting portion 63 when the upper plate holding frame 4 is closed to the front frame 3, and is intended to make it difficult for fraud. The other step 77 reduces the inertia of the game ball B trying to jump forward, and also reduces the speed. By sharing these, they enjoy both functions while having a simple configuration. Of course, it goes without saying that the front frame side protruding portion 75 and the step portion 77 may be provided. In this case, there is a feature that the degree of freedom in each design is increased.
[0048]
With reference to FIG. 4, a fitting portion 62 according to another embodiment will be described. When the door-side convex portion 68 is provided in the lower rear portion 64 of the upper plate holding frame 4 and the front frame-side concave portion 78 is provided in the contact surface portion 74 of the front frame 3, when the upper plate holding frame 4 is closed in the front frame 3, The door-side protrusion 68 is fitted into the front frame-side recess 78. The effective length L2 in which the door-side convex portion 68 is fitted into the front frame-side concave portion 78 can ensure a sufficient length even if the player forcibly tries to open the upper plate holding frame 4 toward the front of the gaming machine. Is considered.
[0049]
In this manner, in the fitting portion 62, since the door-side convex portion 68 is fitted into the front frame-side concave portion 78, a piano wire or the like is inserted into the gap from below the fitting portion 62 to temporarily perform an illegal act. However, the piano wire is blocked by the door-side convex portion 68 or the front-frame-side concave portion 78 and cannot travel straight, making insertion difficult. In FIG. 4, a floor surface 72 projecting forward from the lower part of the wall surface 71 of the front frame 3 toward the front side of the ball game machine 1 is constituted by an inclined surface 73 for guiding the game ball B to the front side of the game machine. . At the front end of the inclined surface 73, there is provided a stepped portion 77 which is provided with a step 76 downward and protrudes forward and whose upper surface is substantially horizontal in the front-rear direction. The game ball B that has rolled down from the inclined surface 73 falls on the step portion 77, whereby the inertia of the game ball B jumping forward is reduced, and the speed is reduced. In FIG. 4, the vertical distance L0 from the lower surface of the step portion 77 to the upper surface of the door-side convex portion 68 can be appropriately determined. When the vertical distance L0 is set to 0, the fitting portion between the lower surface of the step portion 77 and the upper surface of the door-side convex portion 68 becomes longer, and the gaming machine of the door-side convex portion 68 is extended by the length of the step portion 77 in the front-rear direction. It is also possible to shorten the length in the front-rear direction (for example, L2). There is also a method of increasing the thickness (the thickness in the vertical direction) of the step portion 77 by the vertical distance L0.
[0050]
Next, the height L6 of the protruding rib 130 will be described with reference to FIG. As described above, the higher the height L6 of the protruding rib 130 is, the more the function of suppressing the jumping of the game ball B can be exerted. The gap between the surface portion 128 and the lower end portion of the upper plate holding frame 4 is increased, and the lower plate cover body is inserted into the gap between the guiding inclined surface portion 128 and the lower end portion of the upper plate holding frame 4 from the game ball storage portion 121 for storing game balls. It becomes easier for a finger to enter from the center of 122. If you put your finger in from here and forcibly apply it, you may even be tempted to cheat. In the present invention, fitting portions 62 and 63 are provided to make cheating difficult. However, since it is not preferable that the player be tempted, the height L6 of the protruding rib 130 must be as low as possible. is there.
[0051]
In FIG. 8, a protruding rib 130 such as the front end side of the guiding inclined surface portion 128 is required to exhibit its predetermined function (the game ball B does not jump out of the lower plate cover body 122 to the outside). The lower limit of the height L6 of the protruding rib 130 is related to the extent to which the inertia of the game ball B rolling down is reduced.
[0052]
That is, the inclination angle α of the inclined surface 73 at which the game ball B starts rolling on the inclined surface 73 of the floor surface 72 and the length L7 around the inclined surface 73, the height L4 of the step 76 from when the game ball falls to hit the stepped portion 77, the front and rear, The length L3 of the front and back of the step portion 77 which is substantially horizontal in the direction, the height L5 from the top surface of the step portion 77 where the game ball falls to the upper surface of the guide inclined surface portion 128 of the lower plate cover body 122, the front frame 3 The length L8 from the front wall 79 to the front end of the guide inclined surface portion 128, and a slight angle θ (see FIG. 9) directed toward the game ball storage portion 121 are related.
[0053]
Therefore, it is difficult to determine the height L6 of the protruding rib 130 unless the above specific values are determined. When the inclination angle α of the inclined surface 73 (floor surface 72), which is the largest factor, approaches the minimum angle at which the game ball B naturally rolls, even if the height L6 of the protruding rib 130 is reduced, the game ball B is lowered. The function of not jumping out from the upper part of the dish cover body 122 can be achieved. In consideration of the above, the height L6 of the protruding rib 130 is set to about 1/2 to 1/4 of the diameter of the game ball B.
[0054]
As described above, if the inclined surface 73 is formed to guide the game ball B spilled to the game member mounting portion 70 on which the firing rail 11 or the like is mounted to the front of the game member mounting portion 70, the game member mounting The game ball B that has spilled onto the part 70 can be guided to the front side of the game member attachment part 70 by rolling on the inclined surface 73 without stopping at the game member attachment part 70. For this reason, for example, failure of the ball game machine caused by closing the upper plate holding frame 4 while the game ball B stays in the game member attachment portion 70 can be prevented as much as possible.
[0055]
Since the game ball B has a large mass, the rolling inertia also increases. When the upper plate holding frame 4 is opened, when the game ball B jumps forward from the inside of the gaming machine to the front, the ball may jump over the upper portion of the lower plate 27 below and scatter to the floor of the game hall. Can be As a countermeasure, the inclination angle α of the inclined surface 73 is reduced, a step 76 is provided downward at the front end of the inclined surface 73, and the step is extended forward, and a step portion 77 whose upper surface is substantially horizontal in the front-rear direction is provided. The game ball B having an inertia that falls down falls on the step portion 77, and the inertia that attempts to jump forward is weakened, and the speed is also reduced. Therefore, the rolling game ball B does not jump far and falls onto the game ball storage portion 121 which is the ball storage portion of the lower plate 27 immediately below or the lower plate cover body 122 which is the upper surface portion of the lower plate. Become. Since the upper portion of the lower dish cover body 122 is the guide inclined surface portion 128, the game ball B that has fallen on the upper portion of the lower dish cover body 122 rolls on the guide inclined surface portion 128 and is sent into the game ball storage section 121. For this purpose, it is necessary to appropriately select the size and angle of each part. In particular, the height L6 of the protruding rib 130 such as the front end side of the guide inclined surface portion 128 is about 1/2 to 1/4 of the diameter of the game ball B. Is desirable.
[0056]
Although not shown, for example, the floor surface 72 is not merely tilted toward the front of the gaming machine, and the height of the left and right floor surfaces 72 when viewed from the front of the gaming machine is slightly higher than the central portion. In other words, an inclined surface that descends from the left and right ends to the center can be provided. In this case, the game ball B spilled to the game member mounting portion 70 does not stop at the game member mounting portion 70, and the game ball B rolls forward on the inclined portion 73 and also rolls toward the center of the game machine. Therefore, even if it falls on the lower plate 27, it is often sent from the upper surface of the guide inclined surface portion 128 of the left and right lower plate cover bodies 122 to the central game ball storage portion 121 serving as the game ball storage portion.
[0057]
Furthermore, although the inclined surface 73 of the floor surface 72 is inclined downward toward the center at both left and right ends, the front and rear direction is horizontal, and as the distance from the center is approached, the forward inclination is gradually increased. Alternatively, the game ball B may be made to roll down into the game ball storage section of the game ball storage section 121 at the lower center.
[0058]
In addition to the inclined surface 73 of the floor surface 72, a slanted surface in front of the gaming machine is formed at a portion of the gaming member mounting portion 70 where the game ball B should not normally enter, in the gaming member mounting portion 70. The game ball B spilled into the game member mounting portion 70 stops at the game member mounting portion 70 due to an inclined surface (not shown) formed in a portion of the mounting portion 70 where the game ball B should not normally enter. The game ball B rolls on the inclined surface and can be ejected to the front outside of the game member attachment portion 70, so that the failure of the ball game machine caused by the game ball B stopped at the game member attachment portion 70 is minimized. can do.
[0059]
An upper plate 19 serving as a game ball storage section is provided on the front surface of the upper plate holding frame 4, and an upper plate communication port (not shown) for guiding a prize ball is formed in the upper plate 19. The upper plate communication port is formed with a prize ball passage 103 from the lower end of the ball dispensing device 116 of the mechanism plate 100 and formed at the lower end of the prize ball passage 103. When the upper plate holding frame 4 is opened, the upper plate communication port provided on the front frame 3 side of the gaming machine main body and the upper plate 19 are disconnected. Therefore, when the upper plate holding frame 4 is opened, for example, when the game ball is fully parked from the ball storage portion of the upper plate 19 to the depth of the upper plate communication port, the game member mounting portion 70 has the upper plate communication port. A stationary ball may spill. With the configuration of the present invention, the spilled game balls B can be discharged to the front of the gaming machine without stopping on the floor surface 72. Therefore, when the upper plate holding frame 4 is closed, the deformation of the game member mounting portion 70, the ball supply device, and other members are reduced as much as possible. For example, a bullet caused by a game ball stopped at the game member mounting portion 70 is caused. The failure of the ball game machine can be prevented as much as possible.
[0060]
In the above-described embodiment, the transparent plate holding frame 7 and the upper plate holding frame 4 provided with the upper plate 19 are illustrated as separate bodies. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the transparent plate holding frame 7 and the upper plate The upper plate holding frame 4 provided with 19 may be configured as an integral unit. When the transparent plate holding frame 7 and the upper plate holding frame 4 provided with the upper plate 19 are integrally formed, the front design of the ball game machine can be given a uniform feeling, and the design can be improved. . Further, the protruding ribs 130 protruding above the guiding inclined surface portion 128 of the lower plate cover body 122 are not limited to those continuously formed on the outer peripheral end portion of the guiding inclined surface portion 128, but are formed intermittently. It may be. Further, it may be formed on the entire outer peripheral end of the guiding inclined surface portion 128 (over the entire circumference) or may be formed on only a part thereof. Further, the projecting rib 130 may be formed separately from the guiding inclined surface portion 128.
[0061]
Further, a door switch may be provided to detect that the transparent plate holding frame 7 has been opened. When the door switch is provided as described above, the wiring of the door switch is connected to the frame switch relay board 81. (See FIG. 10). After being once connected to the main board 37, the illumination control board 94 controls the lighting of some or all of the decorative lamps 6 and 8 based on the information signal from the main board 37. Thus, it is sufficient to notify that the transparent plate holding frame 7 and the upper plate holding frame 4 have been opened. Further, the card unit device 31 may be built in the ball-and-ball game machine 1. Further, in the present embodiment, the card unit device 31 is exemplified as a unit device for renting a game ball to a player, but may be a unit device into which a bill or the like can be inserted, for example.
[0062]
Although the above embodiment has been described, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and various embodiments can be implemented without departing from the gist of the present invention. In the embodiment, the inclined surface 73 is formed on the floor surface 72 in order to make it difficult for the game ball B spilled to the game member attachment portion 70 to stop, but the place is not particularly limited to the above-described portion, The present invention can be applied to a place where the game ball B stops. It is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment that the game ball B is prevented from staying in the game section attachment portion 70.
[0063]
The scope of the present invention is not defined by the above description but by the appended claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the appended claims.
