本発明は、来訪者に応じたさまざまな対応方法を選択しリアルタイムに対応することの出来る留守宅監視画像送信システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、留守宅への訪問者への対応については全く対応することが出来ない。また、ピッキング行為や空き巣を防止するためには、ドアの鍵穴を複雑にしたり、警備保障会社と警備契約を締結することで、ピッキング行為や空き巣の被害をなくそうとしている。
そこで、センサが異常を検出した場合に、監視コンピュータが公衆網を介して携帯情報端末へ警報情報を送信することが提案されている(たとえば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
留守宅へ訪問者が訪れた場合やピッキング行為、空き巣などには以上のような対策で対応する他はないことから、留守宅へ訪問者が訪れた場合、家人が留守である場合には訪問者に対して全く対応することが出来ないという課題がある。
また、ピッキング行為の防止には、ドアの鍵穴を複雑にして合鍵以外のものを利用した開錠を困難にすることが出来るが、ドアをバールなどで破られた場合、ドアの鍵穴を複雑にしても全く効果がないという課題がある。
また、空き巣に侵入された場合、例えば警備会社の警備員が駆けつけるまではまったく対応できず、空き巣の被害を未然に防止することが困難であるという課題がある。

本発明の目的は、留守中であっても外出先から留守宅への来訪者と直接通話することが出来るようにして、留守宅への訪問者に対し外出先から応対できる留守宅監視システム、監視端末装置および留守宅来訪者応対方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る留守宅監視システムは、ドアホンの呼鈴が訪問者により押下されると撮像装置を起動させ、前記訪問者の動画もしくは静止画の撮影を開始させ、前記撮像装置が撮影した画像データを収集し、日時データと共に記録し、前記画像データと訪問者情報をサーバへ送信する、訪問者監視対象となる家屋に設けられた監視端末装置と、前記監視端末装置を特定する監視端末装置識別情報と、訪問者情報を受信する訪問者情報受信先を特定する訪問者情報受信先識別情報とをもとに、前記監視端末装置から前記訪問者情報を受信すると、前記訪問者情報受信先識別情報により特定される訪問者情報受信先へ、前記監視端末装置から受信した前記画像データおよび前記訪問者情報を電子メールにて配信するサーバと、前記サーバから前記訪問者情報を受信した後、利用者により行われる発信操作により前記監視端末装置と接続され、前記利用者と前記訪問者との前記監視端末装置のドアホンを介した通話を可能にする前記訪問者情報受信先における利用者端末装置とを備えたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の一形態について説明する。
図1は、この実施の形態の留守宅来訪者応対方法が適用される留守宅監視システムの構成を示すシステム構成図である。
この留守宅監視画像送信システムは、留守宅の訪問者や施錠荒らし(以下、ピッキングという)行為をデジタルカメラなどで撮影し、インターネットを介して例えば家族に通知する。外出中の家族は通知された情報を確認し、来訪者を識別することが可能であるため、必要であればその場で携帯電話などを利用し通話することが出来る。また、携帯電話を含む携帯端末からの操作により照明を点灯させたり、警告音を発生させたり、警備会社へ通報するなど、来訪者に応じたさまざまな対応方法を選択しリアルタイムに対応することが出来るものである。
先ず、この留守宅監視画像送信システムの構成から説明すると、ネットワーク100を介して接続された留守宅200の端末35、各種データの蓄積を行うサーバ40、携帯電話50、PDAなどの携帯端末60、例えば留守宅200の住人が勤めている会社の端末70、警備会社の端末80などから構成され、さらに公衆電話90や一般回線を介して通話可能な固定電話91なども含む。

留守宅200の端末35には、デジタルカメラ10、ドアホン20、ドアセンサ30および窓センサ38などが接続されている。また、端末35にはスピーカ37が設けられており、ネットワーク100を介して送られてきた音声データを再生し音声として出力できる。端末35はネットワーク100ヘ接続され、訪問者がドアホンの呼鈴を押すとデジタルカメラ10により撮影した画像データを蓄積する。またセキュリティとして、無断でドアが開くとドアセンサ30の出力をもとに前記ドアが開いたときの前記デジタルカメラ10が撮影した画像データを外出先の家人や警備会社の端末80へ通報できる機能を有する。また、ドア以外の窓からの侵入者に対しては、窓センサ38の働きで外出中の家人や警備会社の端末80へ通報を行い、携帯電話50や携帯端末60へも警報データを送信できる機能を有している。また公衆電話90や固定電話91からは直接、受話器を介して留守宅200の端末35へ警告音や肉声の音声データを伝送し、スピーカ37から警告音や肉声を出力し、不審者による盗難などを未然に防止できる。

また、ドア以外の窓から不審者が侵入した場合には、窓センサの働きで外出中の家人や警備会社へ通報を発し、携帯電話や携帯端末へも警報データを知らせ、電話機からは直接受話器を通し留守宅の端末35へスピーカ37を通して警告音や肉声を発し、不信者による盗難を防ぐためのセキュリティ機能を有している。

デジタルカメラ10、ドアホン20、ドアセンサ30、スピーカ37、窓センサ38は留守宅200の端末35に接続され、端末35はネットワーク100および一般加入者電話回線に接続されている。
デジタルカメラ10は市販のデジタルカメラであり留守宅の玄関先を撮影する位置に設置されており、訪問者がドアホン20の呼鈴ボタンを押したときと無断でドアを開けたときに訪問者の撮影を開始して端末35にリアルタイムな映像を送信する機能を有する。端末35はパーソナルコンピュータなどの情報処理装置であり、ドアホン20およびドアセンサ30から信号が送られてくるとデジタルカメラ10を使用して玄関先の動画または静止画を撮影して画像データとして蓄積する。端末35は、前記蓄積したデータをネットワーク100を介してサーバ40へ送信する機能を備えている。また、端末35は一般加入者電話回線に接続されており、外出先から端末35へ電話をかけることにより、スピーカ37を使用して不審者への警告を発することができる。また、外出先の携帯電話50、公衆電話90、固定電話91から留守宅200の端末35へ着信があると、前記端末35では自動応答し、前記携帯電話50、公衆電話90、固定電話91からドアホンを通して直接、来訪者と通話ができる。
また、ドア以外の窓からの侵入には、窓センサ38の働きにより直接契杓されている警備会社の端末80へ端末35より信号が送信され、前記警備会社の緊急警備対象になる機能を有する。

サーバ40はネットワーク100に接続される装置であり、端末35から受信したデータを利用者ごとに振り分けて蓄積し、利用者が設定したメールアドレスの携帯電話50、携帯端末60、利用者の会社の端末70や契約警備会社の端末80へ送信する機能を備えている。
携帯電話50は、メール機能を有した通話装置であり、サーバ40からの訪問者データとドアセンサ30と、窓センサ38の異常検出により発生した警報をインターネットメール(特許請求の範囲の電子メールに相当)で受信する。また、訪問者データの要求をサーバ40へ送信し、インターネットを介し訪問者データをサーバ40より受信する。携帯電話がドアセンサ30と窓センサ38の異常検出により警報を受信した場合、直接、携帯電話から留守宅200の端末35に電話をかけ、スピーカ37から家人の声や警告を発生させたり、家の照明を操作することにより盗難を未然に防止し、セキュリティを強化を図っている。
また、訪問者来訪中に留守宅200の端末35へ電話ををかけることにより、ドアホンを通して直接来訪者と通話ができる。
携帯端末60は、PDAなどの市販の携帯端末装置である。ネットワーク100により、サーバ40から訪問者データをメール受信したり、ドアセンサ30と窓センサ38の異常検出により警報の受信を行う。また、訪問者データの要求送信をして、インターネットを介し訪問者の画像データをサーバ40から受信する。
端末70は、バーソナルコンピュータなどの情報処理装置であり、PDAと同様に会社において、ネットワーク100を介してサーバ40より訪問者データをメール受信し、ドアセンサ30と窓センサ38の異常検出により警報の受信を行う。また、訪問者データの要求送信をして、ネットワーク100を介し訪問者データをサーバ40から受信する。

端末80は、警備会社のワークステーション・サーバ等の情報処理装置であり、ネットワーク100のインターネット上に利用者が個々に契約を結び留守宅200のセキュリティ強化を図る。そして、留守宅200のドアセンサ30と窓センサ38の異常検出により警報の受信を行う。また、受信したデータをもとに、契約された条件で留守宅200の警備にあたる。

次に、この留守宅監視画像送信システムの動作について説明する。
なお、以下の説明では、ネットワーク100はインターネッ卜とする。また、携帯電話50、携帯端末60、端末70を総称し「各利用者端末」と表現する。
図2から図6は、この実施の形態の留守宅監視システムにおける留守宅200の端末35、サーバ40、前記各利用者端末、警備会社の端末80の動作を示すフローチャートであり、図2は留守宅の端末35の動作、図3はサーバ40の動作、図4は前記各利用者端末側の動作、図5は端末80による警備会社側の動作、図6は公衆電話や固定電話側の動作を示すフローチャートである。
先ず、端末35は、ドアホンの呼鈴が押下されると(ステップA1)、デジタルカメラ10を起動する(ステップA4)。デジタルカメラ10は設定により動画もしくは静止画の撮影を開始し(ステップA5)、端末35へ撮影したデータを送信する。また、端末35はデジタルカメラ10が撮影した映像を日時データと共に記録する(ステップA6)。端末35は記録したデータがドアホンの呼鈴押下によるものであった場合(ステップA7)、撮影したデータと訪問者情報を訪間者データとしてネットワーク100を介してサーバ40へ送信する(ステップA9)。

図3に示すフローチャートに示すように、サーバ40は端末35からの情報を受信すると(ステップB2)、データとして内部へ蓄積する(ステップB3)。
サーバ40は受信したデータが訪問者情報であった場合(ステップB4)、あらかじめ設定されている各利用者瑞末へインターネットメールを使用し通知する(ステップB5)。
各利用者端末は、図4のフローチャートに示すように、サーバ40から訪間者情報を受信し(ステップC2)、利用者は訪問者が誰であるかを映像で確認する。

次に、図2に戻り、端末35は、ドアに取り付けられたドアセンサ30が振動や衝撃、錠前の異常などを検出すると(ステップA2)、デジタルカメラ10を起動する(ステップA4)。デジタルカメラ10は設定により、動面もしくは静止画の撮影を開始し(ステップA5)、端末35へ撮影データ送信する。端末35はデジタルカメラ10が撮影した映像を日時データと共に記録する(ステップA6)。
端末35は、記録したデータがドアセンサ異常検出によるものであった場合(ステップA7)、撮影データと警告情報をドアセンサ異常警報としてネットワーク100を介してサーバ40へ送信する(ステップA8)。
サーバ40は端末35からの情報を受信すると(ステップB2)、データとして内部へ蓄積する(ステップB3)。サーバ40は受信したデータがドアセンサ異常警報であった場合(ステップB4、ステップB6)、あらかしめ設定されている利用者端末へ画像データと警報をインターネットメールを使用して通報する(ステップB7)。
また、契杓している警備会社の端末80へドアセンサ異常警報として画像データと共に送信する(ステップB8)。各利用者端末は、サーバ40からドアセンサ異常警報を受信し(ステップC1)、利用者は映像で状況を確認する。
利用者は任意で携帯電話50もしくは公衆電話90、固定電話91を用いて留守宅200の端末35へ電話をかけることにより(ステップC4)、端末35を呼び出し(ステップA11)、端末35では自動的に着信し(ステップA12)、家屋の照明を点灯/消灯する等の操作(ステップA13、ステップA16)、スピーカ37を使用した警告音の発生が可能になる(ステップA14、ステップA17)。

また、図5のフローチャートに示すように、警備会社の端末80は異常警報を受信し(ステップD1)、警報内容がドアセンサ異常警報であった場合(ステップD2)、受信した画像データをオペレータが確認し(ステップD1)、不審者やその行為を確認し(ステップD4)、利用者と連絡を取る(ステップD5)。
利用者は状況を確認し、必要である場合は警備会社へ出動要請を行い、前記整備会社は前記出動要請に応じて留守宅へ出動する(ステップD6)。

図2に戻り、次に、端末35は留守宅200の窓に取り付けられた窓センサ38が異常を検出すると(ステップA3)、警告情報を窓センサ異常警報としてネットワーク100を介してサーバ40へ送信する(ステップA10)。
サーバ40は、図3に示すように、端末35からの前記警報情報を受信すると(ステップB2)、データとして内部へ蓄積する(ステップB3)。サーバ40は、受信したデータが窓センサ異常警報であった場合(ステップB4、ステップB6)、あらかしめ設定されている各利用者端末へ警報をインターネットメールを利用して通報する(ステップB9)。また、契杓している警備会社の端末80へ窓センサ異常警報として送信する(ステップB8)。

この結果、図4に示すように、各利用者端末は、サーバ40から窓センサ異常警報を受信すると(ステップC1)、窓センサ異常を伝えるメッセージを表示し利用者に警報を伝える。
利用者は任意で、携帯電話50、公衆電話90または固定電話91を用いて留守宅200の端末35へ電話をかけることにより(ステップC4)、端末35を呼び出し(ステップA11)、端末35に対し自動着信させ(ステップA12)、家屋の照明を点灯/消灯するなどの操作を行うことや(ステップA13、ステップA16)、スピーカ37を使用して警告音を発生させることができる(ステップA14、ステップA17)。また、利用者は、契杓警備会社へ連絡を取り(ステップC10)、必要であれば留守宅200へ出動を要請する(ステップC11)。
また、図5に示すように、端末80は、留守宅200の端末35から異常警報を受信し(ステップD1)、警報内容が窓センサ異常警報であると(ステップD2)、オペレータが利用者と連絡をとる(ステップD5)。利用者は状況を確認し、必要である場合には警備会社へ留守宅200への出動を要請し、警備会社ではこの要請に応じて留守宅200へ出動する(ステップD6)。

また、図4に示すように、各利用者端末は、ネットワーク100を介してサーバ40へ蓄積された訪問者情報や警報を参照することができる(ステップC3)。各利用者端末からサーバ40へ情報要求を行うと(ステップC6)、サーバ40は、要求命令を受信する(ステップB1)。この要求命令が受信されると、サーバ40は蓄積された訪問者や警報の履歴を一覧表形式にして各利用者端末へ送信する(ステップB10)。各利用者端末は蓄積された訪問者や警報の履歴の一覧表を受信するとそれを画面に表示する(ステップC7)。
また、利用者は任意で前記一覧の中から更に詳細な記録データを要求することができる(ステップC8)。前記一覧の中からさらに詳細な記録データを要求する場合、各利用者端末から記録データの要求をサーバ40に対して行う(ステップC8)、サーバ40は前記要求に応じたデータを各利用者端末へ送信する(ステップB5)。
各利用者端末は、サーバ40より送信された記録データを受信し(ステップC9)、表示する。

また、サーバ上に留守宅への来訪記録が残るため、時系列的にどのような訪問者が来訪したかを容易に参照できる留守宅監視システム、監視端末装置および留守宅来訪者応対方法を提供できる効果がある。
また、ピッキングの被害発生や、窓からの不審者の侵入をリアルタイムで知ることができ、また警備会社への通報も可能であることから、被害を最小限に抑えられる留守宅監視システム、監視端末装置および留守宅来訪者応対方法を提供できる効果がある。
