Detailed Description of the Invention
[0001]
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a gaming machine, and more particularly to a gaming machine for releasing gaming balls from a gaming ball payout device disposed in a gap between adjacent gaming machines onto a ball pedestal.
[0002]
[Prior Art]
In a pachinko machine, which is a type of gaming machine, for example, the operating handle is generally disposed below the gaming board and to the right. Then, the game balls are lent out and supplied onto the ball support via the arrangement nozzles from a game ball payout apparatus called so-called sand disposed in a gap between adjacent pachinko machines on the side of the pachinko machine. In CR machines, the game balls are supplied onto the ball support using the internal prize ball discharge mechanism, but some game arcades use CR machines by introducing a so-called ball storage system for depositing game balls from game players. However, there are cases where a game ball is paid out using a game ball payout device. By the way, in recent years, a model has been developed in which the game ball launch mechanism is disposed not on the back surface of the operation handle but on the lower left side of the pachinko machine main body. With such a model, there is an advantage that the game board can be enlarged since it is not necessary to arrange the launch rail below the game board as compared with the case where the game ball launch mechanism is disposed directly on the back of the operation handle. . A guiding slope is formed on the ball cradle for guiding the gaming ball to the gaming ball launch mechanism, but if the gaming ball launch mechanism is disposed on the left side, the slope of the induction slope is also reverse. Must-have.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional pachinko machine, since the game ball launch mechanism using the motor as a driving source is disposed on the back of the operation handle, that is, on the right side of the pachinko machine, the game ball payout device is disposed on the left side of the pachinko machine There is. That is, in the ball stand of the conventional pachinko machine, the high surface of the guiding inclined surface is disposed on the left side. For this reason, it is necessary to dispose the gaming ball payout device on the left side of the pachinko machine because it is necessary to drop the rental gaming ball from the arrangement nozzle to this high surface. However, in the model where the game ball launch mechanism as described above is arranged on the left side of the pachinko machine, when the game ball is dropped from the arrangement nozzle as it is because the inclination is reversed, the game ball is the lowest on the induction slope. It will fall to the position. Therefore, the passage where the game ball is guided to the game ball firing mechanism may be clogged up, or the game ball which falls on the induction slope surface may bounce off from the ball stand because the fall distance becomes long. There was a possibility. However, it is useless to arrange the game ball payout device on the right side of the pachinko machine or to change the design, and this causes problems such as being unable to cope with the conventional pachinko machine. The present invention has been made in view of the problems existing in such conventional techniques. The objective is to provide a pachinko machine capable of smoothly supplying gaming balls to the gaming ball launching mechanism using the conventional gaming ball payout device even when the gaming ball launching mechanism is disposed on the left side of the pachinko machine It is in.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the invention according to claim 1, a support frame, a game machine main body supported by the support frame and at least a game board and a game ball launch mechanism are formed, and the support frame And a ball base on which a first guiding portion is formed extending in the lateral width direction of the body and guiding the gaming ball in the lower direction by the height difference, and the gaming ball payout device is provided on the side surface of the support frame. The game ball dispensing apparatus is operated to arrange a ball arrangement nozzle above the near end of the ball stand and drop a game ball from the ball arrangement nozzle toward the ball stand. In the gaming machine in which the game ball is guided to the game ball launching mechanism by the first guiding portion and the game ball is fired on the game board surface, the upper surface of the ball stand is affected by the height difference A second guiding part is formed to guide the ball in the lower direction The game ball is guided by the second guiding unit in a direction to move the game ball away from the game ball launching mechanism once, and the game ball rolling on the second guiding unit To move toward the induction side ofThe second guiding portion has an inclined surface inclined in the front-back direction which guides the game ball obliquely forward as the game ball rolls in the left-right direction, and the game ball turns the second guiding portion. Guided diagonally forward on the slope as it movesThe point is that theIn the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the first aspect, the ball receiving portion is disposed closer to the front than the passage for guiding the gaming ball to the gaming ball emission mechanism, and blocks the passage above The point is that it was not made.  In the invention according to claim 3, in addition to the constitution according to claim 1 or 2, a wall portion for preventing the jumping out of the game ball dropped onto the ball receiving portion is provided around the ball receiving portion. The point is that it was made to be formed.
[0005]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the gaming ball launch mechanism is disposed on the left side of the pachinko machine, the first guiding portion of the ball cradle is higher on the right side and lower on the left side. Here, the light distribution nozzle of the game ball payout device is disposed above the lower side of the first guiding portion. A ball receiving portion in which the second guiding portion is formed is formed on the upper surface of the ball receiving table. And the game ball which falls from a ball arrangement nozzle by this ball | bowl receiving part is received. When the game ball falls from the light distribution nozzle, it falls onto the ball receiving portion superimposed on the ball stand. Then, the gaming ball is guided from the high position to the low position of the second guiding portion. That is, the gaming ball is temporarily guided in the direction away from the gaming ball launch mechanism, that is, to the right of the pachinko machine. Then, the gaming ball flows into the first guiding portion on the ball stand side, and the direction is changed here, and the gaming ball shooting mechanism is guided by the first guiding portion.
[0006]
【Effect of the invention】
eachClaimIn the sectionIn the described invention, after the gaming ball falls from the arrangement nozzle, it flows into the ball stand via the second induction section and is guided to the gaming ball launch mechanism, so the gaming ball supplied from the arrangement nozzle is The possibility of the game ball being clogged without being induced to the game ball launching mechanism at once is reduced.

The rod 54 is urged clockwise in FIG. 9 by the coil spring 56 attached to the rotation shaft, and the push button 52 is pushed by the sub rod 55 in an unloaded state (non-pushed state) to move upward It is pivoted. An elongated hole 54a extending in the vertical direction is formed near the lower end of the rod 54, and a pin 58a of the slider 58 is inserted into the elongated hole 54a. The slider 58 is fitted to a slide rail 60 which allows sliding in the front-rear direction. A lid piece 59 is provided on the slider 58 so as to protrude toward the back surface. When the push button 52 is at the upper position (the state shown in FIG. 9), the lid piece 59 seals the lower tray communication passage 62 so as to guide the gaming ball to the gaming ball emission mechanism 23 behind the back plate 41. On the other hand, when the push button 52 is pushed to the lower position (the state shown in FIG. 10), the lower tray communication passage 62 serving as the bypass passage is opened to allow the game ball to drop toward the lower tray communication passage 62. Do. A pachinko ball discharging mechanism 51 for discharging the pachinko balls collected in the upper pan 44 by the push button 52, the rod 54, the lid 58, the lid 58 and the like is configured to the lower pan 39 of the lower cover plate 38.
[0011]
Next, the sub plate 37 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the sub plate 37 covers the upper surface of the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 over almost the left half, leaving only the square 48 of the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 of the upper tray 44 . That is, the subplates 37 are disposed overlapping with the upper tray 44. As shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, the sub plate 37 is disposed in parallel with the first back wall 65 in contact with the front surface of the back plate 41 and the back wall 65 The back wall 64 of 2 is provided. A front wall 66 having a curved surface along the contour of the main body 45 is disposed on the front of both rear walls 64 and 65. The first back wall 65 and the front wall 66 are connected by the connecting wall 67 at the left end, and a guide wall 68 extending short in the direction of the front wall 66 from the tip of the second back wall 64 is disposed. The walls 64 to 68 constitute a frame structure. The front wall 66 is formed with a jumping-out preventing wall 66 a extending upward, and is formed taller than the other walls 64, 65, 67, 68. A second gaming ball guiding surface 69 as a second guiding portion is formed along the lower end edge of each of the walls 64-68. The second gaming ball guiding surface 69 is formed higher on the connecting wall 67 side and lower on the tip side (right side). As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, when the second back wall 64 and the front wall 66 are compared, the front wall 66 is longer, and the height of the front end positions of both is lower than the front wall 66. . Therefore, in the second gaming ball guiding surface 69, the slope from the connecting wall 67 to the second back wall 64 is substantially constant, and from the back wall 65 to the tip of the front wall 66 in the left-right direction It is comprised by two types of inclined surfaces with the three-dimensional inclined surface 69b which has a curved surface which inclines and inclines also in the front-back direction. The three-dimensional inclined surface 69b is in contact with the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 at the tip (or front) near the front wall 66, and in the vicinity of the tip for the first back wall 65 (or near the formation starting position of the rearward narrowing passage 50). An angle is formed such that a space is formed between the first game ball guiding surface 47 and the first game ball guiding surface 47. When the sub plate 37 is mounted on the upper tray 44, the gap between the second back wall 64 and the front face of the back plate 41 is substantially the same as the width of the narrowed passage 50.
[0012]
The subplate 37 of such a configuration is supported by the back plate 41 and the main body 45 of the upper tray 44. A mounting bracket 71 is formed on the back wall 65 of the sub plate 37, and a hook-like portion 75 is formed at the lower end of the front wall 66 so as to protrude downward from the insertion piece 72 formed by bending. As shown in FIG. 7, the same insertion piece 72 of the sub plate 37 is inserted into the first insertion hole 73 of the main body 45, and the mounting bracket 71 is inserted into the second insertion hole 74 of the back plate 41. The mounting bracket 71 is fixed to the back plate 41 by bolts 76. When the insertion piece 72 is inserted into the first insertion hole 73, the hooked portion 75 engages with the periphery of the insertion hole 73.
[0013]
Next, the operation of the pachinko machine of the above-described embodiment configured as described above will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, on the left side of the pachinko machine, a game ball payout device 78 is disposed in contact with the left side frame plate 1b. The player operates the light distribution nozzle 79 and the rental game ball falls near the left end when the discharge port is just seen on the second gaming ball guiding surface 69 of the sub plate 37, that is, the entire left and right direction of the pachinko machine To do. The gaming balls dropped from the light distributing nozzle 79 are received by the upper surface of the second gaming ball guiding surface 69 and roll toward the lower side, that is, the right side on the guiding surface 69. At this time, the rebounding prevention wall 66a of the front wall 66 reliably prevents the rebound of the game ball dropped. The dropped game ball rolls on the normal inclined surface 69a in the right direction and on the three-dimensional inclined surface 69b, the same three-dimensional inclined surface 69b is inclined so as to lower in the forward direction, so it rolls obliquely forward. It will be. In addition, the game ball blocked from advancing by the guide wall 68 also rolls forward on the three-dimensional inclined surface 69b. The rolled game balls are sent to the (first game ball guiding surface 47) square 48 of the upper tray 44. Here, since the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 is configured to be lower in the opposite direction (left direction) to the second gaming ball guiding surface 69, the gaming ball accelerated in the right direction is turned Roll to the left. The game balls are guided from the constriction passage 50 to the game ball emission mechanism 23 through the lower plate communication passage 62. In the narrowing passage 50, the game balls line up cleanly in a single row.
[0014]
Even in this case, if ball clogging occurs in and after the constriction passage 50, the ball is pushed from above the constriction passage 50 to align properly. Also, when the game bowl is full on the upper tray 44, the push button 52 is pressed because it also causes a ball jam. Then, the rod 54 is rotated, and the lid piece 58 closing the lower tray communication passage 62 is guided by the slide rail 60 and moved forward (see FIG. 10). As a result, since the lower receiving tray communication passage 62 is opened, the gaming balls fall in the direction of the lower receiving tray communication passage 62, and the ball clogging is reliably eliminated.
[0015]
By configuring in this manner, the present embodiment has the following effects. (1) When the game ball falls from the light distribution nozzle 79, if there is no sub plate 37, it will be received directly on the upper surface of the first game ball guiding surface 47 of the upper tray 44. Then, the gaming balls paid out from the allocation nozzle 79 will fall near the gaming ball introduction port 43, and the gaming balls will be concentrated on this narrow portion, causing a ball jam. In addition, since the game balls falling at the lower position of the first game ball guiding surface 47 will be received, the force of the dropped ball may be strongly rebounded by the first game ball guiding surface 47 and jump out. is there. However, since the sub plate 37 is provided as described above to guide the gaming balls to the high position of the first gaming ball guiding surface 47, it becomes difficult for the ball clogging to occur. Furthermore, since the light from the light distribution nozzle 79 to the sub plate 37 is at a higher position compared to the case where the sub plate 37 is not provided, the force of the dropped ball is not so much and does not bounce back and fly out.
[0016]
(2) Since the narrowing passage 50 is exposed without being covered by the sub plate 37, it is possible to directly push the game ball and remake it if a problem such as ball clogging occurs. (3) Since the sub plate 37 is removable, if the gaming ball payout device 78 is not used as in the CR machine, it suffices if the sub plate 37 is removed, resulting in cost reduction. The sub plate 37 can be easily fixed to the back plate 41 by the bolt 75, but once fixed it can not be removed from the front side, so the sub plate 37 can not be removed unintentionally. (4) The gaming balls are guided along the three-dimensional inclined surface 69b in the second gaming ball guiding surface 69 and gradually reach the square 48 of the first gaming ball guiding surface 47, and the second gaming ball guidance is performed at once. It does not fall from the surface 69 onto the first gaming ball guiding surface 47. Therefore, the sound due to the movement of the game ball is not so big. (5) Since the sub plate 37 is in contact with the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 near the front wall 66 of the three-dimensional inclined surface 69 b, the sub plate 37 is firmly supported at three points, and is not cantilevered and durable.
[0017]
The present invention can be embodied with the following modifications. As shown in FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b), the entire periphery of the sub plate 37 is raised and surrounded by the wall 81, and a drop hole 82 is formed on the right side. The game ball may be configured to be dropped on the surface 47. In the present embodiment, a third guiding inclined surface 83 which is inclined toward the drop hole 82 is formed. The size of the drop hole 82 is configured such that the game ball does not fall at once. The front wall of the rising wall 81 is configured to be tall with the sub plate 37 mounted on the upper tray 44. The configuration of the mounting bracket 71 and the insertion piece 72 is the same as that of the above embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B, the ball receiving portion 85 may be integrally formed with the upper receiving tray 44 instead of the removable sub plate 37. In this case, in addition to the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 originally provided to guide the gaming balls to the gaming ball firing mechanism 23 in the upper tray 44, in the right direction (higher) of the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 A second gaming ball guiding surface 69 for guiding the gaming ball is provided. As shown in FIG. 12 (a), the gaming balls dropped from the light distributing nozzle 79 (not shown here) to the left of the second gaming ball guiding surface 69 roll to the right, It joins with the 1 game ball induction side 47. Since the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 is inclined downward from the right to the left, the gaming balls are diverted after merging and are guided in the direction of the gaming ball firing mechanism 23 (left). Even if configured as described above, the effect of the above (1) can be achieved. The height difference of the sub plate 37 is normally realized by the inclined surface 69a and the three-dimensional inclined surface 69b in the above embodiment, but may be stepped, for example. Besides these, the shape of the second game ball guiding surface 69 can be changed as appropriate. In the above embodiment, the sub plate 37 is configured separately from the upper tray 44, but may be integrally formed as a part of the upper tray 44. The point is that it is sufficient if the gaming ball can move once in the direction in which the gaming ball is separated from the gaming ball introduction port 43 (in other words, the opposite side to the side where the gaming ball launch mechanism 23 is disposed). The sub plate 37 may not necessarily be in contact with the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 near the front wall 66 of the three-dimensional inclined surface 69 b. The second gaming ball guiding surface 69 may be disposed on the back side of the upper tray 44, and the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 may be disposed on the near side of the upper tray 44. In this case, even if the ball from the light distribution nozzle 79 bounces, it falls within the range received by the upper receiving tray 44 and therefore does not fly out of the upper receiving tray 44. The shapes of the upper tray 44, the game board 12, the glass door frame 31, etc. and the shape of the first gaming ball guiding surface 47 of the upper tray 44 can be changed as appropriate. The present invention can be applied not only to pachinko machines but also to game machines such as arelapachis, arrange balls, etc. In addition, it is free to practice in an aspect not departing from the spirit of the present invention.
